In practical application, the domain controller has various triggering conditions for generating a power failure event, and when the domain controller is powered down and restarted suddenly, the existing testing method for actively triggering the power failure restarting event is difficult to deal with.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method, a device, electronic equipment and a storage medium of a domain controller, which relate to the technical field of communication and send a remote login request to the domain controller through a first communication channel at each preset time period; if the confirmation information returned by the domain controller is not received within the preset time, stopping receiving the test data transmitted through the second communication channel; if the confirmation information returned by the domain controller is received within the preset time, the test data of the domain controller are continuously received through the second communication channel, so that the domain controller can be effectively subjected to effective response when the domain controller is suddenly disconnected and powered off, the applicability of the test method of the domain controller is further improved, and the reliability and the safety of an automobile are guaranteed by setting the first communication channel and the second communication channel, and by cutting off the second communication channel when the power failure event of the domain controller is monitored through the first communication channel, the test data of the domain controller after the power failure can be prevented from being collected.

Optionally, the industrial personal computer can also be in communication connection with the upper computer through the switch.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing system of another domain controller according to an embodiment of the present invention, where a field bus includes a CAN bus and a FLEXREY bus, and an ethernet conversion unit, a CAN conversion unit and a FLEXREY conversion unit are disposed in a signal box. The Ethernet conversion unit is used for converting the vehicle-mounted Ethernet data received by the signal box and transmitting the converted data to the upper computer through the first communication channel; the CAN conversion unit is used for converting the output signals of the domain controllers transmitted through the CAN bus and received by the signal box, and transmitting the output signals of the domain controllers transmitted through the converted CAN bus to the upper computer through the switch; the flexray conversion unit is used for converting the output signal of the domain controller transmitted by the flexray bus and received by the signal box, and transmitting the converted output signal of the domain controller transmitted by the flexray bus to the upper computer through the switch.
In some embodiments, when the domain controller is monitored to have a power-down event through the first communication channel, it is necessary to stop receiving the output signal of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel, considering that the output signal of the domain controller will be inaccurate if the output signal of the domain controller is continuously received after the domain controller is powered down.
Optionally, in order to stop receiving the output signal of the domain controller, a signal processing unit may be set in the signal box, as shown in fig. 2, where the CAN conversion unit and the FLEXREY conversion unit are connected to the switch through the signal processing units, respectively, when the host computer monitors that a power failure event occurs in the domain controller, a data stop receiving instruction is sent to the data processing unit in the signal box, the data processing unit executes the data stop receiving instruction, and stops the operation of the CAN conversion unit and the FLEXREY conversion unit, so that the host computer stops receiving the output signal of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel, when the host computer monitors that a restart event occurs in the domain controller, a data restart instruction is sent to the data processing unit, the data processing unit executes the data restart instruction, and restarts the CAN conversion unit and the FLEXREY conversion unit, and the host computer receives the output signal of the domain controller again through the second communication channel.
