Claims (10)

1. A software transfer method is applied to a first terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining a target object to be transferred and a second terminal to be transferred, wherein the target object to be transferred comprises at least one of a function, a mode and a content service;
sending the target object and the second terminal to a cloud end so that the cloud end sends a transfer instruction to the second terminal, wherein the transfer instruction is an instruction used by the first terminal to transfer the use permission of the target object to the second terminal;
or sending a transfer instruction to the second terminal according to the target object, wherein the transfer instruction is an instruction used by the first terminal to transfer the use permission of the target object to the second terminal.
2. The software transfer method of claim 1, wherein after the step of determining the target object to be transferred and the second terminal to be transferred, further comprising:
acquiring the use permission information of the second terminal for using the target object;
the step of sending the target object and the second terminal to a cloud comprises:
sending the target object, the second terminal and the use permission information to the cloud;
or, the step of sending a transfer instruction to the second terminal according to the target object includes:
and sending a transfer instruction comprising the use authority information to the second terminal according to the target object.
3. The software transfer method of claim 1, wherein the software transfer method further comprises:
after receiving a transfer instruction triggered by a user, executing the step of determining a target object to be transferred and a second terminal to be transferred;
or after receiving a transfer request sent by the cloud or the second terminal, executing the step of determining the target object to be transferred and the second terminal to be transferred, wherein the transfer request of the cloud is sent to the cloud by the second terminal.
4. A software transfer method, wherein the software transfer method is applied to a second terminal, and the method comprises:
when a transfer instruction sent by a cloud or a first terminal is received, determining a target object to be transferred according to the transfer instruction;
and opening the use permission of the target object.
5. The software transfer method of claim 4, wherein the step of opening the usage rights of the target object comprises:
acquiring a target control of the target object;
and lightening the target control in the control interface or displaying the target control in the control interface.
6. A software transfer method is applied to a cloud end, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a target object to be transferred of a first terminal and a second terminal to be transferred;
and sending a transfer instruction to the second terminal so that the first terminal transfers the use permission of the target object to the second terminal.
7. The software transfer method according to claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining the target object to be transferred of the first terminal and the second terminal to be transferred is preceded by:
when receiving a transfer request sent by the first terminal, executing the step of acquiring a target object to be transferred of the first terminal and a second terminal to be transferred;
or when receiving a transfer request sent by a second terminal, sending the transfer request to the first terminal;
and when receiving the transfer instruction sent by the first terminal, executing the step of acquiring the target object to be transferred of the first terminal and the second terminal to be transferred.
8. The software transfer method of claim 6, wherein said step of sending a transfer instruction to said second terminal comprises:
acquiring hardware configuration information and downloaded software information of the second terminal, and acquiring target hardware information and target software information required by running the target object;
determining a second terminal of which the hardware configuration information comprises the target hardware information and the downloaded software information comprises the target software information as a target second terminal;
and sending a transfer instruction to the target second terminal.
9. A software transfer apparatus, comprising a memory, a processor and a software transfer program stored on the memory and running on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the software transfer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a software transfer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
