Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent meter box according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the intelligent meter box is provided with an inlet wire chamber, a metering chamber and an outlet wire chamber, and the inlet wire chamber is mainly used for placing an inlet wire switch and a meter box terminal; the metering chamber is used for placing the electric energy meters and plug connectors connected with the electric energy meters; the outlet chamber is mainly provided with an outlet switch.
Further, the side wall of the intelligent meter box is provided with an electromagnetic lock, the electromagnetic lock can be opened after the main station authorizes, and meanwhile, camera equipment is further arranged in the intelligent meter box, so that video recording storage and timely uploading can be carried out in the box opening operation process, and the intelligent meter box is effectively monitored in all aspects.

(2) The intelligent meter box is internally provided with the meter box terminal, the meter box terminal is integrated with the CPU processing unit, the communication unit, the storage unit and the clock unit, so that minute-level electric energy data acquisition is supported, the electric energy data are summarized and packed to be uploaded to the main station in the form of files or data packets, and compared with the traditional electric meter for acquiring and transmitting single-frame data, the data transmission efficiency and the data capacity are effectively improved;
(3) The intelligent meter box is internally provided with the file maintenance module, can automatically search a meter to form file information, has a topology identification function, can automatically form the identification of meter box topology, station area topology and household transformer relation, and updates the information to the master station, so that the success rate of information acquisition is greatly improved, and the line loss of the station area is reduced;
(4) The intelligent meter box is internally provided with a positioning module which supports GPS and Beidou positioning, and simultaneously supports the reporting of the meter box power failure and power recovery and ammeter power failure and recovery faults, thereby realizing fault positioning and facilitating management personnel to clear corresponding faults in the first time;
(5) The plug connector is arranged in the intelligent meter box, so that the electric energy meters are supported to be installed quickly without wiring, work such as on-site wiring is greatly reduced, the installation efficiency of the intelligent meter box is improved, meanwhile, the plug connector supports uninterrupted power meter replacement, mains supply is automatically connected when an electric meter is connected, automatic short circuit is realized when the electric meter is pulled out, and the operation risk of manual power-off and power-on is reduced;
(6) And a temperature sensor is arranged in the plug-in piece strong-current power supply plug, the temperature of the strong-current terminal of the electric energy meter is monitored in real time, and the alarm is given and reported when the temperature is abnormal, so that the electricity utilization safety is further ensured.
According to the intelligent meter box disclosed by the invention, the field construction operation intensity of an electric power enterprise can be greatly reduced, the operation safety and the electricity utilization safety are further ensured, the electricity utilization experience of a user is improved, and the intelligent management is realized by providing refined line loss management, fault early warning, temperature early warning, abnormal box opening early warning and the like for the electric power enterprise.

1. A smart meter case, the smart meter case comprising:

the line loss early warning module is used for carrying out line loss analysis according to the electric energy data of the intelligent meter box, and carrying out line loss early warning when the data after the line loss analysis exceeds a threshold value;
the temperature monitoring module is used for monitoring the temperature of the intelligent meter box and carrying out overtemperature early warning when the temperature exceeds a threshold value;
the lockset management module is used for monitoring and managing the opening and closing state of the intelligent meter box door;
and the electricity stealing early warning module is used for monitoring the energy consumption data of the intelligent meter box and the cover opening record of the electric meter in the intelligent meter box, and carrying out electricity stealing warning when the energy consumption data or the cover opening record of the electric meter in the intelligent meter box is abnormal.

The intelligent meter box according to claim 1, wherein a meter box terminal, an electromagnetic lock and a plurality of connectors are further arranged in the intelligent meter box, each connector is connected with a corresponding ammeter in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a temperature sensor is arranged in a strong electricity supply end of each connector;
and each ammeter is provided with corresponding meter number information, the meter number information and the corresponding plug-in connectors are bound one by one, and the binding information is stored in the meter box terminal.

monitoring the data of the built-in temperature sensors of each plug connector in real time;
when the temperature of a certain plug-in component exceeds a threshold value, the meter box terminal acquires an ammeter corresponding to the plug-in component according to the binding information;
and generating temperature overrun information of the ammeter, and sending the temperature overrun information to a main station for overtemperature early warning.
5. A smart meter case as claimed in claim 3, wherein said means for monitoring and managing the open and closed condition of the door of said smart meter case comprises:
establishing an unlocking task, and connecting a meter box terminal corresponding to a box door to be opened;
opening the electromagnetic lock corresponding to the box door through the meter box terminal, and generating an electromagnetic lock opening record;
transmitting the electromagnetic lock opening record to a master station; the electromagnetic lock opening record comprises electromagnetic lock opening time, a meter box terminal ID and a user connection ID;
when the box door is detected to be opened, a box door opening record is generated, and the box door opening record is sent to a main station; wherein the door opening record includes a door opening time and a table box terminal ID.
6. The smart meter case of claim 5, wherein said smart meter case further comprises:
when the box door is detected to be closed, a box door closing record is generated, and the box door closing record is sent to a master station; wherein the door closing record includes a door closing time and a table box terminal ID.
7. The smart meter case of claim 6, wherein said smart meter case further comprises: and the box opening early warning module is used for carrying out box opening warning when the intelligent meter box door is opened under the unauthorized condition.

The smart meter case of claim 1, wherein said smart meter case further comprises: the ammeter data monitoring module is used for monitoring the electric energy data of the intelligent ammeter box, wherein the electric energy data comprises the voltage and current of an inlet wire and an outlet wire of the intelligent ammeter box, and the voltage and the current of an ammeter in the intelligent ammeter box.

The smart meter case of claim 1, wherein said smart meter case further comprises: the ammeter state monitoring module is used for analyzing ammeter data acquired by the ammeter data monitoring module and carrying out abnormal alarm when the ammeter state is abnormal; the abnormal conditions comprise voltage loss, current loss, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, overload and battery undervoltage of the ammeter.