Optionally, in order to stop receiving the output signal of the domain controller, after the communication processing module on the upper computer detects that the domain controller has a power failure event, the data processing module running on the upper computer is stopped to stop receiving the output signal of the domain controller. The communication processing module is used for determining whether a power-down event occurs to the domain controller or whether a power-up event occurs to the domain controller or not by sending a current state detection request, a query request and a remote login request to the domain controller, and determining a signal value, a bandwidth and the like of the first communication channel according to the flow of the first communication channel.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the data processing module includes a CAN processing module, a FLEXREY processing module, a video processing module, and the communication processing module is an ethernet processing module, where, as shown in fig. 2, the ethernet processing module is configured to perform data processing on received data of the vehicle-mounted ethernet to obtain a test result of the ethernet, determine whether a power-down event occurs in the domain controller, determine whether a power-up event occurs in the domain controller after the power-down event is detected in the domain controller, and output and display the test result of the ethernet through a display screen of the upper computer; the flexray processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the output signal of the domain controller transmitted through the flexray bus in the second communication channel to obtain a test result of flexray signals, and outputting and displaying the test result of flexray signals through a display screen of the upper computer; the CAN processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the output signals of the domain controller transmitted through the CAN bus in the second communication channel to obtain the test results of the CAN signals, and outputting and displaying the test results of the CAN signals through the display screen of the upper computer; the video processing module is used for accessing the industrial personal computer through the video transmission network, acquiring video images from the industrial personal computer, and outputting and displaying the video images through the display interface view of the upper computer.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display interface view of a host computer provided by the embodiment of the present invention, where a module status partition, a CAN signal test result partition, a FLEXREY signal test result partition, a video image test result partition, and a voltage partition of a domain controller are set on the display interface view of the host computer, where an operation status of each of the CAN processing module, FLEXREY processing module, and video processing module is displayed in the module status partition, an operation status of the CAN processing module and a test result of the CAN signal are displayed in the CAN signal test result partition, an operation status of the FLEXREY processing module and a test result of the FLEXREY signal are displayed in the FLEXREY signal test result partition, and when a trigger operation of the display button of the video image is detected by the host computer, a video image corresponding to the display button of the video image is displayed on the display interface view of the host computer, and a test result of the ethernet controller is displayed in the ethernet partition.
Optionally, when the upper computer detects that the domain controller has a power-down event, the CAN processing module, the FLEXREY processing module and the video processing module in the domain controller stop running to stop receiving the output signal of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel, detect, by the ethernet processing module, whether the domain controller has a power-up event after the power-down event occurs, and after detecting that the domain controller has a power-up event, restart the CAN processing module, the FLEXREY processing module and the video processing module in the domain controller to re-receive the output signal of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel.
Based on the data processing system of the domain controller shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method of the domain controller, which is applied to an upper computer in the data processing system of the domain controller shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart of the data processing method of the domain controller provided in the embodiment of the invention, and the data processing method of the domain controller at least includes steps 210 to 230:
step 210, a current state detection request is sent to a domain controller based on a first communication channel.
Wherein the current state detection request is used to query the domain controller whether a power down event has occurred. The domain controller refers to an on-board controller in an automobile, and the on-board controller comprises, but is not limited to, a vehicle control domain controller, an intelligent driving domain controller, an intelligent cabin domain controller and the like.
In some embodiments, the current state detection request may be sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel for a preset period duration per interval. The preset time period is not specifically limited, and may be set according to an actual application scenario, for example, the preset time period may be 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and the like.
In some embodiments, considering that the domain controller may have a power-down event under the influence of a test environment in a test and controlled test process, in order to detect whether the domain controller has a power-down event in time, the upper computer may periodically send a telnet request to the domain controller, if the domain controller has no power-down event, the domain controller responds to the telnet request to obtain verification information in the telnet request, verifies the verification information, if the verification is passed, executes the telnet event, and sends confirmation information of successful login to the upper computer, if the verification is not passed, does not execute the telnet event, and sends confirmation information of failed login to the upper computer; if the domain controller fails to respond to the telnet request, the domain controller can determine whether the domain controller fails to respond to the telnet request by determining whether confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the telnet request is received.
Thus, a current state detection request may be sent to the domain controller by sending a telnet request to the domain controller. Wherein the telnet request is for requesting telnet from the domain controller. Alternatively, the host computer may be remotely logged into the domain controller via SSH technology. Optionally, the telnet request includes authentication information.
Optionally, when verifying the verification information, the verification information in the telnet request may be compared with the pre-stored reference verification information, if the verification information is consistent with the reference verification information, the verification is determined to pass, and if the verification information is inconsistent with the reference verification information, the verification is determined to not pass.
Optionally, considering the data transmission time and the data conversion time of the signal box, after the upper computer sends the remote login request to the domain controller, waiting for a preset time period, and determining whether the domain controller has a power-down event by determining whether acknowledgement information returned by the domain controller based on the remote login request is received within the preset time period. The preset time period may be 1 second, 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc.
And 220, if the power-on confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the current state detection request is not received within the preset time, stopping receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel.
