Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system configurations, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
Due to limitations of factors such as off-line sites, spaces, manifestations, etc., the trend of exhibition halls from "off-line to on-line" is becoming more and more evident. The online exhibition hall can be regarded as a network platform, and can provide a virtual reality environment for users, so that the users can obtain immersive experience. One function of an online exhibition hall is to present merchandise (e.g., clothing, electronics, home, merchandise room, etc.) to users and thereby find potential users with potential for consumption. Potential users are those users who have not yet purchased the product (or service) displayed by the online exhibition hall, but who have a need to purchase the product (or service).
In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for managing an online exhibition hall, and a terminal device and a storage medium, where potential users can be accurately found. The design thought of the embodiment of the application is as follows: user behavior information generated by users during use of the online exhibition hall is collected and evaluated to obtain evaluation data of each user experience online exhibition hall. By analyzing the evaluation data, the user behavior information of which users can be judged to meet the characteristics of the potential users, and the potential users are determined according to the user behavior information, so that the purpose of accurately finding the potential users is achieved.
The on-line exhibition hall generally includes the following:
1. the real shooting panoramic exhibition hall utilizes 720 panoramic technology, adopts real shooting line to restore the online experience of the exhibition hall, and provides scene browsing, switching, guiding and other experiences.
2. Virtual panoramic exhibition halls, 3D modeling is utilized and converted into 720 panoramic exhibition halls, and 3D modeling has higher flexibility than real shooting exhibition halls.
3. Progressive virtual exhibition halls are realized by using 720 panoramic technology, and browsing is performed by combining free walking interaction technology, so that the system has certain autonomy.
4. Immersive 3D exhibition hall, utilize 3D technique to realize virtual exhibition hall, browse in combination with the interactive technique of freely walking to trigger relevant hotspot realization interactive.
5. The exhibition hall on the metauniverse is a virtual world which is linked and created by utilizing a scientific and technological means and is mapped and interacted with the real world, and the digital living space of the novel social system is provided. The meta-cosmic ray on-exhibition hall can be understood as an on-line exhibition hall which uses the meta-cosmic technology for scene construction.
The former three modes all adopt 720 panoramic technology to realize an online exhibition hall, and the essence of the technology is that the surrounding scenes are mapped in a certain geometric relation to generate a plane picture, and then the plane picture is subjected to correction processing of a panoramic player to form a three-dimensional panorama. The 4 th online exhibition hall is an immersive 3D exhibition hall, but the playing thought of the 720 panoramic exhibition hall is not separated, and only the third person figure model is used for replacing the panoramic first person view angle. The 5 th online exhibition hall uses the meta-universe technology to build scenes, and has a substantial breakthrough in immersion experience, interactive upgrading and marketing value improvement.
The specific type of the online exhibition hall is not limited, and a technician can select any one of the five online exhibition halls according to the needs, and can also select other types of online exhibition halls.
In order to explain the technical scheme, a meta-cosmic ray exhibition hall is taken as an example, and a specific embodiment is used for description.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a management method of an online exhibition hall according to an embodiment of the present application, which is described in detail below:
s101, acquiring user behavior information generated during the use of the online exhibition hall by the user.
The form of using the on-line exhibition hall is not limited in this embodiment, and the on-line exhibition hall may be used in various ways in this embodiment. For example, an online exhibition hall may be used in the form of an access web page or in the form of a login client.
As an example, fig. 2 shows a process diagram using an online exhibition hall. In the process shown in fig. 2, various information including user behavior information may be generated. In order to explain the content contained in the user behavior information, the following describes the stages in the process shown in fig. 2.
1. User entry
The user can enter the home page of the online exhibition hall through the PC (Personal Computer) terminal or the mobile terminal. The online exhibition hall can be operated and displayed in a PC end or a mobile end in a client mode, or can be operated and displayed in a PC end or a mobile end in a webpage mode. Optionally, the mobile terminal includes an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a wearable device (e.g. virtual reality glasses), and the like.
The online exhibition hall shows various scenes by using a true 3D technology, and acquires the current rendering frame number through an intelligent recognition technology. When the frame number is lower than 30 frames/second, the method can switch to a low-fidelity mode, namely, by means of reducing the light effect, the number of pictures or the number of scenes displayed, and the like, so as to ensure the frame number experience of the user. Optionally, the online exhibition hall may also provide a plurality of different rendering modes for autonomous selection by the user.
