Along with the walking of the tourist, the area where the positioning information is located can change in real time, the terminal equipment obtains the people flow of the area where the positioning information is located, and if the people flow of the area where the positioning information is located is smaller than the preset people flow for a long time, the tourist can be considered to get lost. Based on the above, a second preset duration is introduced to characterize the minimum duration required to be satisfied when the traffic of the area where the positioning information is located is continuously smaller than the duration of the preset traffic when the tourist gets lost. If the time length that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is located is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches the second preset time length, the terminal equipment determines that the tourist gets lost.
It should be noted that, the specific values of the first preset duration, the second preset duration, the preset distance, and the preset traffic flow may be set in combination with actual situations, which is not limited herein. The first preset duration and the second preset duration may be the same or different.
In the above embodiment, the terminal device may determine whether the tourist gets lost more accurately by determining whether the duration of the location information in the preset area reaches the first preset duration, or whether the duration of the location information in the area where the traffic is smaller than the preset traffic reaches the second preset duration.
In one possible implementation manner, determining whether the tourist gets lost according to the positioning information may specifically include: if the time length that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches a first preset time length or the time length that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches a second preset time length, playing a first inquiry voice, wherein the first inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether a tourist gets lost or not; if a first reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice is monitored within a first preset time after the first inquiry voice is played, and the first reply voice represents the lost, determining that the tourist gets lost.
If the duration that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches the first preset duration, or if the duration that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches the second preset duration, the terminal equipment preliminarily judges that the tourist gets lost, and in order to further improve the judgment accuracy, the terminal equipment plays a first inquiry voice on the basis, and is used for confirming whether the tourist gets lost or not. For example, the content of the first query voice may be "please ask you if you get lost.
After hearing the first inquiry voice sent by the terminal device, the tourist can perform corresponding voice reply. After the terminal equipment finishes playing the first inquiry voice, monitoring whether reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice exists or not in a certain time, and further judging whether the tourist is truly lost or not according to the monitoring result. Based on this, a first preset time is introduced to characterize the longest time for continuously monitoring whether there is a reply voice responding to the first query voice, and a specific value of the first preset time may be set in combination with the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
If the terminal device monitors the first reply voice responding to the first query voice within a first preset time after the first query voice is played, and the first reply voice represents the lost, the terminal device determines that the tourist gets lost. For example, the content of the first reply voice characterizing the labyrinth may be "yes".
If the terminal equipment monitors the first reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice within a first preset time after the first inquiry voice is played, and the first reply voice represents that no lost exists, the terminal equipment confirms that no lost exists, and therefore the terminal equipment determines that no lost exists. For example, the content characterizing the first reply voice without the labyrinth may be "not".
If the terminal device does not monitor the reply voice responding to the first query voice within a first preset time after the first query voice is played, this may be because the tourist does not notice the first query voice. Based on the above, the terminal device may replay the first query speech, and monitor whether there is a reply speech responding to the first query speech within a first preset time after the first query speech is replayed. In one example, if the terminal device does not hear the reply voice in response to the first query voice N consecutive times, it is determined that the guest is not lost. In the above embodiment, when the duration that the location information is in the preset area continuously reaches the first preset duration, or the duration that the traffic of people in the area where the location information is in the preset area continuously is smaller than the preset traffic reaches the second preset duration, the terminal device further inquires whether the tourist gets lost, and then judges whether the tourist gets lost according to the feedback information of the tourist, thereby being beneficial to improving the judgment accuracy.
In one possible implementation manner, before the step of sending the lost-route early warning information to the cloud server when determining that the tourist gets lost, the method may further include the following steps: and monitoring voice information of the tourist, and determining whether the tourist gets lost according to the monitored voice information.
The terminal equipment can actively monitor the voice information of the tourist and determine whether the tourist gets lost or not according to the monitored voice information. For example, if the terminal device listens to the voice information characterizing the lost, the terminal device may determine that the guest is lost.
In the above embodiment, the terminal device determines whether the tourist gets lost according to the monitored voice information, thereby providing an active help seeking approach for the lost tourist, and the tourist can inform the terminal device through voice when aware of the lost tourist, so that the terminal device can timely make the judgment of the lost tourist and timely provide navigation guidance information for the tourist.
In one possible implementation, determining whether the guest gets lost according to the monitored voice information may specifically include: if the wake-up voice is monitored, playing a second inquiry voice, wherein the second inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether the tourist gets lost or not; if a second reply voice responding to the second inquiry voice is monitored within a second preset time after the second inquiry voice is played, and the second reply voice represents the lost, determining that the tourist gets lost.
Wake-up speech refers to speech that wakes up a terminal device to open a dialog. Illustratively, the content of the wake-up speech may be "small tour xiao You". After the terminal equipment monitors the wake-up voice, a second inquiry voice is played for inquiring whether the tourist gets lost or not. For example, the content of the second query voice may be "please ask you if you get lost".
