In order to solve the problems, the application provides a method and a system for storing the goods right, which can quickly form an effective evidence chain according to a perfect goods right management record, provide the goods right evidence and avoid the falsification of the goods right.

A method for depositing a right of a good, comprising:
selecting a cargo management type according to the selected field project;
selecting a warehouse area and a record type according to the cargo management type, and inputting cargo information;
according to the cargo management type, the warehouse area, the cargo information and the record type, respectively acquiring electronic input data and field record data of the cargo;
and judging the accuracy of the electronic input data and/or the on-site recorded data of the goods according to the electronic input data and the on-site recorded data.
Further, the cargo management type includes: the goods are delivered out of the warehouse, put in warehouse, checked, shifted in the warehouse and recorded with the weight cards.
Further, the cargo information includes: the name of the goods, the specification or grade of the goods, the total number of the goods, and the ownership information and the quality information of the goods.
Further, the record types include procedures and documents.
Further, the electronic recording data and/or the field recording data of the collected goods according to the goods management type comprise:
when the goods management type is warehouse management, the warehouse management type comprises a warehouse entry bill, a warehouse entry pound bill, a transportation bill, a laboratory sheet, a business check report and a support user-defined bill;
further, when the goods management type is delivery management, the goods management type comprises a delivery application, a delivery operation instruction, a delivery pound bill, a delivery detail and a support user-defined document;

In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for the certification of a right of goods.
A method for depositing a right of a good, comprising:
a cargo management type selection module configured to: selecting a cargo management type according to the selected field project;
a selection and entry module configured to: selecting a warehouse area and a record type according to the cargo management type, and inputting cargo information;
a data acquisition module configured to: according to the cargo management type, the warehouse area, the cargo information and the record type, respectively acquiring electronic input data and field record data of the cargo;
a forensic judgment module configured to: and judging the accuracy of the electronic input data and/or the on-site recorded data of the goods according to the electronic input data and the on-site recorded data.
In a third aspect, the present application provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for storing a right of hand according to the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, the present application provides a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterised in that the steps in the method for storing a right of goods claim according to the first aspect are carried out when the program is executed by the processor.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
according to the application, all data are ordered according to time to form the evidence chain with a time sequence relationship, so that unique cargo rights evidence can be provided, and rights of rights people are guaranteed.
The application adopts the timestamp and the hash algorithm to encrypt the uploaded photo, video and/or recording file, thereby avoiding the possibility of falsification of the right of goods.
According to the application, by designing the goods right ownership storing system and method, an effective evidence chain can be formed rapidly according to the perfect goods right management record, the non-occurrence ownership risk is prevented, and the occurrence ownership risk is resolved.

Term interpretation:
OCR (Optical Character Recognition ) refers to the process of an electronic device (e.g., a scanner or digital camera) checking characters printed on paper, determining their shape by detecting dark and light patterns, and then translating the shape into computer text using a character recognition method.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment provides a method for storing a right of goods, and this embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to a server, and it can be understood that the method may also be applied to a terminal, and may also be applied to a system and a terminal, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. The server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and can also be a cloud server for providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network servers, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services CDNs, basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligent platforms and the like. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart watch, etc. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the present application is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the method includes:
selecting a cargo management type according to the selected field project;

The cargo information includes: the name of the goods, the specification or grade of the goods (including the production area of the goods, the manufacturing enterprise, the registered trademark of industrial goods, the specific variety of agricultural products, the number of goods, the quality of raw materials or auxiliary materials, the model number of goods, the style of goods, the color of goods, the freshness, the size of dimensions, the number of single weights, the manufacturing process, the processing degree, the packaging form, the quality grade, etc.), the total number of the goods, and the ownership information and the quality authority information of the goods.
Wherein the record type comprises a cargo management process and a bill.