Wherein the test data comprises output signals of the domain controller, such as current, voltage, physical values of the signals, etc., wherein the physical values of the signals may be sensed parameters of the sensors in the load box, including but not limited to temperature, speed, humidity, distance, etc.
In some embodiments, if the power-on confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the current state detection request is not received within the preset time, it is indicated that the domain controller has a power-down event, and in order to ensure the reliability of the test data and further ensure the accuracy of the test result, the receiving of the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel is stopped.
Optionally, the upper computer may stop receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel by disconnecting the communication connection between the upper computer and the switch.
Optionally, the upper computer may stop receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel by sending a data stop receiving instruction to the signal box, so that the signal box breaks a communication connection with the load box.
Optionally, the upper computer may stop receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel by sending a data stop receiving instruction to the signal box, so that the signal box stops the operation of the CAN conversion unit and the FLEXREY conversion unit.
Optionally, the upper computer may discard the test data of the domain controller that receives the transmission of the second communication channel. Optionally, the upper computer may stop receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel by sending a data stop receiving instruction to the signal box, so that the signal box stops the operation of the signal processing unit.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a data processing module is disposed in the upper computer, and the data processing module is configured to receive test data of the domain controller, and perform data processing on the received test data to obtain a test result. Wherein data processing includes, but is not limited to, data statistics and data alignment, wherein data statistics include, for example, statistical maxima, minima, means, signal strength, signal bandwidth, data range of transmission, and the like.
Alternatively, the reception of the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel may be stopped by turning off the data processing module.
And step 230, if the power-on confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the current state detection request is received within the preset time, continuing to receive the test data of the domain controller through the second communication channel.
In some embodiments, if the confirmation information returned by the domain controller is received within the preset time period, which indicates that the domain controller has not generated the power-down event, the test data of the domain controller is continuously received through the second communication channel.
Optionally, when the test data of the domain controller is received, the data processing may be performed on the test data to obtain a test result of the domain controller. The method includes the steps of comparing received test data with pre-stored reference test data requirements, determining that the test result of the domain controller is normal if the test data meets the reference test data requirements, and determining that the test result of the domain controller is abnormal if the test data does not meet the reference test data requirements. For example, a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of a signal in the test data may be obtained according to the test data, the difference is compared with a preset difference threshold, if the difference is smaller than or equal to the preset difference threshold, it is determined that the test data meets the reference test data requirement, and if the difference is greater than the preset difference threshold, it is determined that the test data does not meet the reference test data requirement. For example, the physical value of the signal in the test data may also be obtained, if the physical value of the signal is 0, it is determined that the test data does not meet the reference test data requirement, and if the physical value of the signal is not 0, it is determined that the test data meets the reference test data requirement. For example, the method may further include analyzing the test data to determine whether the test data has valid data, if so, determining that the test data meets the reference test data requirement, and if not, determining that the test data does not meet the reference test data requirement.
Optionally, the test data may be parsed, and whether valid data exists in the test data may be determined by detecting whether the test data has a target field and whether data corresponding to the target field is empty when the target field exists. The target fields include, but are not limited to, a field characterizing current data, a field characterizing voltage data, a field characterizing a signal value, a field characterizing a physical value of a signal, and the like.
For example, taking a target field as an example of a field representing a physical value of a signal, it is possible to detect whether a field representing the physical value of the signal exists in test data, determine that valid data does not exist in the test data if the field representing the physical value of the signal exists in the test, determine whether a physical value of a signal corresponding to the field representing the physical value of the signal in the test data is null if the field representing the physical value of the signal in the test data is null, determine that valid data does not exist in the test data if the physical value of a signal corresponding to the field representing the physical value of the signal in the test data is not null, and determine that valid data exists in the test data if the physical value of the signal corresponding to the field representing the physical value of the signal in the test data is not null.
In some embodiments, considering that the test data includes multiple data, for example, to facilitate data processing on different test data, the second communication channel includes multiple sub-channels, each sub-channel transmits one type of test data, for example, taking physical values of test data including current, voltage, and signal as an example, the second communication channel may include sub-channel a, sub-channel B, and sub-channel C, where current output by the domain controller is transmitted through sub-channel a, voltage output by the domain controller is transmitted through sub-channel B, and physical value output by the domain controller is transmitted through sub-channel C.
