the sealing plug cap clamping mechanism comprises: the clamping cap is cylindrical, the clamping cap is special-shaped, and the clamping cap is elastic; the clamping cap is internally provided with a containing groove for sealing the plug cap; a plurality of card slots are uniformly formed along the radial direction of the clamping cap, the special-shaped cards are inserted into the card slots from the outside of the clamping cap, and part of the special-shaped cards extend into the accommodating slots; the card grooves are in one-to-one correspondence with the number and circumferential positions of sliding grooves formed in the sealing plug caps; at the position where the clamping groove is arranged, more than two locking grooves are formed in the outer wall of the clamping cap at intervals along the axial direction, the elastic locking ring is sleeved in the locking grooves, and the elastic locking ring is matched with the shape of the special-shaped clamping piece;
the auxiliary holding mechanism of the injector comprises: a driving mechanism for transversely moving the injector held by the filling finger, and a holding mechanism arranged at the end part of the driving mechanism; the enclasping mechanism is used for touching and pressing the filling finger.

6. The syringe filling and plugging machine of claim 1 wherein said elastic locking ring is a rubber seal ring.
