In this embodiment, considering that after the end of the due diligence survey, both parties have a need to end the audio/video session, in this embodiment, the service server receives a hang-up request from at least one of the mobile terminal and the target seat terminal, and ends the audio/video session according to the hang-up request, that is, at least one of the two parties initiates the hang-up request, and the audio/video session is terminated.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal establishes an audio/video session with the target agent terminal, which may be implemented by the following procedure:
firstly, a mobile terminal initiates a call request to a target seat terminal to a service server through an external network encryption channel;
after receiving a call request initiated by a mobile terminal, a service server forwards the call request to a target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel;
after receiving the call request, the target seat terminal generates and sends a call receiving notification to the service server through the intranet encryption channel;
after receiving the receiving call notification, the service server feeds back the receiving call notification to the mobile terminal through the external network encryption channel, and at the moment, the audio and video session of the two parties is established.
Fig. 5 shows a structural architecture of the due diligence system, and a process of implementing the due diligence survey service remote transaction of the due diligence system will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5, the due diligence system in this embodiment includes: mobile terminal 101, service server 102, agent terminal 103, wearable camera 201, intersubnetwork connection device 301, and recording server 401;
the wearable camera 201 and the mobile terminal 101 are matched in a network matching manner through bluetooth connection adaptation, after the matching is successful, the wearable camera 201 transmits collected audio and video data (i.e. audio and video stream) to the mobile terminal 101, in this embodiment, the wearable camera 201 transmits the audio and video stream to an RTMP server through RTMP (Real Time Messaging Protocol, real-time message transmission protocol), and the RTMP server forwards the audio and video stream to the mobile terminal 101, however, in the actual application process, the protocol for transmitting the audio and video stream may be of other types, for example, RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol, real-time streaming protocol), and may be specifically determined according to the message transmission protocol supported by the wearable camera;
after receiving the audio and video stream, the mobile terminal 101 may perform operations such as protocol conversion, video encryption processing, and image preprocessing, for example, may convert the RTMP format into a TRTC (Tencent Real-Time Communication, tencent Real-time audio and video) format, encrypt the audio and video data by using a national encryption standard, adjust parameters such as brightness and sharpness of an image by using an ISP (Image Signal Processing ) technology, and forward the processed audio and video stream and a traffic stream between the mobile terminal 101 and the seat terminal 103 to an intranet through an inter-network connection device 301 in a buffer zone;
in the embodiment, a proxy server 3011 and an audio/video gateway 3012 are specifically deployed in a buffer area, and a firewall is arranged on a data access side and a data output side of the buffer area;
meanwhile, data between the mobile terminal 101 and the agent terminal 103 are transmitted through respective encryption channels, and in the embodiment, the data of both parties are transmitted through VPN (Virtual Private Network ) so as to ensure the security of data transmission in the remote interaction process;
the intranet of the embodiment is specifically deployed with an agent terminal 103, a service server 102 and a recording server 401, where the service server 102 is configured to provide service related to due investigation, such as call service, ringing service and other service handling services, for both parties;
the recording server 401 can record the whole course audio and video data of both parties in the process of carrying out audio and video session between the mobile terminal 101 and the seat terminal 103, and generate and store a video double-record file.
The following describes the application procedure of the system for investigating due diligence in combination with fig. 5, taking the application scenario of remote due diligence investigation on an enterprise by the system for investigating due diligence before bank credit business is handled as an example.
