Description

Cross-line transmission method, device, equipment and computer readable medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of financial data processing technologies, and in particular, to a cross-line transmission method, apparatus, device, and computer readable medium.
Background
A cross-bank bulk agent is a business in which a banking system transfers accounts to a plurality of other banks. The existing cross-row batch generation flow is as follows: the bank system obtains the substitute transmission text made by the customer, and then uses the remittance path appointed by the substitute transmission text to transfer the cross-line transfer to the collection account in the substitute transmission text. There are two types of money transfer paths currently in use: one of the transfer paths is cross transfer through a large and small payment system, and the other transfer path is cross transfer through a super internet bank payment system.
However, both existing money transfer paths have advantages and disadvantages in that the micropayment system can support transfers to all banks, but cannot be done in real time, and there is a risk of being refunded by other banks. While super internet banking payment systems can check out in real time, only support transfers to some banks, and also have restrictions on the amount and account type of the account to be paid. Since customer-specified money transfer paths are often not the most appropriate alternate routes, many alternate transactions fail and the efficiency of the alternate transactions is low.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application discloses a cross-bank agent delivery method, which is applied to a banking system, the banking system may be used to execute a cross-bank agent delivery service, the banking system may include a banking front-end system and a banking back-end system, and the method shown in fig. 1 may be applied to the banking back-end system in the banking system. Specifically, the cross-row transmission method shown in fig. 1 includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring a substitution text, wherein the substitution text at least comprises: the method comprises the steps of at least one transaction of the generation of the transaction of the collection party account, the collection party name and the collection amount, wherein the collection party account comprises the card number and/or the account number of the collection party.
Wherein the payee may be understood as the issuing object of the issuing transaction. The payee name may be understood as the name of the payee account and the payee amount may be understood as the amount that needs to be transferred to the payee. The proxy text may be understood as text for explaining a proxy transaction that needs to be performed. The substitute text may include information such as the line number of the payee, the contact information of the payee, and the like, and information other than the payee account, the payee name, and the amount of the payee may not be present in the substitute text.
The mode of acquiring the text for substitution may be that the client performs an operation of making the text for substitution at a front-end system of a bank, and the front-end system of the bank acquires the text for substitution made by the client in response to the operation of making the text for substitution by the client.
It should be noted that, the bank to which the payee belongs and the bank to which the bank system belongs may be different, that is, the embodiment of the present application is applicable to a money transfer scenario (i.e., a trans-bank substitution scenario) in which the payee and the bank to which the sender belong are different.
The operation of making the substitute transmission text can be to establish a blank table, and input information of a plurality of substitute transmission transactions into the blank table to obtain the substitute transmission text. Alternatively, the pre-manufactured generation text may be directly imported to the front-end system of the bank, and the operation of manufacturing the generation text is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, in a specific embodiment of the present application, the text may be in the form of a plurality of data items. For example, it may be composed of data items of the payee account, data items of the payee name, data items of the payee amount, and data items of the payee line number. After the banking system obtains the text, the banking system may split each data item in the text, then verify each split data item, and if the verification passes, enter step S102. If the verification is not passed, a result text for explaining that the verification of the substitute transmission text is not passed can be generated and fed back to the client.
Optionally, the banking system may check the generation text according to the interface contract specification, and if the check is not passed, the generated result text may further include a specific reason for the check not being passed. After the verification is passed, the data items split from the generation text may be stored in the database, and then the following step S102 is performed.
S102, determining a payment system matched with the issuing transaction according to information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and system configuration parameters aiming at each issuing transaction in the issuing text, wherein the system configuration parameters comprise: the bank interline number which can be accessed by the super online banking payment system, the amount limit of the super online banking payment system and the corresponding relation between the card issuing bank identification code and the bank interline number.
The information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text may be understood as information related to the issuing transaction in the issuing text, such as a payee account, a payee name, and a payee amount of the issuing transaction. The payment system matched with the issuing transaction can be understood as the payment system which is determined to be most suitable for the issuing transaction according to the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters.
