The calculating a blacklist index based on the driving information includes: the driving information comprises violation projects and the corresponding violation times of each violation project, and corresponding weight proportions are obtained according to the violation projects; according to the formula: is equal to alpha 1123 +……+α nn And calculating a blacklist index, wherein the blacklist index is denoted by a record, alpha is a violation item, beta is the number of violations, and n is the total number of violation items. When the vehicle is in the blacklist, acquiring the reason that the vehicle is listed in the blacklist; evaluating the blacklist grade of the vehicle according to the cause, and collecting the geographic positioning information of the vehicle in real time when the blacklist grade of the vehicle is the first grade; and intercepting the vehicle on site according to the geographic positioning information.

1. A method for intercepting a blacklist vehicle on a highway, comprising:
acquiring license plate information in response to a license plate acquisition instruction, and acquiring vehicle information based on the license plate information, wherein the license plate information comprises a license plate number, and the vehicle information comprises owner identity information, vehicle credit information, owner credit information and ETC information;
when a vehicle corresponding to the current license plate information is not in the white list and is not in the black list, inputting the vehicle information into a pre-established credit model to output a credit score corresponding to the vehicle;
judging whether the vehicle is listed in a blacklist or not according to the credit score, and sending the updated blacklist to a high-speed gate access port after the vehicle is listed in the blacklist.
2. The method for intercepting a blacklisted highway vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the white list information and the black list information of the vehicle based on the vehicle information, wherein the black list information is included in the black list and is not included in the black list, and the white list information is included in the white list and is not included in the white list.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the vehicle is in the whitelist, a write time stamp of the whitelist of the vehicle is acquired, and a current time stamp is acquired;
acquiring the existing time of the vehicle in the white list according to the writing time stamp and the current time stamp, and detecting whether the existing time exceeds a first preset duration;
and when the first preset duration is exceeded, acquiring the running information of the vehicle between the writing time stamp and the current time stamp, and rewriting the vehicle into the white list or removing the vehicle from the white list according to the running information.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the vehicle is in the blacklist, a writing time stamp of the blacklist of the vehicle is acquired and a current time stamp is acquired;
acquiring the existence time of the vehicle in the blacklist according to the writing time stamp and the current time stamp, and detecting whether the existence time exceeds a second preset duration;
when the second preset time length is exceeded, acquiring running information of the vehicle between a written time stamp and a current time stamp;
calculating a blacklist index based on the driving information, and rewriting the vehicle into a blacklist or removing the vehicle from the blacklist according to the blacklist index;
and when the vehicle is rewritten into the blacklist, the blacklist is sent to a high-speed gate.
5. The method of intercepting a blacklisted highway vehicle according to claim 4, wherein said calculating a blacklist index based on said travel information includes:
the driving information comprises violation projects and the corresponding violation times of each violation project, and corresponding weight proportions are obtained according to the violation projects;
according to the formula: is equal to alpha 1123 +……+α nn And calculating a blacklist index, wherein the blacklist index is denoted by a record, alpha is a violation item, beta is the number of violations, and n is the total number of violation items.