Firstly, a customer manager gets to a site where the customer is located to perform preparation work before performing due job investigation, wears a wearable camera 201, logs in to a service server 102 through a mobile terminal 101, for example, logs in through a tablet computer, connects the mobile terminal 101 with the wearable camera 201, creates an out-of-order worksheet at the mobile terminal 101, and uploads the created out-of-order worksheet to the service server 102 through the mobile terminal 101, wherein the out-of-order worksheet can contain information such as customer name, address and enterprise name;
after receiving the complete job ticket, the service server 102 determines a target seat terminal from the seat terminals 103, and sends a service processing notification to the target seat terminal;
after receiving the service processing notification through the target seat terminal, the remote auditor can log in time and change the working state into a ready state, and then send the ready state notification to the service server 102;
then, the service server 102 forwards the ready state notification to the mobile terminal 101, and the customer manager knows that the corresponding adjustment auditor of the target seat terminal is ready through the mobile terminal 101;
next, the customer manager initiates a call request to the target agent terminal through the mobile terminal 101, which is forwarded to the target agent terminal through the service server 102;
after receiving the call request, the target seat terminal can prompt an adjusting auditor in a ringing mode, and the adjusting auditor clicks to answer, namely, triggers to receive a call notification, the call notification is fed back to the mobile terminal 101 through the service server 102, then video pictures of both parties are opened, audio and video data of both parties are forwarded to the opposite end through the intersystem connection device 301, and both parties can perform audio and video session;
a client manager communicates with the client on site, and the auditor is fully tuned to confirm some problems in the communication process in an audio-video session mode, and audio-video data of both parties are recorded and stored through the recording server 401;
after the communication is completed, a client manager and a client go to a factory building to survey, and an auditor can synchronously watch factory building and equipment information in the client site through pictures, and can capture and save key contents through a target seat terminal;
after the completion of the tuning, a tuning auditor or a client manager can click a hanging-up session function key on each terminal, namely, each terminal can be triggered to initiate a hanging-up request to the service server 102, and the service server 102 can end the audio/video session between the mobile terminal 101 and the target seat terminal after receiving any hanging-up request.
In summary, in the system for investigating due job provided in this embodiment, through cooperation of the service server, the mobile terminal and the target agent terminal, remote interaction between the target agent terminal and the mobile terminal can be achieved, an audio/video session between the mobile terminal on the site side and the target agent terminal on the bank side is established, and due job investigation services can be handled remotely in a mode of audio/video session between the mobile terminal and the target agent terminal, so that an auditor does not need to be required to be thoroughly cured to get evidence on site, and due to the fact that data between the mobile terminal and the service server and data between the target agent terminal and the service server are transmitted through respective encrypted channels, safety of data transmission can be guaranteed to a great extent, and a high-efficiency remote due job investigation function is achieved on the premise of guaranteeing data transmission safety.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the application function implementation method, the application also provides a due job investigation method, electronic equipment and corresponding embodiments.
Fig. 6 is a flow chart of a method of due diligence shown in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, the method for investigating due diligence provided in this embodiment may be applied to the aforementioned due diligence investigation system, where the method specifically includes:
step 601: after the mobile terminal successfully logs in the service server, generating through the mobile terminal and sending an out-of-order work order to the service server through an external network encryption channel between the mobile terminal and the service server;
step 602: determining a target seat terminal in the logged seat terminals according to the complete job ticket through a service server, generating and sending a service processing notice to the target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel between the service server and the target seat terminal;
step 603: receiving a service processing notice through a target seat terminal, generating and sending a ready state notice to a service server through an intranet encryption channel;
step 604: and forwarding the ready state notification to the mobile terminal through the service server in an external network encryption channel so as to trigger the mobile terminal to establish an audio-video session with the target seat terminal, and transacting the due job investigation service based on the audio-video session.
In some embodiments, when the due diligence survey system further includes a wearable camera, the due diligence survey method provided in this embodiment further includes:
in the audio and video session, the mobile terminal collects audio and video data of the due diligence survey site through the wearable camera.
In some embodiments, in a case where the due diligence system further includes an inter-network connection device, the due diligence method provided in this embodiment further includes:
and forwarding the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal to the target seat terminal in the audio and video session through the network connection equipment, and forwarding the audio and video data obtained by the target seat terminal to the mobile terminal.
In some embodiments, the method for due diligence further includes:
receiving a evidence obtaining instruction triggered by an intensive auditor through a target seat terminal, and sending the evidence obtaining instruction to a service server through an intranet encryption channel, wherein the evidence obtaining instruction comprises an identity authentication instruction and a screenshot evidence storing instruction;
and receiving the evidence obtaining instruction through the service server, executing evidence obtaining action corresponding to the evidence obtaining instruction according to the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal in the audio and video session, and generating and sending an evidence obtaining result to the target seat terminal through the intranet encryption channel.
