Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. Responding to the warning region setting operation aiming at the building region, setting the building warning region corresponding to the building region, and starting an intrusion alarm monitoring function aiming at the building warning region; determining an outer layer warning area and an inner layer warning area according to the building warning area; the outer warning region is a region between the building warning region and the building warning region, and the inner warning region is a region corresponding to each tenant unit in the building warning region; setting access control equipment in an inner-layer warning area, a building warning area and an outer-layer warning area as a first target warning mode under the condition that a target object exists in the building warning area within a warning time range set for the building warning area; the first target alert mode is to allow the target object to pass through the access control equipment according to the target passing direction; the target traffic direction is from the inner layer guard area to the outer layer guard area; generating intrusion alarm information corresponding to intrusion alarm monitoring under the condition that any one of the access control devices has abnormal vibration; and the intrusion alarm information is used for displaying by the target terminal. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, and the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart car-mounted devices, and the like. The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a building area access monitoring method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step 202, in response to the operation of setting the alert region for the building region, setting the building alert region corresponding to the building region, and starting an intrusion alarm monitoring function corresponding to the building alert region; and determining an outer warning region and an inner warning region according to the building warning region.
The building area can be an area corresponding to the safety warning device, and the safety warning device in the area can be adjusted according to the actual situation aiming at the building area.
The building alert area can be an area corresponding to the safety alert protection range which needs to be set in the building to ensure the safety of lives and properties in the area.
The intrusion alarm monitoring function can be a function of detecting and indicating illegal intrusion or trying to illegally intrude a fortification area by using a sensing technology and an electronic information technology, processing alarm information and sending an alarm signal.
Wherein the outer warning region may be a region that may be a larger range for a building warning region, wherein the building warning region is located within the outer warning region, as shown in fig. 8.
The inner-layer warning area may be an area within a smaller range with respect to the building warning area, wherein the building warning area is located outside the inner-layer warning area, and the inner-layer warning area may be changed as required, but cannot be larger than the building warning area, as shown in fig. 8.
Specifically, in response to an operation of setting a warning region for a building region, a regional manager can set building warning region rules corresponding to the building region for each regional place of the building region through a regional access control management platform, so as to start an intrusion alarm monitoring function corresponding to the building warning region. The method comprises the steps of determining an outer warning region and an inner warning region according to the building warning region, wherein the hierarchy relationship of the building warning region comprises the hierarchy relationship of the building warning region, namely determining the outer warning region and the inner warning region (the outer warning region is a region between the building region and the building warning region, and the inner warning region is a region corresponding to each tenant unit in the building warning region), setting corresponding warning time tables in the building warning region, the outer warning region and the inner warning region, and issuing corresponding warning setting rule information to the access control equipment.
And 204, setting the access control equipment in the inner-layer alert area, the building alert area and the outer-layer alert area as a first target alert mode under the condition that the target object exists in the building alert area within the alert time range set for the building alert area.
The warning time range can be a time period in which intrusion alarm needs to be started in a building warning area to prevent bad things from happening, wherein the warning time range can be a period of time in the same day, and can also be a plurality of periods of time in the same day.
Wherein the target object may be a person or animal in the building armed zone having a presence in the building armed zone that should not be located in the building armed zone at that time, after the intrusion alarm monitoring function is used.
The entrance guard equipment can be equipment which is arranged at each entrance and exit in a building warning area, an outer warning area and an inner warning area and is used for managing whether the entrance and exit can pass or not.
The first target alert mode can be used for allowing the target object to pass through the access control equipment according to the target passing direction; the target traffic direction is from the inner warning zone to the outer warning zone.
Specifically, in the first step, according to building warning region rule information (the hierarchical relationship of different warning regions of a building region, the respective ranges of the building warning region, an outer warning region and an inner warning region and the respective warning time ranges) issued by a regional access control management platform, when the building warning region reaches a set warning time range, the building warning region automatically enters a warning state, and according to the hierarchical relationship of each warning region and the situation of a target object in the warning region, the access control device (including an authentication terminal device and a door lock) in the warning region of each hierarchy automatically judges whether to execute a first target warning mode, and when the access control device which starts the first target warning mode is detected to have a malfunction, the system is linked with an alarm device to send an intrusion alarm.
And secondly, under the condition that the inner layer warning area, the building warning area and the outer layer warning area enter a first target warning mode, if target objects which do not leave exist in the warning areas of all levels, firstly judging which level of the warning area the target objects which do not leave currently exist, if the lower layer area of the area where the target objects exist starts the first target warning mode, the entrance door control equipment of the level area where the target objects exist and the entrance door control equipment of the outer layer area start the first target warning mode, the exit door control equipment enters a first target warning mode to be determined, the target objects can normally leave, and when the right people leave the level corresponding to the warning area, the level of the warning area synchronously starts the first target warning mode, wherein the first target warning mode processing logic of the door control equipment of all levels of the warning areas judges and processes the existence condition of the target objects of the current layer and the lower inner layer warning area for the upper layer area.
