The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention provides a damping support base 100 of an integrated gramophone, wherein the damping support base 100 of the integrated gramophone is used for supporting a target object (not shown), and can reduce the vibration of the target object while supporting, namely, realize the damping of the target object. The target object includes, but is not limited to, the integrated gramophone 1, and may be other objects requiring shock absorption, which is not limited in the present invention. For convenience of description, the integrated gramophone 1 will be described as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the shock absorbing support 100 of the integrated gramophone includes a base plate 110 and at least one support member 120. The support assembly 120 includes a first damping mechanism 121, a second damping mechanism 122, and a connecting member 123, where the first damping mechanism 121 is fixedly mounted on the base plate 110. It should be noted that the top surface of the base plate 110 is used to support the main components of the jukebox 1, including, but not limited to, the turntable platter 200, the tone arm assembly 300, and the like.
Preferably, the first shock absorbing mechanism 121 is mounted to the bottom surface of the base plate 110. Of course, in other embodiments, the first damping mechanism 121 may be installed in the middle of the base plate 110 or at other positions such as the top surface of the base plate 110, which is not limited in the present invention, and those skilled in the art may choose according to practical situations.
In addition, in order to achieve connection between the first damper mechanism 121 and the second damper mechanism 122, one end of the connecting member 123 is connected to one end of the first damper mechanism 121 away from the base plate 110, and the other end is connected to the second damper mechanism 122. It should be noted that, an end of the second shock absorbing mechanism 122 away from the first shock absorbing mechanism 121 is used to abut against a supporting platform (specifically, a bottom surface, a table top, a tea table, etc.) to support the base plate 110 and the first shock absorbing mechanism 121.
In detail, a first mounting hole (not shown) is disposed at an end of the first shock absorbing mechanism away from the base plate 110, a second mounting hole (not shown) is disposed at an end of the second shock absorbing mechanism 122 close to the first shock absorbing mechanism 121, and two ends of the connecting member 123 respectively pass through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole and respectively abut against the first shock absorbing mechanism 121 and the second shock absorbing mechanism 122.
It can be appreciated that, when the integrated gramophone 1 vibrates due to its running or external factors, the vibration-absorbing support base 100 of the integrated gramophone can firstly absorb a part of the vibration generated by the independent sound cavity in the integrated gramophone 1 and the vibration reflected by the support plane through the second vibration-absorbing mechanism 122, so as to reduce or eliminate the vibration of the integrated gramophone 1, i.e. to realize primary vibration absorption of the integrated gramophone 1.
Then, since the first damping mechanism 121 is connected to the second damping mechanism 122 through the connecting member 123, the second damping mechanism 122 will transmit the remaining vibration to the first damping mechanism 121, and at this time, the damping support 100 of the integrated gramophone performs the second damping effect on the vibration transmitted by the second damping mechanism 122 through the first damping mechanism 121, that is, the second damping effect on the integrated gramophone 1 is achieved.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the damping support base 100 of the integrated gramophone has at least the following advantages: this shock attenuation supporting seat 100 of integral type record player can realize the multistage shock attenuation to integral type record player 1 through adopting first damper 121 and second damper 122 to reduce the vibrations that transmit to record disc 200 and tone arm subassembly 300 in the integral type record player 1, make the shock attenuation of shock attenuation supporting seat 100 of integral type record player more thorough, thereby improve the shock attenuation effect of shock attenuation supporting seat 100 of integral type record player, avoid integral type record player 1 to produce the vibrations phenomenon, ensure that the broadcast in-process can produce high-quality sound.
In order to better understand the solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the solution of the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Further, as a specific implementation of some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the first shock absorbing mechanism 121 includes a first housing 1211 and a first elastic assembly 1213, and a first receiving cavity 1212 is provided in the first housing 1211. In particular, in this embodiment, the first receiving cavity 1212 is cylindrical.
In addition, the first elastic component 1213 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 1212, and it should be noted that by installing the first elastic component 1213 in the first accommodating cavity 1212, the problem that foreign objects fall into the first damping mechanism 121 and damage is caused to the first elastic component 1213 can be avoided, so that the safe use of the first elastic component 1213 is ensured, and the service life of the first elastic component 1213 is prolonged.
Further, the first elastic member 1213 abuts against the inner wall corresponding to the first casing 1211 to be elastically deformable at least in the vertical direction (specifically, the axial direction of the first casing 1211) and the lateral direction (specifically, the radial direction of the first casing 1211), so that the damping action of the first damping mechanism 121 can be achieved.
