In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/", and generally means that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes in detail a processing method and a processing apparatus for emergency call provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
In some embodiments of the present application, a processing method of an emergency call is provided, where the processing method is used for a service desk, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a processing method of an emergency call according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
102, acquiring first information and a target number of a first terminal under the condition of establishing a first emergency call with the first terminal;
in step 102, the first information includes at least one of location information of the first terminal, equipment information of the first terminal, and a call record of the first emergency call;
and 104, under the condition that the first emergency call is disconnected, initiating a call request of a second emergency call to a second terminal corresponding to the target number according to the target number, and sending first information to the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the emergency call includes two situations, wherein one of the two situations is to dial an emergency call when a user encounters a special situation, such as a disaster, an accident, and the like, so as to inform a service desk of the encountered situation and request a rescue call. The other is a call which is dialed by the service desk to all the people in the target area possibly affected by the disaster when a large-scale natural disaster occurs or an extreme climate disaster possibly occurs is predicted.
In any of the two cases, after the emergency call is established, that is, after the service desk establishes the emergency call with the first terminal, the service desk obtains information corresponding to the first terminal, that is, first information, and obtains a number of an emergency call contact of the first terminal, where the first information includes a location of the first terminal, that is, a place where the emergency occurs, and equipment information of the first terminal, where the equipment information may include the number of the first terminal, a network communication account of the first terminal, an information sending identifier of the first terminal, and the like. The first information further comprises a call record of the first emergency call, and the call record can be a call record of the first emergency call and is used for providing messages such as a first emergency call reason and the like for emergency call contacts or rescuers, so that the emergency call contacts or the rescuers can conveniently and quickly master specific conditions.
If a further unexpected situation occurs, which causes the disconnection of the call of the first terminal, if the first terminal cannot continue the call, or the emergency call is cut off (e.g., a dropped call, the first terminal is damaged, the electric quantity of the first terminal is insufficient, etc.), the calling station may initiate a call to the second terminal at the first time according to the number of the emergency call contact, i.e., the destination number.
It can be understood that the first information may further include a mobile phone number of the first terminal, and may further include owner information of the first terminal, which may be specifically adjusted according to privacy settings of the first terminal.
The second terminal comprises a terminal of an emergency call contact person set by an emergency person, such as a mobile phone of a parent, a relative or a friend, and also comprises a place where the emergency person is located, or a rescue station, a rescue team and the like related to the emergency person. When a call request is sent to a second terminal, first information, namely information such as the reason and the position of the first terminal when an emergency call is initiated is sent to the second terminal, so that on one hand, the second terminal, namely an emergency call contact or a rescue team can know the emergency of the affair in the first time, and therefore the call can be answered quickly, on the other hand, the emergency call contact or the rescue team can be helped to quickly master the situation and the course, and therefore quick and effective rescue is implemented, and rescue efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, obtaining the first information of the first terminal includes: acquiring keyword information according to the call content of the first emergency call; under the condition that the keyword information meets the preset condition, sending a first instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating the first terminal to collect first information and sending the first information to the service desk; and receiving first information sent by the first terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the service desk acquires the first information of the first terminal after establishing the emergency call with the first terminal. The method for acquiring the first information includes two ways, one of which is that the first terminal actively reports the first information, and the second is that the service desk actively acquires the first information.
Specifically, for the first case, the first terminal, that is, the mobile phone held by the user, may be set to be in the active mode or the passive mode according to the privacy requirement of the user. If the first terminal is set to be in an active mode, when the first terminal detects that the owner dials the telephone number of the emergency call or receives the emergency call made by the service desk, the first terminal automatically collects first information and reports the information when the telephone is connected.
It can be understood that actively reporting the first information may be a continuous process, for example, in the call process, the call record is continuously saved, and the location information of the first terminal is continuously obtained, so that the first information is timely supplemented and updated.
And if the user sets the first terminal to be in the passive mode, the first terminal cannot actively upload the first information under any condition, so that the privacy of the user is ensured. For the situation, after the service desk establishes the emergency call with the first terminal, the service desk can judge whether the first terminal is in an emergency state through the call content, wherein, keywords in the call process can be identified.
Specifically, keyword detection may be performed on the call content in real time, for example, voice detection may be performed on the user voice, or text conversion may be performed on the user voice, and whether the content converted into text includes a specific keyword may be determined. For example, when a keyword including an emergency situation, such as "fire", "earthquake", "traffic accident", and the like, appears in the call content of the first emergency call, the keyword is considered to meet a preset condition, and a situation danger of the user is determined, at this time, the service desk sends a first instruction to the first terminal through the background, and after receiving the first instruction, the first terminal starts to collect first information in response to the first instruction and reports the first information to the service desk, thereby ensuring the reliability and rescue efficiency of rescue.
The active mode and the passive mode can be preset or switched in real time, and the active mode and the passive mode can be switched at any time.
For example, the user may trigger the active mode by a shortcut key, such as double clicking the power key, pressing the volume key and the power key simultaneously, pressing the screen, etc. The user can also freely set the content contained in the first information and the trigger mode of the active mode during safety, and can also set the corresponding speed dialing.