At this stage, time information, location information, hardware device information of the PC side or the mobile side, etc. entered by the user can be acquired. Optionally, the location information indicates a region in which the user is located.
2. Role selection
At the home page of the display booth, the user may enter the virtual online booth for experience by selecting a virtual character. As an example, the selection of the avatar may include: sex, clothing color, character type, etc. For example, an online exhibition hall may preset a generic 3D character model, and the user makes selections based on the generic 3D character model. As another example, the variability may be demonstrated by modifying colors, accessory decorations, and the like.
At this stage, information of the virtual character can be acquired.
3. User registration/login
After the new user selects the virtual character, the user can quickly enter the online exhibition hall experience in a registration-free manner, and can log in by registering a new account or using a previously registered account.
As an example, a virtual role may be bound after login, thereby obtaining VIP permissions. For example, VIP entitlements including bonus points, identity titles, interactive games, etc., may unlock more functionality, thereby enhancing the interactivity and user-friendliness of an online exhibition hall.
At this stage, information such as registration information, login time, login frequency, score level, identity title, etc. of the user can be acquired. Registration information may include the user's engaged industry, engaged position, interest tags, age group, etc.
4. 3D scene experience
The on-line exhibition hall provided by the embodiment uses webgl (Web Graphics Library) technology, and can realize the full 3D scene construction of the on-line exhibition hall. The user's avatar may walk in the scene, for example, by mouse clicking, keyboard manipulation, keyboard assistance, etc. And be equipped with collision detection in the scene of online exhibition room, can trigger the hot spot through collision detection in order to obtain the information of showing in the scene, improve immersive experience.
The online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment can also enable the user to experience the running modes which cannot be achieved in the real world, such as free flight, bouncing, instantaneous movement and other action modes. As an example, free flight, i.e., a virtual character may enter a flight mode from a normal walking manner, look down the full scene from mid-air, provide a better viewing experience and perspective, and create a shocking sensation. As an example, bouncing, i.e., in some scenarios, can jump up several times the normal height, a rapid height drop gives the person an immersion.
At this stage, information such as the walking mode of the user, which hotspots are triggered, and the residence time of different scenes can be obtained.
5. Intelligent small assistant
As an example, the intelligent assistant may be incorporated into the online exhibition hall in the form of a non-player character, e.g., the intelligent assistant is free to walk in the online exhibition hall so that the user may communicate with the trigger to answer the common questions. The intelligent small assistant can communicate with the user through means such as intelligent voice and natural language processing so as to provide multi-azimuth intelligent assistance, and the answering experience of the user is improved so as to enhance the interestingness and the sense of reality.
At this stage, the user's question and the communication mode with the intelligent assistant can be obtained.
6. Immersive interaction
As an example, the present embodiment also provides the following 3 immersive interactions to improve the user's viscosity.
1) Meanwhile, online experience: the online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment can keep multiple people (such as 50-100 people) online at the same time. For example, an online exhibition hall is provided with a plurality of virtual rooms, and different virtual rooms can be the same scene exhibition or different scene exhibition. The user may operate the avatar to interact with other user's avatars in the virtual room, such as live chat, exchange business cards, and the like. The real-time chat can be transmitted by means of text input, intelligent voice recognition and the like. The exchange business cards can be kept in personal business card holders of virtual characters for long-term viewing. The online exhibition hall can also group users according to regions, interest tags and the like, and users in the same group are distributed in the same virtual room. Optionally, the user may also switch virtual rooms by himself.
2) VR (Virtual Reality) interaction experience: the online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment can be further integrated into a VR interaction mode, so that the immersion effect is improved. For example, a motion controller or other device is used to capture and recognize gestures of a user so as to control the walking direction of the virtual character, thereby achieving the purpose of actually walking freely in the VR scene.
