Optionally, in the case that the management terminal obtains the contact manner bound to the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle from the management service cloud platform, the specific manner in which the management terminal obtains the contact manner bound to the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle from the management service cloud platform may be:
the management terminal logs in the management service cloud platform through the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle, so that the management service cloud platform sends a contact mode bound with the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle to the management terminal when determining that the management terminal has communication rights for communication with a relational person of the vehicle in a scene where the vehicle is located;
and the management terminal receives the contact information which is transmitted by the management service cloud platform and is bound with the unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle.
The vehicle identification equipment acquires a unique vehicle identifier of the vehicle when the vehicle is identified to enter the scene, and transmits the acquired unique vehicle identifier to the management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform activates the communication authority of the management terminal for communication with the relational personnel of the vehicle; and acquiring the unique vehicle identification of the vehicle when the vehicle is identified to leave the scene, and transmitting the acquired unique vehicle identification to the management service cloud platform, so that the management service cloud platform closes the communication authority of the management terminal for communication with the relational personnel of the vehicle.
It should be noted that, the scene in which the vehicle is located belongs to one of at least two types of scenes divided according to different division standards, for example, the divided at least two types of scenes include a building scene and a non-building scene, or include a parking lot scene and a non-parking lot scene, or include a residential area scene and a non-residential area scene, or include a road scene and a non-road scene, etc., the different types of scenes may be further subdivided into more specific scene categories, for example, the building scene may include but is not limited to a residential scene (such as a residential district), a recreational scene (such as a mall, etc.), a hospital scene, a lodging scene (such as a hotel, etc.), and an office scene (such as an office building, etc.), and the non-building scene may include but is not limited to a gas station scene, a highway scene, a public road scene, a travel area scene, etc.
The above describes one of application scenarios applicable to the implementation method for establishing communication connection with the person in the vehicle, and the implementation method and the management terminal for establishing communication connection with the person in the vehicle are described in detail below.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for implementing communication connection with a person in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in a vehicle may include the following operations:
201. The management terminal obtains a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target vehicle identifier is a feature identifier of the target vehicle, which is different from any other vehicle, and the feature identifier includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a license plate number of the target vehicle, an overall shape of the target vehicle, a local shape of the target vehicle (such as a vehicle lamp shape and a vehicle head shape), an overall surface feature of the target vehicle (such as a color/color combination, etc.), a local surface feature of the target vehicle, a unique image identifier pasted/painted on the target vehicle, and a unique character identifier pasted/painted on the target vehicle.
As an alternative embodiment, the management terminal identifying the target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle may include:
the management terminal performs shooting operation on the target vehicle through a shooting device on the management terminal or an intelligent shooting device establishing a connection relation with the management terminal to obtain image data aiming at the target vehicle, and analyzes the image data of the target vehicle based on a predetermined image analysis model to obtain a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
The management terminal performs shooting operation on the target vehicle through a shooting device on the management terminal or an intelligent shooting device establishing a connection relation with the management terminal to obtain image data of the target vehicle, and sends the image data of the target vehicle to a corresponding management service cloud platform, so that the management service cloud platform analyzes the image data of the target vehicle based on an image analysis model to obtain a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle and returns the target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle to the management terminal;

the management terminal senses an electronic tag of the target vehicle through a corresponding electronic tag sensing device, and analyzes a target vehicle identification uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle from the sensed electronic tag.
Furthermore, the management terminal can identify the target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle through the combination of at least two of the identification modes, so that the accuracy of the identified target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle is improved.
It will be seen that this alternative embodiment is capable of providing a variety of ways of identifying a target vehicle identity uniquely corresponding to a target vehicle, which is advantageous in increasing the probability of identifying a target vehicle identity uniquely corresponding to a target vehicle.
In an alternative embodiment, after performing step 201 and before performing step 202, the method may further comprise the operations of:
the management terminal determines the attribute of the management terminal;
when the attribute of the management terminal indicates that the management terminal can be contacted with the relational personnel of the target vehicle in any scene, triggering and executing step 202;

