Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The method for determining the classification code of the electronic file can be applied to the situation of determining the classification code of the electronic file. The embodiment is exemplified by the method applied to the server. It will be appreciated that the method may also be applied to a terminal or may also be applied to a system comprising a terminal and a server and implemented by interaction of the terminal and the server.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for determining a classification code of an electronic file is provided, and the method is applied to a server for illustration, and includes the following steps:
s101, in response to the importing operation of importing the target electronic file into the database, determining a folder to be imported of the target electronic file in the database.
The target electronic file is the electronic file needing to determine the classification code. Optionally, in this embodiment, the condition for triggering execution of the determining the classification code of the target electronic file is that an import operation of importing the target electronic file into the database is detected.
The import operation is the action or instruction of importing the target electronic file into the database. For example, the action of the user dragging the target electronic file outside the database to the database may be an action of the user clicking the target electronic file outside the database and the folder in the database, or an instruction to import the target electronic file into the database transmitted to the server may be used.
The folder to be imported is the folder to be imported of the target electronic file.
Specifically, the server responds to the importing operation of importing the target electronic file into the database, and can determine the folder to be imported of the target electronic file in the database by identifying the specific position of the user for importing the target electronic file into the database. For example, the user drags the target electronic file into the language folder in the database, and the server recognizes that the target electronic file needs to be imported into the language folder according to the importing operation, that is, determines that the folder to be imported of the target electronic file in the database is the language folder.
S102, determining the classification code of the target electronic file according to the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database, the classification code of the folder to be imported and the file classification code coding rule.
The file classification code coding rule is a preset classification code composition rule of the electronic file in the database, and can comprise coding digits, values of each digit and the like. For example, the file classification code coding rule is a 9-bit coding rule, and the value of each bit can be represented by a digital character of 0-9; further, the 9-bit coding rule is divided into three different classes from left to right, wherein the lengths of the primary class, the secondary class and the tertiary class are respectively fixed to 2, 3 and 4 characters, and spaces are not arranged among the different classes. For example, for the classification code 011101001 of any electronic file, the first two digits 01 represent a first class, the last three digits 110 represent a second class, and the last four digits 1001 represent a third class, from left to right.
Optionally, the user may define each number of each class according to its own requirement, and form a classification table. For example, a schematic diagram of the classification table structure may be shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0004099916920000061
Further, in this embodiment, folders created in the database are created based on the classification table, and the name of each folder is named with the meaning of the corresponding category in the classification table; alternatively, since the folders in the database are built based on the classification table, the directory formed by each folder in the database, i.e. the tree-like target storage structure, corresponds exactly to the classification table.
Such as a tree directory storage structure as shown in fig. 2. The Chinese teaching materials are first-level catalogs, the first-level category 01 Chinese teaching materials in the corresponding classification list are sub-folders comprise primary, junior middle, high-school and the like, the secondary categories 110, junior middle, and 130 in the classification list are respectively corresponding to primary, junior middle, and the like, a complete tree-shaped catalog storage structure is built on the basis of the classification list, each level catalog is completely consistent with the corresponding category name in the classification list, each folder also has a corresponding classification code, namely, the classification code of the first-level category folder is determined according to the number in the corresponding classification list of each folder, and the classification code of the folder is two-bit characters, for example, the classification code of the folder of the Chinese teaching materials is 01; the classification code of the second class folder is the number in the first class corresponding classification table corresponding to the folder+the number in the classification table corresponding to the folder, for example, the classification code of the folder, namely junior middle school language, is 01120; the classification code of the third class category folder is the number in the first class category corresponding classification table corresponding to the folder, the number in the second class category corresponding classification table corresponding to the folder, and the number in the classification table corresponding to the folder, for example, the classification code of the second class Chinese of the primary school is 011101002.
In this embodiment, the level information in the tree-like directory storage structure of the database is the level information of each folder in the tree-like directory storage structure, where the folders of the first class belong to the first layer, the folders of the second class belong to the second layer, and the folders of the third class belong to the third layer. For example, the level information of the file folder of the Chinese teaching material in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database is the first layer of the file folder of the Chinese teaching material in the tree-shaped directory storage structure.
Specifically, the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database, the classification code of the folder to be imported, and the file classification code encoding rule are input into a model trained in advance, and the classification code of the target electronic file is output by the model.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, electronic files located under the same folder have the same classification code; for example, a junior middle school language has a plurality of files under the folder, and the classification codes of the files are identical. Based on the above, when the number of the target electronic files is a plurality of and the same folder is imported at the same time, the effects of importing the electronic files into the database in batches and determining the classification codes of the electronic files in batches can be achieved.