3) Double-screen interaction experience: the online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment can also realize double-screen interaction (double-screen interaction between the PC end and the mobile end). As an example, when a user experiences an online exhibition hall using a PC side, the user may sweep a two-dimensional code identification in an online exhibition hall scene through the mobile side to invoke an AR (Augmented Reality ) implementation of the mobile side and incorporate virtual elements in the real scene, such as a small game to find items. After the experience is completed at the mobile terminal, the PC terminal can synchronously display the successful effect and distribute rewards.
At this stage, various interactive behavior information, interactive frequency information and interactive duration information of the user can be obtained.
7. Long-term maintenance
The online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment can be integrated into a point system to conduct point rewards on some behaviors of the user and match certain exchanges (such as titles, grades, medals and the like). For example, different credits correspond to different titles, levels or medals. The identity system is established by means of medals, grades, titles and the like, so that users can be stimulated to stay for a long time and gradually become the popularization of the online exhibition hall, the transition from the content exhibition to the marketing matrix of the online exhibition hall is completed, the cue loss of the user 'walking after finishing watching' is changed, and the marketing value is truly brought.
At this stage, the information of the user's score information, title, level, medal, etc. can be acquired.
8. Intent to reserve
The online exhibition hall also provides a user fund entry or a manual customer service entry. For example, the user may contact the customer service via a push-to-connect connection. The customer service can also connect with the user or log in the online exhibition hall with the virtual character to accompany the user to visit the exhibition hall and conduct characteristic explanation so as to guide the user to be converted into a potential user.
At this stage, information such as points of interest, suggestions, etc. of the user may be acquired.
Based on the above analysis, the user behavior information may include a plurality of pieces of behavior information according to kinds of information. The user behavior information in step S101 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and a technician may select as needed.
For example, the user behavior information includes information that can be obtained at any of the above stages. As another example, the user behavior information includes interactive behavior information, experience behavior information, residence time behavior information, and the like. For another example, the interactive behavior information may further include behavior information such as interaction with other users, VR interaction, AR interaction, etc., the experience behavior information may further include behavior information such as various walking modes, etc., and the residence time behavior information may further include residence time behavior information of different scenes.
S102, evaluating each item of behavior information in the user behavior information to obtain single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information.
It should be noted that there may be various data forms of the single evaluation data, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. For example, the data form of the single item of evaluation data includes a rank, a score, a degree, and the like.
As an example, when the data form of the single item of evaluation data is a score, the unidirectional evaluation data ranges from 0 to 100 points.
As one example, when the data form of the single item of evaluation data is a rank, the range of the unidirectional evaluation data is a first rank, a second rank, a third rank, a fourth rank, and a fifth rank.
As an example, when the data form of the single evaluation data is degree, the range of the unidirectional evaluation data is completely satisfactory, generally satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory.
As an alternative to this embodiment, the data form of the single item of evaluation data is a score, and a score may be made for each item of behavior information.
The embodiment does not specifically limit how the scoring is performed, and the skilled person can select as needed. For example, the item of behavior information may be evaluated from various aspects such as whether the item of behavior information was generated, the number of times the item of behavior information was generated, the duration of the item of behavior information, and the like, in order to score different items of behavior information.
For example, the user behavior information includes VR interactive behavior information and resident view virtual display behavior information. If a user performs VR interactions 3 times, and the duration of stay viewing the virtual display screen is 3 seconds, the score of VR interaction behavior information may be estimated to be 90 points, and the score of stay viewing the virtual display screen behavior information may be estimated to be 20 points.
By evaluating the user behavior information, single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of different users can be obtained.
S103, calculating total evaluation data of the user behavior information according to each item of evaluation data.
And calculating the sum of the single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of the user on the basis of obtaining the single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of the user, so as to obtain corresponding total evaluation data.
The total evaluation data is equal to the sum of the single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information. Because the importance of the single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information is inconsistent, the total evaluation data should be a weighted sum of the individual single evaluation data. As shown in fig. 3, as an alternative implementation of the present embodiment, step S103 includes the steps of:
S1031, determining weight distribution corresponding to each item of evaluation data based on industry information of the online exhibition hall.
For example, when the industry information of the online exhibition hall is real estate, the decoration style may be more focused, and thus the weight of each item of behavior information related to the decoration style may be increased. For another example, when the industry information of the online exhibition hall is the clothing industry, the influence of the walking mode on the clothing may be more focused, so that the weight of each item of behavior information related to the walking mode may be increased.