The management terminal detects whether a communication authority confirmation response is received, when the communication authority confirmation response is received and the communication authority confirmation response indicates that the management terminal has the communication authority for communicating with the relational personnel of the target vehicle, the execution step 202 is triggered, and when the communication authority confirmation response is not received or the received communication authority confirmation response indicates that the management terminal does not have the communication authority for communicating with the relational personnel of the target vehicle, the flow is ended.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also enable the management terminal to judge the authority of the management terminal before determining the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification, so that the behavior of the user of the management terminal can be effectively standardized, and the situation that the relationship personnel of the target vehicle are puzzled or lost due to abnormal acquisition of the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification by the user of the management terminal is reduced.
202. The management terminal determines a target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification based on the target vehicle identification, and the target contact way is used as a contact way of a relational person of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, the target contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifier may specifically include all contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifier, or may specifically include the target contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifier under the scene identifier of the current scene where the target vehicle is located, so that the probability of the communication request being responded can be improved by directly initiating the communication request to the relatives of the target vehicle through the target contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifier under the scene identifier of the current scene where the target vehicle is located when necessary. The target contact information matched with the target vehicle identification may include contact information of an owner of the target vehicle and/or contact information of other persons (such as family, friends, colleagues, etc.) associated with the owner of the target vehicle and/or contact information of an on-board terminal of the target vehicle, and the owner of the target vehicle and the other persons associated with the owner of the target vehicle may be collectively referred to as relatives of the target vehicle.
Specifically, if the scene identifier of the current scene is a first type scene identifier, the target contact information matched with the target vehicle identifier under the first type scene identifier may include at least one of a first type mobile phone number, a first type base phone number, a contact information of a vehicle-mounted terminal, a first type entrance guard call extension number and an account number of a first type network communication application; if the scene identifier of the current scene is a second type scene identifier, the target contact information matched with the target vehicle identifier under the second type scene identifier can comprise at least one of a second type mobile phone number, a contact information of a vehicle-mounted terminal, a second type base phone number and an account number of a second type network communication application, and the second type scene identifier comprises other scene identifiers except the first type scene identifier. The first type of scene identification can be building scene identification, and the second type of scene identification is non-building scene identification; or, the first type of scene identification can be a residential scene identification, and the second type of scene identification is a non-residential scene identification; or, the first type of scene identifier may be a road scene identifier, the second type of scene identifier may be a non-road scene identifier, etc., and the contact manner matched with the target vehicle identifier under different scene identifiers may be adaptively adjusted according to the actual scene, for example, the contact manner matched with the target vehicle identifier under the first type of scene identifier may not include the first type of entrance guard extension number.
It should be noted that, the first type of scene identifier and/or the second type of scene identifier may be further subdivided into small type of scene identifiers, for example, the first type of scene identifier may be at least subdivided into a first sub-type of scene identifier and a second sub-type of scene identifier according to different subdivision rules, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. At this time, the target contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifications specifically include contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifications under different sub-class scene identifications or contact ways matched with the target vehicle identifications under sub-class scene identifications corresponding to the scene identifications of the current scene.
As an alternative embodiment, the determining, by the management terminal, the target contact address matching the target vehicle identifier based on the target vehicle identifier may include:

