The embodiment of the application also discloses a management system of the enterprise project, which can achieve the same technical effects as the management method of the enterprise project.
Referring to fig. 8, the management system of the enterprise project includes:
the first information acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring login information of the management platform when the login operation of the management platform is performed;
a second information acquisition module 2 for acquiring responsible person information based on login information;
the third information acquisition module 3 is used for acquiring preset personnel item information, wherein the personnel item information comprises personnel information and enterprise items corresponding to the personnel information;
the project acquisition module 4 is used for acquiring corresponding enterprise projects based on the responsible person information and the personnel information, and taking the enterprise projects as query projects;
and the item ordering module 5 is used for ordering the query items based on a preset ordering rule and obtaining enterprise ordering items.
Specifically, when a worker performs a login operation of the management platform, the first information acquisition module 1 acquires login information of the management platform and transmits the login information to the second information acquisition module 2 connected thereto. The second information acquisition module 2 then acquires the principal information according to the login information and sends the principal information to the item acquisition module 4 connected with the principal information.
Next, the third information acquisition module 3 acquires preset person item information including person information and business items corresponding to the person information, and transmits the acquired information to the item acquisition module 4 connected thereto.
And then the item acquisition module 4 acquires corresponding enterprise items according to the responsible person information and the personnel information, takes the corresponding enterprise items as query items, sends the query items to the item ordering module 5 connected with the query items, and finally the item ordering module 5 orders the query items according to a preset ordering rule, and acquires enterprise ordering items.
Therefore, enterprise items related to a responsible person of the login platform can be directly obtained in the process of the login platform, and are ordered according to a preset ordering rule, so that item information related to the user can be conveniently obtained from the management platform, and convenience in query is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an intelligent terminal, which comprises a memory and a processor. And a memory storing an intelligent computer program. The processor, when running the intelligent computer program, is capable of executing the steps of the enterprise item management method described above. The intelligent computer program can adopt a series of steps of inquiring, sorting, matching and the like of the data by adopting a well-known processing program, so that the data can be inquired.
The present embodiment also discloses a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor and executing the method of managing an enterprise item as described above, the computer-readable storage medium including, for example: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (9)

1. A method for managing an enterprise project, comprising:
when the login operation of the management platform is carried out, login information of the management platform is obtained;
acquiring responsible person information based on the login information;
acquiring preset personnel item information, wherein the personnel item information comprises personnel information and enterprise items corresponding to the personnel information;
acquiring corresponding enterprise items based on the responsible person information and the personnel information, and taking the enterprise items as query items;
sorting the query items based on a preset sorting rule, and obtaining enterprise sorting items;
the step of sorting the query items based on a preset sorting rule and obtaining enterprise sorting items includes:
acquiring a project progress based on the query project;
judging whether the project progress which does not meet the preset progress requirement exists or not;
if yes, acquiring the corresponding query item corresponding to the item progress as a priority item;
determining a priority number of the priority items;
if the priority number is single, the priority item is used as a first sequence item;
taking the rest of the query items as second sequence items;
combining the first sequence item and the second sequence item according to the sequence from front to back to obtain the enterprise ordering item;
if the priority number is at least two, acquiring a progress difference value of the priority item;
sorting the priority items according to the sorting rule from big to small according to the progress difference value, and obtaining a third sequence item;
taking the rest of the query items as fourth sequence items;
and combining the third sequence item and the fourth sequence item according to the sequence from front to back to obtain the enterprise ordering item.
2. The method of managing as set forth in claim 1, wherein said regarding the remaining query terms as the second sequence of terms includes:
acquiring the rest of the query items as first rest items;
acquiring project funds of the first remaining project;
sorting the first remaining items according to the sorting rule of the item funds from big to small;
and taking the ordered first remaining items as the second sequence items.
3. The method of managing as set forth in claim 1, wherein the regarding the remaining query terms as fourth sequence terms includes:
acquiring the rest of the query items as second rest items;
acquiring project funds of the second remaining project;
sorting the second remaining items according to the sorting rule of the item funds from big to small;
and taking the second residual items after sorting as the fourth sequence items.
4. The method of managing according to claim 1, characterized by, before said determining the priority number of the priority items, further comprising:
acquiring current node information of the priority item;
acquiring node keywords based on the current node information;
judging whether the node keywords are matched with preset keywords or not;
if the node keywords are matched, acquiring the corresponding priority items corresponding to the node keywords, and taking the priority items as the exclusion items;
acquiring the current number of the exclusion items;
acquiring the total number of the priority items;
acquiring the priority number based on the total number and the current number;
if not, proceeding to the next step.
5. The method of managing of claim 4, further comprising, after obtaining the enterprise ordered items:
combining the enterprise ordering items and the exclusion items in a front-to-back order to obtain a final ordering item;
and marking and outputting the excluded items in the final ordered items.
6. The method of managing as set forth in claim 1, further comprising, after obtaining the enterprise ordered items:
acquiring the project progress of the priority project as a problem progress;
acquiring the personal progress of staff of the priority project based on the question progress;
and acquiring and outputting employee information of which the preset progress of the employee is not completed based on the personal progress.
7. A system for managing an enterprise project, comprising:
the first information acquisition module (1) is used for acquiring login information of the management platform when the login operation of the management platform is carried out;
a second information acquisition module (2) for acquiring principal information based on the login information;
a third information acquisition module (3) for acquiring preset personnel item information, wherein the personnel item information comprises personnel information and enterprise items corresponding to the personnel information;
the project acquisition module (4) is used for acquiring corresponding enterprise projects based on the responsible person information and the personnel information, and taking the enterprise projects as query projects;
the item ordering module (5) is used for ordering the query items based on a preset ordering rule and obtaining enterprise ordering items;
sorting the query items based on a preset sorting rule, and obtaining enterprise sorting items, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