After hearing the second inquiry voice sent by the terminal device, the tourist can perform corresponding voice reply. After the terminal equipment finishes playing the second inquiry voice, monitoring whether reply voice responding to the second inquiry voice exists or not in a certain time, and judging whether the tourist gets lost or not according to the monitoring result. In one possible implementation, after determining that the guest gets lost, the method may further include the steps of: playing a third inquiry voice for inquiring a target place to which the tourist wants to go; if a third reply voice responding to the third query voice is monitored within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, and the third reply voice contains target location information, adding the target location information into the lost early warning information, wherein the target location information is used for determining a target position.
After determining that the tourist gets lost, the terminal device plays a third inquiry voice for inquiring the target place to which the tourist wants to go. For example, the content of the third query voice may be "please ask you which one wants to go to".

After the third inquiry voice is played, the terminal equipment monitors whether reply voice responding to the third inquiry voice exists or not in a certain time, and determines a target place to which the tourist wants to go according to the monitoring result. Based on this, a third preset time is introduced to characterize the longest time for continuously monitoring whether there is a reply voice responding to the third query voice, and a specific value of the third preset time may be set in combination with the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
If the terminal device monitors a third reply voice responding to the third query voice within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, and the third reply voice contains target location information, the terminal device means that the tourist has a determined target location to which the tourist wants to go, and therefore the terminal device adds the target location information to the lost early warning information and sends the lost early warning information to the cloud server together, and the cloud server determines a target position based on the target location information. For example, the content of the third reply voice including the target location information may be "i want to go to the scenic spot east gate", where "scenic spot east gate" is the target location, and the corresponding target location is where the scenic spot east gate is located.
If the terminal device monitors a third reply voice responding to the third query voice within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, and the third reply voice does not contain target location information, the terminal device means that the tourist does not have a determined target location to which the tourist wants to go, and therefore the terminal device does not need to send the target location information to the cloud server, and the cloud server determines the target location based on the preset location.
If the terminal device does not monitor the reply voice responding to the third query voice within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, this may be because the tourist does not notice the third query voice. Based on the above, the terminal device may replay the third query speech, and monitor whether there is a reply speech responding to the third query speech within a third preset time after the third query speech is replayed. In an example, if the terminal device does not monitor the reply voice in response to the third query voice for K consecutive times, it is considered that the tourist does not have a determined target location to which he wants to go, so the terminal device does not need to send the target location information to the cloud server, and the cloud server determines the target location based on the preset location. The value of K may be set in combination with actual requirements, and is not limited herein, for example, k=2.
In the above embodiment, the terminal device determines the target location to which the tourist wants to go according to the monitored voice information, thereby providing a way for actively informing the target location for the lost tourist, and then providing the navigation route from the current position to the position where the target location is located for the tourist, so as to better satisfy the actual requirement of the tourist.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the above-described method of the specific embodiments, the written order of steps is not meant to imply a strict order of execution but rather should be construed according to the function and possibly inherent logic of the steps.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a navigation guidance device according to an embodiment of the present application, and the navigation guidance device 300 includes: a positioning unit 301, a communication unit 302, and a playing unit 303, wherein:
a positioning unit 301, configured to obtain positioning information of a tourist;
the communication unit 302 is configured to send, when determining that the tourist gets lost, lost early warning information to the cloud server, where the lost early warning information includes a current position of the tourist, and receive navigation guidance information sent by the cloud server in response to the lost early warning information;
And the playing unit 303 is configured to play navigation guidance information sent by the cloud server in response to the lost-route early warning information, where the navigation guidance information includes a navigation route for guiding the tourist to go from the current location to the target location.
In some possible embodiments, the apparatus 300 further comprises: the first determining unit is configured to determine, when the communication unit 302 determines that the tourist gets lost, whether the tourist gets lost according to the positioning information before sending the lost early warning information to the cloud server.
In some possible embodiments, the first determining unit is specifically configured to: if the time length that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches the first preset time length or the time length that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches the second preset time length, determining that the tourist gets lost.
In some possible implementations, the playing unit 303 is further configured to: if the time length that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches a first preset time length or the time length that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches a second preset time length, playing a first inquiry voice, wherein the first inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether a tourist gets lost or not; the apparatus 300 further comprises: the monitoring unit is used for monitoring a first reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice within a first preset time after the first inquiry voice is played; the first determining unit is specifically configured to: if the monitoring unit monitors a first reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice within a first preset time after the first inquiry voice is played, and the first reply voice represents the lost, determining that the tourist gets lost.
In some possible implementations, the listening unit is further configured to: monitoring voice information of the tourist before the communication unit 302 sends the lost early warning information to the cloud server when determining that the tourist gets lost; the apparatus 300 further comprises: and the second determining unit is used for determining whether the tourist gets lost or not according to the monitored voice information.
In some possible implementations, the playing unit 303 is further configured to: if the monitoring unit monitors the wake-up voice, playing a second inquiry voice, wherein the second inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether the tourist gets lost or not; the monitoring unit is further configured to: monitoring a second reply voice responding to the second inquiry voice within a second preset time after the second inquiry voice is played; the second determining unit is specifically configured to: if the monitoring unit monitors a second reply voice responding to the second inquiry voice within a second preset time after the second inquiry voice is played, and the second reply voice represents the lost, determining that the tourist gets lost.