Optionally, when the test data is processed, the test data of each sub-channel can be analyzed, whether the test data transmitted by the sub-channel has valid data or not is determined, the signal intensity, the bandwidth and the like of the sub-channel are detected, if the test data transmitted by the sub-channel does not have valid data, and/or the signal intensity and the bandwidth of the sub-channel do not meet the target sub-channel required by the preset test data, the test result of the domain controller is determined to be abnormal, and if the test data transmitted by each sub-channel has valid data, and the signal intensity and the bandwidth of each sub-channel meet the preset test data requirement, the test result of the domain controller is determined to be normal.
In some embodiments, after the test data of the domain controller is obtained, the operation state of the domain controller and the operation data of the domain controller may be determined according to the test data of the domain controller, whether the domain controller is abnormal or not is determined according to the operation state and the operation data of the domain controller, and when the domain controller is abnormal, alarm information is output. The running state is used for representing whether the domain controller is in operation or not, and comprises a working state and a pause state, and is exemplified by determining that the running state of the domain controller is the working state when valid data exist in the test data and determining that the running state of the domain controller is the pause state when the valid data do not exist in the test data. The operational data includes the output signal of the domain controller, and statistics of the output signal, wherein the statistics of the output signal include, but are not limited to, a maximum value of the signal value, a minimum value of the signal value, a bandwidth, and the like.
Specifically, the data processing method of the test data includes steps a1 to a3:
and a step a1, determining the operation state of the domain controller and the operation data of the domain controller according to the test data of the domain controller.
In some embodiments, taking the second communication channel as a plurality of sub-channels, each sub-channel transmitting one kind of test data as an example, the operation state of the domain controller can be obtained by detecting whether there is test data transmission in each sub-channel and whether there is valid data in the test data transmitted in each sub-channel.
Optionally, for each sub-channel, if the test data is not detected in the sub-channel, determining that a processing unit corresponding to the sub-channel in the domain controller is in a suspended state, if the test data is detected in the sub-channel and valid data exists in the test data transmitted in the sub-channel, determining that the processing unit corresponding to the sub-channel in the domain controller is in a working state, if the test data is detected in the sub-channel and valid data does not exist in the test data transmitted in the sub-channel, determining that the processing unit corresponding to the sub-channel in the domain controller is in a suspended state, and counting the state of the processing unit corresponding to each sub-channel in the domain controller to obtain the running state of the domain controller.
In some embodiments, taking the second communication channel as a plurality of sub-channels, each sub-channel transmitting one test data as an example, output information in the test data transmitted by each sub-channel may be obtained, and statistical data such as signal values, signal value ranges, bandwidths and the like of each sub-channel may be detected, and the output signals and the statistical data may be set as operation data of the domain controller.
Optionally, for each sub-channel, detecting a minimum value of the signal value and a maximum value of the signal value of the sub-channel, and taking a difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value of the signal value as the signal value range.
And a2, determining whether the domain controller has abnormality according to the operation state and the operation data.
In some embodiments, whether the domain controller is in a working state or not may be determined according to the working state, the working data is compared with preset reference working data, if the domain controller is in the working state and the working data is matched with the preset reference working data, the domain controller is determined to be working normally, and if the domain controller is in a suspended state and/or the working data is not matched with the reference working data, the domain controller is determined to be abnormal.
Optionally, the second communication channel includes a plurality of sub-channels, each sub-channel transmitting test data is described as an example, if the states of the processing units corresponding to each sub-channel in the domain controller are all working states, the running state of the domain controller is determined to be the working state, and if the target processing unit whose state is the pause state exists in the processing unit corresponding to each sub-channel in the domain controller, the running state of the domain controller is determined to be the pause state.