According to the method for determining the classification codes of the electronic files, the classification codes of the electronic files to be imported are determined by responding to the importing operation of importing the electronic files to be imported into the database, and the classification codes of the electronic files to be imported and the file classification code encoding rules are combined with the grade information of the electronic files to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database. According to the scheme, the tree-shaped target storage structure is built for the folders in the database, and the file classification code coding rule is introduced, so that necessary conditions are provided for realizing automatic assignment of the electronic file classification codes; compared with the mode of manually assigning the electronic file classification codes in the related art, the automatic assignment of the electronic file classification codes is realized, and the determination efficiency and accuracy of the electronic file classification codes are improved. In addition, under the condition of importing the electronic files into the database in batches, the effect of assigning the classification codes of the batch electronic files can be realized based on the scheme.
In one embodiment, an alternative way of explaining S102 in detail is provided on the basis of the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the specific process includes:
S301, determining data bits to be complemented according to the grade information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database and the file classification code coding rule.
The data bits to be complemented are bits to be complemented in the classification code.
Specifically, if the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database is that the folder to be imported belongs to the first layer in the tree-shaped directory storage structure, the classification code of the folder to be imported is two bits, for example, the folder of the Chinese teaching material, and the corresponding classification code is 01; further, based on the number of bits (e.g., 9 bits) of the file classification code encoding rule, the data bits to be complemented of the folder to be imported may be determined, e.g., the data bits to be complemented are bits 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, i.e., the secondary category and the tertiary category are absent.
If the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database is that the folder to be imported belongs to the second layer in the tree-shaped directory storage structure, the classification code of the folder to be imported is five bits, for example, the folder of junior middle school languages, and the corresponding classification code is 01120; further, based on the 9 bits of the file classification code coding rule, it can be determined that the bits of the data to be complemented of the folder to be imported are the 6 th, 7 th, 8 th and 9 th bits, i.e. the three-level category is absent.
If the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database is that the folder to be imported belongs to the third layer in the tree-shaped directory storage structure, the classification code of the folder to be imported is nine bits, for example, the folder of the 2-grade Chinese of the primary school, and the corresponding classification code is 011101002; furthermore, based on the 9 bits of the file classification code coding rule, it can be determined that the bits of the data to be complemented of the folder to be imported are 0 bits, i.e. the classification code of the folder to be imported is complete, and no bit complement is needed.
S302, determining a character string corresponding to the data bit to be complemented according to the bit complement rule.
Wherein, the bit filling rule is that the missing bit number of the classification code is filled with 0.
If the folder to be imported is a first class folder, the character strings corresponding to the 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th, 6 th, 7 th, 8 th and 9 th bits of the data bits to be complemented are 0000000; if the folder to be imported is a secondary category folder, the character strings corresponding to the 6 th, 7 th, 8 th and 9 th bits of the data bits to be complemented are 0000; if the folder to be imported is a three-level category folder, the classification code is 9 bits, and no bit filling is needed, namely the character string corresponding to the data bit to be filled is empty.
S303, determining the classification code of the target electronic file according to the classification code of the folder to be imported and the character string corresponding to the data bit to be complemented.
The method can be realized by inputting the classification code of the file to be imported and the character string corresponding to the data bit to be complemented into a pre-trained model, and outputting the classification code of the target electronic file by the model.
In another implementation manner, after the character string corresponding to the data bit to be complemented is spliced to the classification code of the folder to be imported, the classification code of the target electronic file is obtained.
Specifically, if the folder to be imported is a first class folder, splicing the character string 0000000 corresponding to the data bit to be complemented to the classification code of the folder to be imported to obtain the classification code of the target electronic file; for example, if the folder to be imported is a folder of a language teaching material, the character string 0000000 corresponding to the data bit to be complemented is spliced to the classification code 01 of the folder of the language teaching material, and the classification code of the target electronic file is 010000000.
If the folder to be imported is a secondary category folder, splicing the character string 0000 corresponding to the data bit to be complemented to the classification code of the folder to be imported to obtain the classification code of the target electronic file; for example, if the folder to be imported is a junior middle school language folder, the character string 0000 corresponding to the data bit to be complemented is spliced to the classification code 01120 of the junior middle school language folder, so as to obtain the classification code 011200000 of the target electronic file.
If the folder to be imported is a three-level category folder, splicing the empty character strings corresponding to the data bits to be complemented to the classification codes of the folder to be imported to obtain the classification codes of the target electronic file; for example, if the folder to be imported is a 2-grade primary language folder, the empty string corresponding to the data bit to be complemented is spliced to the classification code 011101002 of the 2-grade primary language folder, and the classification code of the target electronic file is 011101002.