Specifically, the determining the accuracy of the electronic entry data and/or the field record data of the goods includes: judging whether the electronic input data of the goods are consistent with the field record data or not; judging whether the field record data is consistent with the data type required by the selected cargo management type; and judging whether the field record data is consistent with the data content required by the selected goods management type.
As shown in fig. 2, the present implementation may be implemented in the following manner:
firstly, selecting a field project;
and selecting goods management types such as ex-warehouse/warehouse-in/inventory/warehouse-in shift/goods right card record/other and the like according to the selected field items.
A warehouse, a cargo name, a cargo specification/grade, etc. are selected according to the selected cargo management type.
Selecting a record type, including a process/document and the like;

Judging whether the current geographic position of the mobile terminal is consistent with the warehouse address, if so, taking a picture, recording video or recording sound by adopting the mobile terminal; otherwise, prompting that' detecting that you do not operate at the selected warehouse position, please operate and store the certificate at the required position, if yes, stopping operation, if no, continuing operation, and adopting the mobile terminal to take a picture, record video or record, etc. And when uploading, uploading the geographic position of the mobile terminal together with the time of the photo, video or recording inconsistent with the warehouse address.
When uploading a photo, video or recording, hash coding is carried out, and a timestamp is added to store in a judicial authentication center.
Hash coding is carried out on the time stamp file and the photo, video or recording file, the coded data is stored in a supervision system of a judicial institution, and evidence is generated to obtain a complete evidence chain.
After uploading the record, the method also adopts OCR technology to identify error data (including defect evidence record, error evidence record and the like), reminds the error to the mobile terminal of the right person, and confirms the binding problem of the right person on the goods right.
For example, electronic entry data and field record data of goods are processed, bills are identified, content identification is performed on the bills, and if the content is not consistent with the bill type (if the bill type is a warehouse entry bill, but the uploaded bills are identified as non-warehouse entry bill), bill error reminding is performed.
And according to the related bill, identifying the bill content by an OCR (optical character recognition) technology, and reminding an uploaded bill if the corresponding bill name in the bill is not identified.
The right person can check the uploaded bill, check whether the bill is actually wrong, and calibrate the data.
And identifying key data (such as cargo information, cargo weight, warehouse-in quantity, warehouse-out quantity and the like) in the bill, comparing the key data with data recorded by a recorder, and reminding data errors when deviation exists.
Based on the related bill, the bill content is identified by OCR technology, the related cargo information and quantity information are identified, and compared with the cargoes in the current right archive and the data recorded by the recorder, if the related data are not identified or the identified related data are not consistent with the actual data, the uploaded bill is reminded.
Example two
The embodiment provides a right-of-right inventory system.
A method for depositing a right of a good, comprising:
a cargo management type selection module configured to: selecting a cargo management type according to the selected field project;
a selection and entry module configured to: selecting a warehouse area and a record type according to the cargo management type, and inputting cargo information;
a data acquisition module configured to: according to the cargo management type, the warehouse area, the cargo information and the record type, respectively acquiring electronic input data and field record data of the cargo;

