1. determining a first pharmacy set according to the pharmacy screening range, wherein the first pharmacy set comprises all the pharmacies within the pharmacy screening range;
judging whether a drugstore selling the target medicine exists in the first drugstore set;
if judging that the first pharmacy set contains a pharmacy for selling the target medicine, screening a second pharmacy set for selling the target medicine from the first pharmacy set, and judging whether the target medicine is prescription medicine or not;
if the target medicine is judged to be the prescription medicine, a first inquiry statement is sent to terminal equipment used by the user, and first reply information aiming at the first inquiry statement is received from the terminal equipment used by the user, wherein the first inquiry statement is used for inquiring whether the user agrees to review medicine purchase on an Internet platform or not;
if the first reply information is judged to be agreeing to the re-diagnosis and purchase of the medicine on the Internet platform, the user inquiry information of the user is sent to terminal equipment used by a target doctor distributed by the Internet platform through the Internet platform;
Receiving an electronic prescription sent by a terminal device used by the target doctor, wherein the electronic prescription is a prescription which is prescribed by the target doctor based on the user inquiry information;

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein prior to said obtaining health management data of the user and coordinate information of a terminal device used by the user, the method further comprises:
sending a second inquiry statement to terminal equipment used by the user, wherein the second inquiry statement is used for inquiring whether the user needs to conduct downlink review;
receiving a second reply message from the terminal equipment used by the user;
Judging whether the second reply message indicates the user to conduct downlink review;
if the second reply message indicates the user to conduct offline review, providing offline review reservation service for the user;
if the second reply message indicates that the user does not conduct downlink review, determining the current treatment period of the user;

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the providing the offline review subscription service to the user comprises:
a reservation request is sent to a server of a target hospital, the reservation request comprises first reservation information and second reservation information aiming at a pre-examination item, the first reservation information comprises first reservation time of the pre-examination item and identity identification of the user, the second reservation information comprises second reservation time, a reserved doctor and the identity identification of the user, the first reservation information is used for indicating the user to check the pre-examination item at the first reservation time, and the second reservation information is used for indicating the user to visit at the reserved doctor at the second reservation time;
