The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
It should be understood that, in the specific embodiment of the present application, related data such as object information, approval comments, etc. are related, when the embodiment of the present application is applied to a specific product or technology, user permission or consent is required, and the collection, use and processing of related data is required to comply with related laws and regulations and standards of related countries and regions.
In enterprise services, mail applications and approval applications are two applications that are important. The mail application is used for receiving/sending mails, and the approval application is used for approving/creating application forms. In general, the two applications are independent two applications. In order to improve the approval flexibility and enrich the approval form, the application aggregates the functions of the two applications, creates the content to be approved together in the creation process of the approval mail (or creates the approval mail together in the creation process of the content to be approved), and the approval object can execute the approval operation through the mail. Not only widening the creation channel and the approval mode of the content to be approved (or the approved mail), breaking the isolation between the mail module and the approval module, but also combining the characteristics of the mail and the approval, meeting the user demands of different scenes and better playing the advantages of the online process.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of mail processing according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server 10f establishes a connection with a cluster of terminal devices through the switch 10e and the communication bus 10d, which may include: terminal device 10a, terminal device 10b, terminal device 10c. Taking terminal device 10a and terminal device 10b as examples, terminal device 10a is the initiator of the content to be approved and terminal device 10b is the approver of the content to be approved. The terminal device 10a displays an approval mail editing interface through which the user where the terminal device 10a is located can create the approval mail and the content to be approved together. After the creation is completed, the terminal device 10a sends the approval mail to the terminal device 10b, and the terminal device 10b displays the approval mail including an approval operation portal for approving the content to be approved. The user where the terminal device 10b is located clicks the approval operation entrance, and the terminal device 10b approves the content to be approved in response to the click operation.
A Terminal device may also be called a Terminal (Terminal), user Equipment (UE), access Terminal, subscriber unit, mobile device, user Terminal, wireless communication device, user agent, or user equipment. The terminal device may be, but is not limited to, a smart home appliance, a handheld device (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer) with wireless communication function, a computing device (e.g., a personal computer (personal computer, PC), a vehicle-mounted terminal, a smart voice interaction device, a wearable device or other smart apparatus, etc.
The server 10f may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms, and the like.
The application can be applied to an approval scene, and the user can approve the content to be approved only by clicking the approval operation entrance by implanting the approval operation entrance in the mail, so that the approval efficiency and the approval flexibility can be improved; the gap between the mail application and the approval application can be broken, and more approval scene requirements can be met.
The following is a specific description of how to improve approval efficiency, taking fig. 2 a-2 d as an example. Referring to fig. 2 a-2 d, fig. 2 a-2 d are schematic views of a mail processing scenario provided by the embodiment of the present application, the interface shown in fig. 2a and 2c is an interface in a terminal where an object "xiaoming" is located, the interface shown in fig. 2b is an interface in a terminal where an object "xiaohong" is located, and the interface shown in fig. 2d is an interface in a terminal where an object "xiaozhang" is located. The object 'xiaoming' is an initiating object of the content to be approved, the object 'xiaohong' is an approval object of the content to be approved, and the object 'xiaozhang' is a copying object of the content to be approved. It should be noted that the object "xiaoming" has the approval authority of the content to be approved, and the object "xiaozhang" does not have the approval authority of the content to be approved. As shown in fig. 2a, a mail editing interface is displayed in the current terminal, the mail editing interface is used for editing an approval mail, the object 'xiaoming' clicks an approval content creation entry on the mail editing interface, the terminal where the object 'xiaoming' is located is jumped to an approval template selection interface from the current mail editing interface in response to clicking operation, and template names of a plurality of approval templates are displayed on the approval template selection interface. For example, the template name of the leave approval template, the template name of the business trip approval template, the template name of the cancel approval template, and the template name of the go-out approval template are displayed. Assuming that the object 'Xiaoming' selects the template name of the leave-on approval template, the terminal where the object 'Xiaoming' is located displays the leave-on approval template. The object "xiaoming" can be edited on the leave-on approval template to generate the content to be approved. For example, select the type of leave, input the start time of leave, input the end time of leave, input the reason of leave, select the approval object (the approval object is the direct approval upper level "small red" in the leave approval template in fig. 2 a), select the copy-on object (the copy-on object is the total manager "small sheet" in the leave approval template in fig. 2 a), etc., of course, the approval object and the copy-on object may be set in advance by the administrator, and the application object cannot be modified.
After the object 'Xiaoming' clicks a 'completion' button on a display interface of the invitation approval template, a terminal where the object 'Xiaoming' is located can acquire the content to be approved through the edited invitation approval template and jump back to a mail editing interface. The terminal where the object 'Xiaoming' is located fills the mailbox of the approval object (i.e. xiaohong@in fig. 2 a) into the recipient setting column on the mail editing interface based on the acquired content to be approved, and fills the mailbox of the copy object (i.e. xiaozhang@in fig. 2 a) into the copy person setting column on the mail editing interface. Meanwhile, the terminal where the object 'Xiaoming' is located displays a preview entry of the content to be approved on the mail text editing area, and the preview entry may include a part of the content to be approved and 2 buttons, namely an 'edit' button and a 'delete' button. The editing button is used for editing and modifying the content to be approved, and the deleting button is used for deleting the content to be approved. As shown in fig. 2a, the portion of the pending content may include: name of the content to be approved: small application for leave, leave type: XX, start time: XX, etc.
The object 'xiaoming' clicks a 'send' button on the mail editing interface, and the terminal generates an approval mail and sends the approval mail to the terminal where the object 'xiaohong' is located and the terminal where the 'xiaozhang' is located.
