Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for applying for a medication based on order resolution of the present application is shown.
As shown in FIG. 1, the method for realizing the prescription-based resolved pharmacy application of the present invention specifically includes steps S101-S104.
Step S101, a medicine application rule base is established, and the medicine application rule base comprises the association relation between medicines and medicine application rules.
In a specific embodiment, the specific steps of establishing the drug claim rule base include:
step S1011, obtaining the category and attribute of each medicine in the preset medicine dictionary, and setting each medicine application rule according to the category and attribute.
Specifically, a medicine text sequence of the medicine object to be searched is searched in the preset medicine dictionary, wherein the medicine text sequence is a universal medicine name extracted from description information and/or labeling information of the medicine object to be searched; and acquiring entry data corresponding to the medicine text sequence according to the medicine text sequence, wherein the entry data comprises a category and an attribute associated with the medicine text sequence.
The drug object is a specific object, is specially used for treating diseases, and needs to be managed according to the legal standard. Thus, drug objects may be characterized using legal names. For example, "common drug name" is used as a common name of a drug. However, in practical application, the drug object can be a commodity object and can also have the trade name of the drug. The same general medicine name can correspond to a plurality of medicine trade names. For example, acetaminophen compound formulations have trade names: bai Ke Ning, tai Nuo Lin, bi Li Tong, etc.
Step S1012, associating the drug claim rule with the drug to obtain an association relationship, and storing the association relationship in a database to form a drug claim rule base.
In step S1012, the drug claim rule includes a daily claim, a secondary claim, a quantitative claim, and/or a pay claim. For example, the drug claim rule for insulin is quantitative.
And S102, acquiring a long-term medical order, splitting medicines in the long-term medical order according to the medicine taking frequency, and generating at least one request to be claimed.
It is noted that the frequency of administration includes three times per day, three times per week, and/or once every three days.
In a specific application scenario, the long-term order may be a long-term oral order, and the contents of the long-term order include half of hypotensor (fosinopril) twice a day for 10 consecutive days.
Wherein, the antihypertensive drug in the long-term oral medical advice is split according to the frequency of medication (twice a day) to obtain two requests to be claimed. For example, one half of the herb can be applied at 8 am, and another half of the herb can be applied at 4 pm.
Step S103, retrieving a medicine applying rule corresponding to the medicine in the long-term medical advice from the medicine applying rule base, and combining the at least one request to be applied based on the medicine applying rule to obtain at least one target applying request.
It should be noted that the pending claims include a request time and a request amount.
Specifically, request usage in the at least one request to be claimed in the same request time period is merged based on the drug claim rule to obtain at least one target claim request, wherein the target claim request includes a target request usage, and the target request usage is the sum of the request usage and is rounded.
For example, the long-term order content includes half of hypotensor (fosinopril) each time, twice a day, continuously taking for 10 days, splitting the hypotensor in the long-term oral order according to the medication frequency to obtain one to-be-claimed request for claiming one half of hypotensor at 8 am, and claiming another to-be-claimed request for claiming one half of hypotensor at 4 pm. Because two time points of 8 am and 4 pm are in the day-based claimed time period corresponding to the antihypertensive drug, the two requests to be claimed are merged to obtain the target claim request, wherein the target claim amount of the target claim request is 0.5+0.5=1 tablet.
And step S104, generating the dosage according to the at least one target claim request.
In summary, in the method for applying a medicine getting based on medical advice resolution in the above embodiment of the present invention, the medicine is associated with the medicine applying rule, so that the request to be claimed is merged based on the medicine applying rule to obtain the target claim request, thereby realizing intelligent claim quantity, reducing user cost and waste, and simultaneously achieving compliance with the long-term medical advice provision specification.
Example two
The second embodiment of the invention also provides a medicine getting application method based on medical order decomposition, which is realized by software and/or hardware and specifically comprises the steps S201-S204.
Step S201, the claim options are divided in the medicine basic dictionary according to medicine classification, properties and the like.
The following options are initially divided:
option 1-apply, pharmacy dispenses the dose each time as ordered;
option 2-apply according to the day, calculate the dosage of a day according to the frequency, apply the dosage of a whole day once;
option 3-apply quantitatively, apply once medicine whole package quantity, according to each dosage dynamic calculation, use up and apply again.
The following definitions can be made for specific drug classifications:
western medicine
Tablet, oral: based on the packaging specification of the medicine and whether the pharmacy has the medicine zero-removing capability (such as the use of a medicine packaging machine) or not, the medicine can be configured into a claims-by-time or a claims-by-day (multiple-taking-for-a-day recommended configuration);
liquid type: based on formulation specifications, and the specific use of the drug (intravenous drip, etc.), they are generally only configured as a one-time claim because they cannot be unpackaged.