Optionally, if the operation data is greater than or equal to the preset reference operation data, determining that the operation data is matched with the preset reference operation data, and if the operation data is less than the preset reference operation data, determining that the operation data is not matched with the preset reference operation data. For example, taking the bandwidth as an example, if the bandwidth is greater than or equal to the preset reference bandwidth, determining that the bandwidth is matched with the preset reference bandwidth, and if the bandwidth is less than the preset reference bandwidth, determining that the bandwidth is not matched with the preset reference bandwidth.
Optionally, if the operation data meets the preset reference operation data, determining that the operation data is matched with the preset relay reference operation data, and if the operation data does not meet the preset reference operation data, determining that the operation data is not matched with the preset reference operation data. Illustratively, taking the signal value range as an example, if the signal value range satisfies the preset reference signal value range, the signal value range is determined to be matched with the preset reference signal value range, and if the signal value range does not satisfy the preset reference signal value range, the signal value range is determined to be not matched with the preset reference signal value range.
And a3, if the domain controller is abnormal, outputting alarm information.
According to the data processing method of the domain controller, provided by the embodiment of the invention, by setting the first communication channel and the second communication channel, when the power failure event of the domain controller is monitored through the first communication channel, the acquisition of test data of the domain controller after the power failure can be avoided, so that when the domain controller is suddenly disconnected and powered off, the test data can be effectively processed, the applicability of the test method of the domain controller is further improved, the credibility of the test result in the test of the domain controller is ensured, and the safety and the reliability of an automobile are further ensured.
In some optional embodiments, taking the test environment as the electromagnetic interference test environment, in step 210, a preset pulse interference signal may be applied to the domain controller, and after the preset pulse interference signal is applied to the domain controller, a current state detection request is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel, so as to determine whether a power failure event occurs in the domain controller under the preset pulse interference signal environment, and when no power failure event occurs in the domain controller, test data of the domain controller under the environment where the preset pulse interference signal is applied is received through the second communication channel, so as to obtain a test result of the domain controller, and determine whether performance of the domain controller under the preset pulse interference signal environment is stable. Wherein the pulsed interference signal is used to interfere with the output signal of the domain controller and to interfere with the operation of the domain controller.
Alternatively, the preset pulse interference signal may be sent to the domain controller by means of conducted interference, or the preset pulse interference signal may be sent to the domain controller by means of radiated interference.
Alternatively, a preset pulse interference signal may be sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
In some alternative embodiments, with the test environment being an electromagnetic interference test environment, an operating parameter may be sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel, such that the domain controller operates based on the operating parameter, and after the domain controller operates, a current state detection request is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
The working parameters comprise working state parameters and preset pulse interference signals. The working state parameters are used for representing the operation parameters of the domain controller, and the preset pulse interference signals are used for interfering the operation of the domain controller.
Optionally, the operation parameter may be a parameter of the domain controller simulating a time domain controller for a preset number of cycles of prior acceleration, re-deceleration, re-acceleration of the automobile; alternatively, the operating parameter may be a parameter of the domain controller under the condition of simulating the preset rotation speed of the automobile; the operating parameter may also be a parameter that the domain controller simulates that the rotational speed of the vehicle exceeds a preset rotational speed or that the vehicle is in a sudden braking state.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure security of remote login data and ensure reliability of test data, when the remote login request is sent to the domain controller in step 210, the host computer may request security verification from the domain controller, and when the security verification passes, send a current state detection request to the domain controller, specifically, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a current state detection request-based domain controller power failure event detection method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the current state detection request-based domain controller power failure event detection method includes steps 211 to 212:
Step 211, a verification request is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
Wherein the authentication request is for requesting security authentication from the domain controller. The verification request comprises an identifier of the upper computer and a public key corresponding to the upper computer. Wherein the identification of the upper computer can be the IP address, the MAC address, etc. of the upper computer.
