Detailed Description
For a more complete understanding of the nature and the technical content of the embodiments of the present application, reference should be made to the following detailed description of embodiments of the present application in connection with the accompanying drawings, which are provided for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
Before explaining the embodiments of the present application, the related contents will be briefly explained.
Currently, the 3GPP international standards organization starts developing 5G with the pursuit of speed, delay, high speed mobility, energy efficiency, and diversity and complexity of future life services. The main application scenario of 5G is: enhanced mobile ultra-wideband (Enhance Mobile Broadband, emmbb), low latency high reliability communications (Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications, URLLC), and large scale machine type communications (Massive Machine Type Communication, mctc).
Among other things, the demand for eMBB is growing very rapidly, since eMBB is still targeting users for multimedia content, services and data. Because the eMBB can be deployed in different scenarios, such as indoor, urban, rural, etc., the capability and demand of the eMBB are also quite different, specific deployment scenarios need to be combined for the application of the eMBB. Typical applications of URLLC include: industrial automation, electric power automation, remote medical operations (surgery), traffic safety assurance, and the like. Typical characteristics of mctc include: high connection density, small data volume, delay insensitive traffic, low cost and long service life of the module, etc.
The NR system can also be deployed independently, defining a new radio resource control (Radio Resource Control, RRC) state, i.e. a deactivation (RRC-active) state, for reduced air interface signaling, fast recovery of radio connections and fast recovery of data traffic. In Idle (RRC-Idle) state, mobility is cell reselection based on terminal equipment, paging procedure is initiated by Core Network (CN), and paging area is configured by CN. The network device side does not have a terminal device context, nor does it have an RRC connection. In the RRC-active state, mobility is cell reselection based on terminal equipment, connection between CN-NRs exists, a terminal equipment context exists on a certain network equipment, a paging procedure is triggered by the RAN, a paging area based on the RAN is managed by the RAN, and the network equipment can know that the location of the terminal equipment is based on the paging area level of the RAN.
The access control mechanisms of the access network comprise two types, namely a cell-level access control mechanism and a service type-level access control mechanism. An access control mechanism for a cell level, which is mainly aimed at indicating whether a terminal device can reside in the cell; for example, the network device indicates whether the terminal device can camp on the cell through a forbidden camping indication bit in the master information block (Main Information Block, MIB), and if the forbidden camping indication bit in the MIB indicates a forbidden state, any terminal device cannot camp on the cell. An access control mechanism aiming at the service type level, which mainly aims at controlling different services to access a current service cell with different success probabilities, so as to reduce the possibility of system resource congestion; the terminal device performing the service type level access control must not be barred from camping by the cell level access control mechanism.
The NPN network can be flexibly deployed as an SNPN network and a CAG network, the SNPN network being commonly identified by a public land mobile network (Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN) Identifier (ID) and a network Identifier (Network Identifier, NID), the CAG network being commonly identified by a PLMN ID and a CAG ID.
A PLMN network can support any network sharing combination mode of a common public network, an SNPN network and a CAG network at the same time, for example, a PLMN can support the common public network or the SNPN network or the CAG network independently, and can also support the common public network and the SNPN network to share one PLMN network, even the common public network, the SNPN network and the CAG network to share one PLMN network at the same time is allowed. The logical deployment relationships among the common public network, the SNPN network and the CAG network are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1 network identification configuration for cell support
As can be seen from table 1, from the perspective of network device configuration, one cell may configure public network PLMN ID list information and NPN network identification list information at the same time; the NPN network identification list information is an optional parameter introduced by NR R16, and for NPN of CAG type, one PLMN ID is allowed to be associated with one CAG ID list; for an NPN network of the SNPN type, one PLMN ID is allowed to be associated with one NID list. Parameters N, M and W in table 1 are positive integers of 1 or more.
Besides being flexibly deployed as SNPN network and CAG network, the NPN network can be deployed by a third party under the authorization of an operator. The third party deployed NPN network has new network characteristics, and the network device department informs the terminal devices of the new network characteristic information through the system information, but not all the terminal devices support the third party deployed NPN network. Meanwhile, not all NPN networks support the function of third party deployment NPN networks. Therefore, how to control different types of terminal devices to access to an NPN network deployed by a third party is a problem to be solved, and the prior art does not disclose a solution for access control of an NPN network deployed by a third party.