It should be noted that, a vehicle identification device is provided in the current scene, and when it is identified that the target vehicle enters the current scene, the vehicle identification device obtains a target vehicle identifier of the target vehicle, and sends the obtained target vehicle identifier to the management service cloud platform, so that the management service cloud platform activates a communication authority for communicating the management terminal with a relational person of the target vehicle. Optionally, the vehicle identification device acquires a target vehicle identifier of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is identified to leave the current scene, and sends the acquired target vehicle identifier to the management service cloud platform, so that the management service cloud platform closes the communication authority of the management terminal for communication with the relational personnel of the target vehicle. Namely: when the vehicle identification equipment identifies that the vehicle enters a corresponding scene, the vehicle identification equipment reads or acquires the vehicle identification of the vehicle and accesses a corresponding management service cloud platform through the vehicle identification of the vehicle, so that the management service cloud platform activates the authority of a management terminal corresponding to the scene to communicate (dial/talk or call/talk) with a relational person of the vehicle through a corresponding contact mode; when the vehicle identification equipment identifies that the vehicle leaves the corresponding scene, the vehicle identification equipment reads or acquires the vehicle identification of the vehicle, and accesses the corresponding management service cloud platform through the vehicle identification of the vehicle, so that the management service cloud platform closes the authority of the management terminal corresponding to the scene to communicate (dial/talk or call/talk) with the relational personnel of the vehicle through corresponding contact modes.
It should be noted that, the vehicle identification device set in one scene is a generic term of all the vehicle identification sub-devices set in the scene, that is, the vehicle identification device set in one scene includes all the vehicle identification sub-devices set in the scene (such as the vehicle identification sub-devices set at a plurality of parking lot entrances and exits of one cell or the vehicle identification sub-devices set at a plurality of cell entrances and exits of one cell), and as long as any one of the vehicle identification sub-devices in the scene identifies that the target vehicle enters (or exits) the scene, the vehicle identification device set in the scene can be considered to identify that the target vehicle enters (or exits) the scene, and the vehicle identification sub-device identified in the scene specifically accesses the management service cloud platform, so that the management service cloud platform activates (or closes) the communication authority of the management terminal corresponding to the scene and the relatives of the target vehicle, or the vehicle identification sub-devices identified in the scene specifically sends the message of the target vehicle entering (or exiting) to the designated sub-device in the scene, so that the communication authority of the management terminal corresponding to the target vehicle is not activated (or closed) by the management service cloud platform and the designated vehicle identification sub-devices does not have the communication authority of the management terminal.
After the management terminal logs in the management service cloud platform through the target vehicle identifier, the management service cloud platform needs to check the terminal identifier of the management terminal to check whether the management terminal is an authorized management terminal, and when the check result is yes, the management terminal feeds back a corresponding contact mode. Further, after verifying that the management terminal is an authorized management terminal, determining an attribute (authority or type) of the management terminal by the management service cloud platform, when the attribute of the management terminal indicates that the management terminal can be contacted with a relational person of the target vehicle in any scene, feeding back a corresponding contact way to the management terminal by the management service cloud platform, when the attribute of the management terminal indicates that the management terminal can only be contacted with the relational person of the target vehicle in a specific scene, further confirming whether the vehicle identification equipment in the specific scene recognizes that the target vehicle enters the specific scene by the management service cloud platform, if so, confirming that the management terminal has a communication authority for communicating with the relational person of the target vehicle by the management service cloud platform, and feeding back the corresponding contact way to the management terminal by the management service cloud platform. Therefore, the communication authority of the management terminal and the relational personnel of the target vehicle can be activated when the target vehicle enters a specific scene, and then the contact information is fed back to the management terminal when the management terminal has communication requirements, so that the safety and privacy of the contact information stored by the management service cloud platform are improved, and the occurrence of the trouble caused by the fact that the manager of the management terminal initiates a call to the relational personnel of the target vehicle at will is reduced.
For example, when the attribute of the management terminal indicates that the management terminal is a management terminal used by law enforcement officers such as traffic police, etc., the management terminal can contact with the relatives of the target vehicle in any scene; when the attribute of the management terminal indicates that the management terminal is a management terminal used by a manager of a district or a mall, the management terminal can only contact a relational person of a target vehicle in a fixed district and the vehicle is located in a management area corresponding to the district or in a fixed mall and the vehicle is located in a management area corresponding to the mall.
In an alternative embodiment, if the management terminal obtains the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identifier from the management service cloud platform, before the management terminal determines the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identifier based on the target vehicle identifier, the method may further include the following operations:
the management terminal reads a history communication record stored in the management terminal, the history communication record comprises a vehicle identification set corresponding to a communication request initiated by the management terminal in the past and communication information corresponding to each vehicle identification in the vehicle identification set, each communication information corresponding to each vehicle identification comprises a contact way set, the total number of times of initiating the communication request through each contact way in the contact way set and the probability of being responded to the communication request initiated through each contact way in the contact way set, the probability of being responded to the communication request initiated through a certain contact way is equal to the total number of times of being responded to the communication request initiated through the certain contact way/the total number of times of being responded to the communication request initiated through the certain contact way, optionally, each communication information corresponding to the vehicle identification can further comprise at least one of a communication reason, a specific duration of communication, a communication content, a communication response duration and a communication result aiming at the communication reason, and the target communication request can comprise all communication requests or the communication request to be responded;
The management terminal judges whether the vehicle identification set of the history communication record comprises the target vehicle identification or not;
if the vehicle identification set is judged not to comprise the target vehicle identification, the management terminal executes the operation of determining the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification based on the target vehicle identification;
if the vehicle identification set is judged to comprise the target vehicle identification, the management terminal selects a contact way with the probability of being responded by the initiated communication request greater than or equal to a preset probability threshold from the communication information corresponding to the target vehicle identification as a target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification.
It can be seen that, in this optional embodiment, before the management terminal logs in the management service cloud platform, whether there is a contact way that has a probability that the initiated communication request is responded greater than or equal to a preset probability threshold and matches with the target vehicle identifier can also be queried from the history communication record, and if so, interaction with the management service cloud platform is not required, so that the number of interactions between the management terminal and the management service cloud platform can be reduced. And a way for inquiring the contact way matched with the target vehicle identification when the management terminal cannot log in the management service cloud platform can be provided.
203. The management terminal initiates a communication request to the contact terminal corresponding to the target contact way through the target contact way so as to establish communication connection with the contact terminal.
For example, when the target vehicle is located in a residential district and the target contact is a mobile phone number of a vehicle owner, the management terminal may automatically dial the mobile phone number of the vehicle owner; when the target vehicle is located in a residential district and the target contact way is an entrance guard calling extension number, the management terminal can automatically initiate a voice intercom request or a visual intercom request to an intercom extension corresponding to the entrance guard calling extension number, so that intercom between a manager of the management terminal and a relational person of the target vehicle is realized. When the target vehicle is located on the expressway and the target contact way is the contact way of the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle, the management terminal can automatically initiate a voice intercom request or a visual intercom request to the vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle, so that intercom between a manager of the management terminal and a relational person of the target vehicle is realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the communication connection is used for the manager of the management terminal to communicate with the relational personnel of the target vehicle, and the target contact way can comprise one or more contact ways. When there are multiple target contact ways, each contact way included in the target contact way has a corresponding priority, and the higher the priority is, the greater the probability that a communication request is responded by the corresponding contact way is, at this time, the management terminal can initiate the communication request according to the order of the priority of the contact ways from high to low until the initiated communication request is responded, that is, when the communication request initiated by the contact way corresponding to a certain priority is not responded, the communication request is initiated by the contact way corresponding to the next priority, and when the communication request initiated by the contact way corresponding to a certain priority is responded, the request is not initiated by the contact way corresponding to a low priority.
Optionally, the management terminal initiates a communication request to the contact terminal corresponding to the target contact manner through the target contact manner, so as to establish communication connection with the contact terminal, which may include:
the management terminal determines all communication functions of the management terminal, determines the contact way matched with the communication functions of the management terminal from the target contact ways, and initiates a communication request to the corresponding contact terminal through the contact way matched with the communication functions of the management terminal so as to establish communication connection with the contact terminal.