The system configuration parameters may be understood as payment system related parameters set in advance in the banking system. The system configuration parameters can reflect conditions defined by the payment system when executing the issuing transaction. The staff may set the bank affiliated number accessible to the super internet banking payment system, the sum limit of the super internet banking payment system, and the corresponding relationship between the card issuing identification code and the bank affiliated number in the bank system according to the accessible bank affiliated number provided by the super internet banking payment system, the sum limit of the super internet banking payment system, and the corresponding relationship between the card issuing identification code and the bank affiliated number, and may execute step S102 by reading the preset system configuration parameters when step S102 is executed subsequently. When the system configuration parameters are changed, the system configuration parameters can be set in the bank system again.
The bank line number accessible to the super online banking payment system can be understood as the line number of a bank where the super online banking payment system can support cross-line remittance. The bank association number is a unique identification of the regional bank. The amount limit of the super bank payment system refers to the maximum transaction amount that the super bank payment system can support when executing a single generation transaction. The issuer identification code (Bank IdentificationNumber, BIN) is a few digits in the Bank card number. The bank from which the card is issued can be determined by the issuer identification code.
The execution of step S102 may be understood as a process of selecting a money transfer path for each of the reissue transactions. The final determined payment system that matches the outgoing transaction may be understood as the final selected money transfer path. The payment system for the matching of the proxy transaction determined in step S102 may include two types. The first type of payment system is a large and small amount payment system and the second type of payment system is a super internet banking payment system.
Because the payment system matched with the issuing transaction in the embodiment of the application is determined according to the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters, compared with the mode of manually designating the payment system (namely manually designating the remittance path) by a client in the prior art, the payment system matched with the issuing transaction in the embodiment of the application considers the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and also considers the system configuration parameters related to the super internet banking system in the process of determining the payment system matched with the issuing transaction, so that the determined payment system matched with the issuing transaction can be suitable for the issuing transaction, the efficiency and the success rate of the issuing transaction can be improved, and the fact that the payment system which does not meet the transaction conditions is selected to execute the issuing transaction is avoided.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, in a specific embodiment of the present application, the implementation of performing step S102 includes:
s201, judging whether the collection amount of the issuing transaction is larger than the amount limit of the super online banking payment system.
If the amount of money collected in the issuing transaction is determined to be greater than the amount limit of the super internet banking payment system, step S202 is executed, and if the amount of money collected in the issuing transaction is determined to be not greater than the amount limit of the super internet banking payment system, step S205 is executed.
Because the super internet banking payment system has the advantage of real-time account checking, if the amount of money to be collected is not greater than the amount limit of the super internet banking payment system (i.e., the amount of money to be collected for the issuing transaction meets the amount limit condition of the super internet banking payment system), the super internet banking payment system is preferentially considered as the payment system for the issuing transaction matching, but whether the super internet banking payment system can be determined as the payment system for the issuing transaction matching, step S205 is needed to be executed for determination.
If the amount of money collected in the issuing transaction is greater than the amount limit of the super internet bank payment system, it is determined that the amount of money collected in the issuing transaction does not meet the condition for executing the issuing transaction by using the super internet bank payment system, so that step S202 can only be executed, and whether the issuing transaction can be executed by using the large and small amount payment system is considered.
S202, determining whether the substitution text has a collection line number of the substitution transaction.
The large-small payment system needs to be used with knowledge of the line number of the collection of the issuing transaction, and if the line number of the collection of the issuing transaction is included in the issuing text, the condition of executing the issuing transaction by using the large-small payment system is satisfied, and step S203 may be executed. If the issuing text does not have the line number of the collection line of the issuing transaction, ending the flow, namely stopping executing the issuing transaction. For example, if the substitute text does not have the line number of the substitute transaction, step S204 may also be performed.
