Claims (10)

1. A method for converting business data and financial certificates is characterized by comprising the following steps:
converting the pre-acquired service data into intermediate certificate data; the service data is obtained from a service bill or a service system in advance; the structure of the intermediate credential data comprises: the voucher head, the associated voucher and the voucher body;
converting the intermediate voucher data into a voucher data structure message of a corresponding financial system through a voucher import interface of each financial system, and transmitting the message to the corresponding financial system;
and updating the intermediate certificate data based on a message identifier returned after the financial system receives the certificate data structure message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein converting the intermediate credential data into a credential data structure message of a corresponding financial system via a credential import interface of each financial system and transmitting the message to the corresponding financial system comprises:
determining an interface of intermediate credential data matched with a credential data structure of a financial system according to a credential import interface of the financial system;
transmitting the intermediate credential data to the financial system through an interface of the intermediate credential data.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining rules of key elements according to the key elements of the financial certificates extracted in advance; wherein the rules of the key elements are used to configure the voucher template to facilitate generation of satisfactory financial voucher data.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the rules for the key elements comprise: data correlation rules, credential generation rules and advanced configuration rules; the data correlation rule is used for acquiring business key data; the certificate generation rule is a necessary condition for generating the certificate; the advanced configuration rules are used for adapting to different accounting modes of companies.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
configuring a voucher template of each service type to generate financial voucher data;
converting the service data of the service system into a structure of intermediate certificate data;
determining the corresponding relation between the business receipt and the intermediate voucher data;
and generating a financial certificate corresponding to the business data based on the corresponding relation between the business bill and the intermediate certificate data.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after generating the financial document corresponding to the business data based on the correspondence between the business document and the intermediate document data, the method further comprises:
generating, by the financial system, credential-related business data; the business data related to the certificate comprises a certificate number;
updating the state of the business bill to be a locking state; and at the moment, the service data in the service bill is in an uneditable state.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
deleting the service related data through a certificate deletion interface of the financial system;
updating the state of the business document into an unlocking state; at this time, the business data in the business document is in an editable state.
8. A transaction data and financial document conversion apparatus, comprising:
the conversion module is used for converting the pre-acquired service data into intermediate certificate data; the service data is obtained from a service bill or a service system in advance; the structure of the intermediate credential data comprises: the voucher head, the associated voucher and the voucher body;
the import module is used for transmitting the intermediate certificate data to the financial system through a certificate import interface of the financial system;
and the generating module is used for updating the intermediate certificate data based on the message identification returned after the financial system receives the certificate data structure message.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program operable on the processor, and wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon machine executable instructions which, when invoked and executed by a processor, cause the processor to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