As shown in fig. 2b, after receiving an approval mail, the terminal where the object "reddish" is located displays the approval mail on the mail service interface, where the approval mail includes an approval operation entry of the content to be approved, and the approval operation entry may be displayed on the mail service interface of the object "reddish". As can be seen from fig. 2b, the approval operation portal includes a part of the content to be approved and 2 buttons, respectively an "approve" button and a "reject" button. Both buttons are used for approving the content to be approved, and the difference is that the content to be approved is approved according to different approval opinions.
Supposing that the object 'reddish' clicks the 'consent' button, the terminal where the object 'reddish' is located carries out approval on the content to be approved according to the approval opinion corresponding to the 'consent' button; meanwhile, approval comments corresponding to the 'consent' button are displayed on the mail service interface: consent, and conceal the "consent" button, and the "reject" button. As the current content to be approved only has 1 approval object, after the approval of the object 'little red' to be approved is completed, the approval process of the content to be approved is ended, and the approval state of the content to be approved can be displayed on the mail service interface: the approval has passed. In addition, after the object 'xiaohong' clicks the 'agree' button, the terminal also sends reply mails to the object 'xiaoming' and the object 'xiaozhang'.
As shown in fig. 2c, after receiving the reply mail, the terminal where the object "xiaoming" is located may display the reply mail on the mail service interface. As can be seen from fig. 2c, the reply mail may include a part of the content to be approved, the approval opinion and the approval status; in addition, the mail service interface can also display the object information of the object 'Xiaoming', the approval opinion of the object 'Xiaoming' to-be-approved content and the object information of the object 'Xiaohong'; the object information may include: the nickname and the head portrait of the object can quickly acquire the approval object, approval opinion and the like which are finished to be approved by displaying the information.
As shown in fig. 2d, after receiving the reply mail, the terminal where the object "sheetlet" is located may display the reply mail and the "view details" button on the mail service interface, and after the object "sheetlet" clicks the "view details" button, the terminal where the object "sheetlet" is located displays the content to be approved, and the approval opinion of the content to be approved is approved by the approval object "reddish: consent was given.
It should be noted that, the terminal where the object "small sheet" is located also receives the approval mail, and the approval mail can be displayed on the mail service interface as well, and since the object "small sheet" does not have approval authority, only part of the content of the approval operation entrance is displayed on the mail service interface of the terminal where the object "small sheet" is located. From the foregoing, the approval operation portal includes a part of the content to be approved, an "approve" button and an "reject" button, so that only the part of the content to be approved in the approval operation portal is displayed on the mail service interface of the terminal where the object "sheetlet" is located, and the "approve" button and the "reject" button are hidden correspondingly on the mail service interface of the terminal where the object "sheetlet" is located.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of mail approval provided in an embodiment of the present application, in which the embodiment describes, from the approval object (e.g. the object "reddish" in fig. 2 b) side of the content to be approved, how to approve the content to be approved in the form of a mail, and the mail processing includes the following steps:
step S301, displaying a mail service interface, wherein the mail service interface displays an approval mail, and the approval mail comprises an approval operation inlet aiming at the content to be approved.
Specifically, the first client (e.g., the client where the object "xiaoming" in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2a is located) displays a mail service interface, on which an approval mail is displayed, where the approval mail includes an approval operation entry for the content to be approved. The approval operation portal can be used as a mail body of the approval mail to be displayed in a body display area of the approval mail. The text display area may be located at the top, bottom, or in the middle of the mail service interface. The first client is a client where an approval object of the content to be approved is located.
It should be noted that, except for including the approval operation entrance, the other parts of the approved mail are identical to the common mail, and also include the mailbox address of the mail sending object, the mailbox address of the mail receiving object, the mail subject, the input mail text, and so on.
The approval operation portal may include approval controls (e.g., the "approve" button and the "reject" button in fig. 2b described above) that may be used to approve the content to be approved. The approval operation portal may include, in addition to the approval control, a portion of the pending content.
The content to be approved may include a name of the content to be approved (e.g., "small leave application" in fig. 2 b), P-item approval details (e.g., "leave type: XX, start time: XX" in fig. 2 b), object information of N approved objects (the object information may include an object nickname and an object head portrait), and source prompt information of the content to be approved. The source prompt information may be: this application comes from a mailbox. The part of the content to be examined can comprise the name of the content to be examined and K key examination details in the P item examination details, wherein K is less than or equal to P, and the K key examination details and the P item examination details are arranged in a structural mode. The K key approval details may be first K approval details of the P approval details; the structured mode refers to the k-v mode, e.g., for "leave type: XX ", the approval details are that" Invitation type "corresponds to k and" XX "corresponds to v. By means of structuring, the displayed content to be approved or part of the content to be approved can be normalized in format.
The approval operation portal can also comprise a review control for the content to be approved, wherein the review control is used for displaying the complete content to be approved. Specifically, when the content viewing control to be approved is triggered, the first client responds to the triggering operation, the mail service interface is switched to the content viewing interface to be approved, and the content to be approved and the approval control are displayed on the content viewing interface to be approved. It can be appreciated that the approval control can be displayed on the mail service interface or on the pending content viewing interface.
In summary, the approval operation portal may include: the approval control, the content viewing control to be approved and part of the content to be approved can also only comprise the approval control or only comprise the content viewing control to be approved; or may include an approval control and a portion of the pending content, or may include a pending content viewing control and a portion of the pending content.