Further optionally, after determining that the communication request initiated to the contact terminal corresponding to the target contact address is responded, the method may further include the following operations:
The management terminal records detailed contents corresponding to the communication connection, wherein the detailed contents comprise at least one of communication contents, specific communication duration, communication starting time, communication ending time, communication reason, communication result and the like;
the management terminal forms communication information corresponding to the target vehicle identification and matched with the target contact information based on the detailed content corresponding to the communication connection and the target contact information. The way of forming the communication information is beneficial to tracing the related content and can also standardize the communication behavior of the manager.
Therefore, by implementing the method for establishing communication connection with the relational personnel of the vehicle described in fig. 2, the contact way of the relational personnel can be intelligently determined through the unique identifier of the vehicle, and the communication request is actively initiated to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact way, so that the relational personnel can be quickly and timely contacted when the special situation that the relational personnel needs to communicate occurs, the manager does not need to spend uncertain time waiting for the relational personnel, and the processing efficiency of the special situation is further improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of another implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in a vehicle may include the following operations:
301. The management terminal obtains a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle.
302. The management terminal determines a target scene identifier of a current scene in which the target vehicle is located.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target scene identifier may be an identifier corresponding to a major category scene to which the current scene belongs, such as a building scene or a non-building scene, a residential scene or a non-residential scene, or may be an identifier corresponding to a minor category scene to which the current scene belongs, such as a XX cell, a XX mall, a XX school, a XX gas station, a XX expressway, or a XX tourist attraction, which is not limited. The determining, by the management terminal, the target scene identifier of the current scene in which the target vehicle is located may include:
the management terminal locates the current geographic position of the management terminal and determines the target scene identification of the current scene of the target vehicle according to the current geographic position; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
the management terminal determines scene image data of the current scene where the management terminal is located, and identifies the scene image data based on a predetermined image identification algorithm to obtain a target scene identification of the current scene where the target vehicle is located.
303. The management terminal determines all contact ways matched with the target vehicle identification based on the target vehicle identification.
In the embodiment of the invention, all the contact ways matched with the target vehicle identification can comprise all the contact ways matched with the target vehicle identification under different scenes (or scene identifications), namely, all the contact ways corresponding to the target vehicle identification and corresponding to different scene identifications.
304. And the management terminal determines a target contact way corresponding to the target scene identifier from all the contact ways as the contact way of the relational personnel of the target vehicle.

Therefore, by implementing the method for establishing communication connection with the relational personnel of the vehicle described in fig. 3, the contact way of the relational personnel can be intelligently determined through the unique identifier of the vehicle, and the communication request is actively initiated to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact way, so that the relational personnel can be quickly and timely contacted when the special situation that the relational personnel needs to communicate occurs, the manager does not need to spend uncertain time waiting for the relational personnel, and the processing efficiency of the special situation is further improved. And when the contact way of the relational personnel is determined, the contact way matched with the vehicle identification in the current scene where the vehicle is located (namely, the contact way matched with the current scene where the vehicle is located in all the contact ways matched with the vehicle identification) is directly determined as the contact way of the relational personnel of the vehicle, so that the probability of responding to the communication request initiated by the determined contact way can be improved, and the processing efficiency of the corresponding condition or special condition of the vehicle is further improved.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in a vehicle may include the following operations:
401. the management terminal obtains a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to the target vehicle.
402. The management terminal determines a target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification based on the target vehicle identification, and the target contact way is used as a contact way of a relational person of the target vehicle.