Specifically, all items distributed to the recorder from the goods right supervision platform are displayed on a workbench, after the items enter, the recording functions of warehousing, ex-warehouse, checking, in-warehouse shifting, and the like are supported, and recording forms comprise photographing, video shooting and audio recording; panoramic photos or videos including goods; goods detail photos or videos; and taking a picture or video of the bill of the goods.
All on-site records (photos, videos, recordings) are acquired, and automatic uploading and recording to the goods right supervision platform are supported.
Firstly, selecting an item needing to be recorded on site, recording the warehouse entry, warehouse exit, inventory, warehouse shift, goods right card recording and other businesses on the project site, and only recording in a mode of shooting photos, videos or recording in real time for ensuring objective recording and reflecting the actual scenes. When the recording process is a cargo management process, a photo, video and recording mode can be adopted, and when the recording process is a bill, a photo and video mode can be adopted.
Selecting the type (warehouse in, warehouse out, inventory, etc.) to be managed; the goods information is filled according to the actual condition of the site, and the goods information content comprises the goods name, the goods specification or grade (comprising the production area containing the goods, the production enterprises, the registered trademark of industrial products, the specific variety of agricultural products, the commodity number, the quality of raw materials or auxiliary materials, the commodity model, commodity style, commodity color, freshness, size, weight, production process, processing degree, packaging form, quality grade and the like), the total quantity of the goods, the rights and interests of the goods, the warehouse position information, warehouse information, custodian information, the corresponding warehouse-in quantity, warehouse-out quantity, inventory quantity and the like.
And shooting the field conditions of goods warehousing, ex-warehouse or inventory, and related bill information, including warehousing sheets, ex-warehouse sheets, inventory bills, pound sheets, freight notes and the like.
Specifically, the shooting process is processed as follows:
to ensure accuracy of the recorded time, all times are taken from the local standard time and written into the recorded file by a time stamp;
in order to ensure the accuracy of the recorded location, the mobile phone positioning system must be turned on during recording, the current actual position is compared with the warehouse position, early warning is performed when the position deviates, and the fact that the position deviates is recorded in the photographed photo, video and/or recording.
To ensure that recorded photos, videos, and audio files cannot be tampered with, the files are encrypted using time stamping and hashing algorithms.
The hash value of the recorded file is stored in a judicial authentication center.
In addition, the right of goods of this embodiment is the certification system and can connect mobile terminal and right of goods supervision system respectively, and mobile terminal is also connected with right of goods supervision system simultaneously.
The right of goods is the right of authority and is deposited the certification system and uploads the content of record to right of goods supervisory system, right of goods supervisory system processes the content of record, include: selecting a bill type to be uploaded according to the scene demand of the goods site; if the record is completed, the individual data is not uploaded, the information is sent to the mobile terminal, and the right person is reminded. Identifying the content of the uploaded bill, and if the content is different from the bill type, sending information to the mobile terminal to prompt the error of the bill; if the bill name in the bill is not recognized, the information is sent to the mobile terminal, and the error of the bill is prompted; and comparing the input information with the data in the bill, and sending the information to the mobile terminal to remind data errors when the input information is different from the data in the bill.
And the right supervision system judges whether a bill is missing or not, if the bill is missing, the missing bill type is sent to the right ownership certificate storage system and the mobile terminal, and the missing item reminding is carried out.
The right of goods supervisory systems has complete bill to each scene requirement in scene:
the warehouse entry scene needs to include the following documents: warehouse entry bill, warehouse entry pound bill, transportation bill, laboratory sheet, business check report, and support user-defined document;
the ex-warehouse scenario needs to include the following documents: the method comprises the steps of carrying out a commodity application, carrying out a warehouse operation instruction, carrying out a warehouse pound bill, carrying out a warehouse detail and supporting user-defined documents;
the inventory scene needs to include the documents: inventory details, and support for user-defined documents.
When a corresponding scene is selected for recording, the system can remind shooting a corresponding bill for uploading.
If the corresponding bill is not uploaded when the recording is completed, the reminding function of the goods right supervision system is triggered, and reminding information is sent to the mobile terminal of the right person in the form of an in-station message and a short message.
And the right supervision system identifies the content of the uploaded bill, and if the content is not consistent with the bill type (if the bill type is a warehouse entry bill, but the uploaded bill is identified to be not a warehouse entry bill), the bill error reminding is carried out.
And the right supervision system recognizes the bill content through an OCR recognition technology according to the uploaded related bill, and if the corresponding bill name in the bill is not recognized, the uploaded bill is reminded.
The right person can check the uploaded bill in the right supervision system to check whether the bill is actually wrong or not, and the data is calibrated.
The right supervision system identifies key data (such as cargo information, cargo weight, warehouse-in quantity, warehouse-out quantity and the like) in the uploaded bill, compares the key data with data recorded by a recorder, and reminds data errors when deviation exists.
Based on the uploaded related bill, the bill content is identified by the goods right supervision system through the OCR technology, the related goods information and quantity information are identified and compared with the goods in the current goods right file and the data recorded by the recorder, and if the related data are not identified or the identified related data are not consistent with the actual data, the uploaded bill is reminded.
The right person can check the uploaded bill in the right supervision system to check whether the bill is actually wrong or not, and the data is calibrated.
And the user establishes a binding relationship between the right information and the records of the actual site through the right information confirmation function in the right supervision system.
And ordering all recorded data according to the recording time by the goods right belonging to the evidence storage system to form an evidence chain with a time sequence relationship.