In some embodiments, the upper computer may acquire a pre-stored public key at preset time periods, generate a verification request based on the pre-stored public key and an identifier of the upper computer, and send the verification request to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
In some embodiments, when receiving the verification request, the domain controller responds to the verification request, acquires a reference public key corresponding to the identifier of the upper computer from a preset database according to the identifier of the upper computer in the verification request, compares the public key in the verification request with the reference public key, encrypts pre-stored inquiry information through the reference public key if the public key in the verification request is consistent with the reference public key, generates an inquiry ciphertext, takes the inquiry ciphertext as feedback information, and returns the feedback information to the upper computer based on the first communication channel.
Optionally, if the reference public key corresponding to the identifier of the upper computer does not exist in the preset database, or the public key in the verification request is inconsistent with the reference public key, feedback information of verification failure is returned to the upper computer based on the first communication channel.
Step 212, if the feedback information returned by the domain controller based on the verification request is received within the preset duration, a current state detection request is sent to the domain controller through the first communication channel according to the feedback information.
In some embodiments, if feedback information returned by the domain controller based on the verification request is received within a preset duration, determining whether the security verification is passed according to the feedback information, and if the security verification is passed, sending a current state detection request to the domain controller based on the first communication channel; if the security verification is not passed, a new verification request is generated, and the new verification request is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
In some embodiments, when a current state detection request is sent to the domain controller by sending a remote login request to the domain controller, if feedback information returned by the domain controller based on the verification request is received within a preset time period, whether the security verification is passed or not is determined according to the feedback information, if the security verification is passed, the feedback information is decrypted through a preset private key to obtain decryption inquiry information, a remote login request is generated based on the decryption inquiry information, and the remote login request is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
In some embodiments, if feedback information returned by the domain controller based on the verification request is not received within a preset time period, which indicates that the domain controller has a power-down event, the second communication channel with the domain controller is cut off, so as to stop receiving the test data of the domain controller.
In some alternative embodiments, after step 220, to ensure that the domain controller can continue testing, it is detected whether a power-on event occurs on the domain controller based on the first communication channel, and when the power-on event occurs on the domain controller is detected, it is determined that the domain controller performs a restart, and test data of the restarted domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel is received again. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flow chart of a power-off restarting method of a domain controller according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the power-off restarting method includes steps 240 to 250:
step 240, based on the first communication channel sending a query request to the domain controller, determining whether a power-on event has occurred for the domain controller.
Wherein the query request is used to query whether the domain controller is powered on.
In some embodiments, the query request may be a heartbeat query, for example, after step 220, a heartbeat packet is sent to the domain controller based on the first communication channel every preset time period, and if a reply message returned by the domain controller is received within a preset duration, which indicates that the domain controller is restarted, a power-on event is determined to occur in the domain controller; if the reply information returned by the domain controller based on the query request is not received after the preset time length is exceeded, and the domain controller is still in the power-off state, determining that the domain controller is not powered on.
In some embodiments, the query request may be a telnet request, and the upper computer triggers a telnet request every a preset time period, sets the telnet request to be an unoccupied request, and sends the query request to the domain controller based on the first communication channel, if the confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the query request is received within the preset time period, the domain controller is indicated to execute telnet, that is, the domain controller is restarted, and then it is determined that a power-on event occurs to the domain controller; if the confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the query request is not received within the preset time, the failure of the remote login domain controller is indicated, namely, the domain controller is still in a power-off state, and the fact that the domain controller is not powered on is determined.
In some embodiments, if the domain controller does not have a power-on event, continuing to send a query request to the domain controller based on the first communication channel at intervals of a preset time period, recording the sending times of the query request, and if the sending times are greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value, indicating that the domain controller fails to restart after power-off, outputting prompt information to prompt a worker to restart, adjust, or adjust the testing environment of the domain controller; if the number of transmissions is less than the preset number of times threshold, continuing to interval the preset time period, and transmitting a query request to the domain controller based on the first communication channel.
Step 250, if the domain controller has a power-on event, receiving test data of the domain controller after power-on based on the second communication channel.
In some embodiments, the upper computer may receive the test data of the domain controller after power-up by restarting the communication connection between the upper computer and the switch.
In some embodiments, the host computer may receive the test data of the domain controller after power-up by sending a data reception instruction to the signal box to cause the signal box to open a communication connection with the load box.