The network access method provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the terminal equipment to determine whether to access the NPN network according to the access control configuration information of the NPN network, the characteristic configuration information of the NPN network and the configuration information of the terminal equipment, thereby realizing the rapid and accurate access of the terminal equipment to the NPN network.

The temporary network identity may have a length different from the length of the PLMN ID or the SNPN ID.
For the second configuration information, the second configuration information may be used for the terminal device to select an appropriate network for third party authentication. For example, if the second configuration information matches at least one identifier of group identifier information included in the NPN network feature configuration information broadcasted by the cell and allowing the terminal device to authenticate through the NPN network, the terminal device considers that the SNPN/PLMN identifier network associated with the group identifier information included in the NPN network feature configuration information broadcasted by the cell and allowing the terminal device to authenticate through the NPN network is available. The configuration of the second configuration information is as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 second configuration information
Configuration 2 in table 2 is the second configuration information in the embodiment of the present application. For the network 2, the network configuration subscribed by the terminal device is not matched with the network configuration subscribed by the network 2, but the configuration 1 in the third party network configuration of the terminal device is matched with the third party network configuration SNPN2 of the network 2, so that the terminal device can access the network 2 through the SNPN2 to initiate the third party authentication. For network 1, the network configuration subscribed by the terminal device is not matched with the network configuration subscribed by network 1, and configuration 1 in the third party network configuration of the terminal device is not matched with the third party network configuration SNPN4 of network 1; however, if configuration 2 in the third party network configuration of the terminal device matches with the third party authentication group identifier 1 in the third party network configuration of the network 1, the terminal device may still initiate the third party authentication by accessing the network 1 through the SNPN 4. Similarly, the application of the fourth configuration information is the same as or similar to the application of the second configuration information in table 2, and will not be repeated here.
In still other embodiments, the access control configuration information of the NPN network may be carried in an access network system broadcast message, where the access control configuration information of the NPN network is determined by the terminal device through an access network system broadcast message sent by the network device. The access control configuration information of the NPN network may include at least one of: first indication information indicating whether the cell supports an NPN network; second indication information for indicating whether the cell supports a function of allowing the terminal device to perform third party authentication or registration by accessing the cell to the NPN network; indicating whether a cell supports a third indication information which allows the terminal equipment to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information function through the cell access NPN network; indicating whether a cell supports a function of allowing terminal equipment to perform third party authentication or registration through the cell to access an NPN network; and whether fourth indication information allowing the terminal device to acquire new subscription information or update an existing subscription information function through the cell access network is supported; fifth indication information indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions (other uses) and sixth indication information indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions (future uses).
Information included in the access control configuration information of the NPN network is described below.
For the first indication information, it may be indicated whether the cell is reserved exclusively for NPN functions; if the first indication information indicates that the cell is reserved for the NPN function, after the terminal equipment obtains the first indication information, the cell can be determined to only support the NPN function; the terminal device can filter out some cells unsuitable for access according to the service capability of the terminal device and the first indication information. For example, if the first indication information indicates that the cell is reserved for the NPN function, that is, the cell only supports the NPN function, the non-NPN terminal device cannot select the cell to initiate the normal service.
For the first indication information, whether the cell supports the NPN function may also be indicated, and whether the cell supports the public network service function cannot be determined according to the first indication information. The terminal can filter out some cells unsuitable for access according to the service capability and the first indication information. For example, if the first indication information indicates that the cell does not support the NPN function and the terminal device belongs to the terminal device that only operates in the NPN mode (NPN-only), the terminal device cannot select the cell to initiate the normal service.
The second indication information, the third indication information and the fourth indication information are described and applied similarly to the description and application of the first indication information, and are not described again here.
In this embodiment of the present application, the fifth indication information or the sixth indication information is further used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version. Such as indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by a protocol version after R16. In this scenario, the fifth indication information may be only used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for other functional use, and the sixth indication information is used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for a subsequent protocol version use in addition to whether the cell is reserved for future functional use. In this scenario, the fifth indication information may be used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version, in addition to indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions; the sixth indication information is only used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for future use of functions.
