Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The identification code determining method of the electronic file provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the situation of determining the unique identification code of the electronic file. The embodiment is exemplified by the method applied to the server. It will be appreciated that the method may also be applied to a terminal or may also be applied to a system comprising a terminal and a server and implemented by interaction of the terminal and the server.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a method for determining an identification code of an electronic file, which is described by taking application of the method to a server as an example, and includes the following steps:
s101, under the condition that the target electronic file is identified to be imported into the database, the classification number of the target electronic file is obtained.
The target electronic file is the electronic file needing to determine the identification code. The classification number is predetermined by the user according to the common attribute information of the electronic files in each folder. Optionally, a plurality of folders are in a database, and the classification numbers under the same folder are identical.
Specifically, the user knows the address of each folder in the database, and the user directly imports the target electronic document under the folder according to the address of the folder to be imported by the target electronic document. When the server identifies the target electronic file to be imported into the database, the classification number of the folder, namely the classification number of the target electronic file, is directly obtained.
S102, searching from a database according to the classification number to obtain the latest identification code of the electronic file under the classification number.
The latest identification code is the unique identification code corresponding to the electronic file under the latest imported classification number.
Specifically, according to the class number, the electronic file under the folder corresponding to the class number in the database is checked, the latest electronic file imported into the folder is searched, and the unique identification code of the electronic file is obtained, namely the latest identification code of the electronic file under the class number.
S103, determining the unique identification code of the target electronic file according to the latest identification code.
Specifically, the unique identification code of the target electronic file can be determined based on the identification code encoding rule according to the latest identification code.
In one implementation, if the identification code encoding rule is that even number encoding is performed from 0 according to the number of electronic files, the latest identification code is added with 2 to be the identification code of the target electronic file. For example, if the latest identification code is 100, the unique identification code of the target electronic file is 102.
Alternatively, the sum or difference between the latest identification code and the fixed value is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic document.
The fixed value is the difference between two adjacent preset identification codes in the identification code coding rule.
Specifically, if the encoding rule of the identification code is from small to large, taking the sum of the latest identification code and the fixed value as the unique identification code of the target electronic file; for example, if the fixed value is 1 and the latest identification code is 100, the unique identification code of the target electronic file is 101. If the identification code coding rule is that the identification code is coded from big to small, taking the difference between the latest identification code and the fixed value as the unique identification code of the target electronic file; for example, if the fixed value is 1 and the latest identification code is 100, the unique identification code of the target electronic file is 99.
In the method for determining the identification code of the electronic file, under the condition that the target electronic file is identified to be imported into the database, the classification number of the target electronic file is obtained; searching from the database according to the classification number to obtain the latest identification code of the electronic file under the classification number; and finally, determining the unique identification code of the target electronic file according to the latest identification code. Through the scheme, each electronic file imported into the database can have the unique identification code, and the effect of identifying different electronic files is achieved.
In one embodiment, based on the above embodiment, the step S103 of determining the unique identifier of the target electronic file according to the latest identifier is further explained in detail. As shown in fig. 2, the specific process includes:
s201, displaying the latest identification code and the attribute filling interface of the target electronic file to the user.
S202, acquiring character strings filled in by a user on the attribute filling interface based on the latest identification code, and taking the character strings as unique identification codes of the target electronic file.
The attribute filling interface is a visual interface for filling the attribute information of the target electronic file. The character string is the optional identification code of the target electronic file determined by the user based on the latest identification code.
Specifically, after the latest identification code is obtained, an attribute filling interface of the latest identification code and the target electronic file is displayed for a user; the user fills a character string in the attribute filling interface based on the latest identification code; further, the server can acquire the character strings filled in on the attribute filling interface by the user based on the latest identification codes; and then the validity of the obtained character string can be judged based on certain logic, namely whether the character string accords with the identification code coding rule or not is judged; if the character string accords with the identification code coding rule, the character string is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic file; if the character string does not accord with the identification code coding rule, a character string can be recommended; further, the user can modify the filled character string into a recommended character string in the attribute filling interface, the server further judges whether the modified character string accords with the identification code coding rule, and if so, the recommended character string is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic file.
It can be appreciated that, by determining the unique identification code of the target electronic file through interaction with the user, the present embodiment can enable the generated identification code to have uniqueness, and meet the actual requirement of the user, and provides an optional way for determining the unique identification code of the electronic file.