For example, one implementation of step S202 may be that the relevant data item of the issuing transaction is read in the issuing text, and if the line number of the issuing transaction can be read in the relevant data item of the issuing transaction, it is determined that the issuing text has the line number of the issuing transaction. If the collection line number of the issuing transaction cannot be read in the related data item of the issuing transaction, determining that the issuing text does not have the collection line number of the issuing transaction.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, if the bank number of the issuing transaction is not read from the related data item of the issuing transaction, but the account of the bank of the issuing transaction is a card number, the card issuer identification code may be read from the card number, that is, the bank joint line number corresponding to the card issuer identification code of the issuing transaction may be determined according to the correspondence between the card issuer identification code and the bank joint line number. And then judging whether the bank joint line number corresponding to the card issuer identification code of the issuing transaction meets the requirement of the large and small payment systems for executing the issuing transaction, and if so, determining that the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is the large and small payment system. If the requirement of the size payment system for executing the issuing transaction is not satisfied, the flow is ended (i.e. the execution of the issuing transaction is stopped), and step S204 may also be executed.
S203, determining that the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a large and small payment system.
According to the logic determination processing of the foregoing step S201 and step S202, it may be determined that the payment system currently most suitable for executing the reissue transaction is the large-amount payment system, that is, it is determined that the current money transfer path is the large-amount payment system, and the large-amount payment system is used to execute the reissue transaction.
S204, determining that the transaction state of the substitution transaction is transaction failure.
Through the logic judgment processing in the step S201 and the step S202, it can be determined that the issuing transaction is neither applicable to the large and small payment systems nor to the super internet banking payment system, so that the transaction state of the issuing transaction can be directly determined as the transaction failure, and the flow of processing the issuing transaction is stopped, thereby avoiding the consumption of unnecessary workload.
S205, judging whether the collection line of the issuing transaction belongs to a bank accessible by the super online banking payment system according to the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters.
If it is determined that the collection bank of the issuing transaction belongs to a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, step S206 is executed. If it is determined that the collection line of the issuing transaction does not belong to the bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system and the issuing text has the collection line number of the issuing transaction, step S207 is executed.
Specifically, because the system configuration parameters can reflect the limiting conditions of the payment system when the issuing transaction is executed, whether the collection bank of the issuing transaction belongs to a bank accessible by the super internet banking payment system can be judged through the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters. When the collection line of the issuing transaction is judged not to belong to a bank which can be accessed by the super internet banking payment system, the super internet banking payment system is not supported to execute the issuing transaction, so that whether the issuing transaction can be executed by using the large and small payment system can be further considered.
The large and small payment system can support access to all banks, so that the user can know that the large and small payment system can be used for executing the issuing transaction by only checking whether the issuing text has the collection line number of the issuing transaction. When it is determined that the collection line of the issuing transaction does not belong to the bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system and the issuing text has the collection line number of the issuing transaction, the issuing transaction is considered to be executable by using the large and small payment system, so that step S207 is executed.
Optionally, if it is determined that the collection line of the issuing transaction does not belong to a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system and the issuing text does not have the collection line number of the issuing transaction, it is indicated that neither the super internet banking payment system nor the large and small payment system can execute the issuing transaction, and the process of executing the issuing transaction may be directly ended, or step S208 may be executed.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application may not be limited by determining whether the issuing text has the line number of the collection line of the issuing transaction and determining whether the collection line of the issuing transaction belongs to the bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, in a specific embodiment of the present application, an implementation of step S205 includes:
s301, determining whether a collection line number of the issuing transaction exists in the issuing text.
If step S301 determines that the text of the generation does not have the line number of the collection of the generation transaction, step S302 is executed. If step S301 determines that the text has the line number of the collection of the issuing transaction, step S303 is executed.
The foregoing step S201 has determined that the amount of money collected is not greater than the amount limit of the super internet banking payment system, so it is necessary to further confirm whether the bank (abbreviated as the payee bank) is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system. Specifically, if the issuing text has the line number of the issuing transaction, the line number of the issuing transaction in the issuing text may be directly used to determine whether the line is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, that is, step S303 is performed.
If the issuing text does not have the payee line number of the issuing transaction, the payee account of the issuing transaction is used to determine whether the payee is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, i.e. step S302 is performed.
S302, judging whether the account of the payee of the substitution transaction is a card number.