The method comprises the steps that an application object of the to-be-approved mail is a mail template in an to-be-approved mail editing interface of a second client, the to-be-approved mail is generated after editing a target approval template in the to-be-approved mail editing interface of the second client, and the to-be-approved mail editing interface is displayed after an approval content creation entry on the to-be-approved mail editing interface is triggered, or the to-be-approved mail editing interface is displayed after an approval mail creation entry on the to-be-approved mail editing interface is triggered. In popular terms, the second client may create the content to be approved through the mail portal, or may create the approval mail through the approval portal.
The second client is the client where the application object is located, that is, the approval mail is sent to the first client by the second client. It should be noted that the first client, the second client, and the subsequent third client (the client of the pair where the copy object is located) are the same application (for example, an enterprise service application) installed in different devices, and the mail function and the approval function are integrated in the application. In popular terms, the first client, the second client, and the third client are under the same system.
The mail template comprises a mail receiving object attribute, a mail receiving object setting column corresponding to the mail receiving object, a mail sending object attribute, a mail sending object setting column corresponding to the mail sending object, a mail theme attribute, a mail theme setting column corresponding to the mail theme attribute and a mail text input column. For example, the "recipient" is a mail receiving object attribute, and a mail receiving object setting field is used to obtain a mailbox address of the recipient. The mail text input field is used for acquiring the mail text input by the approval object. As shown in fig. 2a, a mail template is displayed on the mail editing interface.
After the second client obtains the pending content, a preview portal of the pending content (e.g., a preview portal in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2a described above) is displayed on the mail text input field on the mail template. The preview portal may include: the system comprises a part of pending content to be examined, an examination application form modification control and an examination application form deletion control, wherein the examination application form modification control is used for modifying the pending content, and the examination application form deletion control is used for deleting and displaying the pending content.
Further, the content to be approved includes N approval objects, and after the second client obtains the content to be approved, the second client automatically fills the mailbox addresses of the N approval objects into the mail receiving object setting column, that is, the approval objects are the recipients of the approved mail. Wherein the approval object has approval authority of the content to be approved.
Further, the content to be approved includes a copy object, and after the second client obtains the content to be approved, the second client automatically fills the mailbox address of the copy object into the mail copy object setting column, that is, the approval object is the copy person of the approval mail. Wherein the copy-on-copy object does not have approval authority for the content to be approved. Therefore, the second client may send not only the approval mail to the approval object but also the approval mail to the copy object.
Whether the approval authority of the content to be approved is provided or not can directly determine the content displayed and the hidden content when the approval mail is displayed. From the foregoing, the approval mail includes an approval operation portal, which may include an approval control, a content to be approved viewing control, and a portion of the content to be approved; when an approval mail is displayed in a client having approval authority (for example, an approval object), all elements of an approval operation entrance are displayed; on the contrary, when the approval mail is displayed in the client without approval authority (for example, the object is copied and the object is applied), the approval control in the approval operation entrance is not displayed, only the to-be-approved content browsing control and part of to-be-approved content are displayed, and further, when the to-be-approved content browsing control in the client without approval authority (for example, the object is copied and the object is applied) is triggered, the approval control is also hidden to display only the to-be-approved content. In general, in clients that do not have approval rights (e.g., copy objects, apply for objects), the approval controls are hidden.
And step S302, responding to the triggering operation of the approval operation entrance, and approving the content to be approved.
Specifically, when an approval control in an approval operation portal on a mail service interface is triggered, the first client approves the content to be approved according to an approval opinion (called a target approval opinion) corresponding to the approval control, and displays the target approval opinion on the mail service interface. And when the review content viewing control in the review operation entrance on the mail service interface is triggered, the first client displays the review content viewing interface, and the review content and the review control are displayed on the review content viewing interface. When the approval control on the to-be-approved content browsing interface is triggered, the first client-side approves the to-be-approved content according to the target approval opinion corresponding to the approval control.
The method comprises the following steps of: adding target approval opinions on the content to be approved, and modifying the approval state of the content to be approved according to the target approval opinions. For example, the approval state may be empty before approval, and the pending state may be after approval: the approval is in progress/passed/rejected. Of course, when the content to be approved is required to be displayed later, the content to be approved containing the target approval opinion is displayed.
The approval control may include an approval control and a rejection control, and the target approval opinion corresponding to the approval control is approval and the target approval opinion corresponding to the rejection control is rejection.
Optionally, when the number of the to-be-approved contents corresponding to the approved mail is multiple, the approval operation portal includes a batch approval control, and when the batch approval control is triggered, the first client approves the multiple to-be-approved contents according to the target approval opinion corresponding to the batch approval control. Similarly, the batch approval control comprises a batch approval control and a batch rejection approval control, the target approval opinions corresponding to the batch approval control are approved, and the target approval opinions corresponding to the batch rejection approval control are rejected. In popular terms, the approval object can complete approval of a plurality of contents to be approved by one key, so that approval efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the approval object may also modify the content to be approved, specifically, add an approval object and delete an approval object. The specific process of deleting the approval object is as follows:
in addition to the fact that the to-be-approved content and the approval control are displayed on the to-be-approved content browsing interface, an object modification inlet is also displayed on the to-be-approved content browsing interface, N approval objects are corresponding to the to-be-approved content, and N is a positive integer. When an object modification entrance on the to-be-approved content reading interface is triggered, the first client displays an approval content editing interface, a target approval template corresponding to the to-be-approved content, a finishing entrance and a deletion entrance of each approval object are displayed on the interface, at this time, the target approval template is filled with the object information of each approval object, and the deletion entrance can be displayed beside the object information of the approval object. When the deletion entrance of the first examination and approval object is selected, the first client receives the deletion requirement of the first examination and approval object, and the object information of the first examination and approval object is deleted on the target examination and approval template, namely the object information of the first examination and approval object is not displayed on the examination and approval content editing interface any more.
