When the submarine server body 1 runs daily, seawater enters the first heat exchanger 4 after being filtered by the first pre-filter 401 through the fluidity of the seawater, and then sequentially passes through the second connecting pipe 403, the first post-filter 404, the first connecting pipe 405, the first impeller cavity 601 and the discharge pipe 606 to be discharged, so that the water in the first heat exchanger 4 always flows, when the water flows from the first impeller cavity 601, the water and the first impeller group 602 are matched with each other to drive the rotating shaft 603 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 603 drives the second impeller group 605 to rotate in the second impeller cavity 604, at the moment, the cooling liquid in the serpentine cooling pipe 104 sequentially circulates through the first liquid outlet pipe 106, the first threaded heat exchange pipe 406, the first bent pipe 407, the second impeller cavity 604 and the first liquid inlet pipe 108, and the first threaded heat exchange pipe 406 and the seawater in the first heat exchanger 4 are subjected to heat exchange, so that a large amount of energy consumption can be reduced, and the energy saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
Example 3: referring to fig. 6 and 11, a network security server is basically the same as that of embodiment 2, further, a first limit chute 2 is provided at the lower side of the server body 1, a second limit chute 3 is provided at the upper side of the server body 1, and a network device 102 is provided at the upper side.
The heat dissipation post 206 is matched with the first gap 103, and the heat dissipation post 206 is matched with the serpentine heat dissipation tube 104.
The first temperature sensors 105 are provided in four, two of the first temperature sensors 105 being provided at both ends of the upper side of the server body 1, and the other two first temperature sensors 105 being provided at both ends of the lower side of the server body 1.
When any one of the first temperature sensors 105 detects high temperature, the controller defaults to high temperature inside the server body 1, and the controller starts to control related equipment to detect high temperature faults, so that the risk of high temperature damage of the server body 1 is effectively reduced.
The size of the gap between the heat dissipation column 206 and the serpentine heat dissipation tube 104 is matched, when the heat dissipation column 206 is inserted into the first gap 103, the heat dissipation column 206 is attached to the serpentine heat dissipation tube 104 and the network device 102, so that the cooling efficiency is effectively improved, and the time for troubleshooting the fault reason is effectively shortened.
Example 4: referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, a network security server is substantially the same as embodiment 2, and further, a first pump 7 is fixedly connected to the server body 1, an input end of the first pump 7 is fixedly connected to a first booster pipe 701, the first booster pipe 701 is communicated with one end of the first liquid inlet pipe 108 away from the serpentine radiating pipe 104, an output end of the first pump 7 is fixedly connected to a second booster pipe 702, and the second booster pipe 702 is communicated with one end of the first liquid inlet pipe 108 close to the serpentine radiating pipe 104.
When the first temperature sensor 105 detects that the temperature in the server body 1 is high and needs to quickly cool down a certain network device 102, the heat dissipation column 206 is used for cooling down the server body, then the controller controls the first pump 7 to be started, the first pump 7 increases the flow rate of the cooling liquid in the first liquid inlet pipe 108 and the flow rate of the seawater in the first heat exchanger 4 through the first pressurizing pipe 701 and the second pressurizing pipe 702, after the cooling reaches the specified requirement, the second temperature sensor 306 sends a signal to the controller, and the controller closes the first pump 7, so that the cooling rate of the network device 102 in the server body 1 is effectively increased, and the time required by high-temperature faults is effectively reduced.
After detecting the fault, if the cooling rate of the cooling post 206 in the server body 1 does not reach the specified value, the controller controls the first pump 7 to be started, and the first pump 7 can be started through remote control by a worker to improve the cooling efficiency of the equipment in the server body 1, so that the equipment in the server body 1 is effectively prevented from being damaged by high temperature.
It should be noted that, the first pump 7 is electrically connected to the controller, and the first booster pipe 701, the second booster pipe 702, and the first liquid inlet pipe 108 are all provided with check valves at the middle parts of the connection parts of the first booster pipe 701 and the second booster pipe 702, and the design of the check valves is shown in fig. 7.
