In practice, the target user may need to place multiple customs notes in one invoice. As shown in FIG. 5, the method provided by the embodiment of the application can provide the capability of combining a plurality of billing information into one billing information, so as to meet the diversified demands of target users.
In particular, the target user may specify a plurality of billing information to be combined and submit a billing information combining request, and the invoice generating system may combine the plurality of billing information into one billing information. For example, the billing information of the three customs notes is combined, and the combined billing information may include billing information of each customs note.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: and deleting the billing information in response to the billing information withdrawal request. The withdrawal request may be a withdrawal request for a single billing material or a withdrawal request for a batch billing. By adopting the processing mode, the user can withdraw the billing information, thereby meeting the various demands of the user.

According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the billing information is generated according to the customs clearance information and the billing configuration information through the steps, the invoice information is generated according to the billing information through the steps. The invoice information not only comprises billing information, but also comprises tax payer information of the target user. The taxpayer information includes, but is not limited to: the invoicer, payee, recheck, tax payer bank account number, tax payer address and phone, tax payer name, tax payer identification number, and the like.
In one example, step S107 may include the following sub-steps: acquiring tax payer information of the target user; and generating the billing information according to the billing information and the tax payer information. In specific implementation, the target user can insert the tax disc into equipment (such as a personal computer and the like) used by the target user, and the tax payer information of the target user is obtained by reading the tax disc. As shown in fig. 8, in one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: managing the life cycle of the invoice information; and carrying out life cycle management on the invoice information by adopting at least one of the following modes: after the invoice information is generated, setting the life cycle information of the invoice information to be completed; setting the life cycle information of the invoice information into an invoice in response to submitting an invoice request; if the invoice fails, setting the life cycle information of the invoice information as the invoice failure; responding to a re-invoicing request, and setting the life cycle information of the invoice information into invoicing; if the invoicing is successful, setting the life cycle information of the invoice information as the successful invoicing; setting the life cycle information of the invoice information to be invalidated in response to an invoice revocation request; and responding to the invoice red-flushing request, and setting the life cycle information of the invoice information as red-flushed.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, through carrying out life cycle management on the invoice information, the invoice information in various states can be directly displayed to the user, including the invoice to be audited, the invoice to be issued, the invoice with failed issuing, the invoice with successful issuing and the like, and the user can intuitively see the invoices in various states from the list page, so that the user can manage the invoices conveniently; therefore, the user experience can be effectively improved.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the method for generating an export tax return invoice according to the embodiments of the present application obtains customs clearance information of a target user; acquiring billing configuration information of the target user; generating billing information according to the customs clearance information and the billing configuration information; and generating invoice information according to the billing information. By adopting the processing mode, the billing configuration information customized for the user can be obtained, and the customs clearance information is converted into billing information based on the billing configuration information corresponding to the user, so that customized billing capability can be provided for the user in a configuration mode, and billing requirements of different users can be met simultaneously; therefore, the invoicing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the invoicing labor cost can be reduced.
Second embodiment
In the above embodiment, an export tax refund invoice generating method is provided, and correspondingly, the application also provides an export tax refund invoice generating device. The device corresponds to the embodiment of the method described above. The same parts of the present embodiment as those of the first embodiment will not be described again, please refer to the corresponding parts in the first embodiment.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of the export tax return invoice generating device of the present application. The export tax return invoice generation device provided by the application comprises: a customs clearance information acquisition unit 901, a configuration information acquisition unit 903, an invoicing data generation unit 905, and an export tax return invoice generation unit 907.

Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
An electronic device of the present embodiment includes: a memory 1001 and a processor 1003; a memory 1001 for storing a program for implementing the export tax return invoice generation method, the apparatus being powered on and running the program of the method by the processor 1003.
The export tax return invoice generation method can comprise the following steps: acquiring customs clearance information of a target user; acquiring billing configuration information of the target user; generating billing information according to the customs clearance information and the billing configuration information; and generating invoice information according to the billing information.
In specific implementation, the electronic device may be an enterprise server, a server of an e-commerce platform, or any device capable of implementing the method.
The memory may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
