Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory may include Read-only memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash memory, optical memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include Random access memory (Random AccessMemory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as static random access memory (StaticRandomAccessMemory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (DynamicRandomAccessMemory, DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A policy pushing method, comprising:
constructing a policy information base, adding a corresponding policy tag to each policy in the policy information base according to the policy tags contained in the pre-established policy tag base, and generating a corresponding policy portrait;
establishing an enterprise information base, adding a corresponding enterprise label to each enterprise in the enterprise information base according to enterprise labels contained in a pre-established enterprise label base, and generating a corresponding enterprise portrait;
receiving enterprise information, calculating the matching degree between each policy in a policy information base and the received enterprise according to the corresponding enterprise image of the received enterprise and the policy image of each policy in a policy information base, and pushing the policy with the matching degree larger than a preset threshold to a user based on the matching rule;
and receiving the policy tag added by the user, searching the corresponding policy in the policy information base according to the policy tag added by the user, and pushing the searched policy to the user.

The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the policy sources in the policy information base include present-level release policies, upper-level honorable down-put to local transacting policies, local upper-level other policies and external policies; the enterprise sources in the enterprise information library comprise library enterprises and non-library enterprises, the library enterprises comprise enterprises contained in business registration information and annual report information of a market supervision bureau/big data bureau, enterprises contained in enterprise management information of a worker bureau, a living bureau, a sending and changing bureau and a statistics bureau, and enterprises contained in enterprise history acquisition supporting condition information of a science and technology bureau, a worker bureau, a sending and changing bureau and a person and society bureau, and enterprises contained in enterprise credit information of an security bureau, an environmental protection bureau, a market supervision bureau and a tax bureau.

The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the policy tag library comprises 9 primary class tags, 4 secondary class tags, 54 tag names and 236 tag dictionary; the enterprise tag library comprises 4 primary classification tags, 5 secondary classification tags, 33 tag names and 282 tag dictionaries.
4. The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the matching degree between each policy in the policy information base and the received enterprise is calculated based on the matching rule according to the corresponding enterprise image of the received enterprise and the policy image of each policy in the policy information base, in particular by using similarity analysis.
5. The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
each pushed policy is provided with a subscription button, the policy that the user clicks the subscription button is obtained, and a subscription policy list is generated.
6. The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
and enabling the man-machine interaction interface to present a policy searching interface, receiving keywords input by a user in the policy searching interface, searching corresponding policies in the policy information base according to the keywords input by the user, and displaying the searched policies through the man-machine interaction interface.
7. The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of enabling a human-computer interaction interface to present a policy searching interface, receiving a policy label selected by a user on the policy searching interface, searching a corresponding policy in the policy information base according to the policy label selected by the user, and displaying the searched policy through the human-computer interaction interface.
8. The policy pushing method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
recording the time of each push policy, a list of push policies and information viewing status, and generating a push record.
9. A policy pushing device, comprising:
the system comprises a policy information base construction module, a policy information base generation module and a policy information processing module, wherein the policy information base construction module is used for constructing a policy information base, adding corresponding policy labels to each policy in the policy information base according to policy labels contained in a pre-established policy label base, and generating corresponding policy portraits;
the enterprise information base establishing module is used for establishing an enterprise information base, adding corresponding enterprise labels to each enterprise in the enterprise information base according to enterprise labels contained in a pre-established enterprise label base, and generating corresponding enterprise portraits;
the intelligent matching module is used for receiving enterprise information, calculating the matching degree between each policy in the policy information base and the received enterprise based on the matching rule according to the corresponding enterprise image of the received enterprise and the policy image of each policy in the policy information base, and pushing the policy with the matching degree larger than a preset threshold to a user;
the label screening module is used for receiving the policy labels added by the user, searching the corresponding policies in the policy information base according to the policy labels added by the user, and pushing the searched policies to the user.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