the management terminal judges whether the target vehicle needs emergency treatment or not based on the image data of the target vehicle in the current scene of the target vehicle, and when the judgment result is yes, the management terminal determines the communication authority of the relational personnel needing to be activated to communicate with the target vehicle. The situations requiring emergency treatment may include, but are not limited to, at least one of traffic accidents, occupying a special parking space, parking illegally, vehicle windows not being closed, vehicle doors not being unlocked, vehicle not being flameout, vehicle oil leakage, vehicle interior articles suspected to be stolen, vehicle being artificially damaged, and other situations requiring movement of the vehicle, which are not limited by embodiments of the present invention.

The management terminal judges whether a permission activation instruction issued by the management service cloud platform is received, wherein the permission activation instruction is used for indicating the management terminal to activate the communication permission of a relational person between the management terminal and the target vehicle, when the judgment result of the step 403 is yes, the step 404 is triggered and executed, and when the judgment result is no, the flow is ended.

Therefore, by implementing the method for establishing communication connection with the relational personnel of the vehicle described in fig. 4, the contact way of the relational personnel can be intelligently determined through the unique identifier of the vehicle, and the communication request is actively initiated to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact way, so that the relational personnel can be quickly and timely contacted when the special situation that the relational personnel needs to communicate occurs, the manager does not need to spend uncertain time waiting for the relational personnel, and the processing efficiency of the special situation is further improved. Logging in the management service cloud platform through the target vehicle identifier, so that the management service cloud platform sends a target contact mode matched with the target vehicle identifier to the management terminal when determining that the management terminal has a communication right for communicating with a relational person of the target vehicle in the current scene of the target vehicle;
receiving a target contact way which is sent by a management service cloud platform and matched with a target vehicle identifier, and taking the target contact way as a contact way of a relational person of a target vehicle;

Therefore, the management terminal described in fig. 5 can also activate the communication authority of the management terminal to communicate with the relational personnel of the target vehicle when the target vehicle enters a specific scene, and then feed back the contact information to the management terminal when the management terminal has a communication requirement, so that the safety and privacy of the contact information stored by the management service cloud platform are improved, and the occurrence of the trouble caused by the fact that the relational personnel of the target vehicle initiate a call along with the intention of the management personnel of the management terminal is reduced.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the management terminal may further include:

In still another alternative embodiment, the permission activation instruction is issued by the management service cloud platform when a vehicle entry prompt is received, the vehicle entry prompt is sent by a vehicle identification device corresponding to the current scene, and the vehicle entry prompt is used for indicating that the vehicle identification device identifies that the target vehicle enters the current scene. And the permission closing prompt is issued by the management service cloud platform when a vehicle departure prompt is received, the vehicle departure prompt is sent by the vehicle identification equipment, and the vehicle departure prompt is used for indicating that the vehicle identification equipment identifies that the target vehicle leaves the current scene.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the target contact that matches the target vehicle identification includes a contact that matches the target vehicle identification under the current scenario in which the target vehicle is located.
Further optionally, if the scene identifier of the current scene is a first type of scene identifier, the target contact manner matched with the target vehicle identifier specifically includes:
at least one of a first type mobile phone number, a first type base phone number, a contact way of a vehicle-mounted terminal, a first type entrance guard calling extension number and an account number of a first type network communication application which are matched with a target vehicle identifier under a first type scene identifier.
If the scene identifier of the current scene is the second type of scene identifier, the target contact way matched with the target vehicle identifier specifically comprises:
at least one of a second type mobile phone number, a second type base phone number, a contact way of a vehicle-mounted terminal, a second type entrance guard calling extension number and an account number of a second type network communication application which are matched with a target vehicle identifier under a second type scene identifier, wherein the second type scene identifier comprises other scene identifiers except the first type scene identifier.
It can be seen that implementing the management terminal described in fig. 6 can also activate the corresponding communication rights after determining that the corresponding communication rights are required to be activated (e.g. receiving a rights activation instruction issued by the management service cloud platform or determining that the condition of the target vehicle in the current scene needs to be communicated with the relational personnel of the target vehicle), and close the corresponding communication rights when determining that the communication rights need to be closed, which is beneficial to standardizing the behavior of the management personnel of the management terminal, and avoiding the occurrence of unnecessary trouble or trouble for the relational personnel caused by the management personnel initiating a communication request to the relational personnel through the management terminal when not necessary. .

Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a management terminal according to another embodiment of the present invention. The management terminal provided in the embodiments of the present invention may be used to implement the methods implemented by the embodiments of the present invention shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4, and for convenience of explanation, only the portions relevant to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiments of the present invention shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4.
The management terminal in the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone (such as an Android mobile phone, an iOS mobile phone and the like), a tablet personal computer, a palm computer, a UMPC (Ultra-mobile Personal Computer, super mobile personal computer), a handheld terminal, a netbook, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), a PAD and other terminals with communication functions. In the embodiments of the present invention, a management terminal is taken as an example of a mobile phone, and fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating a part of the structure of a mobile phone 700 according to each embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the mobile phone 700 includes: RF (Radio Frequency) circuit 701, memory 702, input device 703, output device 704, gravity sensor 707, audio circuit 706, processor 707, and power source 708. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the handset construction shown in fig. 7 is not limiting of the handset and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes the components of the mobile phone 700 in detail with reference to fig. 7:
the RF circuit 701 may be used to send and receive information or receive and send signals during a call, specifically, after receiving downlink information of a base station, the RF circuit may process the downlink information for the processor 707; and, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. Typically, RF circuitry includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, an LNA (low noise amplifier ), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuit 701 may also communicate with networks and other devices through wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol including, but not limited to, GSM (global system of mobile communication, global system for mobile communications), GPRS (general packet radio service ), CDMA (code division multiple access, code division multiple access), WCDMA (wideband code division multiple access ), LTE (long term evolution, long term evolution), email, SMS (short messaging service, short message service), and the like.
The memory 702 may be used to store software programs and modules that the processor 707 performs various functional applications and data processing of the handset 700 by executing the software programs and modules stored in the memory 702. The memory 702 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, image data, phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the handset 700, etc. In addition, the memory 702 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The input device 703 may be used to receive entered numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the handset 700. In particular, the input device 703 may comprise a touch screen, or the input device 703 may comprise a touch screen and other input devices (e.g., keyboard, physical key lights). Touch screens, also known as touch panels, collect touch operations on or near a user (e.g., the user's operation on or near the touch screen using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, stylus, etc.), and actuate the corresponding connection device according to a pre-set program. Alternatively, the touch screen may comprise two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch azimuth of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch detection device and converts it into touch point coordinates, which are then sent to the processor 707, and can receive commands from the processor 707 and execute them. In addition, the touch screen may be implemented in various types such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input apparatus 703 may include other input devices in addition to a touch screen. In particular, other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, power switch keys, etc.), a trackball, mouse, joystick, etc.
The output device 704 may be used to display information entered by the user or provided to the user as well as various menus of the handset 700. The output device 704 may include a touch screen, which may alternatively be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like. Further, the touch screen may be integrated with the display panel by the touch panel, and upon detection of a touch operation thereon or thereabout by the touch screen, communicated to the processor 707 to determine the type of touch event, and the processor 707 then provides a corresponding visual output on the touch screen based on the type of touch event.
The gravity sensor 707 can detect the acceleration of the mobile phone 700 in all directions (typically three axes), and can detect the gravity and direction when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the gesture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal-vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer gesture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer, and knocking), and the like.
The handset 700 may also include other sensors, such as a light sensor. In particular, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor and a proximity light sensor. The ambient light sensor can adjust the brightness of the touch screen according to the brightness of ambient light; the proximity light sensor may detect whether an object is near or in contact with the phone, which may turn off the touch screen and/or backlight when the phone 700 is moved to the ear. Other sensors such as gyroscopes, barometers, hygrometers, thermometers, infrared sensors, etc. that may be configured with the handset 700 are not described in detail herein.
The audio circuit 706, speaker 7061, microphone 7062 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset 700. The audio circuit 706 may transmit the received electrical signal after audio data conversion to the speaker 7061, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 7061 to be output; on the other hand, the microphone 7062 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, receives it by the audio circuit 706, converts it into audio data, and outputs the audio data to the RF circuit 701 for transmission to, for example, another cellular phone, or outputs the audio data to the memory 702 for further processing.
