Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of computer data processing, in particular to a method and a device for generating a configuration file during credential generation and a storage medium.
Background
As a public cloud industry and financial integration product for small and micro enterprises, the same code technology is required to be used so as to meet the user requirements of different scales, different industries, different accounting systems and different tax payment properties. Thus, flexible configuration capabilities are required in the process of generating financial documents from business documents. To increase the convenience of delivery, the system needs to provide a default configuration to meet the out-of-box requirements. However, because the requirements of each user are different, the same set of configurations cannot be used to meet the configuration requirements of different types of customers.
The prior scheme adopts a method that when a user tenant is opened, the system copies the prefabricated configuration into the user tenant, and the user can modify the configuration issued by the system after the initialization of the tenant is completed. However, since the system has only one set of configuration, it takes a lot of time to make configuration adjustments to complete the delivery when the user is delivered.
As the system is upgraded, the functional characteristics will also increase. In this case, the user's configuration may become outdated and not meet the requirements of the upgraded system. Traditional approaches require the delivery person to assist the user in adjusting the old configuration to achieve the function of continuing to generate credentials using the document. This can lead to reduced customer satisfaction and can also increase sustained delivery costs.
For multi-tenant users, or users who need to perform social management, configurations of different tenants need to be maintained. In general, they set the configuration of different tenants to be basically consistent, and each tenant can refine its own requirements according to the management requirements. However, when the original configuration needs to be adjusted, the current practice can only issue the configuration by the overlay mode. This will lead to each tenant having to reapply its own refinement configuration to the system, thus bringing a high management burden.
In the prior art, when a certificate is generated, field conflict is generally reported by mistake, and manual solution is carried out, so that the efficiency is low.

A method of profile generation at credential generation, the method comprising:

The method is characterized in that a base configuration of a platform is defined based on configuration, a user is allowed to customize on the basis of the base configuration of the platform, corresponding configuration groups are set according to industry characteristics and scale characteristics in order to meet different requirements of various industries and scales, three layers of configurations are formed, wherein the uppermost layer is the configuration customized by the user, the middle layer is the configuration groups set according to the industry characteristics and the scale characteristics, the lower layer is the base configuration of the platform, various different configuration capabilities can be provided for generated configuration files through different-level delta coverage, so that the bill configured by the user meets specific service requirements of the user, and the generated configuration files are convenient to share due to the fact that a plurality of configuration groups are arranged.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an operation to modify the configuration file: confirming the position level of the modified configuration in the configuration file based on the modified field, and marking the configuration data corresponding to the configuration data before modification as a soft deletion state; and constructing new configuration data to replace the original configuration data based on the position hierarchy, searching the upper-level configuration of the modified configuration from the configuration file based on the position hierarchy, and then updating the attribute values covered by the configuration fields of the upper-level configuration record.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises an operation to delete a configuration of the configuration file: and confirming the position hierarchy of the configuration to be deleted in the configuration file, checking whether the upper hierarchy configuration using the configuration exists, if not, directly marking the configuration as a soft deletion state, and if so, returning alarm information.
The application also provides a related method for modifying and deleting the configuration data in the configuration file, corresponding configuration data can be safely deleted and modified by the method, and the modified configuration file can be normally used because the configuration data of an upper layer is considered during modification and deletion, so that the technical problem that the configuration file in the prior art is difficult to upgrade is solved.
In one embodiment, when a tenant generates a credential, business meaning of a document field is identified by a document model, and then a corresponding credential is generated based on the configuration file. The bill model is an artificial neural network model after training. The method adopts the bill model to identify the meaning of the bill field, improves the identification accuracy of the bill field, and further generates more accurate bill vouchers.
In one embodiment, when the corresponding document is generated based on the configuration file, if the corresponding field cannot be found in the configuration file according to the business meaning of the document field, the document field is generated in the last column of the document; if more than two corresponding fields are found in the configuration file according to the business meaning of the bill field, the bill field is used for carrying out accurate matching with the more than two corresponding fields, if one of the more than two corresponding fields can be matched, the certificate is generated based on the matched fields, if none of the two corresponding fields can be accurately matched, the matching degree of the bill field and the more than two corresponding fields is calculated, one of the more than two corresponding fields is determined based on the matching degree, and then the certificate is generated based on the determined fields;

