And under the condition that the target tenant passes qualification verification, the first enterprise information in the enterprise information management unit can be updated based on the second enterprise information, so that the enterprise information in the enterprise information management unit is more complete. And sending an alarm to warn the target tenant that the enterprise information is unqualified under the condition that the target tenant does not pass the qualification audit.
In this embodiment, data is captured from the administration platform 123 and the data management module 122 based on the PRA, so as to automatically audit the qualification of the tenant, and when the audit is passed, the related information is automatically entered into the data management module 122, so as to conveniently and quickly implement the qualification audit and filing of the tenant, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the qualification audit of the tenant, saving time and labor, effectively controlling the risk of information leakage of the tenant, and ensuring information security.
In some embodiments, the PRA and one or more of the tenancy management modules in the set of tenancy management modules 12 are integrated in the same server.
Optionally, the PRA and one or more lease management modules in the lease management module set 12 may be integrated in the same server, so as to capture data by using a service interface, simulate various applications and system platforms in a manual operation server, interpret, trigger responses, and communicate with other systems, so as to perform various repetitive tasks, standardize service quality, improve customer experience, maintain a high lease rate of a space, and implement property value-added for an asset investor or a holder.

Optionally, the task unit may sequentially capture the lease information from each target lease management module according to the information interaction flow determined by the flow unit, and sequentially process the lease information captured from each target lease management module according to the lease management rules in the lease management requirements, so as to implement a lease management function according to the processing result. The lease management function includes, but is not limited to, tenant information acquisition, charge notification, charge collection, tenant information audit, and tenant qualification audit, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In summary, the method for managing a rental service provided in this embodiment provides low-code process development, so that the rental service managing robot can be used even without computer programming language, and development of the rental service managing service processes of various service functions can be realized only by inputting corresponding rental service managing requirements. And can all wait 24 hours uninterrupted duty, can help the staff to liberate both hands, promote the output. Meanwhile, the robot can automatically acquire daily office tools of workers such as mailboxes, documents, forms and browsers, cross systems, break data barriers, simulate manual operation, effectively improve the rental management efficiency, avoid misoperation and information errors caused by manual operation, enable the rental management workflow to be more normative and standardized, further reduce manual contact on sensitive data and reduce the risk of sensitive data leakage.
According to the lease management method provided by the embodiment of the application, through a design unit, a lease management flow is designed according to the service function and the lease management requirement of each lease management module in a lease management module set; determining a target lease management module and an information interaction flow of the target lease management module in a lease management module set through a flow unit according to a lease management flow; the method comprises the steps that lease information is automatically captured from a target lease management module through task units according to an information interaction flow, lease management operation is automatically executed according to lease management rules and the lease information, the whole lease management process is realized through mutual cooperation of the units in a lease management robot so as to simulate manual operation, the lease management flow is automatically designed and determined, lease management tasks are executed, manpower, material resources and operation errors which are required by manual operation are effectively reduced, real-time and accurate management on the leases is realized, the management efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor cost is effectively reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A rental management robot, comprising: a PRA and a lease management module set are arranged on the robot process automation platform;
the PRA is respectively in communication connection with each lease management module in the lease management module set;
the PRA comprises a design unit, a flow unit and a task unit;
the design unit is used for determining a lease management process according to lease management requirements and service functions of each lease management module in the lease management module set;
the flow unit is used for determining a target lease management module and an information interaction flow corresponding to the target lease management module in the lease management module set according to the lease management flow;
and the task unit is used for capturing lease information from the target lease management module according to the information interaction flow and executing lease management operation according to lease management rules in the lease management requirements and the lease information.
2. A rental management robot according to claim 1, wherein the collection of rental management modules includes an information identification module, a data management module, a government platform, an information auditing module, and a charge notification module.

The rental management robot of claim 1, wherein the design unit is specifically configured to determine that the rental management process is an information acquisition process according to the information acquisition requirement and the business function, when the rental management requirement includes an information acquisition requirement;
the process unit is specifically used for determining that the target rent management module comprises an information identification module, a data management module, a government affair platform and an information auditing module according to the information acquisition process, and determining that the information interaction process is a first information interaction process; the first information interaction process comprises a process of capturing data from the information identification module and the government affair platform and executing data acquisition operation according to the captured data;
the task unit is specifically configured to:
capturing key information identified in the rent voucher file by the information identification module and enterprise information in the government affair platform according to the first information interaction flow; matching the key information with tenant information in the data management module according to a lease management rule in the information acquisition requirement, and acquiring a target tenant according to a matching result; and inputting the enterprise information of the target tenant into an enterprise information management unit of the data management module in batch, and inputting the key information of the target tenant into the information auditing module in batch.
4. The rental management robot of claim 3, wherein the task unit is further configured to:
and capturing tenant bill information in the government affair platform according to the first information interaction flow, and inputting various charging items in the tenant bill information and amount information corresponding to the various charging items into a bill management unit of the data management module in batches.

according to the second information interaction flow, capturing bill information of a target tenant from a bill management unit of the data management module, and capturing historical payment information of the target tenant from a payment management unit of the data management module; comparing the bill information with the historical payment information according to the lease management rule in the charge notification demand, and recording the bill information of the target tenant into the charge notification module under the condition that the target tenant is determined to be in an unpaid state according to the comparison result;
the charging notification module is used for generating payment data according to various charging items in the bill information and the amount information corresponding to the various charging items, compiling the payment data into target information, and sending the target information to the information receiving account bound by the target tenant.

The rental management robot of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the designing unit is specifically configured to determine that the rental management process is a fee collection process according to the fee collection demand and the business function, when the rental management demand includes a fee collection demand;
the process unit is specifically configured to determine that the target rental management module includes a data management module and a charging notification module according to the charging collection process, and determine that the information interaction process is a third information interaction process; the third information interaction process comprises a process of capturing data from the data management module and executing charging collection operation according to the captured data;
the task unit is specifically configured to:
according to the third information interaction flow, periodically capturing the bill information of the target tenant from a bill management unit of the data management module, and capturing the historical payment information of the target tenant from a payment management unit of the data management module; according to the lease management rule in the charge collection demand, regularly comparing the bill information with the historical payment information, under the condition that the target tenant is determined to be in an unpaid state according to the comparison result, generating payment details according to unpaid charging items extracted from the bill information and the amount information corresponding to the unpaid charging items, and transmitting the payment details to the charge notification module;
the charging notification module is used for sending the payment details to a message receiving account bound by the target tenant in a target message form at regular time.

The rental management robot of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the design unit is specifically configured to determine that the rental management process is a tenant information audit process according to the tenant information audit requirement and the business function, when the rental management requirement includes a tenant information audit requirement;
the process unit is specifically configured to determine that the target lease management module includes an information identification module and a data management module according to the tenant information auditing process, and determine that the information interaction process is a fourth information interaction process; the fourth information interaction process comprises a process of capturing data from the information identification module and executing tenant information auditing operation according to the captured data;

according to the fourth information interaction flow, capturing historical payment information identified in a payment voucher file by the information identification module; according to the lease management rule in the tenant information auditing requirement, the historical payment information is verified; under the condition that the historical payment information passes the verification, updating the historical payment information to a payment management unit of the data management module; and sending an alarm under the condition that the historical payment information does not pass the verification.