In this embodiment, by introducing a bit filling rule, determining a character string corresponding to the data bit to be filled in the classification code of the folder to be filled in according to the bit filling rule, and further determining the classification code of the target electronic file according to the classification code of the folder to be filled in and the character string corresponding to the data bit to be filled in, an optional mode is provided for determining the classification code of the electronic file.
In one embodiment, an alternative way of explaining S102 in detail is provided on the basis of the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the specific process includes:
s401, inquiring whether the user imports the target electronic file into the folder to be imported.
In one implementation, when the user drags the target electronic folder into the folder to be imported, the server recognizes the import operation and can query the user to determine whether to import the target electronic file into the folder to be imported. For example, when the server recognizes that the user has an import operation, a visual interface may be popped up to query the user "please determine whether to import the target electronic file into the folder to be imported according to the content information of the target electronic file".
In another implementation manner, the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file may be compared with the classification code of the folder to be imported; if the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported according to the comparison result, the user is inquired whether the target electronic file is imported into the folder to be imported.
Among them, the attribute information may include, but is not limited to, information such as file size, file name, file format, and file classification code.
Specifically, the classification code of the target electronic file may be obtained from the attribute information of the target electronic file, and then the classification code included in the attribute information is compared with the classification code of the folder to be imported. For example, the code value of the class corresponding to the folder to be imported may be extracted from the class codes included in the attribute information of the target electronic file according to which class the folder to be imported belongs to, and the class code of the folder to be imported may be compared with the extracted code value. If the classification code of the folder to be imported is inconsistent with the extracted code value, determining that the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported; for example, the classification code of the file to be imported is 01120, the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file is 011100000, the code value of the class similar to the folder to be imported is 01110 further extracted from the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file, and if the classification code of the file to be imported is 01120 and the extracted code value 01110 are inconsistent, it is determined that the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported.
If the classification code of the folder to be imported is consistent with the extracted code value, but the residual code value of the classification code included in the attribute information is not 0, determining that the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported; for example, the classification code of the file to be imported is 01120, the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file is 011200001, the code value of the class identical to the folder to be imported is 01120, and the classification code of the file to be imported is 01120 consistent with the code value 01120 extracted, but the remaining code value of the classification code included in the attribute information is 0001, that is, not all 0, and it is determined that the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported.
Further, if the target electronic file is not matched with the folder to be imported according to the comparison result, the user is inquired whether the target electronic file is imported into the folder to be imported. For example, if the server identifies that the target electronic file does not match the folder to be imported, a visual interface may pop up to ask the user to "detect that the target electronic file does not match the folder to be imported," ask you to determine whether to import the target electronic file into the folder to be imported.
And if the target electronic file is identified to be matched with the folder to be imported according to the comparison result, taking the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file as the classification code of the target electronic file. For example, if the classification code of the folder to be imported is identical to the value of the classification code which is extracted from the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file and is identical to the value of the classification code of the same class of the folder to be imported, and the remaining values of the classification codes included in the attribute information are all 0, it is determined that the target electronic file is matched with the folder to be imported, and at this time, the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic file can be directly used as the classification code of the target electronic file.
S402, if yes, determining the classification code of the target electronic file according to the class information of the folder to be imported in the tree-shaped directory storage structure of the database, the classification code of the folder to be imported and the file classification code coding rule.
Specifically, if the user determines to import the target electronic file into the folder to be imported, the classification code of the folder to be imported and the file classification code encoding rule may be determined according to the level information of the folder to be imported in the tree directory storage structure of the database. For example, the data bit to be complemented can be determined according to the level information of the folder to be imported in the tree directory storage structure of the database and the file classification code encoding rule; further, according to the bit filling rule, determining a character string corresponding to the data bit to be filled; and splicing the character strings corresponding to the data bits to be complemented to the classification codes of the folders to be imported, and obtaining the classification codes of the target electronic file.
In this embodiment, by means of interaction with a user, the user is asked whether to import the target electronic file into the folder to be imported, and under the condition that the target electronic file is determined to be imported into the folder to be imported, the classification code of the target electronic file is further determined, so that under the condition that the target electronic file is imported into the folder required by the user, the determined classification code of the target electronic file is ensured to be more accurate.
In one embodiment, if the number of the target electronic files is at least two, the classification code included in the attribute information of the target electronic files is compared with the classification code of the folder to be imported, specifically, if the classification code included in the attribute information of each target electronic file is the same, the classification code included in the attribute information of each target electronic file is compared with the classification code of the folder to be imported.