If the paymate account written in the substitution text is a card number, step S304 may be performed to determine whether the paymate is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system using the paymate card number. If the collection account written in the issuing text is not the card number, the information of the collection account number cannot be obtained from the collection account, so that a payment system matched with the issuing transaction cannot be selected, and the current flow of the issuing transaction is ended.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, if the account of the payee of the issuing transaction is not a card number, step S305 may also be performed to mark the transaction status of the issuing transaction.
S303, judging whether the line number of the money receiving line is in a bank line number accessible to the super online banking payment system.
If it is determined that the line number of the receipt is within the bank line number accessible to the super internet banking system, step S306 is executed, and if it is determined that the line number of the receipt is not within the bank line number accessible to the super internet banking system, step S307 is executed.
Specifically, if the bank line number is within the bank line number accessible to the super internet banking payment system, it is indicated that the bank line is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, so step S306 is executed. If the line number of the receipt is not within the bank line number accessible to the super internet banking system, it is indicated that the receipt is not a bank accessible to the super internet banking system, so step S307 is executed.
S304, judging whether the bank joint line number corresponding to the card issuing bank identification code of the payee account is in the bank joint line number accessible by the super online banking payment system.
Since the payee account is a card number, the issuer identification code of the payee (i.e., the issuer identification code of the payee account) can be read from the card number, and the aforementioned system configuration parameters include the correspondence between the issuer identification code and the bank issuer number. Through the corresponding relation between the card issuing bank identification code and the bank joint line number, the bank joint line number corresponding to the card issuing bank identification code of the payee account can be known, and further the bank joint line number corresponding to the card issuing bank identification code of the payee account can be compared with the bank joint line number accessible by the super internet banking payment system, if the comparison with the bank joint line number accessible by the super internet banking payment system is successful, the bank joint line number accessible by the super internet banking payment system is indicated, and if the comparison fails, the bank joint line number not accessible by the super internet banking payment system is indicated.
If step S304 determines that the bank affiliated number corresponding to the issuer identification code of the payee account is within the bank affiliated number accessible to the super internet banking payment system, it is indicated that the payee is a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, so step S306 is executed. If step S304 determines that the bank affiliated number corresponding to the issuer identification code of the payee account is not within the bank affiliated number accessible to the super internet banking payment system, it is determined that the payee is not a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, and step S307 is executed.
S305, determining that the transaction state of the substitution transaction is transaction failure.
S306, determining that the collection bank of the issuing transaction belongs to a bank accessible by the super online banking payment system.
When the collection line for the generation transaction is determined to belong to a bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, the system which can directly determine the matching of the generation transaction is the super internet banking payment system, namely, a remittance path is determined. See step S205 and the flow descriptions after step S205, and will not be described here.
S307, determining that the collection bank of the issuing transaction does not belong to a bank accessible by the super online banking payment system.
When it is determined that the payment line of the issuing transaction does not belong to the bank accessible to the super internet banking payment system, it can be directly determined that the system matched with the issuing transaction is not the super internet banking payment system, so that whether to use the large and small payment systems as the system matched with the issuing transaction is required to be considered, and the detailed description of the flow after step S205 will be omitted here.
S206, determining that the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a super internet banking payment system.
And determining that the current remittance path is a super online banking payment system, and executing the substitute issuing transaction by using the super online banking payment system.
S207, if the issuing text has the collection line number of the issuing transaction, determining that the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a large and small payment system.
The logic judges that the transaction is not suitable for the super internet banking payment system. When the generation text has the collection line number of the generation transaction, the generation transaction has the condition of executing the transaction by using the large and small payment system. In step S207, the line number of the payment line with the issuing transaction in the issuing text is determined, so that the line number can be used in the large-and-small-amount payment system, i.e. the large-and-small-amount payment system can be determined as the payment system matched with the issuing transaction.
S208, if the issuing text does not have the collection line number of the issuing transaction, determining that the transaction state of the issuing transaction is transaction failure.
By combining the logic judgment flow of the steps, if the issuing text does not have the collection line number of the issuing transaction, the issuing transaction is indicated to be neither suitable for a large-and-small-amount payment system nor suitable for a super internet banking payment system, so that the transaction state of the issuing transaction can be directly determined to be a transaction failure, the flow of processing the issuing transaction is stopped, and unnecessary workload is avoided.
