(1) Each hypertensive patient in the community is provided with an intelligent sphygmomanometer convenient for self-detection, an intelligent medicine box with reminding and detecting functions and a wearable intelligent device with body monitoring and movement recording functions;
the hypertension patient carries out blood pressure self-checking every day through an intelligent blood pressure meter to obtain daily blood pressure;
the patients suffering from hypertension take medicines at regular time and quantity every day according to the reminding of the intelligent medicine box;
the method comprises the steps that a hypertensive patient records the movement condition of each day and the change condition of each index of the body through wearable intelligent equipment every day, and a corresponding daily statistical file is generated;
the method comprises the steps that a hypertension patient uploads daily blood pressure, medicine taking conditions and daily statistics files of a wearable intelligent device to a cloud server through a client intelligent mobile terminal every day, the hypertension patient regularly goes to a community to conduct health detection by using a networking detection instrument, detection content is also uploaded to the cloud server, and the cloud server establishes independent health files for each hypertension patient, wherein the health files comprise physiological index monitoring, psychological health condition monitoring, life habit monitoring and physical activity monitoring;
(2) The cloud server receives the data uploaded by all the hypertension patients, integrates the data, and then an intelligent decision module in the cloud server provides targeted intelligent feedback for each hypertension patient according to the uploaded data;
for hypertensive patients with no obvious abnormality in data, intelligent feedback includes exercise prescriptions, weekly exercise plans, recommended intake of diet, drug prescriptions, blood pressure control targets, and medication monitoring reminders;
for a hypertensive patient with obvious abnormality in data, namely when each index reaches an early warning high value of a cloud server, the cloud server transmits corresponding data of the hypertensive patient to a home doctor intelligent mobile terminal, and the home doctor carries out targeted manual feedback on the hypertensive patient according to the abnormal condition of the data to adjust a treatment scheme, wherein the content of the manual feedback comprises an improvement scheme in the aspects of exercise, diet and medication, and the improvement scheme comprises a daily exercise plan, a diet plan and a medication plan for a week;
(3) The hypertension patient with no obvious abnormality of data regulates exercise, diet and medicine taking according to intelligent feedback, and the daily exercise content, diet condition, blood pressure and medicine taking condition are uploaded according to the step (1), and the intelligent decision module compares and processes and judges the uploaded data;
the method comprises the steps that a hypertensive patient with obvious abnormality in data improves the existing exercise, diet and administration schemes according to the improvement scheme of a family doctor, and the daily exercise scheme, the diet scheme and the administration scheme are subjected to daily card punching through a client intelligent mobile terminal, and the family doctor carries out state evaluation on the corresponding hypertensive patient according to the daily card punching condition and a daily uploaded statistical file;
after the daily exercise plan, the diet plan and the medicine taking plan for a week are completed, if no improvement exists or a greater degree of data abnormality occurs in a week, the cloud server sorts the abnormal data into a visual report and simultaneously sends the visual report to the client intelligent mobile terminal and the family doctor intelligent mobile terminal of the hypertension patient, the family doctor feeds back to the specialist, the specialist gives a treatment scheme or appointment for a doctor, and the family doctor and the specialist respectively communicate with the specialist intelligent mobile terminal through the family doctor intelligent mobile terminal.