Or, the access control configuration information of the NPN network further includes seventh indication information indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version; in this scenario, the fifth indication information is only used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for other functions, and the sixth indication information is only used to indicate whether the cell is reserved for future functions.
In the embodiment of the present application, the terminal device may acquire the first indication information to the seventh indication information only if the protocol version supported by the terminal device is higher than or equal to the protocol version defining the first indication information to the seventh indication information; if the protocol version supported by the terminal device is lower than the protocol version defining the first indication information to the seventh indication information, the terminal device cannot acquire the first indication information to the seventh indication information.
In some embodiments, if the access control configuration information of the NPN network includes first to sixth indication information and does not include seventh indication information, each of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, and the sixth indication information corresponds to one first information domain. It may be understood that the number of first information fields corresponds to the number of indication information one by one, and if the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, and the sixth indication information exist, the number of first information fields is six, and the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, and the sixth indication information correspond to one of the six first information fields, respectively. The bit value of each first information field is used to characterize the corresponding indication information.
Similarly, if the access control configuration information of the NPN network includes first to seventh indication information, each of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, the sixth indication information, and the seventh indication information corresponds to one third information domain.
Taking the example that seven indicating information from the first indicating information to the seventh indicating information is present, the corresponding relationship between the indicating information and the third information domain may be as follows in table 3:
TABLE 3 correspondence of indication information with third information field
As shown in table 3, if the bit value of the third information field 1 is 1, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 1 is true, the first indication information indicates whether the cell supports the NPN network; if the bit value of the third information domain 2 is 0, that is, the value corresponding to the third information domain 2 is not true, characterizing that the second indication information indicates whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function allowing the terminal equipment to be performed through the cell access network is not limited, that is, any terminal equipment can perform the third party authentication or registration function through the cell access network; if the bit value of the third information field 3 is 1, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 3 is true, characterizing that the third indication information indicates whether the cell supports the function of allowing the terminal device to acquire new subscription information or updating the existing subscription information through the cell access network; if the bit value of the third information field 4 is 0, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 4 is not true, characterizing that the fourth indication information indicates whether the cell supports the function of allowing the terminal device to perform third party authentication or registration through the cell access network is not limited, and whether the cell supports the function of allowing the terminal device to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell access network is not limited; if the bit value of the third information field 5 is 0, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 5 is not true, the fifth indication information is characterized to indicate that the reservation for other functions is not limited; if the bit value of the third information field 6 is 1, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 6 is true, characterizing the sixth indication information to indicate that the reservation for future function use is limited; if the bit value of the third information field 7 is 1, that is, the value corresponding to the third information field 7 is true, the seventh indication information is characterized to indicate that the cell is reserved for the use of the subsequent protocol version to be limited.
The first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information and the fourth indication information may be configured according to the granularity of the cell, that is, the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information and the fourth indication information are applicable to all NPN networks supported by the cell; or the configuration can be performed according to the granularity of the NPN identifiers, that is, each NPN network identifier is associated with a set of independent first indication information, second indication information, third indication information and fourth indication information, or each NPN network is configured corresponding to a set of independent first indication information, second indication information, third indication information and fourth indication information. For example, if the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, and the fourth indication information are configured according to the granularity of the cell, the cell supports 3 NPN networks, and each of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, and the fourth indication information is applicable to 3 NPN networks supported by the cell. If the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information and the fourth indication information are configured according to NPN identification granularity, 3 first indication information should be configured for 3 NPN networks supported by the cell; similarly, 3 pieces of second indication information, 3 pieces of third indication information, and 3 pieces of fourth indication information should be configured.
In other embodiments, if the access control configuration information of the NPN network includes first to sixth indication information and does not include seventh indication information, at least one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, and the sixth indication information corresponds to a first information domain combination. The first information domain combination comprises at least two second information domains, and different first information domain combinations corresponding to the at least two second information domains respectively correspond to different indication information. Taking the example that the first information field combination includes two second information fields, the bit values of the first information field combination may be "00", "01", "10", and "11", the corresponding values of the first information field combination are "0, 1, 2, and 3", and the four values of the first information field combination may be used to indicate any four indication information from the first indication information to the seventh indication information.