In some embodiments, the host computer may receive the test data of the domain controller after power-up by restarting a data processing module provided in the host computer.
In some embodiments, considering that in the testing of the domain controller, after the upper computer remotely logs in to the domain controller, the domain controller can send test data to the upper computer, and after the domain controller is restarted, because the login record information of the upper computer in the domain controller is lost, when the upper computer remotely logs in to the domain controller, the upper computer remotely logs in to the domain controller fails due to the lack of the reference public key corresponding to the upper computer in the domain controller, so that the upper computer cannot receive the test data of the domain controller. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for receiving test data of a domain controller after power-up according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for receiving test data of a domain controller after power-up includes steps 251 to 253:
Step 251, triggering a communication restart operation, and restarting the establishment request of the first communication channel with the domain controller.
Wherein the communication restarting operation may be restarting the first communication channel after cutting off the first communication channel with the domain controller; the communication restarting operation may be to turn off the communication processing module in the upper computer, and turn on the communication processing module in the upper computer again after the communication processing module in the upper computer is turned off. Wherein the communication processing module may be an ethernet processing module. The Ethernet processing module is used for determining whether a power-down event occurs to the domain controller or whether a power-up event occurs to the domain controller or not by sending a current state detection request, a query request and a remote login request to the domain controller, and determining a signal value, a bandwidth and the like of the first communication channel according to the flow of the first communication channel.
In some embodiments, the upper computer triggers a communication restarting operation, generates a group of public and private keys, generates an establishment request based on the public keys and identification information of the upper computer, re-initiates the establishment request of the first communication channel with the domain controller based on the first communication channel, and the domain controller responds to receiving the establishment request, acquires the public key in the establishment request as a reference public key, stores the reference public key in association with the identification information of the upper computer in the establishment request, generates login record information, and returns establishment confirmation information to the upper computer based on the first communication channel.
A telnet request is sent to the powered-up domain controller based on the re-established first communication channel, step 252.
In some embodiments, when receiving the establishment confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the establishment request, the upper computer sends a telnet request to the domain controller after restarting based on the first communication channel according to steps 211 to 212.
And step 253, if the login confirmation information returned by the domain controller based on the remote login request is received within the preset time, receiving test data of the domain controller after power-up based on the second communication channel.
In some embodiments, after receiving the test data of the domain controller after restarting, the upper computer performs data processing on the test data according to steps a1 to a3, determines whether the operation of the domain controller is abnormal, and outputs alarm information when the domain controller is abnormal.
In some alternative embodiments, considering that the severity of the test environment of the domain controller causes the frequency of the power down time of the domain controller to be different, in step 210, if the upper computer queries whether the domain controller has a power down event using a fixed query frequency for different test environments, if the frequency is set to be lower, the power down event may not be found and responded in time, so that the reliability of the test data is reduced, and thus the accuracy of the test result is reduced, if the frequency is set to be higher, the data processing amount of the upper computer is increased, based on which, in order to find and respond to the power down event of the domain controller in time and not to increase the data processing amount of the upper computer, the embodiment of the invention may determine the query frequency of the upper computer based on the severity of the test environment before step 210.
Wherein the severity of the test environment is used to quantify the severity of the test environment, in some embodiments, the severity of the test environment may be determined from one or more of the interference intensity, temperature, humidity, air pressure of the pulsed interference signal. The interference strength of the pulse interference signal may be the amplitude, the signal strength, etc. of the pulse interference signal.
Alternatively, the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure of the pulse interference signal in the test environment may be collected, the first severity of the test environment is determined according to the interference intensity of the pulse interference signal in the test environment, the second severity of the test environment is determined according to the temperature of the test environment, the third severity of the test environment is determined according to the humidity of the test environment, the fourth severity of the test environment is determined according to the air pressure of the test environment, and the sum, the maximum or the average of the first severity, the second severity, the third severity and the fourth severity is set to the severity of the test environment. The average value may be an arithmetic average value or a weighted average value.