In some possible implementations, the playing unit 303 is further configured to: after the first determining unit or the second determining unit determines that the tourist gets lost, playing a third inquiry voice for inquiring about a target place to which the tourist wants to go; the monitoring unit is further configured to: monitoring a third reply voice responding to the third inquiry voice within a third preset time after the third inquiry voice is played; the apparatus 300 further comprises: and the processing unit is used for adding target location information into the lost early warning information if the monitoring unit monitors a third reply voice responding to the third query voice within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, and the third reply voice contains the target location information, wherein the target location information is used for determining a target position.
For specific limitations of the navigation guidance apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the navigation guidance method, and no further description is given here. The respective units in the navigation guidance apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The units may be embedded in hardware or independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor invokes and executes operations corresponding to the units.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic hardware structure of a navigation guidance device according to an embodiment of the present application, which may include:
a processor 401, a memory 402, and a transceiver 403. The processor 401, the memory 402 and the transceiver 403 are connected by a bus 404, the memory 402 is used for storing instructions, and the processor 401 is used for executing the instructions stored in the memory 402 to implement the steps in the above method.
The processor 401 is configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory 402, so as to control the transceiver 403 to receive and transmit signals, thereby completing the steps in the above method. The memory 402 may be integrated in the processor 401 or may be provided separately from the processor 401.
As an implementation, the functions of the transceiver 403 may be considered to be implemented by a transceiver circuit or a dedicated chip for transceiving. Processor 401 may be considered to be implemented by a dedicated processing chip, a processing circuit, a processor, or a general-purpose chip.
As another implementation manner, a manner of using a general-purpose computer may be considered to implement the navigation guidance apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application. I.e. program code that implements the functions of the processor 401, transceiver 403, is stored in the memory 402, and the general purpose processor implements the functions of the processor 401, transceiver 403 by executing the code in the memory 402.
The concepts, explanations, and detailed descriptions related to the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application and other steps related to the apparatus refer to the foregoing methods or descriptions of the contents of the method steps performed by the apparatus in other embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, which comprises: a processor and a memory for storing computer program code comprising computer instructions for, in case the processor executes the computer instructions, the electronic device performs the method as in the method embodiments described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, which comprises: the electronic device comprises a processor, a transmitting means, an input means, an output means and a memory for storing computer program code comprising computer instructions for, in case the processor executes the computer instructions, the electronic device performs the method as in the method embodiments described above.
The present application also provides a computer readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, the computer program comprising program instructions, which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method as in the method embodiments described above.
The present application also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program or instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method as in the method embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A navigation guidance method, the method comprising:
obtaining positioning information of tourists;
when determining that the tourist gets lost, sending lost early warning information to a cloud server, wherein the lost early warning information comprises the current position of the tourist;
and receiving and playing navigation guide information sent by the cloud server in response to the lost route early warning information, wherein the navigation guide information comprises a navigation route for guiding the tourist to go to a target position from the current position.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the sending of the lost warning information to a cloud server when the guest is determined to be lost:
and determining whether the tourist gets lost according to the positioning information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining whether the guest is lost based on the positioning information comprises:
if the duration that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches a first preset duration, or the duration that the flow of people in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset flow of people reaches a second preset duration, determining that the tourist gets lost.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining whether the guest is lost based on the positioning information comprises:
if the time length that the position of the positioning information is continuously in the preset area reaches a first preset time length or the time length that the people flow in the area where the positioning information is continuously smaller than the preset people flow reaches a second preset time length, a first inquiry voice is played, and the first inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether the tourist gets lost or not;
if a first reply voice responding to the first inquiry voice is monitored within a first preset time after the first inquiry voice is played, and the first reply voice represents a lost way, determining that the tourist gets lost.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the sending of the lost warning information to a cloud server when the guest is determined to be lost:
and monitoring the voice information of the tourist, and determining whether the tourist gets lost or not according to the monitored voice information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said determining whether the guest is lost based on the monitored voice information comprises:
if the wake-up voice is monitored, playing a second inquiry voice, wherein the second inquiry voice is used for inquiring whether the tourist gets lost or not;
if a second reply voice responding to the second inquiry voice is monitored within a second preset time after the second inquiry voice is played, and the second reply voice represents the lost, determining that the tourist gets lost.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising, after determining that the guest is lost:
playing a third inquiry voice, wherein the third inquiry voice is used for inquiring a target place to which the tourist wants to go;
if a third reply voice responding to the third query voice is monitored within a third preset time after the third query voice is played, and the third reply voice contains target location information, adding the target location information into the lost route early warning information, wherein the target location information is used for determining the target position.
8. A navigation guidance apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the positioning unit is used for acquiring positioning information of tourists;
the communication unit is used for sending the lost early warning information to a cloud server when determining that the tourist gets lost, wherein the lost early warning information comprises the current position of the tourist and navigation guide information sent by the cloud server in response to the lost early warning information;
the playing unit is used for playing navigation guide information sent by the cloud server in response to the lost early warning information, and the navigation guide information comprises a navigation route used for guiding the tourist to go to a target position from the current position.
9. An electronic device comprising at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the at least one processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 by executing the instructions stored by the memory.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction or at least one program loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