In some embodiments, in a case where the due diligence system further includes a recording server, the due diligence system provided in this embodiment further includes:
and recording the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal and the target seat terminal in the audio and video session process through the recording server, and generating a video double-record file.
In some embodiments, the method for due diligence further includes:
and receiving a hang-up request initiated by the mobile terminal and/or the target seat terminal through the service server, and ending the audio and video session between the mobile terminal and the target seat terminal in response to the hang-up request.
In summary, the method for performing the due-job investigation provided in this embodiment can realize remote interaction between the target seat terminal and the mobile terminal, and can remotely transact the due-job investigation service in a manner of audio/video session between the mobile terminal and the target seat terminal, without adjusting auditors to the site to obtain evidence, thereby improving the due-job investigation efficiency.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 7, an electronic device 700 includes a memory 701 and a processor 702.
The processor 702 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), but may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Memory 701 may include various types of storage units, such as system memory, read Only Memory (ROM), and persistent storage. Where the ROM may store static data or instructions that are required by the processor 702 or other modules of the computer. The persistent storage may be a readable and writable storage. The persistent storage may be a non-volatile memory device that does not lose stored instructions and data even after the computer is powered down. In some embodiments, the persistent storage device employs a mass storage device (e.g., magnetic or optical disk, flash memory) as the persistent storage device. In other embodiments, the persistent storage may be a removable storage device (e.g., diskette, optical drive). The system memory may be a read-write memory device or a volatile read-write memory device, such as dynamic random access memory. The system memory may store instructions and data that are required by some or all of the processors at runtime.
Furthermore, memory 701 may comprise any combination of computer-readable storage media including various types of semiconductor memory chips (e.g., DRAM, SRAM, SDRAM, flash memory, programmable read-only memory), magnetic and/or optical disks may also be employed. In some implementations, memory 701 may include a readable and/or writable removable storage device such as a Compact Disc (CD), a read-only digital versatile disc (e.g., DVD-ROM, dual layer DVD-ROM), a read-only blu-ray disc, an super-density optical disc, a flash memory card (e.g., SD card, min SD card, micro-SD card, etc.), a magnetic floppy disk, and the like. The computer readable storage medium does not contain a carrier wave or an instantaneous electronic signal transmitted by wireless or wired transmission.
The memory 701 has stored thereon executable code that, when processed by the processor 702, can cause the processor 702 to perform some or all of the methods described above.
Furthermore, the method according to the present application may also be implemented as a computer program or computer program product comprising computer program code instructions for performing part or all of the steps of the above-described method of the present application.
Alternatively, the present application may also be embodied as a computer-readable storage medium (or non-transitory machine-readable storage medium or machine-readable storage medium) having stored thereon executable code (or a computer program or computer instruction code) which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device (or a server, etc.), causes the processor to perform part or all of the steps of the above-described methods according to the present application.