In one embodiment, based on the above embodiment, the step S103 of determining the unique identifier of the target electronic file according to the latest identifier is further explained in detail. If the number of the target electronic files is at least two, determining the unique identification code of the target electronic files according to the latest identification code may be: sorting the target electronic files according to the capacity of the target electronic files and/or the relevance among the target electronic files; and determining the unique identification codes of all the target electronic files in sequence according to the sorting result and the latest identification codes.
Specifically, the electronic files of each target can be ordered from small to large or from large to small according to the capacity of the electronic files of each target; further, based on the latest identification code and the sorting result, the identification codes of the target electronic files are sequentially determined. For example, there are two target electronic files, namely, a target electronic file (1) (small capacity) and a target electronic file (2) (large capacity), and the two target electronic files are sorted from small to large according to the capacity of the target electronic file, namely, the target electronic file (1) and the target electronic file (2); further, if the latest identification code is 100, and the identification code coding rule is from small to large, and the fixed data 1 is added for coding, the unique identification code of the target electronic file (1) is 101, and the unique identification code of the target electronic file (2) is 102.
Or, according to the relevance between the target electronic files, judging the relevance between other target electronic files and the target electronic file by taking one of the target electronic files as a reference, wherein the higher the relevance is, the higher the target electronic file ordering is; for example, there are three target electronic files, namely a target electronic file (3), a target electronic file (4) and a target electronic file (5); the relevance between the target electronic file (5) and the target electronic file (3) is larger than the relevance between the target electronic file (4) and the target electronic file (3) by taking the target electronic file (3) as a reference, and then the three target electronic files can be sequenced into the target electronic file (3), the target electronic file (5) and the target electronic file (4) according to the relevance; further, if the latest identification code is 100, the encoding rule of the identification code is from small to large, and the fixed data 1 is added for encoding, the unique identification code of the target electronic file (3) is 101, the unique identification code of the target electronic file (5) is 102, and the unique identification code of the target electronic file (4) is 103.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, by considering the capacity and/or relevance of the target electronic file and combining the latest identification codes, the effect of determining the unique identification codes of multiple electronic files simultaneously can be achieved, and an alternative way is provided for determining the unique identification codes of the electronic files in batches.
In one embodiment, an alternative way of obtaining the classification number of the target electronic file is provided on the basis of the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the specific process includes:
s301, identifying whether an old version electronic file of the target electronic file exists in the database.
S302, if not, acquiring the classification number of the target electronic file.
The old version electronic file is the historical electronic file which is not modified by the target electronic file.
Specifically, the characteristics of the target electronic file can be extracted according to the characteristic extraction network, and then the extracted characteristics and each electronic file in the database can be input into a pre-trained model, and whether the old version electronic file of the target electronic file exists or not is output by the model; if the output result shows that the old version electronic file of the target electronic file does not exist, the old version electronic file of the target electronic file does not exist in the database, and the classification number of the folder to which the target electronic file belongs is further acquired, namely the classification number of the target electronic file.
Then, based on the obtained classification number, searching can be performed from the database to obtain the latest identification code of the electronic file under the classification number, and further, the unique identification code of the target electronic file can be determined based on the latest identification code.
Further, if the old version electronic file of the target electronic file exists in the database, the unique identification code of the old version electronic file is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic file. For example, if the output result in the model shows that the old version electronic file of the target electronic file exists, the old version electronic file of the target electronic file exists in the database, the unique identification code of the old version electronic file is directly obtained, and the identification code of the old version electronic file is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic file.
In addition, in one embodiment, the present application also provides an alternative example of an identification code determination method for an electronic file. Referring to fig. 4, the specific process includes:
s401, start.
S402, identifying whether old version electronic files of the target electronic files exist in the database or not under the condition that the target electronic files are identified to be imported into the database; if not, executing S403; if yes, S405 is executed.
S403, obtaining the classification number of the target electronic file, and searching from the database according to the classification number to obtain the latest identification code of the electronic file under the classification number.
S404, the sum or difference between the latest identification code and the fixed value is used as the unique identification code of the target electronic document.
Optionally, if the number of the target electronic files is at least two, sorting the target electronic files according to the capacity of each target electronic file and/or the relevance between the target electronic files; and determining the unique identification codes of all the target electronic files in sequence according to the sorting result and the latest identification codes.
Further, the latest identification code and the attribute filling interface of the target electronic file can be displayed to the user; and acquiring the character string filled in by the user on the attribute filling interface based on the latest identification code, and taking the character string as the unique identification code of the target electronic file.
S405, the identification code of the old version electronic file is used as the identification code of the target electronic file.
The specific process of S401 to S405 may refer to the description of the foregoing method embodiment, and its implementation principle and technical effect are similar, and are not repeated herein.
