Claims (10)

1. A financial payment method, comprising:
receiving an encrypted financial payment application sent by a client corresponding to a financial budget unit, wherein the encrypted financial payment application is obtained by encrypting the financial payment application through a private key in a preset key pair;
performing encryption and decryption processing on the encrypted financial payment application through a public key in the key pair to obtain financial payment data, wherein the public key is obtained by being received from the client in advance;
and carrying out information verification on the financial payment data, and calling an agent financial system to carry out financial payment based on the financial payment data after verification is passed.
2. The financial payment system of claim 1, wherein the financial payment data comprises one or more of the following items: payment voucher number, payment account information, collection account information, payment amount and remark information.
3. The financial payment method according to claim 1, wherein said validating the financial payment data comprises:
determining whether a financial charge corresponding to the financial payment data has been paid;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
determining whether repeated data items or error data items or empty important data items are contained in the financial payment data, wherein the important data items are data items which are essential for carrying out financial payment.
4. The financial payment method of claim 1, wherein invoking the proxy financial system to make a financial payment based on the financial payment data comprises:
generating a payment instruction based on the financial payment data, sending the payment instruction to the proxy financial system for the proxy financial system to invoke a payment component to make a financial payment based on the payment instruction, wherein the payment component includes one or more of the following components: a debit card component, a payment settlement component, and a public deposit component.
5. The financial payment method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and summarizing the payment amount contained in the financial payment data received in the previous working day of the current working day to obtain a summarized amount, and sending the summarized amount to the proxy financial system so that the proxy financial system can carry out fund clearing with a target system based on the summarized amount, wherein the target system is a banking system where national library funds are located.
6. A financial payment system, comprising: a first physical subsystem and a second physical subsystem;
the first physical subsystem is configured to receive an encrypted financial payment application sent by a client corresponding to a financial budget unit, perform encryption and decryption processing on the encrypted financial payment application through a public key in the key pair to obtain financial payment data, and send the financial payment data to the second physical subsystem, where the encrypted financial payment application is obtained by encrypting the financial payment application through a private key in a preset key pair, and the public key is obtained by receiving the public key from the client in advance;
and the second physical subsystem is used for carrying out information verification on the financial payment data, and calling the agency financial system to carry out financial payment based on the financial payment data after verification is passed.
7. The financial payment system of claim 6, wherein,
and the second physical subsystem is further used for summarizing the payment amount contained in the financial payment data received in the previous working day of the current working day to obtain a summarized amount, and sending the summarized amount to the proxy financial system so that the proxy financial system can carry out fund clearing with a target system based on the summarized amount, wherein the target system is a banking system where national library funds are located.
8. A financial payment device, comprising:
the application receiving unit is used for receiving an encrypted financial payment application sent by a client corresponding to a financial budget unit, wherein the encrypted financial payment application is obtained by encrypting the financial payment application through a private key in a preset key pair;
the application decryption unit is used for performing encryption and decryption processing on the encrypted financial payment application through a public key in the key pair to obtain financial payment data, wherein the public key is obtained by being received from the client in advance;
and the financial payment unit is used for carrying out information verification on the financial payment data, and calling the agency financial system to carry out financial payment based on the financial payment data after the verification is passed.
9. A financial payment device comprising a memory and a processor;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor for executing the program to carry out the steps of the financial payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the financial payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