As can be seen from the logic shown in fig. 2, according to the embodiment of the present application, the payment system applicable to the issuing transaction can be selected through the information and the system configuration parameters of the issuing transaction in the issuing text, so that transaction failure and poor transaction efficiency caused by selecting an unsuitable payment system are avoided.
S103, sending a substitution request of the substitution transaction to a payment system matched with the substitution transaction so that the payment system corresponding to the substitution transaction transfers accounts of a payee of the substitution transaction, wherein the substitution request of the substitution transaction at least comprises: the payee account, payee name, and payee amount for the proxy transaction.
After determining the payment system for the transaction match, step S102 corresponds to determining which money transfer path to travel. Thus triggering step S103 to begin the process of performing a transfer (which may also be referred to as a transfer) in accordance with the transfer path determined in step S102.
Specifically, the manner of triggering the money transfer flow is: and sending a substitute transmission request of the substitute transmission transaction to a payment system matched with the substitute transmission transaction, and transferring accounts of a payee of the substitute transmission transaction according to information included in the substitute transmission request after the substitute transmission request is successfully received by the payment system matched with the substitute transmission transaction, so as to complete a remittance flow.
Optionally, after the banking system executes step S103, the transaction state of the current issuing transaction may be monitored and updated according to the information fed back by the payment system corresponding to the issuing transaction.
Illustratively, if the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a large and small payment system, after executing step S103, the method further includes:
if the deduction failure receipt or the refund information sent by the large and small amount payment system is received, determining that the transaction state of the substitution transaction is transaction failure.
Specifically, when executing the cross-bank issuing process of the issuing transaction, the payment system is required to deduct the amount of the bank of the payment system, and then the deducted amount is transferred to the accounts of the payee under other banks.
When the large and small amount payment system executes the cross-bank issuing process of the issuing transaction, if the case of the failure of the deduction occurs in the deduction link, a deduction failure receipt is sent to inform the bank system, and the bank system can know that the transaction state of the current issuing transaction is the transaction failure. When the large and small amount payment systems pay successfully, but remittance fails when remittance is performed to collection, remittance is returned, and the large and small amount payment systems return remittance information to the bank system so as to inform the bank system that remittance links fail. After receiving the remittance information, the bank system can determine that the transaction state of the issuing transaction is the transaction failure.
Optionally, when executing the cross-line issuing process of the issuing transaction, if the issuing process is successful, the large and small payment system also sends a receipt notifying the bank system of the successful issuing process. The bank system can update the transaction state to be successful in deduction, or does not change the transaction state.
For example, referring to fig. 4, if the transaction system is a large and small payment system, the flow of changing the transaction state by the banking system may be:
before a request to send a transaction is not sent, the transaction state of the request to send is the state to be sent. After the bank system calling module sends the issuing request of the issuing transaction, the transaction state is changed into the sent state. After the bank system receives the successful response of the large and small amount payment system, the large and small amount payment system is indicated to have received the issuing request, so that the transaction state of the issuing transaction is changed to successful sending. After the successful sending, if the receipt of the deduction failure receipt of the large and small systems or the receipt of the refund information is received, the transaction state of the request for substitution is changed into transaction failure.
Optionally, if the bank system does not receive the successful response of the large-amount payment system beyond the preset time period, the issuing request can be resent to the large-amount payment system.
For example, if the payment system matched with the proxy transaction is a super internet banking payment system, after executing step S103, the method further includes:
and if the service failure receipt sent by the super online banking payment system is received, determining that the transaction state of the substitute transaction is transaction failure. And if the receipt of the service success receipt sent by the super online banking payment system is received, determining that the transaction state of the substitute transaction is successful. And if the service receipt sent by the super internet banking payment system is not received after the preset time length is exceeded, calling the super internet banking payment system to inquire the issuing transaction. Wherein, the business receipt includes: business success receipt and business failure receipt. If the transaction of the issuing transaction is found to be successful, determining that the transaction state of the issuing transaction is successful. If the transaction failure of the issuing transaction is inquired, determining that the transaction state of the issuing transaction is the transaction failure.
