Claims (10)

1. A blockchain service platform for use in an online government service, comprising:
the service object information acquisition module is used for acquiring service object information of a service object based on a preset information acquisition template;
the trusted library construction module is used for constructing a trusted library of the service object on a preset blockchain based on the service object information;
the online government service handling service module is used for providing online government service handling service for the service object based on the trusted library;
an authorized use request monitoring module, configured to monitor an authorized use request for the trusted library;
the request verification module is used for carrying out request verification on the authorized use request;
and the request permission module is used for permitting the authorized use request when the verification is passed.
2. The blockchain service platform for use in an online government service as in claim 1, wherein the online government service handling service module provides an online government service handling service for the service object based on the trusted library, and performs the following operations:
pushing a preset online government transaction service interface to the service object;
acquiring an online government service handling request input by the service object based on the online government service handling service interface;
acquiring a preset request response strategy corresponding to the online government service handling request;
determining a target strategy requiring the trusted library to provide data support from the request response strategy;
and when the target strategy is executed, the trusted library provides data support for the execution of the target strategy.
3. The blockchain service platform for use in an online government service as in claim 1, wherein the request verification module performs request verification on the authorized use request, and performs the following operations:
acquiring a history request record of an issuer of the authorized use request;
when the history request record is zero, acquiring sender information of the sender;
predicting a reasonable use of the trusted library by the issuer based on the issuer information;
retrieving value information for the reasonable use from the trusted library based on a preset information retrieval template corresponding to the reasonable use;
when the authorization-to-use request is not retrieved, the authorization-to-use request is not verified.
4. The blockchain service platform for online government services as in claim 3, wherein the request verification module predicts the reasonable use of the trusted library by the sender based on the sender information, performing the following operations:
acquiring a preset reasonable use prediction library; the rational use prediction library comprises: a plurality of groups of emitter information conditions and reasonable use items which are in one-to-one correspondence;
determining whether the sender information satisfies any of the sender information conditions;
if yes, the reasonable use item corresponding to the information condition of the sender is used as the reasonable use.
5. The blockchain service platform for use in an online government service as in claim 3, wherein the request verification module performs request verification on the authorized use request, further performing the following operations:
when the history request record is not zero, setting the history request record on a preset record shaft;
extracting a history request record cluster meeting the record cluster condition from the record shaft;
matching the last history request record cluster on the record shaft with other history request record clusters to obtain matching degree;
when the matching degree is not greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, the authorization-to-use request is not verified;
wherein the recording cluster conditions include:
the recording time interval between two continuous history request records in the continuous history request records is less than or equal to a recording time interval threshold value; the recording time interval threshold is positively correlated to a time span of the history request recorded on the recording axis.
6. The blockchain service platform for use in an online government service of claim 1, further comprising:
the login terminal type acquisition module is used for acquiring the terminal type of the login terminal of the service object;
the terminal type is non-portable, and the service object pauses the online government service transaction, so as to respectively acquire the online government service transaction progress of the service object and the portable terminal to be used;
the continuous handling interface generation module is used for generating an online government service continuous handling interface adapting to the portable terminal based on the online government service handling progress;
the continuous handling opportunity entering identification module is used for identifying whether the portable terminal enters an online government service continuous handling opportunity or not;
and the continuing handling interface pushing module is used for pushing the online government service continuing handling interface to the portable terminal if yes.
7. The blockchain service platform applied to the online government service according to claim 6, wherein the transaction progress and the to-be-used terminal acquisition module acquire the to-be-used portable terminal of the service object, perform the following operations:
acquiring a portable terminal list pre-bound with the service object;
respectively acquiring a first position of any terminal in the portable terminal list and a second position of the login terminal;
when the first position is located beside the second position, the corresponding terminal is used as a target terminal;
and when the first position of the target terminal gradually moves away from the second position within a preset time in the future, the portable terminal which is about to be used by the target terminal as the service object is to be used.

The blockchain service platform for use in an online government service as in claim 7, wherein the further transacting opportunity entry identification module identifies whether the portable terminal enters an online government service further transacting opportunity, performing the following operations:
determining a target scene in which the service object enters based on the first position of the portable terminal and a preset scene map;
matching the target scene with a standard scene in a preset standard scene library; the standard scene includes: a scene representing that the service object has a free time for processing a transaction based on the portable terminal;
if the matching is met, determining that the portable terminal enters an online government service to continue to transact the occasion;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
acquiring continuous unused time length of the portable terminal;
acquiring a habit use time interval of the portable terminal when the continuous unused time length is greater than or equal to a preset time length threshold;
and if the current time is within the habit use time interval, determining that the portable terminal enters an on-line government service to continue to transact the opportunity.
9. A blockchain service method applied to an online government service, comprising:
acquiring service object information of a service object based on a preset information acquisition template;
based on the service object information, constructing a trusted library of the service object on a preset blockchain;
providing online government service handling service for the service object based on the trusted library;
monitoring an authorized use request for the trusted library;
request verification is carried out on the authorized use request;
when the authentication is passed, the authorized use request is granted.
10. The blockchain service method applied to the online government service as in claim 9, wherein the online government service is provided for the service object based on the trusted library, and the following operations are performed:
pushing a preset online government transaction service interface to the service object;
acquiring an online government service handling request input by the service object based on the online government service handling service interface;
acquiring a preset request response strategy corresponding to the online government service handling request;
determining a target strategy requiring the trusted library to provide data support from the request response strategy;
and when the target strategy is executed, the trusted library provides data support for the execution of the target strategy.