Example 5: referring to fig. 8 and 10, a network security server is basically the same as embodiment 2, and still further, a second heat exchanger 5 is fixedly connected to the server body 1, a second pre-filter 501 is fixedly connected to the second heat exchanger 5, a third connection pipe 502 is fixedly connected between the second pre-filter 501 and an input end of the second heat exchanger 5, a fourth connection pipe 503 is fixedly connected to an output end of the second heat exchanger 5, a second post-filter 504 is fixedly connected to the second heat exchanger 5, a second pump 8 is fixedly connected to the server body 1, a water pumping end of the second pump 8 is communicated with the cooling pipe 208, a water draining end of the second pump 8 is communicated with the liquid returning pipe 209, a middle section of the cooling pipe 208 is disposed in the second heat exchanger 5, and a water draining pipe 508 is fixedly connected to an output end of the second post-filter 504.
When the heat dissipation column 206 needs to cool the network device 102, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve in the drain pipe 508 to be opened, and opens the second pump 8, the second pump 8 pumps the cooling liquid in the condensation pipe 207 through the cooling pipe 208, heat exchange is realized by flowing seawater in the second heat exchanger 5 and the cooling pipe 208, and then the cooling liquid is conveyed into the condensation pipe 207 for circulation through the liquid return pipe 209, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation column 206 is effectively improved, and a large amount of energy consumption is reduced.
In the process of detecting the high-temperature fault in the server body 1, before the temperature of the network equipment 102 to be cooled is not reduced to the average temperature value in the data storage module, the first pump 7 can be started at the same time to cool.
It should be noted that, a solenoid valve is disposed in the drain pipe 508, and the solenoid valve is electrically connected to the controller.
Example 6: referring to fig. 8 and 10, a network security server is substantially the same as embodiment 2, and further, the output end of the second post-filter 504 is fixedly connected with a second communicating pipe 505, the second communicating pipe 505 is communicated with the input end of the first impeller cavity 601, the second heat exchanger 5 is fixedly connected with a second threaded heat exchange tube 506, a second liquid outlet pipe 107 is fixedly connected between the input end of the second threaded heat exchange tube 506 and the output end of the serpentine radiating tube 104, and a second bent pipe 507 is fixedly connected between the second threaded heat exchange tube 506 and the input end of the second impeller cavity 604.
When a specific fault is detected, the electromagnetic valve in the second liquid outlet pipe 107 and the second communicating pipe 505 is opened through the controller, the electromagnetic valve in the water outlet pipe 508 is closed, seawater in the second heat exchanger 5 enters the first impeller cavity 601 through the second communicating pipe 505 and is matched with the first communicating pipe 405, water in the first impeller cavity 601 is discharged from the discharge pipe 606, the water is matched with the first impeller group 602, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 603 is increased, the circulation speed of the cooling liquid in the second impeller cavity 604 is increased, at the moment, the cooling liquid in the serpentine cooling pipe 104 is shunted into the first liquid outlet pipe 106 and the second liquid outlet pipe 107, and finally, the circulation is carried out through the first threaded heat exchange pipe 406, the second threaded heat exchange pipe 506, the first bent pipe 407, the second bent pipe 507, the second impeller cavity 604 and the first liquid inlet pipe 108, and the simultaneous operation is carried out through the first heat exchanger 4 and the second heat exchanger 5, so that the cooling efficiency in the server body 1 is effectively increased.
It should be noted that, solenoid valves are disposed in the first liquid outlet pipe 106, the second liquid outlet pipe 107 and the second communicating pipe 505, and the solenoid valves are electrically connected to the controller.