It can be appreciated that, when the second damping mechanism 122 transfers the remaining vibration to the first damping mechanism 121, the connecting piece 123 drives the first casing 1211 to vibrate, at this time, since the first elastic component 1213 abuts against the inner wall corresponding to the first casing 1211, the first casing 1211 is subjected to an external force, and the first elastic component 1213 is extruded, and the first elastic component 1213 can be elastically deformed at least in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the first casing 1211, i.e. realize the secondary damping effect on the turntable 1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the first elastic assembly 1213 includes a first seat 12131 and a first elastic balloon 12132, the first seat 12131 is installed in the first accommodating cavity 1212, and the first elastic balloon 12132 is installed between the first seat 12131 and the first housing 1211 sequentially vertically (specifically, in the axial direction of the first housing 1211). In the first accommodating cavity 1212, the first seat 12131 and the first elastic air bag 12132 are abutted against each other, and the first elastic air bag 12132 is abutted against the inner wall corresponding to the first housing 1211.
It should be noted that, when the second vibration absorbing mechanism 122 transmits the remaining vibration to the first vibration absorbing mechanism 121, the first elastic air bag 12132 can abut against the top of the first casing 1211 in the vertical direction, and the first elastic air bag 12132 is stressed to be elastically deformed, so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the jukebox 1 in the vertical direction, that is, to achieve the vertical vibration absorption.
Meanwhile, the first elastic air bag 12132 can also abut against the side wall of the first casing 1211 in the transverse direction, and the first elastic air bag 12132 is stressed to elastically deform so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the jukebox 1 in the transverse direction, namely, realize transverse shock absorption.
Therefore, the first damping mechanism 121 can realize the damping of the vibration of the integrated gramophone 1 in the vertical and horizontal directions by adopting the damping mode of the elastic air bag, thereby further improving the damping effect of the first damping mechanism 121, namely, the damping effect of the damping support 100 of the integrated gramophone.
Preferably, the first elastic balloon 12132 is a sphere made of a rubber material. It should be noted that, because the rubber has good wear resistance, high elasticity, breaking strength and elongation, the first elastic air bag 12132 has the advantages of good elasticity, difficult aging and deformation, and is beneficial to the popularization of products.
Of course, the first elastic balloon 12132 may be formed in other shapes such as a sphere made of rubber material, and the first elastic balloon 12132 may be formed of other elastic materials, which are not limited in the present invention and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, in order to limit the position of the first elastic air bag 12132, a limiting groove (not shown) is provided on a side of the first base 12131 facing the first elastic air bag 12132, and a portion of the first elastic air bag 12132 is accommodated in the limiting groove, as a specific embodiment of the shock-absorbing support 100 of the integrated gramophone provided by the present invention.
As can be appreciated, when the first elastic balloon 12132 is subjected to an external force in a lateral direction (specifically, a radial direction of the first housing 1211), the first elastic balloon 12132 is subjected to elastic deformation, resulting in elastic force. The elastic force of the first elastic air bag 12132 causes the first elastic air bag 12132 to move, and at this time, the groove wall of the limiting groove can abut against the side wall of the first elastic air bag 12132 to block the first elastic air bag 12132 from displacing, so as to avoid the first elastic air bag 12132 from shifting, and ensure that the first elastic air bag 12132 is always kept at the initial position.
It should be noted that, when the first elastic balloon 12132 is installed, the limiting groove can also play a role in positioning the installation of the first elastic balloon 12132, so as to ensure the accuracy of the installation of the first elastic balloon 12132.
Further, as an embodiment of the shock-absorbing support base 100 for a jukebox provided by the present invention, the number of the limiting grooves is matched with the number of the first elastic air bags 12132. In this embodiment, the number of the limiting grooves and the number of the first elastic air bags 12132 are three, and the central lines of the three first elastic air bags 12132 enclose a triangle.
It should be noted that, the central connecting lines of the three first elastic air bags 12132 are arranged in a triangle, so that the side walls of the three first elastic air bags 12132 can be propped against the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 1212 in the first casing 1211, thereby ensuring that the first elastic air bags 12132 can realize transverse shock absorption at various angles along the transverse direction, and improving the shock absorption effect of the first shock absorption mechanism 121.
Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the first elastic air bags 12132 may be 1, 2, 4, etc., and the plurality of first elastic air bags 12132 may be arranged in other shapes such as a rectangle, a circle, etc., which is not limited in this respect, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the shock-absorbing support base 100 of the integrated gramophone provided by the present invention, in order to further improve the shock-absorbing effect of the first shock-absorbing mechanism 121, the first elastic component 1213 further includes a first spring 12133, where one end of the first spring 12133 abuts against the first base 12131 and the other end abuts against the bottom of the first housing 1211. Specifically, the bottom of the first casing 1211 is provided with a clamping member 1214, a first clamping groove (not shown) is provided on the clamping member 1214, a second clamping groove (not shown) is provided at one end of the first seat 12131 facing away from the first elastic air bag 12132, and two ends of the first spring 12133 are respectively and correspondingly clamped in the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove.
Of course, the first slot may be directly disposed at the bottom of the first housing 1211, which is not limited in the present invention, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations.
It can be understood that when the second damping mechanism 122 transfers the rest vibration to the first damping mechanism 121, the connecting piece 123 drives the clamping piece 1214 to vibrate, the clamping piece 1214 presses the first spring 12133, i.e. compresses the first spring 12133, the first spring 12133 is elastically deformed, and then the compressed first spring 12133 presses the first elastic air bag 12132 under the action of the elastic force, and the first elastic air bag 12132 abuts against the inner wall corresponding to the first housing 1211 to elastically deform, so as to achieve the buffering and damping effects of the first damping mechanism 121. Thus, by providing the first spring 12133, the damping effect of the first damping mechanism 121 can be further improved, the use requirement of the user can be met, and the popularization of the product is facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, in order to achieve the cushioning effect of the second cushioning mechanism 122, the second cushioning mechanism 122 includes a second housing 1221, a supporting leg 1223 and a second elastic component 1224, wherein the second housing 1221 is provided with a second accommodating cavity 1222, and the supporting leg 1223 is movably mounted at the bottom of the second housing 1221 in the second accommodating cavity 1222 and is exposed out of the second housing 1221.
Specifically, the second housing 1221 includes a top case 12211 and a bottom case 12212, the bottom case 12212 is sleeved on the supporting leg 1223, the top case 12211 and the bottom case 12212 are fastened to each other, and the top case 12211, the bottom case 12212 and the supporting leg 1223 jointly enclose the second accommodating cavity 1222. One end of the supporting leg 1223 is exposed to the second housing 1221, and is used for propping against an external supporting platform (specifically, a bottom surface, a desktop, etc.), so as to support the whole device.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second housing 1221 may be an integrally formed hollow tubular housing. The present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can select according to actual circumstances.
In addition, the second elastic component 1224 includes a second seat 12241 and a second elastic air bag 12242, the second seat 12241 is installed in the second accommodating cavity 1222, the second elastic air bag 12242 is vertically installed between the second seat 12241 and the second housing 1221, and the second elastic air bag 12242 abuts against an inner wall corresponding to the second housing 1221.
As can be appreciated, when the integrated gramophone 1 vibrates due to its own operation or external factors, the second damping mechanism 122 is capable of damping a part of vibrations generated by the independent sound cavities in the integrated gramophone 1 and vibrations reflected by the supporting plane, so as to reduce or eliminate the vibrations of the integrated gramophone 1, i.e. to achieve primary damping of the integrated gramophone 1.
Specifically, the second elastic air bag 12242 can be propped against the top of the second shell 1221 in the vertical direction due to the vibration effect, and the stress is elastically deformed, so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the record player 1 in the vertical direction, that is, realize vertical vibration reduction; meanwhile, the second elastic air bag 12242 can also support against the side wall of the second housing 1221 in the lateral direction due to the vibration effect, and is elastically deformed by the force, so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the integrated gramophone 1 in the lateral direction, that is, to realize the lateral vibration absorption.
It should be noted that, by adopting the same shock absorbing manner of the elastic air bag, the second shock absorbing mechanism 122 not only can realize the shock absorbing effect on the integrated gramophone 1, but also can realize the shock absorption in the vertical and horizontal directions simultaneously, so as to further improve the shock absorbing effect of the second shock absorbing mechanism 122, namely, the shock absorbing effect of the shock absorbing support seat 100 of the integrated gramophone.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first damping mechanism 121 and the second damping mechanism 122 may also use other damping structures such as spring damping, which is not limited in the present invention, and those skilled in the art may choose according to practical situations.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the number of the second elastic members 1224 is two, and the two second elastic members 1224 are disposed opposite to each other. In detail, the second damping mechanism 122 further includes a second spring 1225, and one end of the second spring 1225 abuts against the second seat 12241 of one of the second elastic members 1224 and the other end abuts against the second seat 12241 of the other second elastic member 1224 in the second accommodating chamber 1222.