Specifically, the service failure receipt fails when the super internet banking payment system performs the issuing transaction, so that when the banking system receives the service failure receipt, the issuing transaction state can be set as the transaction failure. The service success receipt table is characterized in that the super internet banking payment system executes the transaction success instead of the transaction, so that when the bank system receives the service success receipt sent by the super internet banking payment system, the transaction state of the current transaction instead of the transaction can be set as the transaction success.
If the bank system does not receive the service receipt sent by the super internet banking payment system after sending the substitution request for more than the preset time, the super internet banking payment system can be directly called, and the execution result of the substitution transaction is inquired on the super internet banking payment system. If the execution result of the query issuing transaction is that the service is successful, setting the transaction state of the issuing transaction as the transaction success. If the execution result of the query issuing transaction is that the service fails, setting the transaction state of the issuing transaction as the transaction failure.
For example, referring to fig. 4, if the transaction system is a super internet banking payment system, the flow of changing the transaction status by the banking system may be:
before a request to send a transaction is not sent, the transaction state of the request to send is the state to be sent. After the bank system calling module sends the issuing request of the issuing transaction, the transaction state is changed into the sent state. After the bank system receives the successful response of the super internet banking payment system, the super internet banking payment system is informed that the request for issuing the transaction is received, and therefore the transaction state of the transaction for issuing the transaction is changed to be successful in sending. After the successful sending, if the receipt of the service success receipt is received, the transaction state is changed into the transaction success state, and if the receipt of the service failure receipt is received, the transaction state is changed into the transaction failure state. And if the service receipt returned by the super online banking payment system is not received after the timeout, changing the transaction state into a state to be queried (representing a transaction to be queried instead). After the call module inquires the issuing transaction, if the inquiry result of the successful service is returned, the transaction state is changed into the transaction success state. And if the query result of the business failure is returned, changing the transaction state into a transaction failure state.
Alternatively, when invoking the superbank payment system to query the issuing transaction, the unique key value of the issuing transaction returned to the banking system by the superbank payment system may be used to query the issuing transaction.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, after performing step S103, the method further includes:
and judging whether all the generation transactions in the generation text are executed to finish. And if all the generation transactions in the generation text are judged to be executed, generating and transmitting a result text. The result text is used for describing the transaction state of each alternate transaction in the alternate text.
For example, each of the current generation transactions in the generation text may be read. If the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a large and small payment system, when the transaction state is read to be successful in sending, the issuing transaction is considered to be executed to be ended. If the payment system matched with the issuing transaction is a super internet banking payment system, when the read transaction state is transaction success or transaction failure, the issuing transaction is considered to be executed to be ended. After the result text is generated, the result text may be returned to the customer who made the substitute text.
From the foregoing flow of the generation of two different payment systems, it can also be seen that the super internet banking payment system can check out in real time, and confirm whether the transaction is successful in real time. And the large and small amount payment system cannot check out in real time, and cannot determine whether the transaction is successful in real time.
The cross-row transmission method provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the transmission text, wherein the transmission text at least comprises the following steps: at least one transaction is initiated with the payee account, payee name, and payee amount. And then, for each issuing transaction in the issuing text, determining a payment system matched with the issuing transaction according to the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters. Wherein the system configuration parameters include: the bank interline number which can be accessed by the super online banking payment system, the amount limit of the super online banking payment system and the corresponding relation between the card issuing bank identification code and the bank interline number. Because the payment system matched with the issuing transaction in the embodiment of the application is determined according to the information of the issuing transaction in the issuing text and the system configuration parameters, compared with the mode that the client manually designates the payment system (namely manually designates the remittance path) in the prior art, the payment system determined by the embodiment of the application is more suitable for the issuing transaction, and the efficiency and the success rate of the issuing transaction can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, based on the foregoing cross-line transmission method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application correspondingly discloses a cross-line transmission device, including: a first acquisition unit 501, a first determination unit 502, and a first transmission unit 503.