As one example, the user behavior information includes VR interactive behavior information, walking style behavior information, resident viewing virtual display behavior information, and resident viewing decoration behavior information. If the industry information of the online exhibition hall is real estate, the weights of the VR interactive behavior information, the walking mode behavior information, the resident viewing virtual display screen behavior information and the resident viewing decoration behavior information are respectively 0.2, 0.2 and 0.4.
Based on the above description, according to the industry information of the online exhibition hall, the weight distribution of each item of evaluation data can be preliminarily determined, and the weight distribution is the initial weight distribution. When the total evaluation data is calculated according to the initial weight distribution, if the scores of the VR interaction behavior information, the walking mode behavior information, the resident viewing virtual display screen behavior information and the resident viewing decoration behavior information are respectively 90 scores, 60 scores, 20 scores and 100 scores, the total evaluation data is 74 scores.
S1032, adjusting weight distribution based on first data, wherein the first data comprises at least one of registration information, liveness condition and preset effective rate of the user.
Because of the variability of users, the focus of different users is different even in the same on-line exhibition hall. For example, the industry information at an online exhibition hall is the real estate industry, and when the engaged industry of a user is a decorative design, the user may be concerned with the decorative design of the online exhibition hall. Accordingly, the initial weight distribution described above can be adjusted based on the registration information of the user.
Because the liveness of different users is different, for example, some users actively participate in the interaction of the online exhibition hall, and some users hardly participate in the interaction of the online exhibition hall, or some users often log in the online exhibition hall, and some users log in the online exhibition hall for the first time, so that the proportion of single evaluation data of the same behavior information of different users to the total evaluation data is inconsistent, and weight distribution needs to be adjusted. Optionally, the liveness condition includes at least one of a login time, a login frequency, and a duration of each login of the user.
The preset effective rate refers to the proportion of potential users who reach the transaction intention to the total potential users or the proportion of potential users who successfully get in touch to the total potential users among the potential users determined by the embodiment of the application. When the potential user's effectiveness is too high, there may be a problem of missing the potential user. When the potential user's effectiveness is too low, there may be a problem in that screening is not strict. Therefore, the initial weight distribution needs to be adjusted based on the preset effective rate.
Based on the above description, the initial weight distribution may be adjusted based on at least one of registration information of the user, liveness situation, and effectiveness of the potential user.
In some embodiments, adjusting the weight distribution based on the first data may include the steps of:
when the first data includes registration information of the user, the weight distribution is adjusted based on a degree of association of industry information of the engaged industry and the online exhibition hall in the registration information. For example, when the user engages in the industry to design the decoration, the weights of the VR interactive behavior information, the walking mode behavior information, the resident viewing virtual display behavior information, and the resident viewing decoration behavior information are adjusted to 0.15, 0.2, and 0.5.
When the first data comprises the activity condition of the user, the weight distribution is adjusted in a time attenuation mode. For example, when the time from the last login of the user exceeds one year, the weights of the VR interactive behavior information, the walking mode behavior information, the resident view virtual display screen behavior information and the resident view decoration behavior information are adjusted to be 0.1, 0.15 and 0.45. At this time, the sum of the weights of the individual item evaluation data of the user is less than 1.
Based on the above analysis, in some embodiments, when the first data includes a preset effective rate, after determining the user as a potential user, the management method further includes the steps of:
and counting the ratio of the number of potential users meeting the preset condition to the total number of potential users, and taking the ratio as the preset effective rate. The preset conditions include an intention to reach a transaction, a successful contact, or other conditions.
Adjusting the weight distribution based on the first data, further comprising the steps of:
based on the preset effective rate, a machine learning algorithm is adopted to adjust weight distribution.
For example, when the preset effective rate is equal to 98%, the weights of the VR interactive behavior information, the walking mode behavior information, the resident viewing virtual display screen behavior information, and the resident viewing decoration behavior information are adjusted to 0.2, 0.3, 0.2, and 0.3, and the weight distribution is corrected by using a machine learning algorithm.
S1033, based on the adjusted weight distribution, carrying out weighted summation on each item of evaluation data to obtain total evaluation data.
