Background
There is a need in some high rate services (e.g., extended real-life (XR) media, distributed computing, etc.) to disclose information and/or events of a network to an application, so that the application adjusts the coding and rate to facilitate better scheduling of resources of the network by the network. Information of the network is also required in the edge cloud network to support selection of the best server. Some network information/events are from the RAN. The techniques described herein may be used for the systems and radio technologies mentioned above as well as for other systems and radio technologies. The following description describes a New air interface (NR) system for purposes of example and uses NR terminology in much of the description that follows, but these techniques are also applicable to applications other than NR system applications, such as generation 6 (6) th Generation, 6G) communication system.
The embodiment of the invention mainly solves the following problems:
serviceization may support efficient and quick information/event disclosure. Currently, the core network already supports servitization in its entirety, but the RAN does not support servitization. When it is desired to disclose information/events on the RAN to other communication devices or third parties. The acquisition of information/events is not efficient and fast enough. The invention provides a method for solving the problem that how to assist a RAN through a CN node to provide information disclosed by the RAN through a service interface by assisting the RAN through the service interface by a CN network element so as to be convenient for other parties (such as a consumer) to call.
The RAN is able to monitor the information/events of the RAN itself, terminals served by the RAN, tunnels established in the RAN and traffic data passing over the RAN. The information/events that the RAN can provide for disclosure may thus include: RAN granularity, terminal granularity, channel granularity, traffic granularity.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic architecture diagram of a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided.
The wireless communication system comprises a terminal 11 and a communication network element 12.
Alternatively, the acquisition may be understood as being obtained from configuration, received after request, obtained through self-learning, derived from information not received, or obtained after processing according to information received, which may be specifically determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. Optionally, the RAN network element may also send first indication information to the first CN network element, indicating that the NG interface establishment is only used for RAN information/event disclosure, not for serving the UE.
Step 2, the first CN network element (such as AMF) sends NG interface setup response to the RAN network element.

The AMF also provides first public information associated with the first service to the NRF.
Step 4, the fourth CN network element generates or receives information/event query requirements disclosed by the RAN network element, for example, a QoS condition of a certain UE service, or a resource load condition of a certain area.
And 5, the fourth CN network element transmits first query information to the second CN network element (such as NRF) to query the first CN network element capable of providing RAN information.
Step 6, the first CN network element receives a first subscription request of a fourth CN network element, determines that the second request is used for requesting first information/event, and/or the second request includes at least one of the following: descriptive information of the first information/event;
and sending the second request to the RAN network element.
When the first CN already has corresponding RAN information. The information may also be returned directly without having to request the RAN.
And 7, the RAN network element performs measurement and returns corresponding information according to the second request.
Step 8, the RAN network element reports first information/event to the first CN network element;
and 9, the first CN network element reports the first information/event to the fourth CN network element.

skipping the first communication device without selecting the first communication device as a network side device of the service terminal or selecting a network side device of the service terminal for the terminal;
transmitting the first information to the first communication device;
wherein the first information includes at least one of:
description information of the RAN network element;
the RAN network element supporting information/events provided for disclosure;
requesting an auxiliary RAN network element for public information/events;
first capability information indicating one of: the RAN network element has the capability of information/event disclosure, and the RAN network element does not have the capability of information/event disclosure;
granularity of information/event disclosure supported by RAN network elements;
the RAN network element supports a granularity range of information/event disclosure;
a first request for requesting an auxiliary RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure;
Requesting an auxiliary RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure granularity;

if the second condition is met, the RAN network element sends a first request message, and/or determines that the destination terminal equipment sending the first information and/or the first request message is a first CN network element;
wherein the second condition includes at least one of:
the RAN network element has information/event disclosure capabilities;
the RAN network element generating or updating the disclosed information/events;
the RAN network element perceives the occurrence of the disclosed event;
the RAN network element generates or updates the value of the disclosed information;
the RAN network element needs to disclose information/events;
the RAN network element acquires index information of the first CN network element or address information of the first CN network element;
the RAN network element obtains disclosure request information, where the disclosure request information is used to request one of the following: requesting the RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure, and requesting the RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure through the CN network element;

the RAN network element generating or updating the disclosed information/events;
the RAN network element perceives the occurrence of the disclosed event;
the RAN network element generates or updates the value of the disclosed information;
the RAN network element needs to disclose information/events;
the first communication device supporting a second capability;
the first communication device supporting presence of an intersection of public information/events with public information/events provided by RAN support;
the first communication device requests public information/events provided by the support of the RAN network element from the RAN network element;
The first communication device establishes a first interface connection with the RAN network element;

indexing the second communication device according to the query request and/or the first registration information of the other communication devices;
providing index information of the second communication device for other communication devices;