When the access is triggered, the first client closes the approval content editing interface, redisplays the approval content viewing interface, and displays the modified approval content on the approval content viewing interface, wherein the modified approval content comprises object information of the rest N-1 approval objects except the first approval object in the N approval objects, approval content names and approval details of the P items, and the first approval object does not have approval authority for the modified approval content. Therefore, when the client where the subsequent first approval object is located displays the approval mail, the approval control is hidden. Of course, since the content to be examined has been modified, the subsequent examination object, or the copy object, or the application object wants to review the content to be examined again, the modified content to be examined is displayed.
The specific process of adding the approval object is as follows:
and when the second object is selected, the first client receives a new adding requirement for the first object, and the first client fills the object information of the second object into the target approval template. When the access is triggered, the first client closes the approval content editing interface, redisplays the approval content viewing interface, and displays the modified approval content on the approval content viewing interface, wherein the modified approval content comprises object information of N approval objects, object information of a second object, approval content names and approval details of P items, and the second object has approval authority for the modified approval content.
The first client may also forward the approval mail to the second object (or the first client notifies the server to send the approval mail to the second object), and since the second object has approval authority, when the approval mail is displayed in the client where the second object is located, the approval control is displayed, so that the second object may approve the modified content to be approved by clicking the approval control.
From the foregoing, the approval control may be displayed on the mail service interface or on the viewing interface of the content to be approved, and after the approval control is triggered by the approval object, the approval control may be hidden on the display interface of the approval control, so that misoperation of the approval object may be prevented by hiding the approval control. The display interface of the approval control comprises a mail service interface and a viewing interface of the content to be approved.
When the approval object triggers the approval control, the approval opinion revocation control can be displayed on a display interface of the approval control in addition to hiding the approval control, and when the approval opinion revocation control is triggered, the target approval opinion is revoked. The withdrawal of the target approval opinion refers to withdrawal of the target approval opinion newly added to the content to be approved, and withdrawal of the approval state modified according to the target approval opinion. Meanwhile, the target approval opinions on the mail service interface are not displayed any more, and the approval control is also redisplayed on the display interface of the approval control.
Optionally, if the approval process of the content to be approved is finished, not only the target approval opinion but also the approval state of the content to be approved can be displayed on the mail service interface, wherein the approval state includes that the approval is passed, or the approval is rejected, or the approval is in progress. Meanwhile, the approval state of the content to be approved can be added to the content to be approved. If the approval process of the content to be approved is finished, the approval state of the content to be approved is either approved or rejected. Whether the approval process of the content to be approved is finished or not is judged by the approval condition of the content to be approved and the approval opinion of the approval object. For example, if the approval condition of the content to be approved is or signed, the approval process is ended and the approval state is approved as long as the approval opinion of any one of the N approval objects is agreed; for another example, if the approval condition of the content to be approved is a consultation, the approval process is ended and the approval state is that the approval is rejected as long as the approval opinion of any one of the N approval objects is rejected.
Of course, after the approval object where the first client is located clicks the approval control, the first client can detect whether the approval process of the content to be approved is finished or not, and if not, the first client approves the content to be approved according to the target approval opinion; otherwise, if the approval process of the content to be approved is detected to be finished, the first client side directly displays the approval state of the content to be approved on the mail service interface and conceals the approval control.
Optionally, after the approval object clicks the approval control, in addition to directly approving according to the target approval opinion, the first client may first display a prompt message, where the prompt message is used to prompt the approval object to send a reply mail containing the target approval opinion, where the prompt message includes a determination portal, and when the determination portal is triggered by the approval object, the first client approves the to-be-approved content according to the target approval opinion. Of course, the first client also needs to send a reply email containing the target approval opinion.
Specifically, the prompt message includes a first prompt message and a second prompt message, where the first message is a message prompting sending a reply mail containing a target approval opinion to an application object of the content to be approved, and the second message is a message prompting sending a reply mail containing the target approval opinion to the application object of the content to be approved and the N-1 approval objects, and sending the reply mail to the N-1 approval objects, because the first client also corresponds to one approval object, and sending the reply mail only to the rest of N-1 approval objects except for the first client. Of course, the determined entry also includes a first determined entry corresponding to the first hint message and a second determined entry corresponding to the second hint message. When the first portal is triggered, the first client executes the step of approving the content to be approved according to the target approval opinion corresponding to the approval control, and the first client also sends a reply mail to an application object of the content to be approved; when the second portal is triggered, the first client executes the step of approving the content to be approved according to the target approval opinion corresponding to the approval control, and the first client also sends a reply mail to the application object of the content to be approved and the N-1 approval objects.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an approval process provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 4 is an interface in the first client in the present application. The first client displays a mail service interface, and an approval operation entrance is displayed on the mail service interface. As can be seen from fig. 4, the approval operation portal includes a part of the content to be approved, and approval controls including the "approve" button and the "reject" button in fig. 4. If the approval object clicks the 'agree' button, the first client displays a floating window on the mail service interface, and the floating window displays a prompt message 'reply to all people' agree 'with a mail, the approval process continues', and the prompt message also comprises a 'cancel' button and a 'confirm' button. If the approval object clicks the "ok" button, the first client closes the floating window displaying the prompt message, displays the floating window containing the approval opinion "consent", and when the display duration of the floating window containing the approval opinion "consent" reaches a threshold value (for example, 1 second), the first client closes the floating window containing the approval opinion "consent", displays the mail service interface, displays the approval opinion "consent" on the mail service interface, and hides the approval control. The first client also sends a reply mail to the application object and the copy object of the content to be approved, and the content to be approved is approved according to the approval opinion corresponding to the approval button.
