Abstract
The invention relates to a system and a method for integrating an office mail system and a plurality of identity authentication modes, wherein the system comprises: the management configuration module is used for marking different users in a login mode and storing login authentication field identifiers; the unified identity authentication module is connected with the management configuration module and used for providing services integrated by the mail system and the multiple identity authentication systems and distinguishing different unified identity authentication systems; the mail self-authentication module is connected with the management configuration module and is used for calling mail self-authentication service when the login authentication field identifier represents mail system self-authentication; the code scanning login module is independent of the code scanning login module and used for scanning the codes through the APP in the enterprise internal office. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of integrating a plurality of different identity authentications, avoiding complex password recording, simplifying login process and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of enterprise office software, in particular to a system and a method for integrating an office mail system and various identity authentication modes.
Background

The management of the identity authentication system in the information system is one of the key contents in enterprise informatization management, and the sustainable development of enterprise informatization construction can be better ensured only by performing the management work of identity authentication. The user login mode commonly used in the office mail system at present is the self authentication mechanism of the mail system or the integration with a general system which can provide identity authentication service such as domain control, enterprise WeChat and the like. In the office use scene that a plurality of companies use the shared service, the identity authentication mode of the mail system cannot fully meet the use requirement of users, and a plurality of account numbers and login passwords can be memorized when the users use different office software, and meanwhile, the requirement of different identity authentication systems for users of different companies cannot be met easily.
Therefore, how to integrate the office mail system with different identity authentication channels inside a plurality of companies becomes a technical problem to be solved.

the unified identity authentication module is connected with the management configuration module and used for providing services integrated by the mail system and the multiple identity authentication systems and distinguishing different unified identity authentication systems;
the mail self-authentication module is connected with the management configuration module and is used for calling mail self-authentication service when the login authentication field identifier represents mail system self-authentication;
the code scanning login module is independent of the code scanning login module and used for scanning the codes through the APP in the enterprise internal office.
Further, the marks for logging in different users are specifically: different users are distinguished in a login mode through a front-end manual marking mode.
Further, the different users include users of different enterprises and users who are not on-duty in the enterprises.
Further, the distinguishing of different unified identity authentication systems is specifically: when the login authentication field identification does not represent the self authentication of the mail system, different unified identity authentication systems are distinguished according to different values, meanwhile, a user authentication interface of the corresponding system is called, user login information judgment is carried out according to the return information of the system, and a login result is returned.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. after the office mail system is integrated with other office software of the enterprise, the invention can avoid the user from recording complicated passwords and simplify the office flow of the user.
2. The invention integrates the non-internal personnel and has multiple functions, so that partial personnel can not log in the mail system.
3. The integration scheme of the office mail system can integrate a plurality of different identity authentication systems at the same time, thereby meeting the use requirements of sharing services of different companies.

as shown in fig. 1, a system for integrating an office mail system with multiple authentication modes, the system comprises:
the management configuration module 1 is used for marking login modes of different users, login authentication modes used by users of different enterprises are different, meanwhile, users who are not in the enterprises can only use an authentication system owned by a mail system to carry out login authentication, the management configuration module 1 distinguishes the login modes of different users through front-end manual marking, and field storage is carried out through a method of adding a login authentication field identifier, so that subsequent functions are read.
The unified identity authentication module 2 is connected with the management configuration module 1 and is used for providing services for integrating a mail system and a plurality of identity authentication systems, distinguishing different unified identity authentication systems, judging different unified identity authentication systems according to user login authentication field identifiers, distinguishing different unified identity authentication systems according to different values when the login authentication field identifiers do not represent self authentication of the mail system, calling user authentication interfaces of corresponding systems at the same time, judging user login information according to return information of the systems, and returning login results.
The mail self-authentication module 3 is connected with the management configuration module 1 and is used for calling mail self-authentication service when the login authentication field identifier represents mail system self-authentication; the mail self-authentication module 3 is the login service of the mail system, and supplements with the unified identity authentication module 2.
The code scanning login module 4 is independent of the modules and is used for scanning and logging through an enterprise internal office APP (cloud assistant); the code scanning login module 4 has expandability and can be expanded to various mobile office software. The code scanning login module 4 specifically logs in the following modes: each user has unique identification in the enterprise internal office APP, the identification can be configured through the management configuration module 1, the identification is added in the mail system, so that the identification corresponds to the mail system one by one, the unique identification of the user is obtained through code scanning, the mail page is redirected in a mode of further inquiring the mail system, and the password-free login is completed.

1. A system for integrating an office mail system with a plurality of authentication modes, said system comprising:
the management configuration module (1) is used for marking different users in a login mode and storing the login authentication field identification;
the unified identity authentication module (2) is connected with the management configuration module (1) and is used for providing services for integrating the mail system and various identity authentication systems and distinguishing different unified identity authentication systems;
the mail self-authentication module (3) is connected with the management configuration module (1) and is used for calling mail self-authentication service when the login authentication field identifier represents mail system self-authentication;
the code scanning login module (4) is independent and used for scanning the codes through the enterprise internal office APP.