And step 206, generating intrusion alarm information corresponding to intrusion alarm monitoring under the condition that any one of the access control devices has abnormal vibration.
The abnormal vibration may be an abnormal position change of the access control device due to a relationship with the target object.
The intrusion alert information may be message information generated according to an alert area of each level and abnormal vibration of the access control device.
Specifically, since the inner-layer surveillance zone, the building surveillance zone and the outer-layer surveillance zone have already entered the first target surveillance mode, the regional access control management platform monitors the access control devices corresponding to the surveillance zones of each level, and if one of the access control systems has abnormal vibration, the regional access control management platform observes the access control system having abnormal vibration through the camera device, and determines whether the access control system has the target object, and therefore, if the access control system has abnormal vibration not caused by the target object, the generation of intrusion alarm information corresponding to the intrusion alarm surveillance is cancelled, and if the access control system has abnormal vibration caused by the target object, the security level of the corresponding access control device is increased to the highest level (i.e., the lowest level is 1 and the highest level is 10), and alarm intrusion information corresponding to the intrusion alarm surveillance is generated, wherein the intrusion alarm information is used for the target terminal to display. An execution logic diagram for the building zone access control warning method is shown in fig. 9, wherein a logic diagram in a warning state is shown in fig. 10. A schematic diagram of module exchange conditions for a building zone access control method is shown in fig. 11.
In the building zone entrance guard method, the building alert zone corresponding to the building zone is set by responding to alert zone setting operation aiming at the building zone, and an intrusion alarm monitoring function corresponding to the building alert zone is started; determining an outer warning region and an inner warning region according to the building warning region; the outer warning area is an area between a building area and a building warning area, and the inner warning area is an area corresponding to each tenant unit in the building warning area; setting access control equipment in an inner-layer warning area, a building warning area and an outer-layer warning area as a first target warning mode under the condition that a target object exists in the building warning area within a warning time range set for the building warning area; the first target alert mode is to allow the target object to pass through the access control equipment according to the target passing direction; the target traffic direction is from the inner layer alert area to the outer layer alert area; generating intrusion alarm information corresponding to intrusion alarm monitoring under the condition that any one of the access control devices has abnormal vibration; and the intrusion alarm information is used for displaying by the target terminal.
Through the hierarchy division and management of the warning areas and the linkage management of the floor gateway and the elevator, the intrusion detection safety management of each warning area is maintained all the time while the authority personnel in the warning areas leave freely, and meanwhile, the flexible division and combination rules of the warning areas can easily and quickly deal with the use change of the rented areas of the building (tenants are easy to master and the rented areas are increased and deleted), so that the prevention safety of the rented areas is guaranteed. The method can meet the requirement of building owners on the intrusion alert management of regional access control in non-office time, prevent illegal personnel from entering floor regions, improve regional security management, effectively supplement the existing personnel traffic authority management method, and effectively improve the security of alert regions of building access control systems.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, after the step of setting the warning time range for the building warning area, the method further comprises the following steps:
step 302, setting the entrance guard devices in the inner warning region, the building warning region and the outer warning region as a second target warning mode under the condition that the target object does not exist in the building warning region.
The second target alert mode may be security setting that does not allow the target object to pass through any one of the access control devices.
Specifically, in the first step, according to building warning region rule information (the hierarchical relationship of warning regions different from the building region, the respective ranges of the building warning region, the outer warning region and the inner warning region and the respective warning time range) issued by a regional door control management platform, after the building warning region reaches the set warning time range, the building enters a warning state automatically, and according to the hierarchical relationship of each warning region and the situation of a target object in the warning region, whether a second target warning mode is executed or not is judged for the in-and-out door control equipment (including authentication terminal equipment and a door lock) in the warning region of each hierarchy automatically, and when the door control equipment which starts the second target warning mode is detected to have a malfunction, the system is linked with alarm equipment to send an intrusion alarm.
And secondly, under the condition that the inner-layer warning region, the building warning region and the outer-layer warning region enter a second target warning mode, if no target object which does not leave exists in the inner-layer warning region, the building warning region and the outer-layer warning region, after the second target warning mode is started, the access authority of any target object in and out of the warning region of each layer is limited, any target object is forbidden to enter and exit, the warning region of each layer enters a silent state, and when the regional access control management platform detects that abnormal vibration exists in the access control device, the regional access control management platform can be linked with the alarm device to send intrusion alarm.
In this embodiment, the second target alert mode is enabled for the access control devices in the inner-layer alert area, the building alert area and the outer-layer alert area, so that the target object is prohibited from passing through each position in the building area under the condition of the second target alert mode, and the safety of the building area is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the step of setting the access control devices of the inner surveillance zone, the building surveillance zone and the outer surveillance zone to the first target surveillance mode, the method further includes:
and 402, taking the access control equipment which the target object currently passes through as the object access control equipment, and generating intrusion alarm information corresponding to intrusion alarm monitoring under the condition that the object access control equipment starts a first target alert mode and the target object does not have the authority of passing through the object access control equipment.
