when the purchaser needs to sell the product for the second time, the purchaser needs to send an application of selling the product for the second time to the processor;
after verifying the application of the secondary selling of the purchaser, the processor inputs the transaction information of the product into the electronic tag, marks the transaction information as a historical transaction record, and simultaneously restores the electronic tag to an inactive state;
meanwhile, the processor converts the identity of the purchaser;
the processor identifying the purchaser as a second merchant;