The processor 707 is the control center of the handset 700 that uses various interfaces and lines to connect the various parts of the entire handset, performing various functions and processing data of the handset 700 by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 702, and invoking data stored in the memory 702, thereby performing overall monitoring of the handset. Optionally, the processor 707 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 707 may integrate an application processor that primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., with a modem processor that primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 707.
The handset 700 further includes a power supply 708 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically connected to the processor 707 by a power management system that performs functions such as managing charge, discharge, and power consumption.
Although not shown, the handset 700 may also include a WiFi (wireless fidelity ) module, a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described in detail herein.
The processor 707 is configured to invoke software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 702, and is further configured to perform operations including:
acquiring a target vehicle identifier uniquely corresponding to a target vehicle;
determining a target contact way matched with the target vehicle identification based on the target vehicle identification as a contact way of a relational personnel of the target vehicle;
the control RF circuit 701 initiates a communication request to a contact terminal corresponding to the target contact manner through the target contact manner to establish a communication connection with the contact terminal for communication between a manager of the management terminal and a relationship person of the target vehicle.
Optionally, the processor 707 determines, based on the target vehicle identifier, a target contact that matches the target vehicle identifier, and the specific manner of contacting the relationship person of the target vehicle may be:
Logging in the management service cloud platform through the target vehicle identifier, so that the management service cloud platform sends a target contact mode matched with the target vehicle identifier to the management terminal when determining that the management terminal has a communication right for communicating with a relational person of the target vehicle in the current scene of the target vehicle;
receiving a target contact way which is sent by a management service cloud platform and matched with a target vehicle identifier, and taking the target contact way as a contact way of a relational person of a target vehicle;
the vehicle identification equipment is used for acquiring a target vehicle identifier of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is identified to enter the current scene, and sending the acquired target vehicle identifier to the management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform activates the communication authority of the management terminal for communication with the relational personnel of the target vehicle; and the management service cloud platform is further used for acquiring the target vehicle identification of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is identified to leave the current scene, and transmitting the acquired target vehicle identification to the management service cloud platform so as to enable the management service cloud platform to close the communication authority of the management terminal and the relational personnel of the target vehicle for communication.
Optionally, before the processor 707 controls the RF circuit 701 to initiate a communication request to a contact terminal corresponding to the target contact through the target contact, the processor 707 is configured to invoke a software program and/or module stored in the memory 702, and may be further configured to:
activating a communication authority for communication with a relational person of the target vehicle, and executing an operation of controlling the RF circuit 701 to initiate a communication request to a contact terminal corresponding to the target contact way through the target contact way;
and, after the processor 707 controls the RF circuit 701 to initiate a communication request to a contact terminal corresponding to the target contact through the target contact, the processor 707 is configured to invoke a software program and/or module stored in the memory 702, and may be further configured to:
monitoring whether communication with a person in relation to the target vehicle is finished;
and when the monitoring result is yes, closing the communication authority.
Further alternatively, before the processor 707 activates the communication authority for communicating with a person in relation to the target vehicle, the processor 707 is configured to invoke a software program and/or module stored in the memory 702, and may be further configured to:
judging whether the RF circuit 701 receives a permission activation instruction issued by the management service cloud platform, wherein the permission activation instruction is used for instructing the management terminal to activate the communication permission of a relational person between the management terminal and the target vehicle;
When it is determined that the permission activation instruction is received, the above-described operation of activating the communication permission to communicate with the person in relation to the target vehicle is performed.
Still further alternatively, after detecting that communication with the relatives of the target vehicle is completed and before closing the communication rights, the processor 707 is configured to invoke the software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 702 and may be further configured to:
judging whether a permission closing instruction issued by the management service cloud platform is received or not, wherein the permission closing instruction is used for indicating the management terminal to close the communication permission.
When it is determined that the right closing instruction is received, the above-described operation of closing the communication right is performed.
Still further optionally, the permission activation instruction is issued by the management service cloud platform when a vehicle entry prompt is received, the vehicle entry prompt is sent by a vehicle identification device corresponding to the current scene, and the vehicle entry prompt is used for indicating that the vehicle identification device identifies that the target vehicle enters the current scene. The authority closing prompt is issued by the management service cloud platform when a vehicle departure prompt is received, the vehicle departure prompt is sent by the vehicle identification device, and the vehicle departure prompt is used for indicating that the vehicle identification device identifies that the target vehicle leaves the current scene.
Still further optionally, the target contact means matching the target vehicle identification includes contact means matching the target vehicle identification under a scene identification of a current scene in which the target vehicle is located.