After the first client side successfully sends the reply mail, the approval object where the first client side is located can check the sent reply mail. When the first client receives the display requirement of the reply mail, a reply mail display interface is displayed, wherein the reply mail display interface comprises a first area and a second area. The first area and the second area can be in a vertical relationship or a left-right relationship, the first area displays reply mails, the reply mails can comprise part of the to-be-approved content and target approval opinions, and the second area displays one or more key value pairs.
A key pair includes object information of an approval object for which approval has been completed, and approval comments of the approval object for the content to be approved. Of course, the object information of the approval object where the first client is located and the target approval opinion are also a key value pair. The second area displays object information of the application object of the content to be approved besides one or more key value pairs, the object information of the application object is displayed at the bottom of the key value pairs, and the earlier the approval time of the key value pairs is, the closer the key value pairs are displayed to the object information of the application object. Alternatively, the object information of the application object is displayed on the left side of the key value pair, and the earlier the approval time of the key value pair is, the closer the key value pair is displayed to the object information of the application object.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an approval process provided by an embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 5 is an interface in the first client in the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the first client displays a mail service interface, and an approval operation portal is displayed on the mail service interface, and as can be seen from fig. 5, the approval operation portal includes a part of to-be-approved content, an approval control includes an approval button and a reject button, and a to-be-approved content viewing control (the to-be-approved content viewing control is the view detail button in fig. 5). If the approval object clicks a 'view details' button, the first client displays a viewing interface of the content to be approved, and the content to be approved and the approval control are displayed on the interface. If the approval object clicks the 'agree' button, the first client displays a floating window on the viewing interface of the content to be approved, and the floating window displays a prompt message 'reply to all people' agree 'by mail, the approval process continues', and the prompt message also comprises a 'cancel' button and a 'confirm' button. If the approval object clicks the 'confirm' button, the first client approves the content to be approved according to the approval opinion corresponding to the 'approve' button, closes a floating window displaying the prompt message, and redisplays the viewing interface of the content to be approved, wherein the approval opinion 'approve' of the approval object is added to the content to be approved on the viewing interface of the content to be approved. As the current to-be-examined content only has 1 to-be-examined object, after the to-be-examined object executes the examination operation, the examination flow of the to-be-examined content is ended, so that the examination state 'examination passed' can be displayed on the to-be-examined content examination interface. If the approval object continues to click a return button on the to-be-approved content reading interface, the first client displays a mail service interface, displays approval opinion approval and approval status approval passing on the mail service interface, and hides an approval control on the mail service interface. And then, the first client side also sends a reply mail to the application object and the copy object of the content to be approved.
As shown in fig. 6, after the application object receives the reply mail, the reply mail may be displayed on the second client by looking at the received mail. The reply mail comprises reply content 'consent' selected on a floating window, partial content to be approved, approval state 'approved passed', and prompt message 'end of flow' of approval flow end; in addition, not only the reply mail but also one or more key value pairs and object information of the application object can be displayed on the display interface of the reply mail, so that the approved examination object and the approved opinion can be quickly obtained.
As shown in fig. 7, after receiving the reply mail, the copy object may display the reply mail on the third client by viewing the received mail. As shown in fig. 7, in the third client, a part of the content to be approved, the approval state and the prompt message for ending the approval process, which are included in the reply mail, are all hidden, and only the review portal of the content to be approved, that is, the "view details" button in fig. 7, is displayed, and when the copy object clicks the "view details" button, the content to be approved with the approval opinion added is displayed.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an approval process provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 8 is an interface in the first client in the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the first client displays a mail service interface, and an approval operation portal is displayed on the mail service interface, and as can be seen from fig. 8, the approval operation portal includes a part of to-be-approved content, and the approval control includes an approval button and a rejection button, and it is assumed that the to-be-approved content corresponds to only 1 approval object. If the approval object clicks the 'refute' button, the first client displays a floating window on the mail service interface, and the floating window displays a prompt message 'to reply to all people with the mail' refute ', and the approval process is finished', wherein the prompt message also comprises a 'cancel' button and a 'confirm' button. If the approval object clicks the 'confirm' button, the first client approves the content to be approved according to the approval comments corresponding to the 'reject' button, the first client closes a floating window displaying a prompt message, displays the floating window containing the approval comments 'reject', the display duration of the floating window containing the approval comments 'reject' reaches a threshold (for example, 1 second), the first client closes the floating window containing the approval comments 'agree', redisplays a mail service interface, displays prompt messages 'flow end' of the approval comments 'reject' and the approval flow end on the mail service interface, and hides the approval controls. And then, the first client side also sends a reply mail to the application object and the copy object of the content to be approved.
As shown in fig. 9, after the application object receives the reply mail, the reply mail may be displayed on the second client by looking at the received mail. The reply mail includes: the reply content selected on the floating window is rejected, the approval state is rejected, and the prompt message of ending the approval process is ended; in addition, not only the reply mail but also one or more key value pairs and object information of the application object may be displayed on the display interface of the reply mail.