determining whether the connection with the first interface is only used for assisting the RAN network element in information/event disclosure;
determining information that a first service can disclose, the first service being for at least one of: disclosing information/events provided by the RAN network element, and providing subscription and/or notification of the information/events provided by the RAN network element to other communication devices;
determining information/events that can be disclosed by the second communication device;
determining first registration information;
sending first registration information to a second target end, wherein the first registration information is used for registering or updating at least one of the following: a first service supported by the second communication device; information/events that the first service can disclose; a granularity range corresponding to the first service; information that can be disclosed by the second communication device, which information/event is provided by the RAN network element; the first service; a granularity range of information/events that the second communication device is able to disclose;
transmitting information/events which can be disclosed by the second communication equipment to a second target end;
Wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the second capability is used for indicating the CN network element to have the capability of information/event disclosure, wherein the information/event is provided by the RAN network element;
the first information includes at least one of:
description information of the RAN network element;
the RAN network element supporting information/events provided for disclosure;
requesting an auxiliary RAN network element for public information/events;
first capability information indicating one of: the RAN network element has the capability of information/event disclosure, and the RAN network element does not have the capability of information/event disclosure;
granularity of information/event disclosure supported by RAN network elements;
the RAN network element supports a granularity range of information/event disclosure;
a first request for requesting an auxiliary RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure;
requesting an auxiliary RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure granularity;
request the auxiliary RAN network element to carry out granularity of information/event disclosure;
wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the first request message is used for requesting to establish a first interface connection, and the first interface is an interface between the RAN network element and the CN network element;
the second information includes at least one of:
the CN network element supports public information/events (the information disclosed by the auxiliary RAN network element);
Both the RAN network element and the CN network element support public information/events;
the auxiliary RAN network element accepted by the CN network element carries out public information/event;
second capability information indicating one of: the CN network element has the capability of information/event disclosure;
a second granularity, the second granularity to indicate one of: granularity of information/event disclosure supported by the CN network element, granularity of information/event disclosure supported by the RAN network element and the CN network element;
a first response, configured to respond to the first request, and instruct to accept the auxiliary RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure;
first indication information, the first indication information is used for indicating at least one of the following: the first object is only used for information/event disclosure of the RAN network element, the object is not used for registration and/or mobility control, the first object is not used for serving a terminal; wherein the first object comprises at least one of: the first interface is connected with the communication device for sending the first indication information, the CN network element connected with the first interface, the first CN network element, the first communication device and the second communication device;
the network element type of the first CN network element;
the first CN network element is configured to assist the RAN network element in information/event disclosure.
26. A communication device, the communication device being a third communication device, comprising:
a third receiving unit configured to receive the first registration information;
a fourth execution unit, configured to execute a fourth operation according to the first registration information, where the fourth operation includes at least one of:
storing a mapping relation between the second communication equipment and the first registration information;
indexing the second communication device according to the query request and/or the first registration information of the other communication devices;
providing index information of the second communication device for other communication devices;
wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
the first registration information is used for registering or updating at least one of the following:
a first service supported by a second communication device, the first service for at least one of: disclosing information/events provided by the RAN network element, and providing subscription and/or notification of the information/events provided by the RAN network element to other communication devices;
information/events that the first service can disclose;
a granularity range corresponding to the first service;
information/events that can be disclosed by a second communication device, the information/events that can be disclosed by the second communication device being provided by a RAN network element;
the first service;
the second communication device is able to disclose a granularity range of information/events.
27. A communication apparatus, which is a fourth communication apparatus, comprising:
a sixth execution unit for performing a fifth operation comprising at least one of:
transmitting first query information, wherein the first query information is used for querying communication equipment capable of providing fourth information;
transmitting a first subscription request to a communication device capable of providing fourth information, the first subscription request being for at least one of: invoking a first service requesting a first information/event; and/or the first subscription request comprises: descriptive information of a first service, descriptive information of a first information/event;
the fourth information includes at least one of: a first service, first information/event;
wherein the first service is for at least one of: information/events provided by the RAN network element are disclosed, and subscription and/or notification of the information/events provided by the RAN network element is provided to other communication devices.
28. A communication device, which is a fifth communication device, comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send fifth information to the RAN network element, where the fifth information includes at least one of:
disclosing request information;
A first measurement requirement;
index information of the first CN network element or address information of the first CN network element;
wherein the public request information is used for requesting one of the following: and requesting the RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure, and requesting the RAN network element to perform information/event disclosure through the CN network element.
29. A communication device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program implementing the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 1 to 11, or the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 12 to 14, or the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 15 to 18, or the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 19 to 21, or the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 22 to 23, when executed by the processor.

A readable storage medium, characterized in that the readable storage medium stores thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 1 to 11, or implements the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 12 to 14, or implements the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 15 to 18, or implements the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 19 to 21, or implements the steps of the information disclosure method of any one of claims 22 to 23.