The application designs a field processing mechanism when generating a corresponding certificate based on the configuration file, provides a field conflict resolution mechanism, namely if more than two corresponding fields are found in the configuration file according to the business meaning of the bill field, the bill field is used for carrying out accurate matching with the more than two corresponding fields, if one field in the more than two corresponding fields can be matched, the certificate is generated based on the matched field, if the matched field cannot be accurately matched with the more than two corresponding fields, the matching degree of the bill field and the more than two corresponding fields is calculated, a specific mode of calculating the matching degree is provided, and the field with the largest matching degree is selected as the matching field, so that the generated certificate is ensured to be accurate, and the application is another application.
In one embodiment of the application a computer storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer storage medium may be a hard disk, DVD, CD, flash memory or the like, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the above-mentioned method.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally divided into various units, respectively. Of course, the functions of each element may be implemented in the same piece or pieces of software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
From the above description of embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present application may be implemented in software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the embodiments of the present application or some parts of the described embodiments of the present application.
Finally, what should be said is: the above embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical aspects of the present application, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments: modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, which is intended to be encompassed by the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for generating a configuration file when generating a credential, the method comprising:
a user definition step, when a tenant builds a credential generation function on a multi-tenant service cloud platform, the tenant defines personalized configuration of the tenant based on the basic configuration of the credential of the multi-tenant service cloud platform;
a configuration group association step of generating a plurality of configuration groups according to fields of the certificate based on the basic configuration of the certificate, each configuration group having a unique configuration group ID, wherein each configuration group is used under different certificate generation conditions, and constructing a configuration group table for recording control conditions of the configuration groups under different certificate generation conditions, the control conditions including: configuring an attribute value of field coverage and a field ID of the coverage;
and a configuration file generation step, wherein the credential generation condition is constructed according to the fields and formats of credentials required to be generated by the tenant, one control condition is selected from the configuration group table based on the credential generation condition, at least one configuration group ID is determined based on the control condition, the attribute value of the fields of the generated credentials in the personalized configuration of the tenant is detected, whether the attribute value of the fields of the generated credentials is consistent with the attribute value covered by the configuration fields is determined, if so, the fields in the personalized configuration of the tenant are covered with the corresponding fields in the configuration group based on the covered field IDs, if not, the corresponding fields in the configuration group are not covered, and the configuration file is generated after all the fields of the credentials required to be generated are processed.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the operation of modifying the configuration file:
confirming the position level of the modified configuration in the configuration file based on the modified field, and marking the configuration data corresponding to the configuration data before modification as a soft deletion state; and constructing new configuration data to replace the original configuration data based on the position hierarchy, searching the upper-level configuration of the modified configuration from the configuration file based on the position hierarchy, and then updating the attribute values covered by the configuration fields of the upper-level configuration record.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising the operation of deleting a configuration of the configuration file: and confirming the position hierarchy of the configuration to be deleted in the configuration file, checking whether the upper hierarchy configuration using the configuration exists, if not, directly marking the configuration as a soft deletion state, and if so, returning alarm information.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that when a tenant generates a credential, the business meaning of the document field is identified by the document model, and then a corresponding credential is generated based on the profile.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the document model is a trained artificial neural network model.
6. A profile generation apparatus at the time of credential generation, the apparatus comprising:
a user definition unit, when a tenant builds a credential generation function on a multi-tenant service cloud platform, the tenant defines personalized configuration of the tenant based on the basic configuration of the credential of the multi-tenant service cloud platform;
a configuration group association unit for generating a plurality of configuration groups according to the fields of the certificate based on the basic configuration of the certificate, wherein each configuration group is provided with a unique configuration group ID, each configuration group is used under different certificate generation conditions, a configuration group table is constructed for recording the control conditions of the configuration groups under different certificate generation conditions, and the control conditions comprise: configuring an attribute value of field coverage and a field ID of the coverage;
and a configuration file generating unit, configured to construct the credential generating conditions according to the fields and formats of the credentials required to be generated by the tenant, select a control condition from the configuration group table based on the credential generating conditions, determine at least one configuration group ID based on the control condition, detect attribute values of the fields of the generated credentials in the personalized configuration of the tenant, determine whether the attribute values of the fields of the generated credentials are consistent with the attribute values covered by the configuration fields, if so, cover the fields in the personalized configuration of the tenant with the corresponding fields in the configuration group based on the covered field IDs, and if not, not cover the corresponding fields in the configuration group, and generate the configuration file after all the fields of the credentials required to be generated are processed.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises an operation to modify the configuration file:
confirming the position level of the modified configuration in the configuration file based on the modified field, and marking the configuration data corresponding to the configuration data before modification as a soft deletion state; and constructing new configuration data to replace the original configuration data based on the position hierarchy, searching the upper-level configuration of the modified configuration from the configuration file based on the position hierarchy, and then updating the attribute values covered by the configuration fields of the upper-level configuration record.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising the operation of deleting a configuration of the configuration file: and confirming the position hierarchy of the configuration to be deleted in the configuration file, checking whether the upper hierarchy configuration using the configuration exists, if not, directly marking the configuration as a soft deletion state, and if so, returning alarm information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein when a tenant generates a credential, business meaning of a document field is identified by a document model, and then a corresponding credential is generated based on the profile.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-5.
