Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
With reference to FIG. 1, there is illustrated a system architecture diagram of a data processing system in accordance with embodiments of the present invention, the system may include: the system comprises a user terminal, a server and a management and control terminal. Wherein:
s101, when an application is started, monitoring a current sub-number used for interaction by the home terminal to determine a target sub-number.
S102, generating terminal related information based on the target sub-number, and sending the terminal related information to the server.
S103, a setting request for the user terminal is initiated to the server.
S104, generating a setting instruction in response to the setting request, and issuing the setting instruction to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal.
S105, responding to the setting instruction, and setting the terminal data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the descriptions of steps S101 to S105 refer to the descriptions of the following method embodiments. The server is mainly responsible for data distribution, receiving, transferring, processing and the like. The control terminal is used for carrying out data configuration or upgrading and the like on the user terminal. In one example, the data processing system described above may be applied in a video networking environment in which the user terminal is loaded in a video networking terminal device.
The method comprises the steps that firstly, terminal related information of a user terminal is obtained, the terminal related information at least comprises a target sub-number, and the target sub-number is obtained by monitoring a sub-number currently used for interaction by a local terminal when the user terminal is started. And then acquiring a setting request initiated by the management and control terminal aiming at the user terminal. And finally, the server side responds to the setting request to generate a setting instruction and transmits the setting instruction to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal responds to the setting instruction to set the terminal data. Therefore, the issuing of the setting instruction can be performed based on the target sub-number reported by the terminal when the application is started each time, so that the user terminal can be ensured to receive the setting instruction, the terminal data setting is performed, and the situation that the data issued to the user terminal is lost is avoided.
Referring to FIG. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of one embodiment of a data processing method of the present invention may include:
s201, acquiring terminal related information of a user terminal, wherein the terminal related information at least comprises a target sub-number, and the target sub-number is obtained by monitoring a sub-number currently used for interaction by a local terminal when an application is started by the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, both the user terminal and the server can monitor the own sub-number for interacting with the opposite terminal, which can be the automatic monitoring of the home terminal initiated based on a simple network management protocol. When the user terminal starts each time of application, the current monitored sub-number which interacts with the server is used as a target sub-number, and terminal related information is generated and actively uploaded to the server.
The sub-numbers are used for distinguishing terminal sub-devices corresponding to the user terminals, wherein the terminal sub-devices can be understood as terminal ports capable of performing interaction. In a specific service application scenario, the number of terminal sub-devices corresponding to the user terminal is pre-opened according to service requirements. Namely, in the service development process, the number of terminal sub-devices corresponding to the user terminal is redundant. For example, when the number of terminal sub-devices corresponding to the user terminal is 162, the number of terminal sub-devices available for calling is preset to be 52, and the other 110 are redundant terminal sub-devices.
In an example, a database is further provided, after the terminal related information is acquired, the terminal related information may be stored in the database, so that when a setting instruction is issued to a user terminal, a target sub-number corresponding to a first terminal number corresponding to the user terminal may be queried based on the first terminal number corresponding to the user terminal.
S202, acquiring a setting request initiated by a management and control terminal aiming at the user terminal.
S203, a setting instruction is generated in response to the setting request and is issued to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal can respond to the setting instruction to set terminal data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation and maintenance personnel can generate the setting request generated for the user terminal based on the setting page of the management and control terminal and send the setting request to the server. Wherein, the setting page can be a web page. The setup request may include a configuration request and an upgrade request. After the server side obtains the setting request, a setting instruction is generated based on a response to the setting request and is issued to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal can be ensured to receive the setting instruction, and terminal data setting is performed based on the setting instruction. Correspondingly, the setting instruction may include a configuration instruction or an upgrade instruction. Therefore, the issuing of the setting instruction can be performed based on the target sub-number reported by the terminal when the application is started each time, so that the user terminal can be ensured to receive the setting instruction, the terminal data setting is performed, and the situation that the data issued to the user terminal is lost (if the setting instruction is not issued to the terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number, the data is discarded by the user terminal) is avoided.
Referring to FIG. 3, there is shown a flow chart of steps of another embodiment of a data processing method of the present invention, which may include:
s301, acquiring terminal related information of a user terminal, wherein the terminal related information at least comprises a target sub-number, and the target sub-number is obtained by monitoring a sub-number currently used for interaction by a local terminal when an application is started by the user terminal.
S302, acquiring a setting request initiated by the management and control terminal aiming at the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the descriptions of steps S301 and S302 refer to the descriptions of steps S201 and S202.
S303, generating a setting instruction in response to the setting request, and determining whether heartbeat information of the user terminal is received or not in a preset heartbeat time interval.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the application of the user terminal is started (also can be understood as being during the running of the application), heartbeat information may be sent to the server at regular intervals. The target time interval may be 1min, 3min, 5min, etc., and a person skilled in the art may determine the corresponding target time interval according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited herein.
In one example, the heartbeat information may include at least a first terminal number of the user terminal and a current time, the first terminal number being used to distinguish between different user terminals. Therefore, the current state of the user terminal can be determined through the server based on statistics of the heartbeat information. In other words, it may be determined whether the user terminal is currently running or stopped. When the heartbeat information is counted, a corresponding heartbeat time interval can be preset aiming at a target time interval, wherein the heartbeat time interval is N times of the target time interval. And N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2.
