if the sequence scores corresponding to any two or more channel information are equal, comparing the sequence weight scores corresponding to the transaction amounts, and determining the transaction reward sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence weight score corresponding to the transaction amounts;
if the order weight scores corresponding to the transaction amounts are equal, comparing the order scores corresponding to the property areas, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the scores of the order weight scores corresponding to the property areas;
if the sequence scores corresponding to the real estate areas are equal, comparing the sequence scores corresponding to the client contact time, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence score corresponding to the client contact time;

If the sequence scores of the two or more channel information are equal, performing single-item comparison according to the sequence weight scores corresponding to the first weight, the second weight, the third weight and the fourth weight, and arranging the single-item information with high sequence weight score before the single-item information with low sequence weight score; if the sequence scores of any two or more channel information are equal and the sequence weight scores of the single information are equal, the channel information is sequentially arranged according to a default sequence or any sequence to be used as a transaction rewarding sequence.
In this example, the trade rewarding sequence is determined from high to low according to the order weight score of the single item information, wherein the order scores corresponding to the two or more channel information are equal, so that fairness and objectivity of the system in ordering the trade rewarding sequence are improved, and intelligence and accuracy in distributing the real estate trade rewards are improved.
In one possible example, after the receiving a first acknowledgement message from the second terminal for the first authentication message and a second acknowledgement message from the third terminal for the second authentication message, the method further comprises:
sending a third verification message to the first terminal;
and after receiving a third confirmation message of the first terminal aiming at the third verification message, confirming that the first terminal is associated with the at least one second terminal.
The third verification message is to confirm that the user using the first terminal is the first-level property broker in the current property trade event, and may be a text message such as "please ask xx (second-level property broker name) whether the second-level property broker associated with you is, and complete the identity verification according to the third confirmation message determined by the first-level property broker selection.

In one possible example, the channel information further includes customer personal information, where the customer personal information includes at least one of the following: name, gender, contact; the receiving unit 410 is specifically configured to confirm completion of the real estate transaction event according to the transaction message: transmitting a first verification message to the second terminal, wherein the first verification message is used for instructing the second terminal to upload related information for representing the completion of the real estate transaction event, and the related information comprises at least one of the following: purchase house contract, purchase receipt, invoice; and sending a second verification message to a third terminal, the third terminal being a device used by the customer indicated in the channel information; and after receiving a first confirmation message from the second terminal aiming at the first verification message and a second confirmation message from the third terminal aiming at the second verification message, confirming that the real estate transaction event is completed.
In one possible example, the ranking unit 440 is specifically configured to rank the at least one second terminal according to the transaction contribution degree of the at least one second terminal, to obtain a transaction reward sequence: determining the weight corresponding to each piece of information in the transaction information; according to the weight and the data of each transaction information, calculating to obtain a sequential weight score corresponding to each transaction information; determining the sequence score corresponding to each channel information according to the sequence weight score corresponding to each transaction information; and determining the transaction reward sequence according to the sequence score corresponding to each channel information.
In one possible example, the determining the weight corresponding to each piece of the transaction information, the ranking unit 440 is specifically configured to: setting the transaction amount as a first weight; setting the property area to a second weight, wherein the second weight is smaller than the first weight; setting the customer contact time length as a third weight, wherein the third weight is smaller than the second weight, and the customer contact time length refers to the time length for the customer indicated in the channel information to start watching a house and finish buying the house; setting the client evaluation as a fourth weight, wherein the fourth weight is smaller than the third weight, and the client evaluation refers to the grading of the buyer client to the secondary real estate broker, and the sum of the first weight, the second weight, the third weight and the fourth weight is 1.
In one possible example, the determining the transaction reward sequence according to the order score corresponding to each channel information, the ranking unit 440 is specifically configured to: determining the transaction reward sequence from high to low according to the score value of the sequence score; if the sequence scores corresponding to any two or more channel information are equal, comparing the sequence weight scores corresponding to the transaction amounts, and determining the transaction reward sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence weight score corresponding to the transaction amounts; if the order weight scores corresponding to the transaction amounts are equal, comparing the order scores corresponding to the property areas, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the scores of the order weight scores corresponding to the property areas; if the sequence scores corresponding to the real estate areas are equal, comparing the sequence scores corresponding to the client contact time, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence score corresponding to the client contact time; and if the sequence scores corresponding to the client contact time are equal, comparing the sequence scores corresponding to the client evaluation, and determining the transaction reward sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence score corresponding to the client evaluation.
In one possible example, after said receiving a first acknowledgement message from said second terminal for said first authentication message and a second acknowledgement message from said third terminal for said second authentication message, said receiving unit 410 is specifically further configured to: sending a third verification message to the first terminal; and after receiving a third confirmation message of the first terminal aiming at the third verification message, confirming that the first terminal is associated with the at least one second terminal.
In one possible example, the customer personal information further includes age, occupation, and house purchase demand, and the transaction information further includes floor information; after obtaining the channel information in the at least one second terminal according to the transaction message, the obtaining unit 420 is specifically further configured to: storing the channel information; and classifying the building information in the channel information, and counting the customer information corresponding to the similar building.
It can be understood that, since the method embodiment and the apparatus embodiment are in different presentation forms of the same technical concept, the content of the method embodiment portion in the present application should be adapted to the apparatus embodiment portion synchronously, which is not described herein.
With reference to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating functional units of a processing device for channel information in another transaction event according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 5, a processing apparatus 500 for channel information in a transaction event includes: a communication module 511 and a processing module 512. The processing module 512 is configured to control and manage actions of the processing device for channel information in the transaction event, for example: steps of receiving unit 410, obtaining unit 420, determining unit 430, ordering unit 440, creating unit 450, and transmitting unit 460, and/or other processes for performing the techniques described herein. Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may be as shown in fig. 6, and the electronic device 600 may include one or more of the following components: a processor 601, a memory 602 coupled to the processor 601, wherein the memory 602 may store one or more computer programs that may be configured to implement the methods as described in the embodiments above when executed by the one or more processors 601. The electronic device 600 may implement the method shown in fig. 2, for example.
Processor 601 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 601 utilizes various interfaces and lines to connect various portions of the overall electronic device 600, perform various functions of the electronic device 600 and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 602, and invoking data stored in the memory 602. The memory 602 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (e.g., a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the electronic device 600 in use, and the like.
It is to be understood that the electronic device 600 may include more or less structural elements than those described in the above-described block diagrams, and is not limited in this regard.
The present application also provides a computer storage medium having stored thereon a computer program/instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs part or all of the steps of any of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean the order of execution, and the order of execution of the processes should be determined by the functions and internal logic thereof, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method, apparatus, and system may be implemented in other manners. For example, the device embodiments described above are merely illustrative; for example, the division of the units is only one logic function division, and other division modes can be adopted in actual implementation; for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (10)