In some embodiments, when the weights of the VR interactive behavior information, the walking behavior information, the resident-view virtual display behavior information, and the resident-view decorative behavior information are adjusted to 0.15, 0.25, 0.2, and 0.4, the total evaluation data is equal to 72.5 minutes (0.15x90 minutes+0.25x60 minutes+0.2x20 minutes+0.4x100 minutes).
And S104, when the total evaluation data exceeds the total index threshold, determining the user to which the total evaluation data belongs as a potential user.
In this embodiment, the specific quantitative value of the total index threshold is not limited, and a technician can set the total index threshold according to needs, or can dynamically adjust the total index threshold by adopting a machine learning algorithm, so as to more accurately determine potential users.
For example, setting the total indicator threshold to 70 points, when the total evaluation data of a user exceeds 70 points, for example 72.5 points, the user may be determined to be a potential user.
Based on the analysis, the total evaluation data obtained by evaluating the user behavior information can reflect the information of participation degree, activity degree, interest degree of the displayed product (or service) and the like of the user. In the embodiment, when the total evaluation data exceeds the total index threshold, the user to which the total evaluation data belongs is judged as the potential user, so that the purpose of accurately finding the potential user can be achieved.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method for managing an online exhibition hall according to another embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, after step S102, the management method further includes the following steps:
s201, calculating the average value of the corresponding single item of evaluation data respectively aiming at each item of behavior information in the user behavior information of all users to obtain the single item of average evaluation data respectively corresponding to each item of behavior information.
It should be noted that the average value herein may include at least one of an arithmetic mean, a geometric mean, a harmonic mean, a weighted mean, a square mean, an exponential mean, and a median.
The present embodiment is described taking an arithmetic average as an example. For example, if the single evaluation data of the resident view virtual display screen behavior information of 3 users is 60 points, 70 points, and 80 points, respectively, the single average evaluation data of the resident view virtual display screen behavior information is equal to 70 points.
Because the information such as age, sex, interest labels and the like of different users are different, the users can be divided into a plurality of groups according to the information, so that single-item average evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of the different groups of users is calculated, and the reference value of the single-item average evaluation data can be improved.
For this purpose, as an example, as shown in fig. 5, step S201 includes the steps of:
s2011, dividing all users into a plurality of user groups based on registration information of each user.
S2012, taking a single user group as a unit, calculating the average value of corresponding single evaluation data for each item of behavior information in the user behavior information of all users in the single user group, and obtaining the single average evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information.
For example, all users are classified into teenager groups, young age groups, elderly groups, etc. according to ages, or classified into south groups, north groups, etc. according to territories. After grouping, a single item of average evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of different groups of users can be calculated.
For example, 9 users are classified into a teenager group, a young adult group, and an elderly group, the teenager group contains 2 persons, the young adult group contains 3 persons, and the elderly group contains 4 persons. In some embodiments, the single item average assessment data for resident viewing virtual display behavior information is equal to 50 points in the teenager group; in young age groups, the single average evaluation data of resident viewing virtual display screen behavior information is equal to 85 points; in the elderly group, the single item of average evaluation data of resident viewing virtual display behavior information is equal to 70 points. In some embodiments, the single average assessment data for VR interactive behavior information is equal to 55 points in the teenager group; in young age groups, the single average evaluation data of VR interactive behavior information is equal to 65 points; in the elderly group, the single mean evaluation data of VR interactive behavior information is equal to 75 points.
S202, when the single-item average evaluation data exceeds a first single-item index threshold or is lower than a second single-item index threshold, adjusting the environment scene in the online exhibition hall. Wherein the first single index threshold is higher than the second single index threshold.
And when the single-item average evaluation data exceeds a first single-item index threshold value, the user group is interested in the environment scene in the online exhibition hall corresponding to the single-item average evaluation data. For example, when the single average evaluation data of the resident view virtual display behavior information of a user group is equal to 90 minutes, the user group is more interested in the environment scene of the resident view virtual display. Otherwise, when the single-item average evaluation data is lower than the second single-item index threshold value, the interest of the user group on the environment scene in the online exhibition hall corresponding to the single-item average evaluation data is lower. For example, when the single average evaluation data of resident view virtual display behavior information of a user group is equal to 30 minutes, it indicates that the user group has a low interest in this environmental scene of resident view virtual display.
