Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

  1. The RFID medical consumable intelligent shelf warehousing management system comprises a central analysis module, and a data acquisition module and an RFID control module which are connected with the central analysis module; the data acquisition module is connected with a plurality of intelligent terminals, and each intelligent terminal comprises a mobile phone or a computer; the intelligent terminal is connected with the central pivot analysis module; the method is characterized in that:
    the data acquisition module acquires consumable supply acceptance application through the connected intelligent terminal, analyzes the consumable supply acceptance application extraction personnel approval sequence, and sends the personnel approval sequence and the consumable supply acceptance application to the central hub analysis module;
    the central pivot analysis module verifies the inventory of the corresponding medical consumables according to the consumable material receiving application; when the inventory of the medical consumables is met, an approval request is sent based on the personnel approval sequence; modifying the special label of the applicant according to the approval result, receiving the medical consumables according to the special label, and simultaneously encrypting and storing the receiving process; and
    analyzing the consumption of the medical consumables by combining with the environmental data so as to predict and obtain the consumable replenishment quantity, and automatically generating a consumable replenishment list after approval to complete the automatic replenishment of the medical consumables;
    the RFID control module identifies the special label of the applicant, opens the door lock of the container corresponding to the medical consumables and judges whether the acceptance of the medical consumables is consistent with the record of the special label; if yes, the record for the collar is sent to a central pivot analysis module; otherwise, carrying out receiving abnormity early warning.

The RFID medical consumable intelligent shelf warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the central analysis module is in communication and/or electrical connection with the data acquisition module and the RFID control module, respectively; the data acquisition module is in communication and/or electrical connection with the intelligent terminals;
    the RFID control module is electrically connected with the container door lock, and the special label is identified through the RFID identification unit, so that the container door lock is controlled according to the identification result.
  3. 3. The RFID medical consumable intelligent shelf warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition module parses a consumable acceptance application, extracts a personnel approval sequence, comprising:
    the applicant submits a consumable material receiving application through the intelligent terminal; the consumable receiving application comprises a consumable name, consumable quantity, consumable usage and applicant information;
    extracting consumable acceptance application in a template mode, matching examination and approval personnel according to the extracted information, arranging according to the job levels of the examination and approval personnel, and integrating and generating personnel examination and approval sequences.
  4. 4. The RFID medical supplies intelligent shelf warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the hub analysis module modifies applicant's proprietary tags according to approval results, including:
    after all the transmitted approval requests are approved, extracting consumable names and consumable quantity in the consumable acceptance application, generating consumable label information and transmitting the consumable label information to the intelligent terminal of the applicant;
    the intelligent terminal verifies the identity of the applicant, then the applicant verifies the consumable label information, and the consumable label information is written into a special label of the applicant after the verification is passed; wherein the special label records identity information which cannot be modified.
  5. 5. The RFID medical supplies intelligent shelf storage management system according to claim 4, wherein the hub analysis module encrypts and stores the adoption process, and the system comprises:
    extracting consumable material receiving application, personnel approval sequence, approval result and receiving record, splicing head and tail after digital processing to form a consumable material receiving sequence, and calculating the hash value of the consumable material receiving sequence;
    after the consumable item receiving sequence is associated with the hash value, the hash value and the consumable item receiving sequence or only the hash value is subjected to uplink storage; the uplink storage refers to storage by a block chain technique.
  6. 6. The RFID medical consumable intelligent shelf warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the central analysis module analyzes consumption of medical consumables according to environmental data to predict and obtain consumable replenishment quantity, and comprises:
    respectively establishing an environment change curve and a consumable consumption curve by taking time as an independent variable and taking the environment data and the consumption of medical consumables as dependent variables; comparing the environment change curve with the consumable change curve to determine the associated environment factors of the medical consumables;
    and analyzing the current environmental data by combining the relevant environmental factors of the medical consumables, and predicting to obtain the consumable replenishment quantity.

The RFID medical supplies intelligent shelf warehousing management system according to claim 6, wherein the analysis of the current environmental data in combination with the associated environmental factors of the medical supplies to predict the acquired supplies replenishment quantity comprises:
    marking the associated environmental factors as i, marking the corresponding weight coefficients as Qxi, marking the corresponding current environmental data as DHi, and marking the corresponding environmental reference value as HJi; wherein i is a positive integer;
    calculating the replenishment rate HBL of the consumables by the formula HBL = alpha x [ QX1 x (DH 1-HJ 1) + QX2 x (DH 2-HJ 2) + \8230, + Qxi x (DHi-HJi) ], wherein the replenishment quantity of the consumables is HCL = HYL x (HBL + 1); wherein, alpha is a proportional coefficient obtained according to empirical simulation, and HYL is a consumable preset quantity.
  8. 8. The RFID medical consumable intelligent shelf warehouse management system of claim 7, wherein the weight coefficient of the associated environmental factors is determined by comparing an environmental change curve and a consumable change curve, and comprises:
    determining a change stage corresponding to the consumable change curve and a matching stage for matching the change stage in the environment change curve corresponding to the associated environmental factors;
    calculating the first derivative mean values of the change stage and the corresponding matching stage, and respectively marking the first derivative mean values as BDJ and PDJ; the weight coefficient QXi of the associated environmental factor i is calculated by the formula QXi = BDJ/PDJ.
  9. An RFID medical supplies intelligent shelf warehousing management method, operating based on the RFID medical supplies intelligent shelf warehousing management system of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
    acquiring a consumable supply acceptance application through an intelligent terminal, and analyzing an examination and approval sequence of a consumable supply acceptance application extractor; verifying the inventory of the corresponding medical consumables according to the consumable acceptance application; when the inventory of the medical consumables is met, an approval request is sent based on the personnel approval sequence;
    modifying the special label of the applicant according to the approval result, identifying and verifying the special label when the medical consumables are received, and simultaneously carrying out encrypted storage on the receiving process; and analyzing the consumption of the medical consumables by combining the environmental data, predicting and acquiring the consumable replenishment quantity, and automatically generating a consumable replenishment list after approval to complete the automatic replenishment of the medical consumables.