Therefore, the mobile phone described in fig. 7 can intelligently determine the contact way of the relational personnel through the unique identification of the vehicle and actively initiate a communication request to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact way, so that the mobile phone can quickly and timely contact with the relational personnel when a special situation requiring communication with the relational personnel occurs, and a manager does not need to spend uncertain time waiting for the relational personnel, thereby being beneficial to improving the processing efficiency of the special situation.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program causes a computer to execute the steps in the implementation method for establishing communication connection with a person in a vehicle, which is described in any one of the first to third embodiments.
Example seven
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, which includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to execute steps in the implementation method for establishing a communication connection with a person in relation to a vehicle described in any one of the first to third embodiments.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein the modules illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and the components shown as modules may or may not be physical, i.e., may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Claims (7)

1. A rights management method for communicating with vehicle personnel in a target scenario, the method comprising:
when a target vehicle enters the target scene, taking a unique vehicle identifier of the target vehicle identified by a vehicle identification device as a target vehicle identifier, and sending the target vehicle identifier to a management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform activates communication permission of communication between a management terminal and a contact terminal of a relational person of the target vehicle;
When a target vehicle leaves the target scene, taking a unique vehicle identification of the target vehicle identified by a vehicle identification device as a target vehicle identification, and sending the target vehicle identification to the management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform closes the communication authority of the management terminal to communicate with a contact terminal of a relational person of the target vehicle;
the method comprises the steps of storing a unique vehicle identifier of a target vehicle in advance in correspondence with a contact way of a relational person of the target vehicle, wherein the contact way corresponds to a contact terminal; the management terminal is an intelligent terminal used by a manager of the target scene; a vehicle identification device for identifying when a vehicle enters or leaves the target scene is provided at the target scene.
2. The rights management method for communicating with vehicle personnel in a target scenario of claim 1, further comprising:
the management terminal activates the communication authority for communication with the relational personnel of the target vehicle, and initiates the operation of a communication request to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact way through the contact way of the relational personnel of the target vehicle so as to establish communication connection with the contact terminal;
And after the management terminal initiates a communication request to the contact terminal corresponding to the contact manner through the contact manner of the relational personnel of the target vehicle so as to establish communication connection with the contact terminal, the method further comprises:
monitoring, by the management terminal, whether communication with a person in relation to the target vehicle is ended;
and when the monitoring result is yes, closing the communication authority by the management terminal.
3. The rights management method for communication with vehicle personnel in a target scenario according to claim 2, wherein before the management terminal activates the communication rights for communication with the relationship personnel of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
judging whether a permission activation instruction issued by the management service cloud platform is received or not by the management terminal, wherein the permission activation instruction is used for instructing the management terminal to activate the communication permission of a relational person between the management terminal and the target vehicle;
when judging that the permission activation instruction is received, the management terminal executes the operation of activating the communication permission for communication with the relational personnel of the target vehicle;
Wherein after the communication with the relatives of the target vehicle is detected to be finished, before the management terminal closes the communication authority, the method further comprises:
judging whether a right closing instruction issued by the management service cloud platform is received by the management terminal, wherein the right closing instruction is used for indicating the management terminal to close the communication right;
and when the permission closing instruction is judged to be received, the management terminal executes the operation of closing the communication permission.

A rights management method for communicating with vehicle personnel in a target scenario as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rights activation indication is issued by the management service cloud platform upon receipt of a vehicle entry prompt sent by a vehicle identification device corresponding to the target scenario, and the vehicle entry prompt is used to indicate that the vehicle identification device has identified that the target vehicle enters the target scenario;
the permission closing prompt is issued by the management service cloud platform when a vehicle departure prompt is received, the vehicle departure prompt is sent by the vehicle identification device, and the vehicle departure prompt is used for indicating that the vehicle identification device identifies that the target vehicle leaves the target scene.

The rights management method for communication with vehicle personnel in a target scene according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein when the scene identifier of the target scene is a first type of scene identifier, the contact means matched with the target vehicle identifier specifically includes:
at least one of a first type mobile phone number, a first type base phone number, a contact way of a vehicle-mounted terminal, a first type entrance guard calling extension number and an account number of a first type network communication application which are matched with the target vehicle identification under the first type scene identification;
when the scene identifier of the target scene is the second type of scene identifier, the contact way matched with the target vehicle identifier specifically comprises:
at least one of a second-class mobile phone number, a second-class base phone number, a contact way of the vehicle-mounted terminal, a second-class entrance guard calling extension number and an account number of a second-class network communication application which are matched with the target vehicle identifier under the second-class scene identifier, wherein the second-class scene identifier comprises other scene identifiers except the first-class scene identifier.
6. A rights management arrangement for communication with vehicle personnel in a target scenario, the arrangement being adapted to:
When a target vehicle enters the target scene, taking a unique vehicle identifier of the target vehicle identified by a vehicle identification device as a target vehicle identifier, and sending the target vehicle identifier to a management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform activates communication permission of communication between a management terminal and a contact terminal of a relational person of the target vehicle;
when a target vehicle leaves the target scene, taking a unique vehicle identification of the target vehicle identified by a vehicle identification device as a target vehicle identification, and sending the target vehicle identification to the management service cloud platform so that the management service cloud platform closes the communication authority of the management terminal to communicate with a contact terminal of a relational person of the target vehicle;
the method comprises the steps of storing a unique vehicle identifier of a target vehicle in advance in correspondence with a contact way of a relational person of the target vehicle, wherein the contact way corresponds to a contact terminal; the management terminal is an intelligent terminal used by a manager of the target scene; a vehicle identification device for identifying when a vehicle enters or leaves the target scene is provided at the target scene.
7. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, are operable to perform the rights management method of any one of claims 1-5 for communicating with vehicle personnel in a target scenario.