Example 7: the detection method of the network security server mainly comprises the following steps:
step one, a second limiting block 303 periodically patrols and examines in the server body 1, and the working temperature of each device is obtained through a second temperature sensor 306;
step two, stopping for a period of time after the second limiting block 303 moves to the upper end of each device, driving the second temperature sensor 306 to move downwards through the second electric telescopic rod 305, obtaining the close-range temperature of each device, and storing the data through the controller;
third, the first temperature sensor 105 monitors the temperature in the server body 1 in real time, when the first temperature sensor 105 detects that the temperature in the server body 1 is increased, the second limiting block 303 is immediately inspected in the server body 1, the temperature of each device is identified through the second temperature sensor 306, and the temperature is compared and analyzed through the controller;
step four, calculating and comparing the equipment with the maximum temperature difference through a controller, moving a second limiting block 303 to the position above the equipment with the maximum temperature difference, pushing out a second temperature sensor 306 through a second electric telescopic rod 305, and stopping;
step five, the first limiting block 203 moves to the relative position of the second limiting block 303, the temperature of the server body 1 is reduced to a safe range through the cooling column 206, and the first temperature sensor 105 stops alarming;
step six, the second temperature sensor 306 acquires the temperature of the current equipment in real time, and the temperature of the current equipment is kept at the average value of the temperature of the current equipment during daily inspection through the controller and the heat dissipation column 206;
step seven, judging a high temperature reason by a controller, if the first temperature sensor 105 alarms at a high temperature in a subsequent time, the heat radiation system of the server body 1 fails, if the first temperature sensor 105 does not alarm in a subsequent time, the high temperature is caused by equipment failure, and a corresponding early warning signal is sent to a manager;
step eight, if the equipment fails, the controller controls the first limiting block 203, the first lifting plate 204 and the first electric telescopic rod 205 to stop moving, the current equipment is cooled, and if the heat dissipation system fails, the controller controls the first limiting block 203, the first lifting plate 204 and the first electric telescopic rod 205 to reciprocate in the server body 1 to gradually cool each equipment.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A network security server detection apparatus, comprising: a first temperature sensor (105) installed in a server body (1), characterized by further comprising:
a first limiting block (203) capable of reciprocating is arranged in the server body (1);
the first electric telescopic rod (205) is symmetrically fixed on the first limiting block (203);
a first lifting plate (204) fixed to the telescopic end of the first electric telescopic rod (205);
a plurality of heat dissipation columns (206) which are fixed on the first lifting plate (204) in a grade manner;
a condensation pipe (207) which is arranged in series in the plurality of heat dissipation columns (206);
a cooling pipe (208) arranged on the first lifting plate (204), and the cooling pipe (208) is communicated with the output end of the condensing pipe (207);
the liquid return pipe (209) is arranged on the first lifting plate (204), and the liquid return pipe (209) is communicated with the input end of the condensing pipe (207);
the second limiting block (303) can reciprocate is arranged in the server body (1);
the second electric telescopic rod (305) is symmetrically fixed on the second limiting block (303);
a second lifting plate (304) fixed at the upper end of the second electric telescopic rod (305);
and a second temperature sensor (306) fixed on the second lifting plate (304).

The network security server detection device according to claim 1, wherein a first limit chute (2) is arranged in the server body (1), the first limit chute (203) slides in the first limit chute (2), a first screw rod (201) is rotationally arranged in the first limit chute (2), the first screw rod (201) is in threaded connection with the first limit chute (203), a first motor (202) is fixedly connected with the server body (1), an output end of the first motor (202) is fixedly connected with the first screw rod (201), a second limit chute (3) is arranged in the server body (1), the second limit chute (303) slides in the second limit chute (3), a second screw rod (301) is rotationally arranged in the second limit chute (303), a second motor (302) is fixedly connected with the server body (1), and the second motor (302) is fixedly connected with the output end of the second screw rod (301).

A network security server comprising a network security server detection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising: the server comprises a server body (1), wherein an equipment rack (101) is fixedly connected in the server body (1), a plurality of network devices (102) are fixedly connected in the equipment rack (101) at equal intervals, a first gap (103) is formed between every two adjacent network devices (102), a snake-shaped radiating pipe (104) is arranged in the first gap (103), a plurality of snake-shaped radiating pipes (104) are communicated in series, and a first liquid inlet pipe (108) is arranged at one end of each snake-shaped radiating pipe (104).

A network security server according to claim 3, wherein the server body (1) is internally and fixedly connected with a first heat exchanger (4), a first pre-filter (401) is fixedly connected to the first heat exchanger (4), a first connecting pipe (402) is arranged between the first pre-filter (401) and the input end of the first heat exchanger (4), the output end of the first heat exchanger (4) is fixedly connected with a second connecting pipe (403), one end of the second connecting pipe (403) far away from the first heat exchanger (4) is fixedly connected with a first post-filter (404), the output end of the first post-filter (404) is communicated with the outside, one end of the serpentine heat dissipation pipe (104) is fixedly connected with a first liquid outlet pipe (106), a first threaded heat exchange pipe (406) is fixedly connected to the first heat exchanger (4), the first liquid outlet pipe (106) is communicated with the input end of the first threaded heat exchange pipe (406), and the first liquid inlet pipe (108) is communicated with the output end of the first heat exchange pipe (406).