The object access control device may be an access control device in which a target object passes through any one of the entrances and exits, and the entrance and exit is provided with the access control device.
Specifically, the access control device corresponding to the entrance and exit through which the target object passes is used as the target access control device, and the target object is a moving person or animal, so that the target access control device is the access control device corresponding to different entrances and exits in different time and space. When the entrance guard equipment corresponding to the building alert area, the outer layer alert area and the inner layer alert area respectively enters an alert state, an illegal intrusion detection function can be automatically started, and when a target object is authenticated, whether a first target alert mode is started by the point position of the current entrance guard equipment of the target object or not can be judged firstly. If the first target alert mode is started, whether the target object has the passing permission of the object access control equipment or not is continuously judged, if the target object does not have the passing permission of the object access control equipment, the target object is prohibited from passing, and an intrusion alarm is sent out in a linkage mode through the alarm equipment; and meanwhile, the state of the entrance guard equipment is continuously detected (if the state is abnormal vibration or forced opening or other behavior states exist), and the linkage alarm equipment sends an intrusion alarm.
And step 404, under the condition that the target object passing through the target access control device is in the first target alert mode, if the target object has the right to pass through the target access control device and the target object passes through the target access control device according to the target passing direction, sending a passing permission instruction to the target access control device.
The permission instruction may be an instruction for the regional access control management platform to send, to the object access control device, an instruction for permitting the target object to pass through the object access control device according to the specific property of the target object.
And if the first target alert mode is started, continuously judging whether the target object has the passing authority of the object access control equipment, and if the target object has the passing authority of the object access control equipment, allowing the target object with the passing authority to leave through the object access control equipment.
In this embodiment, by identifying that the object access control device does not start the first target alert mode, and determining whether the target object has the permission to pass through the object access control device, it is possible to perform security check on the target object in the building area even if the target object is not in the alert mode, thereby ensuring the security of the building area at any time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the step of setting the access control devices of the inner zone of surveillance, the building zone of surveillance and the outer zone of surveillance to the second target mode of surveillance, the method comprises:
step 502, when the building region is in the state that the second target warning mode is started and no target object exists in the building warning region, aiming at any target object, object access control equipment respectively corresponding to the inner-layer warning region, the building warning region and the outer-layer warning region cannot be passed through.
Specifically, the access control device corresponding to the entrance and exit through which the target object passes is used as the target access control device, and the target object is a moving person or animal, so that the target access control device is the access control device corresponding to different entrances and exits in different time and space. When the entrance guard equipment corresponding to the building alert area, the outer layer alert area and the inner layer alert area respectively enters an alert state, an illegal intrusion detection function can be automatically started, and when a target object is authenticated, whether a second target alert mode is started by the point position of the current entrance guard equipment of the target object or not can be judged firstly. If the second target alert mode is started, the personnel may or may not have the permission, and aiming at any target object, the personnel cannot pass through the object access control equipment respectively corresponding to the inner-layer alert area, the building alert area and the outer-layer alert area, and if the personnel pass through the object access control equipment, the personnel are treated as non-target objects uniformly and linked with the alarm equipment to send intrusion alarms; and meanwhile, the state of the access control equipment is continuously detected (if the state of the behavior such as abnormal vibration or forced opening exists, the state is detected), and the intrusion alarm is sent out by linkage alarm equipment.
Step 504, if the object access control equipment corresponding to any one of the inner-layer alert zone, the building alert zone and the outer-layer alert zone respectively detects that the target object passes or has abnormal vibration, generating intrusion alarm information corresponding to intrusion alarm monitoring; and the intrusion alarm information is used for displaying by the target terminal.
If the second target alert mode is started, and the object access control equipment corresponding to any one of the inner-layer alert region, the building alert region and the outer-layer alert region respectively detects that the target object passes through or has abnormal vibration, the alarm equipment is linked to send out an intrusion alarm; and meanwhile, the state of the entrance guard equipment is continuously detected (if the state is abnormal vibration or forced opening or other behavior states exist), and the linkage alarm equipment sends an intrusion alarm.
In this embodiment, by recognizing that the object access control device does not start the second target alert mode, the target object cannot pass whether or not the object access control device has the right to pass through, so that the target object in the building area can still be subjected to security check without the target object, and the security of the building area at any time is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the setting of the building alert zone corresponding to the building zone includes:
step 602, obtaining usage change data of each tenant unit corresponding to the building area.
The tenant unit usage change data can be obtained by measuring changes of each tenant unit in the building area and is used for representing range changes of each tenant unit in the building area.
Specifically, the server responds to an instruction of the terminal, acquires the use change data of each tenant unit corresponding to the building area from the terminal, stores the acquired use change data of the tenant unit into the storage unit, and calls volatile storage resources from the storage unit for the central processing unit to calculate when the server needs to process any data record in the use change data of the tenant unit. Any data record can be that single data is input into the central processing unit, or that multiple data are input into the central processing unit at the same time.
And step 604, adjusting the current building alert area according to the use change data of each tenant unit, or setting an isolation point for the current building alert area to obtain a new building alert area.