Whether of more interest or less interest, the present embodiment may adjust the environmental scenario in the online exhibition hall based on this. For example, the display content of the environment scene is adjusted, and the display strength of the environment scene is enhanced or reduced. As one example, the play content of the virtual display screen is adjusted, and the play sound of the virtual display screen is increased or decreased.
Based on the analysis, the embodiment can evaluate the user behavior information of different user groups according to the need, and when any one single average evaluation data of any one user group exceeds a first single index threshold or is lower than a second single index threshold, the environment scene in the online exhibition hall is adjusted, so that the experience of most users can be improved, and the experience satisfaction degree of different user groups is balanced.
As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present application, after step S2011, the management method further includes:
s2013, screening one or more user groups from the plurality of user groups according to the matching degree of the registration information of each user and the industry information of the online exhibition hall.
Step S2012 includes:
s2014, aiming at the one or more screened user groups, executing the operation of taking the single user group as a unit, and respectively calculating the average value of the corresponding single evaluation data for each item of behavior information in the user behavior information of all users in the single user group to obtain the single average evaluation data respectively corresponding to each item of behavior information.
In this embodiment, step S2013 screens out one or more user groups may be a user group that is more focused by the manager of the online exhibition hall. For example, when the registration information of a user matches industry information of an online exhibition hall highly, the probability that the user is a potential user is high.
Therefore, through steps S2013, S2014 and S202, only the single average evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information of the screened user group can be evaluated, so that the environmental scene in the online exhibition hall can be adjusted in a targeted manner, the experience satisfaction degree of the specific user group can be improved, and the purpose of fine marketing can be achieved. The specific user group can be confirmed by the matching degree of the registration information of each user and the industry information of the online exhibition hall.
As shown in fig. 7, since the actual effect of the adjusted environmental scene is not verified, in order to improve the adjustment effect, as an alternative implementation of this embodiment, step S202 includes the following steps:
s2021, determining multiple adjustment strategies based on the single-item average evaluation data.
In this embodiment, when the single average evaluation data exceeds the first single index threshold or is lower than the second single index threshold, different adjustment strategies may be selected to adjust the environmental scene in the on-line exhibition hall.
For example, to enhance or reduce sound and brightness in the environmental scene, to adjust the height of the virtual display screen, to adjust the presentation of the environmental scene, and so on.
S2022, adjusting the environmental scenes in the online exhibition hall based on a plurality of adjustment strategies respectively to obtain a plurality of adjusted first scenes.
S2023, acquiring feedback data for each first scene.
There are many forms of obtaining feedback data, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. For example, different users enter the adjusted first scene to experience, and feedback data is obtained according to the experience.
For another example, the technical means of step S102 may be referred to, and the difference between the two is that step S2023 only includes the user behavior information generated by the user in the first scenario. The user in step S102 may be the same as or different from the user who provides the feedback data in step S2023.
S2024, based on the feedback data, screening one first scene from the plurality of first scenes to serve as an environment scene in the adjusted online exhibition hall.
For another example, when step S2023 refers to the technical means of step S102, a first scene may be screened out as the adjusted environment scene in the online exhibition hall based on the single evaluation data corresponding to each item of behavior information in the user behavior information generated during the first scene.
According to the method and the device, the first scene with better user feedback can be screened out from the plurality of first scenes to serve as the environment scene in the adjusted online exhibition hall, so that user experience is improved.
As an alternative implementation, in any of the foregoing embodiments, after step S104, the method for managing an online exhibition hall further includes the following steps: contact information for the potential user is derived.
Sales or customer service personnel can contact the user through the contact information, thereby mining the value of the potential user.
In any of the above embodiments, if the acquired information relates to the privacy information of the user, the acquired information should be acquired after the permission of the user is obtained.
In summary, according to the management method for the online exhibition hall provided by the embodiment of the application, through analysis and evaluation of the user behavior information generated during the use of the online exhibition hall by the user, total evaluation data and single-item average evaluation data can be obtained, and based on the total evaluation data and the single-item average evaluation data, potential users can be determined, environmental scenes in the online exhibition hall can be adjusted, and the marketing value of the online exhibition hall and the experience of the users can be improved.