Claims (9)

1. A due diligence system, comprising: the system comprises a mobile terminal on the site side, a service server on the bank side and at least one seat terminal, wherein the service server is respectively connected with the mobile terminal and the at least one seat terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for generating and sending an out-of-order bill to the service server through an external network encryption channel between the mobile terminal and the service server after successfully logging in the service server;
the service server is used for determining a target seat terminal in the logged seat terminals according to the minimum job ticket, generating and sending a service processing notice to the target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel between the service server and the target seat terminal;
the target agent terminal is used for receiving the service processing notification, generating and sending a ready state notification to the service server through the intranet encryption channel;
the service server is used for forwarding the ready state notification to the mobile terminal through the external network encryption channel so as to trigger the mobile terminal to establish an audio-video session with the target seat terminal and transact a due job investigation service based on the audio-video session;
the out-call worksheet is created by a customer manager at the mobile terminal when the customer manager is located at the customer site; the best-fit work order comprises: customer name, address, and business name; in determining a target seat terminal in the registered seat terminals according to the adjustment worksheet, the service server is specifically configured to:
determining a target seat terminal in the registered seat terminals according to at least one of the customer name, the address and the enterprise name;
the target seat terminal is also used for receiving a evidence obtaining instruction triggered by an intensive auditor and sending the evidence obtaining instruction to the service server through the intranet encryption channel, wherein the evidence obtaining instruction comprises an identity authentication instruction and a screenshot evidence storing instruction;
the service server is used for executing the evidence obtaining action corresponding to the evidence obtaining instruction according to the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal in the audio and video session after receiving the evidence obtaining instruction, and generating and sending an evidence obtaining result to the target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel;
and after receiving the screenshot and evidence-saving instruction, the service server intercepts an image of a current frame in the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal in the audio and video session to be used as a evidence-taking result.
2. The due diligence survey system of claim 1, further comprising a wearable camera, the mobile terminal being connected to the wearable camera;
the mobile terminal is used for collecting audio and video data of the due investigation site through the wearable camera in the audio and video session.
3. The due diligence survey system of claim 1, further comprising an intersystem connection device connected with the mobile terminal and the target agent terminal, respectively;
the network connection device is used for forwarding the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal to the target seat terminal in the audio and video session, and forwarding the audio and video data obtained by the target seat terminal to the mobile terminal.
4. A due diligence system according to claim 3, characterized in that the gateway device comprises a proxy server and/or an audio-video gateway.
5. The due diligence survey system of claim 1, further comprising a recording server deployed at a bank side, the recording server being connected to the mobile terminal and the target agent terminal, respectively;
the recording server is used for recording the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal and the target seat terminal in the audio and video session process and generating a video double-record file.
6. The due diligence survey system of claim 1, wherein the service server is further configured to receive a hang-up request initiated by the mobile terminal and/or the target agent terminal, and end an audio-video session between the mobile terminal and the target agent terminal in response to the hang-up request.
7. A due diligence investigation method, characterized in that the method is applied to the due diligence investigation system according to any of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:
after the mobile terminal successfully logs in a service server, generating by the mobile terminal and sending an out-of-order list to the service server through an external network encryption channel between the mobile terminal and the service server;
determining a target seat terminal in the logged seat terminals according to the minimum job ticket through the service server, generating and sending a service processing notice to the target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel between the service server and the target seat terminal;
receiving the service processing notification through the target seat terminal, generating and sending a ready state notification to the service server through the intranet encryption channel;
forwarding the ready state notification to the mobile terminal through the service server in the external network encryption channel to trigger the mobile terminal to establish an audio-video session with the target seat terminal, and transacting a due job investigation service based on the audio-video session;
receiving a evidence obtaining instruction triggered by an intensive auditor through the target seat terminal, and sending the evidence obtaining instruction to the service server through the intranet encryption channel, wherein the evidence obtaining instruction comprises an identity authentication instruction and a screenshot evidence storing instruction;
after the service server receives the evidence obtaining instruction, the service server executes evidence obtaining action corresponding to the evidence obtaining instruction according to the audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal in the audio and video session, and generates and sends an evidence obtaining result to the target seat terminal through an intranet encryption channel;
after the service server receives the screenshot and evidence storing instruction, capturing an image of a current frame in audio and video data obtained by the mobile terminal in the audio and video session through the service server to serve as a evidence obtaining result;
the method comprises the steps that an up-call work order is created by a client manager at the mobile terminal when the up-call work order is located at the client site; the best-fit work order comprises: customer name, address, and business name; the determining, by the service server, a target seat terminal from the registered seat terminals according to the minimum job ticket includes:
and determining a target seat terminal in the registered seat terminals by the service server according to at least one of the customer name, the address and the enterprise name.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory having executable code stored thereon, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method of claim 7.
9. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon executable code which when executed by a processor of an electronic device causes the processor to perform the method of claim 7.