Fig. 2 shows one of the interface diagrams of the first terminal according to the embodiment of the application, and as shown in fig. 2, a mode switching menu 204 is displayed in an interface 202 of the first terminal 200, and a user can switch between an active mode and a passive mode at any time.
Fig. 3 shows a second interface schematic diagram of the first terminal according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, a setting menu 304 is displayed in an interface 302 of the first terminal 300, so that a user can freely set shortcut dialing modes corresponding to different emergency call numbers. For example, the number a is a natural disaster alarm, and it can be set that 3 times of continuous pressing of the power key triggers automatic dialing of the number a. The number B is a public security alarm, and 4 times of continuous pressing of a power key can be set to trigger automatic dialing of the number B.
Fig. 4 shows a third interface schematic diagram of the first terminal according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, in an interface 402 of the first terminal 400, a user can freely fill in specific contents of first information reported in an emergency call process, so as to improve a success rate of rescue.
In some embodiments of the present application, after initiating the call request of the second emergency call to the second terminal, the method further comprises:
and under the condition of establishing a second emergency call with the second terminal, acquiring second information of the second terminal, wherein the second information comprises at least one of call records of the second emergency call, position information of the second terminal and equipment information of the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, when the service desk sends the first information to the second terminal and successfully establishes a call with the second terminal, the service desk also obtains the second information of the second terminal. Specifically, the second information includes a call record of the service desk and the second terminal, and may further include actual location information of the second terminal and device information of the second terminal.
After the condition of the first terminal is informed to the second terminal, namely, the emergency call contact person or the rescue team, the emergency call contact person and the rescue team can go forward to the location of the first terminal and carry out rescue, so that the emergency call contact person and the rescue team can encounter the same difficulty or danger as the rescue person, the second information of the second terminal is obtained, the safety of the rescue party can be further ensured, and the situation that the rescue person and the rescue person are in the same danger is avoided.
In some embodiments, when the service desk acquires the location information of the second terminal, a planned rescue route can be provided to the holder of the second terminal according to the location information of the first terminal and the location information of the second terminal, so that the rescue efficiency is further improved.
The first information and the second information are provided with deletion marks, when the help seeker at the first terminal completes rescue, the service desk deletes the first information and the second information by itself, sends second instructions to other terminals which receive the first information and/or the second information completely, and after the second instructions are received, the terminals can automatically delete the information which is provided with the deletion marks completely, so that the privacy of users is guaranteed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the destination number is a number of an emergency call contact corresponding to the first terminal; or the destination number is a number associated with the number of calls of the first terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the user of the second terminal is an emergency call contact of the first terminal. The holder of the first terminal can set the emergency call contact person by himself when the first terminal is safe, so that the setting is not seen, the setting file can indicate a destination number (telephone number) of the second terminal, the name of the emergency call contact person and the relationship (such as relatives, friends, colleagues and the like) between the emergency call contact person and the support of the help seeker, and therefore when the first terminal is in contact with the second terminal, information can be quickly transmitted to the emergency call contact person, and the trust of the emergency call contact person can be obtained.
If the emergency call contact is not set on the first terminal, the first terminal reads a call list of the first terminal after receiving a first instruction sent by the service desk, call records of the first terminal and other terminals in a recent period are stored in the call list, the terminal with the most number of call times with the first terminal in the recent period, namely the person with the closest relation to the help seeker, can be determined according to the call list, and the terminal with the most number of call times is set as a second terminal, namely the emergency contact terminal, so that rescue efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the application, before establishing the first emergency call with the first terminal, the processing method further includes: receiving a call request of a first emergency call initiated by a first terminal; and responding to the call request, and establishing the first emergency call.
In this embodiment, the first emergency call is a call in which the first terminal actively calls the service desk to ask for help. The first terminal can initiate a call request to the service desk by directly dialing a number or triggering a quick dialing mode. After receiving the call request, the service desk receives the call request in a first event, establishes an emergency call with the first terminal, and simultaneously acquires first information of the first terminal, so that the rescue efficiency can be effectively ensured.
In some embodiments of the present application, before establishing the first emergency call with the first terminal, the processing method further includes:
and initiating a call request of the first emergency call to the first terminal, and sending third information to the first terminal, wherein the third information comprises routing information of the first emergency call.
In this embodiment, the first emergency call is a call request initiated by the service desk to the first terminal. In this case, a large-scale natural disaster may occur, or when an extreme weather disaster that may occur is predicted, all the people in the target area that may be in the disaster may be called by the service desk.
Specifically, for example, when an alarm of a disaster climate is received, the service desk sends third information to all resident persons in an area where the disaster climate may occur, and initiates a call request. The third information is information of the accident of the first emergency call, namely notification and early warning of the disastrous climate, namely the reason of the emergency call, and meanwhile, the third information also can comprise useful information such as an escape route, a self-rescue method and the like, so that the probability of the user answering the first emergency call can be improved, the user can be helped to carry out self-rescue, and loss is reduced.