The network security server according to claim 4, wherein the server body (1) is fixedly connected with an impeller cylinder (6), a first impeller cavity (601) and a second impeller cavity (604) are arranged in the impeller cylinder (6), a rotating shaft (603) is arranged in the impeller cylinder (6) in a sealing and rotating mode, one end of the rotating shaft (603) in the first impeller cavity (601) is fixedly connected with a first impeller set (602), one end of the rotating shaft (603) in the second impeller cavity (604) is fixedly connected with a second impeller set (605), the output end of the first impeller cavity (601) is fixedly connected with a discharge pipe (606), a first connecting pipe (405) is fixedly connected between the first post-filter (404) and the input end of the first impeller cavity (601), a first bent pipe (407) is fixedly connected between the first threaded heat exchange pipe (406) and the input end of the second impeller cavity (604), and the first liquid inlet pipe (108) is communicated with the output end of the second impeller cavity (604).
6. A network security server according to claim 3, characterized in that the first limit chute (2) is arranged on the underside of the server body (1), the second limit chute (3) is arranged on the upper side of the server body (1), and the network device (102) is arranged on the upper side.
7. A network security server as claimed in claim 3, wherein the heat sink (206) is matched to the first gap (103) and the heat sink (206) is matched to the serpentine heat sink (104).

A network security server according to claim 3, wherein the server body (1) is fixedly connected with a first pump (7), the input end of the first pump (7) is fixedly connected with a first pressurizing pipe (701), the first pressurizing pipe (701) is communicated with one end of the first liquid inlet pipe (108) away from the serpentine radiating pipe (104), the output end of the first pump (7) is fixedly connected with a second pressurizing pipe (702), and the second pressurizing pipe (702) is communicated with one end of the first liquid inlet pipe (108) close to the serpentine radiating pipe (104).

A network security server according to claim 3, characterized in that the number of first temperature sensors (105) is four, two of the first temperature sensors (105) being arranged at both ends of the upper side of the server body (1), and the other two first temperature sensors (105) being arranged at both ends of the lower side of the server body (1).
10. A method for detecting a network security server, using a network security server detecting device according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step one, a second limiting block (303) is used for timing inspection in a server body (1), and the working temperature of each device is obtained through a second temperature sensor (306);
step two, stopping for a period of time after the second limiting block (303) moves to the upper end of each device, driving the second temperature sensor (306) to move downwards through the second electric telescopic rod (305), obtaining the close-range temperature of each device, and storing the data through the controller;
monitoring the temperature in the server body (1) in real time by the first temperature sensor (105), and when the first temperature sensor (105) detects that the temperature in the server body (1) is increased, immediately inspecting the temperature in the server body (1) by the second limiting block (303), identifying the temperature of each device by the second temperature sensor (306), and carrying out comparison analysis on the temperature by the controller;
step four, calculating and comparing equipment with the maximum temperature difference through a controller, moving a second limiting block (303) to the position above the equipment with the maximum temperature difference, pushing out a second temperature sensor (306) through a second electric telescopic rod (305), and stopping;
fifthly, the first limiting block (203) moves to the relative position of the second limiting block (303), the temperature of the server body (1) is reduced through the heat dissipation column (206), the temperature in the server body is reduced to a safe range, and the first temperature sensor (105) stops alarming;
step six, a second temperature sensor (306) acquires the temperature of the current equipment in real time, and the temperature of the current equipment is kept at the average value of the temperature of the current equipment during daily inspection through a controller and a heat dissipation column (206);
judging a high temperature reason by a controller, if the first temperature sensor (105) alarms at a high temperature in a subsequent time, enabling a heat dissipation system of the server body (1) to fail, and if the first temperature sensor (105) does not alarm in a subsequent time, enabling equipment to fail at a high temperature and sending a corresponding early warning signal to a manager;
and step eight, if the equipment fails, the controller controls the first limiting block (203), the first lifting plate (204) and the first electric telescopic rod (205) to stop moving, the current equipment is cooled, and if the heat dissipation system fails, the controller controls the first limiting block (203), the first lifting plate (204) and the first electric telescopic rod (205) to reciprocate in the server body (1) to gradually cool each equipment.