Similarly, if the access control configuration information of the NPN network includes first to seventh indication information, at least one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, the sixth indication information, and the seventh indication information corresponds to a second information domain combination. The second information field combination includes at least two fourth information fields.
For example, if the first information field combination includes three second information fields, each second information field is one bit; the values of the first information field combination may be eight, if the bit values of the three second information fields are all "0", the value of the first information field combination is "0", if the bit values of the second information fields are "0, 1" in sequence, the value of the first information field combination is "1", and so on, as shown in table 4 below:
TABLE 4 correspondence of bit values of the first information field combinations to indication information
As shown in table 4, if the value of the second information field combination is 0, that is, the value of the first indication information is not true, the first indication information is characterized to indicate whether the cell supports the NPN network or not; and if the bit value of the second information domain combination is 1, that is, the value of the second indication information is true, the second indication information is characterized to indicate whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function which allows the terminal equipment to pass through the cell access network or not to be limited. The value of the second information field combination is 2-7, and the third indication information to the eighth indication information are respectively corresponding, so that when the value of the first information field combination is 2-7, the value of the indication information corresponding to the first information field combination is "true" or "not true"; for example, if the value of the second information field combination is defined as 2 and the value of the corresponding indication information is "true", the third indication information corresponding to the value of the second information field combination as 2 indicates whether the cell supports the function of allowing the terminal device to acquire new subscription information or update existing subscription information through the cell access network.
The above description is made on the access control configuration information of the NPN network, the feature configuration information of the NPN network, and the configuration information of the terminal device in the embodiments of the present application, and a specific implementation procedure for determining, by using the terminal device, whether to access the NPN network based on at least one of the access control configuration information of the NPN network, the feature configuration information of the NPN network, and the configuration information of the terminal device in different scenarios is described below.
Scene one
The fifth indication information or the sixth indication information is further used for indicating whether the cell is reserved for a scene used by a subsequent protocol version; comprising the following steps: the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for other functions and whether the cell is reserved for the subsequent protocol version, and the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for the future functions; or the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, and the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions and indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version.
And if the values of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information and the sixth indication information are all not true (not true), the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence, and the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value of not reserved (not reserved), the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a candidate residence cell. The candidate camping cell may be used for cell reselection by the terminal device.
Wherein, the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence may be MIB indication information that the cell is not transmitted by the network device to prohibit the residence. The value of the first indication information is not true, so that whether the cell supports the NPN network or not can be characterized, namely any terminal equipment can be accessed to the NPN network; if the value of the first indication information is true, whether the cell supports the NPN network or not can be characterized, if the first indication information indicates that the cell does not support the NPN function, at this time, the terminal device only operating in the NPN mode cannot select the cell to initiate normal service. The value of the second indication information is not true, so that whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to access the NPN network through the cell can be characterized, namely, any terminal equipment can perform the third party authentication or registration function through the cell access the NPN network. The third indication information is of a non-true value, which can characterize whether the cell supports the function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell access NPN network or not, namely, any terminal can acquire the new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell access NPN network. The fourth indication information is of a non-true value, which can characterize whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to access to the NPN network through the cell, and meanwhile, whether the cell supports the function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell to access to the NPN network, that is, any terminal equipment can access to the NPN network through the cell, and any terminal can acquire the new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell to access to the NPN network. The fifth indication information has a value of non-true and can be used for characterizing whether the cell is reserved for other functions or not; the value of the sixth indication information is not true and may be characterized as not defining whether the cell is reserved for future functional use. If the fifth indication information or the sixth indication information is further used for indicating whether the cell is reserved for the subsequent protocol version, and if the value of the fifth indication information or the sixth indication information is not true, characterizing whether the cell is reserved for the subsequent protocol version is not limited; i.e. neither the fifth nor the sixth indication prohibit access by the terminal device.
Scene two
A scene for the seventh indication information for indicating whether the cell is reserved for the use of a subsequent protocol version; i.e. the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions, and the seventh indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version.
And if the values of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, the sixth indication information and the seventh indication information are all not true (non true), the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence, and the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value of non reserved (non reserved), the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a candidate residence cell. The candidate camping cell may be used for cell reselection by the terminal device.