For example, after the server side responds to the setting request to generate the setting instruction, it is determined in advance whether the server side receives the heartbeat information of the user terminal within a preset heartbeat time interval, and if the user terminal is in the running state of the application, the server side can receive at least N heartbeat information times within the preset heartbeat time interval. If the heartbeat information is not received in the heartbeat time interval, the corresponding user terminal application stop can be determined. Only when the next application is started, the sub-number corresponding to the user terminal for interaction with the server can be detected. If a setting instruction is directly issued according to a target sub-number in a server, when the next application is started, the setting instruction is lost by a user terminal due to the change of the target sub-number, so that the terminal configuration is failed or the upgrading is failed.
Based on the above, if heartbeat information of the user terminal is received in the preset heartbeat time interval, the following step S304 is executed; in case that the heartbeat information of the user terminal is not received within the preset heartbeat time interval, the following step S305 is executed.
S304, the setting instruction is sent to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal responds to the setting instruction to set terminal data.
And S305, storing the setting instruction.
S306, acquiring the terminal related information of the corresponding user terminal again, and transmitting the stored setting instruction to the terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the terminal related information, so that the user terminal responds to the setting instruction to set the terminal data.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the heartbeat information of the user terminal is received in the preset heartbeat time interval, the server side responds to the setting request to generate the setting instruction and transmits the setting instruction to the terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal responds to the setting instruction to set the terminal data.
And under the condition that the heartbeat information of the user terminal is not received in the preset heartbeat time interval, the generated setting instruction can be stored, and after the setting instruction is stored, a notification message with the instruction delayed to be issued can be sent to the management and control terminal. And when the user terminal starts the application next time, monitoring the current sub-number used for interacting with the server by the user terminal, and generating terminal related information as a target sub-number, and uploading the terminal related information to the server.
After the server side re-acquires the terminal related information of the corresponding user terminal, the current target sub-number of the user terminal can be determined, and the stored setting instruction is issued to the terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number. Therefore, the issuing of the setting instruction can be performed based on the target sub-number reported by the terminal when the application is started each time, so that the user terminal can be ensured to receive the setting instruction, terminal configuration or terminal upgrading can be performed, and the situation that the data issued to the user terminal is lost is avoided.
Referring to FIG. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of yet another embodiment of a data processing method of the present invention is shown, the method may include:
s401, inquiring a history sub-number corresponding to the user terminal, and determining sub-number ranges corresponding to a plurality of terminal sub-devices available to the user terminal according to the history sub-number.
S402, determining a target sub-number from the sub-number range.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the history sub-number may be understood as a sub-number that is interacted with the server by a default user terminal in the server. And the maximum value of the sub-number range is the historical sub-number. In other words, in the application development process, the corresponding sub-numbers of the corresponding terminal sub-devices are all identified in sequence. For example, when the historical sub-number is 51, it indicates that the number of preset terminal sub-devices available for calling is 52, and the corresponding sub-number range is 0-51. Thus, after the historical sub-number is determined, the historical sub-number is taken as the maximum value corresponding to the sub-number range.
In one example, the server may randomly select a sub-number from the sub-number range as the target sub-number. In another example, the server may send the sub-number range to the management and control terminal, so that the management and control terminal displays the sub-number range. The control terminal can also provide a setting page for displaying the sub-number range, a number control is preset in the setting page, an operation and maintenance person can input the sub-number positioned in the sub-number range in the number control, and the target sub-number corresponding to the user terminal is obtained based on the editing operation of the number control.
S403, according to the video communication channel between the control terminal and the user terminal, the target sub-number is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal changes the currently interacted sub-number into the target sub-number.
In the embodiment of the invention, in an application scene based on the video networking architecture, after the target sub-number is acquired, a video communication channel between the control terminal and the user terminal can be established, and the target sub-number is sent to the corresponding user terminal in a mode of temporarily occupying the video communication channel. Thus, the user terminal can change the currently interacted sub-number into the target sub-number (namely, the corresponding interacted sub-number when the next application is started is determined). The terminal issues the setting instruction when the terminal starts the application each time, thereby ensuring that the user terminal can receive the setting instruction and set the terminal data, and avoiding the situation that the data issued to the user terminal is lost (if the setting instruction is not issued to the terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number, the data is discarded by the user terminal).
S404, acquiring terminal related information of the user terminal, wherein the terminal related information at least comprises the target sub-number.
S405, acquiring a setting request initiated by a management and control terminal aiming at the user terminal.
S406, a setting instruction is generated in response to the setting request, and the target sub-number in the terminal related information and the target sub-number configured by the control terminal are compared.
And S407, under the condition that the comparison results are consistent, the setting instruction is issued to terminal sub-equipment corresponding to the target sub-number in the user terminal, so that the user terminal responds to the setting instruction to set terminal data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the description of steps S404 to S406 refers to the description of steps S201 to S203 described above.
The method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of comparing the target sub-number which is actively monitored and uploaded by the user terminal with the target sub-number which is configured by the management and control terminal, and issuing a setting instruction subsequently under the condition that the comparison results are consistent, so that the configuration instruction or the upgrading instruction can not be lost by the user terminal.
And after the user terminal executes the corresponding setting instruction, for example, after the user terminal finishes upgrading or finishing configuration, generating an instruction processing result, returning the instruction processing result to the server, and forwarding the instruction processing result to the management and control terminal by the server and displaying the instruction processing result in the management and control terminal.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the terminal related information may further include a first terminal number corresponding to the user terminal and a second terminal number corresponding to the management and control terminal. The server binds the first terminal number pair and a second terminal number corresponding to a management and control terminal responsible for managing and controlling the corresponding user terminal. Thus, a single management terminal can bind a plurality of user terminals.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention discloses a data processing method, which may include first acquiring terminal related information of a user terminal, where the terminal related information includes at least a target sub-number, where the target sub-number is obtained by monitoring a sub-number currently used for interaction by a local terminal when the user terminal is started.