Optionally, the display interface of the approval control further displays a review portal, when the review portal is triggered, the first client displays a review object selection interface, and after the review object is acquired through the review object selection interface, the content to be approved is reviewed, that is, the approval authority of the approval object initiating the review (that is, the approval object where the first client is located) to the content to be approved is transferred to the review object. At this time, the review object replaces the review object of the first client as the review object of the to-be-reviewed content to perform the review operation on the to-be-reviewed content, and in addition, the first client needs to modify the object information of the target review object (the target review object is the review object of the first client) included in the to-be-reviewed content into the object information of the review object. Therefore, when the pending content needs to be displayed subsequently, the pending content with the object information modified is displayed.
After the review, because the approval object where the first client is located does not have approval authority, the approval control is hidden on the display interface of the approval control of the first client, and the review state of the content to be approved is displayed, and the review state can be the reviewed state.
The first client may also send an approval mail to the review object (or the first client notifies the server to send an approval mail to the review object), so that the review object replaces the approval object where the first client is located (i.e. the target approval object) to perform an approval operation on the content to be approved. Of course, the first client may send the review mail to the application object and the remaining N-1 approval objects of the content to be reviewed in addition to the approval mail to the review object, so as to prompt the application object and the N-1 approval objects of the content to be reviewed to the review object.
It should be noted that, the target approval object should execute the review operation before the approval operation, so if the target approval object triggers the approval control, the review portal is hidden and not displayed any more, even if the review portal is not hidden under extreme conditions, if the target approval object triggers the review portal, the first client will not respond to the triggering operation of the review portal, that is, will not review the content to be approved, and only the prompt message of the operation error will be displayed.
When the first client receives the display requirement of the review mail, a review mail display interface is displayed, wherein the review mail display interface comprises a third area and a fourth area, the third area is displayed with the review mail, the review mail can comprise part of the to-be-examined content and the review state, and the second area displays one or more examination and approval key value pairs and object information of an application object. The third area and the fourth area may be in a vertical relationship or a horizontal relationship, the object information of the application object is displayed at the bottom of the key value pair, and the earlier the approval time of the key value pair is, the closer the key value pair is displayed to the object information of the application object.
Alternatively, the object information of the application object is displayed on the left side of the key value pair, and the earlier the approval time of the key value pair is, the closer the key value pair is displayed to the object information of the application object.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic view of a review provided by an embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 10 is an interface in the first client in the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the first client displays a mail service interface on which an approval operation entry and a "more" button are displayed. When the more button is triggered, a review button (which can correspond to a review portal of the application) is displayed on the mail service interface, and after the approval object clicks the approval button, a review object selection interface is displayed, and the approval object can select a review object 'sheetlet' and input a review prompt message on the interface: when a submit button on the review object selection interface is triggered, the first client acquires the review object, namely, the review of the object to be examined can be performed, namely, the approval authority of the current approval object is transferred to the review object. The first client closes the review object selection interface, redisplays the mail service interface, and displays a review state on the mail service: "have been reviewed". The first client may also send an approval mail to the review object and send a review mail to the application object.
As shown in fig. 11, after the application object receives the review mail, the review mail may be presented on the second client by viewing the received mail. The review mail includes: in addition, not only the review mail but also the object information of the application object can be displayed on the display interface of the review mail, and if the key value pair exists, the key value pair can also be displayed.
Optionally, since the content to be approved is created, the first client may retrieve according to the approval status and the approval type, and the specific procedure is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a first client displays an approval application form retrieval interface, a retrieval column is displayed on the approval application form retrieval interface, and when the target approval type is obtained through the retrieval column if the content to be approved is the approval content related to the target approval type, the first client displays part of the content to be approved on the approval application form retrieval interface; or when the search approval state is obtained through the search column and the approval state of the content to be approved is consistent with the search approval state, the first client displays part of the content to be approved on the search interface of the approval application form, the approval state can comprise that the approval state comprises that the approval is passed, the approval is rejected, and the approval is in progress. In addition to displaying a portion of the pending content on the pending application form retrieval interface, a detail control may also be displayed. And when the target approval object clicks the detail control, the first client displays the content to be approved. The approval types may be: leave approval types, business approval types, purchase approval types and the like, and the approval types are divided according to content.
In addition, before the approval object does not execute the search operation on the approval application form search interface, the approval application form search interface defaults to display all the approval application forms related to the target approval object, wherein the to-be-approved content is one approval application form, and the approval application form related to the target approval object can be the application form submitted by taking the target approval object as the application object or the application form received by taking the target approval object as the approval object.
Optionally, as can be seen from the foregoing, during the entire approval process, the first client receives the approval mail, and may send a reply mail, or may send a review mail, so there may be multiple mails going to and coming from. Once the approval process of the content to be approved is finished, the existence of the mails is of little significance. In order to reduce the consumption of storage resources of the device, the first client may delete the mail related to the content to be approved, which specifically includes the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a first client detects whether the duration of the approved content reaches a preset duration, and once the duration of the approved content reaches the preset duration, the first client deletes mails related to the approved content, wherein the mails related to the approved content comprise one or more of the following: approval mail, reply mail and review mail.
It should be noted that, although the related mail is deleted, the content to be approved is not deleted, and if the subsequent target approval object wants to view the content to be approved, the content to be approved can be searched through the approval application form search interface.