The description of the second scenario, which is the same as the description of the first scenario, which is the description of the sixth scenario, which is the description of the first scenario, which is the description of the third scenario, will not be repeated here. And in the case that the value of the seventh indication information is not true, characterizing whether the cell is reserved for the subsequent protocol version or not is not limited, namely the seventh indication information indicates that the access of the terminal equipment is not forbidden.
Scene three
The sixth indication information is further used for indicating whether the cell is reserved for a scene used by a subsequent protocol version; i.e. the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions and indicates the scenario whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version.
When the value of at least one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information and the fifth indication information is true, the sixth indication information indicates that the terminal device is not prohibited from accessing (i.e., the value of the sixth indication information is not true), the feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one feature information, the cell is not indicated to prohibit from camping, and in a case that the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value not reserved, one scenario is: if the configuration information of the terminal equipment comprises at least one of first capability indication information, second capability indication information, third capability indication information, first configuration information, second configuration information, third configuration information and fourth configuration information, the terminal equipment determines the cell as a candidate residence cell; another scenario is: and if the configuration information of the terminal equipment does not comprise any one of the first capability indication information, the second capability indication information, the third capability indication information, the first configuration information, the second configuration information, the third configuration information and the fourth configuration information, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a cell forbidden to reside.
The value of the first indication information is true, which can characterize whether the cell supports the NPN network, that is, whether any terminal device can access the NPN network. The value of the second indication information is true, which can characterize whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to access the NPN network through the cell, that is, not any terminal equipment can perform the third party authentication or registration function through the cell. The third indication information has a true value, which can characterize whether the cell supports the function limitation of allowing the terminal equipment to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell access NPN network, that is, not all terminals can acquire the new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell access NPN network. The fourth indication information is of a value which is not true, and can be used for characterizing whether the cell supports the third party authentication or registration function limitation for allowing the terminal equipment to access to the NPN network through the cell, and whether the cell supports the function limitation for allowing the terminal equipment to acquire new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell to access to the NPN network, namely that not all terminal equipment can access to the NPN network through the cell, and not all terminals can acquire the new subscription information or update the existing subscription information through the cell to access to the NPN network.
The description of the third scenario in which the first to fifth indication information is not true is the same as the description of the third scenario in which the first to fifth indication information is not true, and will not be repeated here.

In the case that the value of at least one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information and the sixth indication information is true, the value of the seventh indication information is not true (i.e. indicates that the terminal device is not prohibited from accessing), the feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one item of feature information, the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence, and the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value not reserved,
if the configuration information of the terminal equipment comprises at least one of first capability indication information, second capability indication information, third capability indication information, first configuration information, second configuration information, third configuration information and fourth configuration information, the terminal equipment determines the cell as a candidate residence cell; and if the configuration information of the terminal equipment does not comprise any one of the first capability indication information, the second capability indication information, the third capability indication information, the first configuration information, the second configuration information, the third configuration information and the fourth configuration information, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a cell forbidden to reside.
The feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one feature information, which may be that the feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one feature information of:

The description of the fourth scenario, which is non-true for the first to sixth indication information, is the same as the description of the fourth scenario, which is non-true for the first to sixth indication information, and will not be repeated here.
Scene five
The sixth indication information is further used for indicating whether the cell is reserved for a scene used by a subsequent protocol version; i.e. the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions and indicates the scenario whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version.
If at least one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information and the fifth indication information is true, the sixth indication information is not true (i.e. indicates that the terminal device is not prohibited from accessing), and the feature configuration information of the NPN network does not include any feature information, if the terminal device is in the SNPN mode, the terminal device determines that the cell is a cell prohibited from camping; or, regardless of the mode in which the terminal device is in, the terminal device determines that the cell is a barred cell.
The feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one feature information, which may be that the feature configuration information of the NPN network includes at least one feature information of:
configuration information for identifying the NPN network; indication information of whether the terminal equipment is allowed to carry out authentication through the NPN network; group identification information allowing the terminal device to authenticate through the NPN network; if the SNPN network identifier used for network authentication is not matched with any SNPN network identifier broadcasted by the NPN network system message, the terminal equipment is allowed to initiate indication information of a network authentication request in the NPN network; if the terminal equipment is allowed to initiate indication information of a network authentication request in the NPN network under the condition that the maintained PLMN network identifier used for network authentication is not matched with any PLMN network identifier broadcasted by the NPN network system message; whether the terminal equipment is allowed to be accessed through the NPN network or not, and acquiring indication information of subscription information; allowing terminal equipment to access through the NPN network and acquiring group identification information of subscription information; an indication of whether the NPN network allows emergency communication.
The description of the fifth scenario in which the first to fifth indication information is not true is the same as the description of the fifth scenario in which the first to fifth indication information is not true, and will not be repeated here.

The description of the scene six for the first indication information to the sixth indication information being non-true is the same as the description of the scene one for the first indication information to the sixth indication information being non-true, and will not be repeated here.

In case the value of the sixth indication information is true (i.e. indicates that the terminal device is barred from access), the terminal device determines the cell as a barred camping cell.

In case the value of the seventh indication information is true (i.e. indicates that the terminal device is barred from access), the terminal device determines the cell as a barred camping cell.
In this scenario, the terminal device determines the cell as a camping-prohibited cell as long as the value of the seventh indication information is true, regardless of whether the values of the first to sixth indication information are true or not.
Scene nine
The sixth indication information is further used for indicating whether the cell is reserved for a scene used by a subsequent protocol version; i.e. the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions and indicates the scenario whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version. If the values of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information and the sixth indication information are all non-true, the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence, and the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value to be reserved, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a residence candidate cell or a residence prohibition cell based on the Access Identity (Access Identity); the access identifier is used for representing access capability information of the terminal equipment.
Or, for the seventh indication information, a scenario for indicating whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version; i.e. the fifth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by other functions, the sixth indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by future functions, and the seventh indication information indicates whether the cell is reserved for use by a subsequent protocol version. If the values of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, the fourth indication information, the fifth indication information, the sixth indication information and the seventh indication information are all non-true, the cell is not indicated to prohibit the residence, and the indication information reserved for the operator takes the value to reserve, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a residence candidate cell or a residence prohibition cell based on the characterization access identifier; the access identifier is used for representing access capability information of the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the specific implementation process of determining, by the terminal device, that the cell is a camping candidate cell or a camping prohibition cell based on the characterized access identifier may be:
1) And if the access identifier is a first value, the terminal equipment operates in a local public land mobile network HPLMN or an equivalent local public land mobile network EHPLMN, and if the indication information value of the PLMN identifier corresponding to the HPLMN or the EHPLMN corresponding to the cell reserved by an operator is reserved, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a resident candidate cell. Wherein the first value is 11 or 15, i.e. the Access Identity value is 11 or 15.
2) And if the access identifier is a first value, and the SNPN identifier of the SNPN selected or registered or equivalent by the cell corresponding to the terminal equipment is reserved according to the indication information reserved by the operator, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a residence candidate cell. Wherein the first value is 11 or 15, i.e. the Access Identity value is 11 or 15.
3) And if the access identifier is a second value and the cell corresponds to the SNPN or the PLMN selected by the terminal equipment or the SNPN identifier of the SNPN or the PLMN registered by the terminal equipment corresponding to the cell or the indication information value reserved by an operator corresponds to reservation, the terminal equipment determines that the cell is a cell forbidden to reside in. Wherein the second value is any one of the following: 0. 1, 2, 12, 13 and 14, i.e. the value of Access Identity is any one of 0, 1, 2, 12, 13 and 14.
It should be noted that, for the first scenario to the ninth scenario described in the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application only combine whether to instruct the influence of cell to prohibit residence in the MIB message, and do not combine the influence of other reasons that may exist to prohibit residence on the access network of the terminal device; other reasons for prohibiting the residence may be that the terminal device cannot read the basic system information of the cell, or that the terminal device does not support the initial bandwidth of the broadcasting of the system information of the cell. Therefore, if the candidate camping cells selected based on the above-mentioned scenes one to nine of the scenes of the application do not meet other scenes of forbidden camping, the terminal device prohibits camping on these candidate camping cells.