Long-term injection: such as insulin, etc., it is recommended that a unit be used more often than not, and that the configuration be configured for quantitative applications.
Spray agents: theoretically, the method can be configured into quantitative application, actually, because the calculation error is large, a certain margin or tolerance can be kept on the calculation of the use times, and a new application is provided when the use times of the medicine reach more than 80% of the rated times. (order decomposition algorithm for processing)
Chinese patent medicine (granules and the like)
Patent drugs with the specification of whole package, if the minimum package quantity is larger, patients need to take the drugs for many times, and the patent drugs can be applied according to the day or the quantity; if the number of packages is not large, it can be configured to be claim-by-claim.
Chinese herbal medicine
For bulk grams of herb, one can configure each dose as a claim.
For the ointment prescription, the number of use payment is specified according to the medical advice, and the application by time or the application by day can be configured.
And step S202, splitting the long-term medical advice according to frequency, and recording the number of times of claiming each time.
And (3) carrying out corresponding treatment on different frequencies by using a medical advice decomposition algorithm: different times maintain different execution time points (the doctor can also adjust the time points when making orders). The system is split according to time points, and the application of each time of the medicine corresponds to the time points. Thus, the application times (sequence numbers) of the medicines can be accurately recorded. The following are the frequent classifications of the physician orders that are clinically universally suitable, which need to be respectively corresponded in the algorithm writing.
The frequency specifically comprises: once or more times daily, once every other day, once or more times weekly (specified day of week), once every (more) hour, for 24 hours.
And step S203, judging whether a medicine getting application needs to be submitted or not according to the application option of the medicine prescribed by the doctor and the serial number of each execution record. And calculating the result serial number of the medical advice decomposition by combining with the application options of the medicines, and determining whether the application for getting the medicines needs to be submitted and the number of the applications.
The application option of the drug is a drug application mode which is maintained in advance, namely a drug application rule which is established preliminarily, and whether a drug application is to be submitted or not and the specific application quantity are determined according to the serial number of each execution record and the drug application rule, such as: taking the medicine three times a day by half a tablet orally, applying according to the daily claim, and calculating 0.5X3=1.5- >2 tablets when the serial number (serial number = 1) is decomposed on the day of the medical order decomposition to obtain the number of applying 2 tablets; and for the decomposition serial numbers 2 and 3 on the same day, the application for picking up the medicines is not submitted. Ensuring that the patient receives the minimum enough medicine quantity for the whole day for the first time.
And step S204, the pharmacy applies for dispensing the medicines according to the medicines received by the nurse.
The pharmacy completely depends on the medicine receiving application submitted by the nurse station for the medicine placing quantity of the patient, but not on the long-term medical advice content of the patient, so that the most flexible and free clinical medicine control can be realized.
Based on the method of the present embodiment, the following cases are shown to illustrate that the method of the present invention can reduce the medical cost and reduce the waste of the medicine:
case one: the long-term oral administration of the decoction is twice a day with half of hypotensor each time. It is assumed that the patient has taken the drug for 10 consecutive days.
The original scheme is as follows: the pharmacy can not dispense half tablets, 1 tablet of medicine is dispensed each time, 1X2 tablets are dispensed each day, and 2X10 tablets are dispensed each time for 10 days;
the optimization scheme is as follows: the medicine dictionary maintains the hypotensor as "Press Tian Shen". The system calculates the daily dosage of 0.5X2=1 tablet, claims 1 tablet every day, dispenses 1 tablet in pharmacy, takes the medicine continuously for 10 days, and dispenses 1X10=10 tablets in pharmacy.
As a result: the medicine waste is reduced: 20-10=10 tablets
Case two: insulin (specification is 300 units/bottle) is injected for a long time, 30 units are injected each time, and the injection is performed once a day. The patient is assumed to have been injected for 10 consecutive days.
The original scheme is as follows: the pharmacy can not be detached, 1 bottle of medicine is dispensed every day, and 10 bottles of medicine are dispensed every 10 days.
The optimization scheme is as follows: the maintenance of the medicine is 'according to the dose' and the use of the medicine is claimed again. 1 vial (300 units) was dispensed on the first day and the caregiver withdrawn 30 units daily for injection on 10 days. 10 daily dose: 30x10=300 units =1 bottle. Just use up.
As a result: the medicine waste is reduced: 10-1=9 bottle.