Optionally, an approval reply control is displayed on the mail service interface, when the approval reply control is triggered, a reply mail editing interface is displayed, a reply mail template and a completion button are displayed on the reply mail editing interface, and the following contents can be displayed on a text area of the reply mail template: part of the to-be-examined contents, and one or more items of target examination opinions corresponding to the examination reply control; if the approval process is finished, the content on the text area may further include: prompt message of approval state and approval process end. In addition, the approval object may input a reply text to the text field of the reply mail template. When the completion button is triggered, the first client-side approves the content to be approved according to the approval comments corresponding to the approval reply control, and sends a reply mail. The reply mail now includes the content on the body area of the reply mail template.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of an approval process provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 12 is an interface in the first client in the present application, as shown in fig. 12. As shown in fig. 12, the first client displays a mail service interface on which an approval operation entry and a "more" button are displayed. When the "more" button is triggered, an approval reply control is displayed on the mail service interface, including the "approve and reply" button in fig. 12, and the "reject and reply" button. Assuming that the content to be examined corresponds to only 1 examination object, if the examination object clicks the "reject and reply" button, the first client jumps from the mail service interface to the reply mail editing interface, and a reply mail template and a completion button (the completion button corresponds to the "send" button in fig. 12) are displayed on the reply mail editing interface. As can be seen from fig. 12, the following is displayed on the text area of the reply mail template: part of the content to be approved; after the approval object executes the approval operation, the approval process of the currently-to-be-approved content is finished, so that the approval state of approval is rejected, and a prompt message of finishing the approval process is displayed on the text area. The approval object may input a reply text to the text field of the reply mail template: "XXXXXXX". When the sending button is triggered, the first client-side approves the content to be approved according to the approval opinion 'refused' corresponding to the approval reply control, and sends a reply mail to the application object. The reply mail then includes the content on the body area of the reply mail template: part of the content to be approved, the approval state and the prompt message for ending the approval process.
As shown in fig. 13, after the application object receives the reply mail, the reply mail may be displayed on the second client by viewing the received mail. The reply mail includes: in addition, not only the reply mail but also one or more key value pairs and the object information of the application object need to be displayed on the display interface of the reply mail.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of an approval process provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the interface shown in fig. 14 is an interface in the first client in the present application, as shown in fig. 14. As shown in fig. 14, the first client displays a mail service interface on which an approval operation entry and a "more" button are displayed. When the "more" button is triggered, a "reply" button is displayed on the mail service interface. If the approval object clicks a reply button, the first client jumps to a reply mail editing interface from the mail service interface, and a reply mail template and a completion button are displayed on the reply mail editing interface. At this time, no content is displayed on the body area of the reply mail template. The approval object may enter text into the body area of the reply mail template: "incomplete data, failed approval". When the send button is triggered, the first client acquires the input text, namely 'incomplete data and failed approval', and firstly identifies the approval opinion corresponding to the input text: and (5) refusing, approving the content to be approved according to the approval opinion, and sending a reply mail to the application object. The first client closes the reply mail editing interface, redisplays the mail service interface, and displays partial content to be approved on the mail service interface, and recognizes approval comments and prompt messages for ending the approval process.
As shown in fig. 15, after the application object receives the reply mail, the reply mail may be displayed on the second client by viewing the received mail. The reply mail includes: part of the content to be examined and approved, the examination and approval comments and the prompt message of ending the examination and approval flow, and the text input by the examination and approval object; in addition, not only the reply mail but also one or more key value pairs and object information of the application object may be displayed on the display interface of the reply mail.
Referring to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic flow chart of mail creation provided in an embodiment of the present application, in which the embodiment describes how to create an approval from the application object (e.g. object "min" in fig. 2 b) side of the pending content, and the mail processing includes the following steps:
step S1601, a target approval template is displayed.
Specifically, a target approval template editing interface is displayed, and a target approval template is displayed on the target approval template editing interface. The target approval template editing interface is used for creating the content to be approved, and two modes of triggering and displaying the target approval template editing interface by the second client are provided:
the first is to trigger the display through mail channel: and displaying an approval mail editing interface, wherein a mail template and an approval content creation portal are displayed on the approval mail editing interface. When the approval content creation portal is triggered, a target approval template editing interface is displayed, and a target approval template is displayed on the target approval template editing interface, wherein the target approval template also comprises a plurality of approval attributes and a content setting column corresponding to each approval attribute. The application object may input content to the content settings column to create pending content.
The second is to trigger the display through the approval channel: and displaying a workbench interface, wherein an approval content creation inlet is displayed on the workbench interface. When the approval content creation portal is triggered, the second client displays a target approval template editing interface, the target approval template editing interface is displayed with a target approval template, and the target approval template also comprises a plurality of approval attributes and a content setting column corresponding to each approval attribute. The application object may input content to the content settings column to create pending content.
Step S1602, when the content to be approved is obtained through the target approval template, displaying an approval mail editing interface, and displaying a submission portal on the approval mail editing interface.
Specifically, after the application object is edited on the target approval template, clicking a completion control on the target approval template editing interface, and the second client can acquire the to-be-approved content through the target approval template, and displaying an approval mail editing interface by the second client, wherein a preview inlet of the to-be-approved content is displayed on the approval mail editing interface, the preview inlet comprises part of the to-be-approved content, an approval application form modification control and an approval application form deletion control, the approval application form modification control is used for the to-be-approved content, and the approval application form deletion control is used for deleting the to-be-approved content.
The K key approval details may be first K approval details among the P approval details.