For example, a first severity of the test environment may be determined from the interference intensity of the pulsed interference signal in the test environment and mapping data between a preset interference intensity and severity; determining a second severity of the test environment according to the temperature of the test environment and mapping data between the preset temperature and the severity; determining a third severity of the test environment according to the mapping data between the humidity of the test environment and the preset humidity and severity, and determining a fourth severity of the test environment according to the air pressure of the test environment and the mapping data between the preset air pressure and severity. The mapping data between the preset interference intensity and the severity comprises the severity corresponding to the interference intensity range of various pulse interference signals; the mapping data between the preset temperature and the severity comprises a plurality of temperature ranges and the severity corresponding to each temperature range; the mapping data between the preset humidity and the severity comprises a plurality of humidity ranges and the severity corresponding to each humidity range; the map data between the preset air pressure and the severity level includes a plurality of air pressure ranges and the severity level corresponding to each air pressure range.
Optionally, the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure of the pulse interference signal in the test environment can be collected, the preset weights corresponding to the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure can be obtained, the weighted summation is carried out according to the preset weights corresponding to the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure and the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure, the weighted summation of the interference intensity, temperature, humidity and air pressure is obtained, and the weighted summation is set to be the severity of the test environment. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset weights corresponding to the interference intensity, the temperature, the humidity and the air pressure are not specifically set, and may be set according to the actual application scenario.
In some embodiments, the upper computer may obtain the target query frequency according to the severity of the test environment, and obtain the preset period duration according to the target query frequency.
Optionally, the mapping data between the preset severity and the frequency can be queried according to the severity of the test environment, the frequency corresponding to the severity range of the test environment in the mapping data between the preset severity and the frequency is determined, the frequency corresponding to the severity range of the test environment is set as the target query frequency, the preset period duration is obtained through the target frequency, and the upper computer sends a current state detection request to the domain controller at intervals of the preset period duration to determine whether the domain controller has a power failure event. The preset period duration can be obtained by 1/target query frequency, for example. Wherein the mapping data between the preset severity and the frequency comprises a plurality of severity ranges and the frequency in which each severity range is located.
Alternatively, the severity of the test environment may be input into a preset frequency estimation model to perform query probability estimation, so as to obtain the target query frequency. The preset frequency estimation model may be a mathematical model, such as a linear function, an exponential function, and the like; the predetermined probability estimation model may also be a machine learning model, such as a logistic regression model.
In some embodiments, considering that the severity of the test environment is not fixed, during the test, the interference intensity, the ambient temperature, the ambient humidity, and the atmospheric pressure of the test environment of the pulse interference signal in the test environment may be adjusted, which affects the severity of the test environment, if the target query frequency determined before step 210 is still used during the test, it is likewise not possible to find and respond to the power down event in time, or the data throughput of the host computer is increased, based on which, at preset intervals in the test environment, the host computer collects the current interference intensity, the current temperature, the current humidity, and the current air pressure of the pulse interference signal in the test environment, determines the current severity of the test environment according to the current interference intensity, the current temperature, the current humidity, and the current air pressure, acquires the historical severity of the test environment, determines a new target query frequency according to the current severity of the test environment if the difference between the historical severity and the current severity is greater than or equal to a preset difference threshold, and updates the current severity of the test environment according to the new target query frequency, and sets the current severity of the test environment to the new severity of the historical severity; if the difference between the historical severity and the current severity is smaller than a preset difference threshold, continuously sending a current state detection request to the domain controller according to the preset period duration, and determining whether a power-down event occurs to the domain controller.
According to the data processing method of the domain controller, provided by the embodiment of the invention, by setting the first communication channel and the second communication channel, when the power failure event of the domain controller is detected through the first communication channel, the acquisition of the test data of the domain controller after the power failure can be avoided by stopping receiving the test data of the domain controller transmitted through the second communication channel, so that the test data of the domain controller can be effectively processed when the domain controller suddenly goes off line and is powered off, the applicability of the test method of the domain controller is further improved, the reliability of the test result in the test of the domain controller is ensured, and the safety and the reliability of an automobile are further ensured.
