Example 5
The skin cream containing the papaya extract in the embodiment contains the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of papain, 1.4% of shea butter, 1% of tocopherol acetate, 0.2% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.1% of triethanolamine, 0.04% of EDTA-disodium, 0.2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.5% of mussel mucin, 2.0% of collagen, 3.0% of glycerol and the balance of purified water.
The preparation method of the skin cream containing the papaya extract comprises the following steps:
1) Mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose with the amount of 50% of the formula water, stirring at 61 deg.C and 60rmp speed to form a uniform state, adding glycerol and EDTA-disodium, and stirring to obtain gel A;
2) Heating, stirring and dissolving shea butter and tocopherol acetate according to the formula ratio at 65 ℃ and 70rmp rotating speed, then adding the mixture into the gel A at 65 ℃, stirring at 70rmp for 30min until the mixture is uniform and has no particles, then adding triethanolamine, stirring uniformly to obtain gel B, and naturally cooling to room temperature;
3) Mixing papain, 1, 2-hexanediol, mussel mucin, collagen and the rest water in the formula ratio at the rotating speed of 60rmp for 30min, stirring uniformly, adding the mixture to B gel, and stirring uniformly at the rotating speed of 60rmp for 30min to obtain the gel B.
Claims (8)
1. The skin cream containing the papaya extract is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 2 to 4 percent of papain, 1 to 2 percent of emulsifier, 0.6 to 1 percent of tocopherol acetate, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of triethanolamine, 0.03 to 0.05 percent of EDTA-disodium, 0.2 to 0.3 percent of humectant, 1.2 to 1.8 percent of mussel mucin, 1.8 to 2.4 percent of collagen, 2 to 3 percent of glycerol and the balance of water.
2. The papaya extract-containing skin cream according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is carbomer or hydroxyethyl cellulose.
3. The papaya extract-containing skin cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is one or more selected from the group consisting of sodium hyaluronate, 1, 2-pentanediol, and 1, 2-hexanediol.
4. The papaya extract-containing skin cream according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is shea butter.
5. The method for preparing the papaya extract-containing skin cream as set forth in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) Mixing the thickener with the amount of 50-60% of the water in the formula, uniformly stirring, adding the glycerin and the EDTA-disodium in the formula, and uniformly stirring to obtain gel A;
2) Heating, stirring and dissolving the emulsifier and the tocopherol acetate according to the formula amount, then adding the mixture into the gel A, heating and stirring the mixture until the mixture is uniform and has no particles, and then adding triethanolamine and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain gel B;
3) Mixing papain, humectant, mussel mucin, collagen and residual water, adding into B gel, and stirring.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the step 1) of mixing the thickener in a formula amount with water and stirring is carried out at a temperature of 60 to 65 ℃ and a rotation speed of 60 to 70 rmp; after the glycerol and the EDTA-disodium with the formula amount are added, the mixture is stirred at the temperature of 60-65 ℃ and the rotating speed of 60-70 rmp.
7. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the heating, stirring and dissolving of the emulsifier and the tocopherol acetate in the formula amount in the step 2) is carried out at a temperature of 60-65 ℃ and a rotation speed of 60-70 rmp; adding the mixture into the A gel, heating and stirring the mixture at the temperature of between 60 and 65 ℃, and stirring the mixture for 30 to 40min at the rotating speed of between 60 and 70 rmp.
8. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mixing of the papain, the humectant, the mussel mucin, the collagen and the rest of the water in the formula amounts in step 3) is performed at 60 rmp-70 rmp for 30-40 min, and the adding to the B gel is performed at 60 rmp-70 rmp for 30-40 min.