A mail template is displayed on the approval mail editing interface, the mail template comprises a mail text input column and a mail object setting column, and a preview inlet of the content to be approved is displayed in the mail text input column; the to-be-examined content corresponds to N examination objects, and mail addresses of the N examination objects are filled in a mail object setting column by the second client.
Optionally, if the content to be approved corresponds to the copy object, the mailbox address of the copy object is filled into the mail copy object setting column in the mail template by the second client. The copy-on-copy object does not have the approval authority of the content to be approved, and the approval object has the approval authority of the content to be approved.
Step S1603, in response to the triggering operation of the submitting portal, sending an approval mail; the approval mail comprises an approval operation entrance of the content to be approved, and the approval operation entrance is used for approving the content to be approved.
Specifically, when the submitting portal is triggered, the second client responds to the triggering operation of the submitting portal and sends the approval mail. The approval mail includes an approval operation portal for the content to be approved, and the approval operation portal may include: the approval control, the content viewing control to be approved and part of the content to be approved can also only comprise the approval control or only comprise the content viewing control to be approved; or may include an approval control and a portion of the pending content, or may include a pending content viewing control and a portion of the pending content.
The approval control is used for approving the content to be approved. The approval control is hidden in the client without approval authority, and the corresponding approval control is displayed in the client with approval authority. The manner of displaying the approval control may be referred to as step S301 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3.
The specific flow of creating the to-be-approved content and creating the to-be-approved mail can be referred to in the description of fig. 2a, and the flow described in fig. 2a is that the to-be-approved content editing interface is displayed after the to-be-approved content on the to-be-approved mail editing interface is triggered to create an entry.
The method can comprise the following steps of: under the condition that the approval control, the content to be approved viewing control and part of the content to be approved are successfully transmitted, the application object can view the approved mail by viewing the transmitted mail, and the approval control displayed in the approval operation entrance of the second client (namely the client where the application object is located) is hidden because the application object does not have approval authority, but part of the content to be approved and part of the content to be approved viewing control can still be displayed on the second client. The specific expression can be seen from the following description corresponding to fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 17, fig. 17 is a schematic diagram of a pending content provided by an embodiment of the present application, and the page shown in fig. 17 is a page in the second client. The second client displays a sent mail list interface, a sent mail list is displayed on the interface, and when a review portal of the approved mail in the sent mail list is triggered, the approved mail is displayed on the mail service interface. As can be seen from fig. 17, the approval mail displayed in the second client includes only the partial approval content of the content to be approved (the partial approval content includes the approval content name "small clear applicant", the 3 items of key approval details "applicant type XX, the start time XX, the end time XX", and the nickname "small red" of the approval object), and the content review control "view details" button. The application object can click a button for checking details, and the second client displays the content to be approved, wherein the display interface of the content to be approved comprises source prompt information, and the application is from a mailbox. Because the current approval object does not approve the content to be approved, the currently displayed content to be approved does not newly increase approval comments. Otherwise, if a certain approval object has approved the content to be approved, the displayed content to be approved also carries the approval opinion of the approval object.
Referring to fig. 18 a-18 b, fig. 18 a-18 b are schematic diagrams of a content to be approved according to an embodiment of the present application, where fig. 18a shows that there are only 1 approved objects of the content to be approved, i.e. "reddish" in fig. 18a, and fig. 18b shows that there are a plurality of approved objects of the content to be approved, i.e. "reddish" in fig. 18 b; xiao Li).
Referring to fig. 19, fig. 19 is an interaction schematic diagram of mail processing provided in the embodiment of the present application, in which the creation process of an approval mail is mainly described, and the creation of the approval mail involves a mail module, an approval module and an approval server, and the specific process is as follows: the user initiates an approval mail in the mail module, inserts an approval card on an editing interface of the approval mail, and associates the approval card with an approval ticket. The user clicks the approval card, jumps to the approval module with the mail id, selects a corresponding approval template and fills in approval contents, and temporarily stores the approval contents to the approval server. The server returns the approval id to the approval module, and the approval module returns the information such as the approval list preview abstract, the approval person copying person and the like to the mail module. The mail module displays the approval list preview abstract on the card after acquiring the information, automatically sets the approver and the transcriber of the current approval list as a mail sender and a copying and transmitting person, and records the approval id in the mail. When the user clicks the sending mail after editing the approval mail, the mail module firstly informs the approval server to create a formal approval sheet corresponding to the approval sheet id, and after the approval sheet is successfully created, the subsequent mail sending flow is continued.
Referring to fig. 20, fig. 20 is a second interaction schematic diagram of mail processing provided by the embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment mainly describes an approval process of approving a mail, and approval of the approved mail relates to a mail module, an approval module and an approval server, and the specific process is as follows: the user can check the approval mail and check the corresponding approval details through the approval card. The user may perform the approval operation by clicking "approve" or "reject" in the approval details, or directly by clicking the card shortcut button, both paths. When the user's approval operation is completed, the approval module will inform the approval server to update the approval state of the approval sheet, and after the approval sheet state is updated, the approval server returns the current approval state and approval comments, and remark information when the user performs the approval operation, and the mail module takes the approval state, the approval comments and remark information as automatic reply content and sends consent/refusal mails.
According to the application, the approval operation entrance is aggregated in the mail, so that the approval object can execute the approval operation through the approval operation entrance in the mail without logging in a business system, the closure of the existing approval system is broken, the approval mode is widened, and the approval flexibility and the approval efficiency can be improved; in addition, the mail is used as one of daily applications, and the approval object can be timely informed to carry out approval operation through the mail, so that the approval waiting time can be reduced, and the approval efficiency is further improved.
