When the air collecting box is used, the air collecting box is required to be communicated with an air conditioner external machine, and then a connecting pipe is required to be used, but a connecting nozzle is often used when the connecting pipe is installed, after the connecting nozzle is used for a long time, a loosening phenomenon can occur, and leakage conditions, for example, an air conditioner used in life, when the joint between the external machine and the internal machine is loosened, the internal machine water leakage phenomenon can occur, the frequently used air collecting box is inconvenient to strengthen the connecting nozzle, and the leakage water is inconvenient to drain, so that the water dripping phenomenon of the air collecting box can often occur, and the use of the air collecting box is inconvenient.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 13, the pipe connector 400 further includes a pipe connector 400, the pipe connector 400 includes a connecting plate 410, a fixing sleeve 420, a water collecting tank plate 430 and a water guide pipe 440, an input pipe 150 and an output pipe 160 are respectively disposed on one side of the box 100, the input pipe 150 and the output pipe 160 are both provided with connectors 170, one connecting plate 410 is sleeved outside one side of the input pipe 150, one connecting plate 410 is sleeved outside one side of the output pipe 160, one fixing sleeve 420 is sleeved outside the input pipe 150 and fixedly connected with the connecting plate 410, one fixing sleeve 420 is sleeved outside the output pipe 160 and fixedly connected with the connecting plate 410, the water collecting tank plate 430 is disposed symmetrically below one connector 170 and fixedly connected with the connecting plate 410, and one end of the water guide pipe 440 is communicated with the interior of the water collecting tank plate 430.
One side of one connecting plate 410 is sleeved outside one side of the input pipe 150, one side of the other connecting plate 410 is sleeved outside one side of the output pipe 160, the other side of the other connecting plate 410 is sleeved outside the connecting pipe, one fixing sleeve 420 is clamped outside the input pipe 150, one fixing sleeve 420 is clamped outside the output pipe 160, the other fixing sleeve 420 is clamped outside the connecting pipe, the fixing sleeve 420 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 410, reinforcing treatment on the position of the connecting head 170 is implemented, loosening or leakage phenomenon between the connecting pipe and the connecting head 170 is effectively reduced, water drops can be discharged inside the water collecting tank plate 430 and are guided through the water guide pipe 440 when leakage occurs, connection reinforcing between the input pipe 150 and the connecting pipe is achieved, connection reinforcing between the output pipe 160 and the connecting pipe is implemented, and water leakage is implemented when water drops occur, so that the use of the water collecting bellows is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, both the connection plate 410 and the fixing sleeve 420 are provided with anti-slip pads 450, one anti-slip pad 450 being attached to the outside of the input pipe 150 and one anti-slip pad 450 being attached to the outside of the output pipe 160.
An energy saving ventilation system according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present application comprises a wind collecting box according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application.
Other constructions and operations of the air collection box according to embodiments of the present application are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners as well. The device embodiments described above are merely illustrative.