1. A method of processing channel information in a trading event, characterized in that the method is applied to a server of a channel information management system, wherein the channel information management system comprises the server, first terminals used by primary property brokers and second terminals used by secondary property brokers, each of the first terminals is associated with at least one second terminal, and the server is in communication connection with the first terminals and the at least one second terminal; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a transaction message sent by the at least one second terminal, and confirming that the real estate transaction event is completed according to the transaction message;
obtaining channel information in the at least one second terminal according to the transaction message, wherein the channel information comprises transaction information in the real estate transaction event, and the transaction information comprises: the amount of the transaction, the area of the property, the contact time of the customer and the customer evaluation;
Determining a transaction contribution of the at least one second terminal in the real estate transaction event through the transaction information in the channel information;
ordering the at least one second terminal according to the transaction contribution degree of the at least one second terminal to obtain a transaction rewarding sequence;
creating a reward notification message; the method comprises the steps of,
and sending the rewarding notification message to the at least one second terminal and the first terminal associated with the at least one second terminal in turn according to the transaction rewarding sequence.

The method of claim 1, wherein the channel information further comprises customer personal information, the customer personal information comprising at least one of: name, gender, contact; the confirmation of real estate transaction event completion according to the transaction message comprises:
transmitting a first verification message to the second terminal, wherein the first verification message is used for instructing the second terminal to upload related information for representing the completion of the real estate transaction event, and the related information comprises at least one of the following: purchase house contract, purchase receipt, invoice; the method comprises the steps of,
sending a second verification message to a third terminal, wherein the third terminal is equipment used by a client indicated in the channel information;

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the ranking the at least one second terminal according to the transaction contribution of the at least one second terminal results in a transaction reward sequence, comprising:
determining the weight corresponding to each piece of information in the transaction information;
according to the weight and the data of each transaction information, calculating to obtain a sequential weight score corresponding to each transaction information;
determining the sequence score corresponding to each channel information according to the sequence weight score corresponding to each transaction information;
and determining the transaction reward sequence according to the sequence score corresponding to each channel information.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining a weight for each of the transaction information comprises:
setting the transaction amount as a first weight;
setting the property area to a second weight, wherein the second weight is smaller than the first weight;
Setting the customer contact time length as a third weight, wherein the third weight is smaller than the second weight, and the customer contact time length refers to the time length for the customer indicated in the channel information to start watching a house and finish buying the house;

if the order weight scores corresponding to the transaction amounts are equal, comparing the order scores corresponding to the property areas, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the scores of the order weight scores corresponding to the property areas;
If the sequence scores corresponding to the real estate areas are equal, comparing the sequence scores corresponding to the client contact time, and determining the transaction rewarding sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence score corresponding to the client contact time;
and if the sequence scores corresponding to the client contact time are equal, comparing the sequence scores corresponding to the client evaluation, and determining the transaction reward sequence from high to low according to the score of the sequence score corresponding to the client evaluation.
