In one embodiment, the system further comprises:
the work order acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of business expansion work order data;
the classification module is used for classifying the business expansion indexes in the business expansion worksheet data according to the business expansion requirement types to obtain a business expansion index data set under the business expansion requirement types;
the weight setting module is used for setting weight coefficients of all business expansion demand types;
and the weighting module is used for carrying out weighting calculation on the business expansion indexes of the business expansion work order data according to the weighting coefficients to obtain a weighting result which is used as a grading result of the business expansion work order data.

1. A business expansion process control method based on instant message technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
accessing a provincial big data cloud platform by using a data sandbox, and extracting business expansion work order data to a city business expansion management control platform, wherein the business expansion work order data comprises power utilization user information, business expansion administrative units, business expansion demand types and business expansion indexes;
performing anomaly analysis on the business expansion indexes based on an isolated forest algorithm to obtain abnormal business expansion worksheet data;
performing clustering analysis on abnormal business expansion work order data based on K-means clustering to obtain a business expansion work order clustering result, classifying the corresponding abnormal business expansion work order data according to the business expansion work order clustering result, and generating a supervision work order problem list;
based on an RPA robot system, generating a supervision task according to the supervision work order problem list, sending the supervision task to a corresponding supervision unit according to a business expansion administration unit, and sending the supervision task to a designated supervision person according to the business expansion demand type, wherein the supervision task comprises business expansion content, power customers, business expansion demand types and early warning reminding;
and establishing a communication channel between the electricity utilization client and the appointed supervision personnel, managing and controlling the task progress of the supervision task, and feeding back the task completion information of the supervision task.
2. The method for managing and controlling the business expansion process based on the instant messaging technology according to claim 1, wherein the step of accessing the provincial big data cloud platform by using the data sandbox to extract the business expansion work order data to the local market business expansion management and control platform, wherein the step of the business expansion work order data comprising the business expansion administration unit, the business expansion demand type and the business expansion index specifically comprises the steps of:
sending an access request to the provincial big data cloud platform through the local market management and control platform;
responding the access request sent by the local municipal business expansion management and control platform through the provincial big data cloud platform, constructing a closed pipeline among the provincial big data cloud platform, the data sandbox and the local municipal business expansion management and control platform, and extracting the business expansion worksheet data from the provincial big data cloud platform to the data sandbox;
synchronizing and storing the business expansion worksheet data to a city data warehouse through the data sandbox;
and extracting business expansion work order data from the local market data warehouse through the local market business expansion management control platform, wherein the business expansion work order data comprise business expansion administration units, business expansion demand types and business expansion indexes.
3. The method for managing and controlling the business expansion process based on the instant messaging technology as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
when the acceptance time of a plurality of business expansion work order data is obtained, constructing an observation time sequence of the acceptance time of the plurality of business expansion work order data;
predicting the acceptance time of the business expansion worksheet data in the future preset time period by using a time sequence analysis method according to the observation time sequence to obtain the acceptance prediction time in the future preset time period;
and fitting according to the acceptance prediction time in the future preset time period and the corresponding time to obtain an acceptance time prediction trend curve of the business expansion worksheet data.
4. The method for managing and controlling the business expansion process based on the instant messaging technology as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
marking the electricity users through the labels according to the business expansion demand types, establishing a mapping relation between the electricity users and the labels, and storing the mapping relation between the electricity users and the labels.
5. The method for managing and controlling the business expansion process based on the instant messaging technology as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of business expansion worksheet data;
classifying the business expansion indexes in the business expansion worksheet data according to the business expansion requirement type to obtain a business expansion index data set under the business expansion requirement type;
setting a weight coefficient of each business expansion demand type;
and performing weighted calculation on the business expansion indexes of the business expansion work order data according to the weight coefficient to obtain a weighted result as a grading result of the business expansion work order data.
6. An industry expansion process management and control system based on instant message technology is characterized by comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for accessing the provincial big data cloud platform by using the data sandbox and extracting the business expansion work order data to the local market business expansion management control platform, wherein the business expansion work order data comprise power utilization user information, business expansion administrative units, business expansion demand types and business expansion indexes;
the index abnormity analysis module is used for carrying out abnormity analysis on the business expansion indexes based on an isolated forest algorithm to obtain abnormal business expansion worksheet data;
the cluster analysis module is used for carrying out cluster analysis on abnormal business expansion worksheet data based on K-means clustering to obtain business expansion worksheet clustering results, classifying the corresponding abnormal business expansion worksheet data according to the business expansion worksheet clustering results and generating a supervision worksheet problem list;
the supervision task issuing module is used for generating supervision tasks according to the supervision work order problem list based on the RPA robot system, sending the supervision tasks to corresponding supervision units according to business expansion administration units, and issuing the supervision tasks to appointed supervision personnel according to the business expansion requirement types, wherein the supervision tasks comprise business expansion content, power customers, business expansion requirement types and early warning reminding;
and the progress management and control module is used for constructing a communication channel between the electricity utilization client and the appointed supervision personnel, managing and controlling the task progress of the supervision task and feeding back the task completion information of the supervision task.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the data acquisition module specifically comprises:
the access module is used for sending an access request to the provincial big data cloud platform through the local market management and control platform;
the first data extraction module is used for responding to the access request sent by the local municipal business expansion management and control platform through the provincial big data cloud platform, constructing a closed pipeline between the provincial big data cloud platform and the data sandbox and the local municipal business expansion management and control platform, and extracting the business expansion worksheet data from the provincial big data cloud platform to the data sandbox;
the storage module is used for synchronizing and storing the business expansion worksheet data to a city data warehouse through the data sandbox;
and the second data extraction module is used for extracting the business expansion worksheet data in the local market data warehouse through the local market business expansion control platform, wherein the business expansion worksheet data comprises business expansion administrative units, business expansion demand types and business expansion indexes.
