Description

Document-based flow map generation method, system, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine and artificial intelligence software, in particular to a document-based flow map generation method, a system, equipment and a storage medium.
Background
The medical health product development and management process requires a large number of standard program files, such as SOP files, which are abbreviations of Standard Operating Procedure, namely standard operation programs, and refer to describing operation steps and requirements of a certain event in a uniform format for guiding and standardizing daily work. The essence of SOP is to quantize details, and in colloquial terms, SOP is to refine and quantize key control points in a program. In the actual implementation process, the SOP core is in line with the enterprise and can be implemented without flowing in a form.
Standard job programs (Standard Operating Procedure, SOPs) are internal programs designed to perform complex daily routines within a limited time and resource. From a management point of view, standard working procedures can shorten the learning time spent by new personnel facing unskilled and complex transactions, and errors and negligence can be avoided as long as the instructions of the steps are followed. The reason for the establishment of the standard job program generally includes the following points (functions): standard job procedures can save time because time is valuable. Standard job procedures can reduce waste of resources because resources are scarce. The standard procedure may achieve stability because stability is the primary motivation for organizations to continue to exist. Standard work procedures can also create problems that rather hamper the achievement of the objective, the pathology of which must be understood: standard operating procedures resist transitions and cannot adapt to special environmental requirements. The standard operation procedure delays the time and cannot meet the demands of people.
The existing medical health product development and management related Standard Operation Program (SOP) has complicated text and difficult use. It is difficult for a business or practitioner to understand or otherwise operate, communicate or perform accurately. In particular, medical health product development and management related standard program files in different regions and countries are different, so that the management difficulty of enterprise compliance is increased.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method, a system, a device and a storage medium for generating a document-based flow map.
