Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a method for directing a user to open a storage compartment in accordance with one exemplary embodiment, which may be implemented in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
in step S201: and the business client sends an article access request to the server according to the article access operation initiated by the user.
In step S202: the server responds to the article access request and determines a target storage cabinet and a target slot to be opened in the target storage cabinet.
In step S203: and the server sends the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and grid position information used for representing the position of the target grid in the target storage cabinet to the service client.
In step S204: and the service client displays a grid layout containing the target storage cabinet and identifies a guide page of the position of the target grid in the grid layout in a distinguishing display mode, wherein the guide page comprises a confirmation opening control.
In step S205: and the service client responds to the operation of the user on the confirmation cabinet opening control and sends a confirmation cabinet opening instruction to the server.
In step S206: and the server responds to the confirmed cabinet opening instruction and sends a control instruction to the target storage cabinet to control the target grid opening.
Through the technical scheme, before the target slot to be opened is controlled to be opened, the service client can obtain the slot layout information of the target storage cabinet where the target slot to be opened is located and the slot position information used for representing the position of the target slot in the target storage cabinet from the server, and display the guide page which contains the slot layout and identifies the position of the target slot in the slot layout in a distinguishing display mode, wherein the guide page comprises a confirmation opening control used for a user to confirm whether the target slot is opened or not. By the method, before the target grid is opened, the user can conveniently, quickly and accurately know the position of the target grid at the service client used by the user, and even under the condition that a plurality of people access articles simultaneously, the position of the target grid corresponding to each user can be displayed by the service client used by each user simultaneously without influencing each other. Therefore, the time spent by a user for searching the target cell can be effectively reduced, and the article storing and taking efficiency is improved. In addition, after the user accurately knows the position of the target cell, the user can perform the operation of confirming the opening of the cabinet, so that the service client is prompted to send a command of confirming the opening of the cabinet to the server, and the server controls the target cell to be opened. Like this, can avoid article access position wrong problem, especially under the scene that many people carry out article access simultaneously, can effectively reduce to deposit a user and deposit other check mouths with article to and get the probability that a user took other users' article by mistake, promote user experience.
In step S201, the user may initiate an item access operation using the business client to cause the business client to send an item access request to the server. The article access operation may include a deposit operation and a pick operation, and accordingly, the article access request may include a deposit request and a pick request. In addition, the item access request may carry information associated with the item to be accessed, so that the server may determine the target storage cabinet and the target slot to be opened according to the information.
In one embodiment, the storage user may initiate a storage operation using the service client, and the service client sends a storage request to the server according to the storage operation initiated by the storage user. For example, the storage user may scan an identification code image (e.g., a two-dimensional code) of the target storage cabinet by using the service client, so that the service client obtains the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, the service client may display a list of articles to be stored of the storage user, and after the storage user selects the articles to be stored on the service client, the service client may send a storage request to the server. The storage request may carry information associated with the article to be stored, such as a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, delivery waybill information corresponding to the article to be stored, article order information corresponding to the article to be stored, and a pickup code corresponding to the article to be stored.
In another embodiment, the pickup user may initiate pickup operation using the service client, and the service client sends a pickup request to the server according to the pickup operation initiated by the pickup user. For example, the pickup user may scan the identification code image of the target storage cabinet by using the service client, so that the service client acquires the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, then the pickup user inputs a pickup code corresponding to an article to be picked on the service client, and after the input is completed, the service client may send a storage request to the server. Or the service client can display the list of the articles to be taken of the pickup user, and after the pickup user selects the articles to be taken on the service client, the service client can send a pickup request to the server. The pickup request may carry information associated with the article to be picked up, such as a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, a pickup code corresponding to the article to be picked up, and the like.
In step S202, the server receives the item access request, and determines a target storage cabinet and a target slot to be opened in the target storage cabinet in response to the item access request.
As described above, the article access request may carry information associated with an article to be accessed, and the server may determine the target storage cabinet and the target slot to be opened in the target storage cabinet according to the information carried by the article access request. For example, the item access request may carry a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, and the server may determine the target storage cabinet according to the cabinet number. In the case that the item access request is a storage request, after determining the target storage cabinet, the server may determine a target slot from currently empty slots in the target storage cabinet. In a case that the article access request is a pickup request, the server may query, according to information associated with the article to be picked, for example, a pickup code corresponding to the article to be picked, a storage cabinet order matching the information from storage cabinet orders corresponding to the target storage cabinet, where the storage cabinet order is created by the server when the article to be picked is stored in the target storage cabinet, and the server may determine the target slot according to a slot number associated with the storage cabinet order.
After the target slot is determined, in step S203, the server obtains slot layout information of the target storage cabinet and slot position information used for representing the position of the target slot in the target storage cabinet, and sends the slot layout information and the slot position information to the service client. The cell layout information may include cell arrangement information, which may be used to indicate how many rows and columns of the cells of the target storage cabinet, and the cell position information may indicate the position of the target cell in the target storage cabinet, for example, the row and column of the target storage cabinet.
In one embodiment, the server may store the base information of the storage cabinets reported by the storage cabinets in a database. When the server wants to obtain the layout information of the target storage cabinet and the position information of the target grid, the server may query the database according to the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the grid number of the target grid to obtain the layout information of the target storage cabinet and the position information of the target grid.
After receiving the cell layout information of the target storage cabinet and the cell position information of the target cell, in step S204, the service client displays a guidance page, where the guidance page includes the cell layout of the target storage cabinet and can identify the position of the target cell in the cell layout in a differentiated display manner. Wherein the displayed layout of the grid is consistent with the actual layout of the grid of the target storage cabinet. The differentiated display mode means that the display mode used when the position of the target cell in the cell layout is displayed is different from the display mode used when the position of other cells in the cell layout is displayed, so that the position of the target cell is more obviously identified.
The business client may preset style data related to the guidance page, for example, style data used when rendering the grid layout, style data used when identifying the position of the target grid in the grid layout, and the like. After the business client acquires the grid layout information and the grid position information, calling the style data corresponding to the grid layout rendering and the style data corresponding to the grid position identification according to the grid layout information and the grid position information, and rendering the page to show the guide page.
In addition, a confirmation opening control can be further included on the guide page. After seeing the information displayed on the guidance page, if it is determined that the target cell is to be opened, the user may operate the confirmation open-cabinet control, for example, click the confirmation open-cabinet control, so that in step S205, the service client sends a confirmation open-cabinet instruction to the server in response to the operation of the user on the confirmation open-cabinet control, so as to instruct to open the target cell.
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a bootstrap page presented at a business client, in accordance with an illustrative embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the guidance page 300 displayed on the service client may include a grid layout 301 of the target storage cabinet, and identify a position 302 of the target grid in the grid layout 301 in a differentiated display manner, in this example, the differentiated display manner is color differentiation, that is, the target grid is displayed in a color different from the display colors of other grids, so as to highlight the target grid, and thus, through a visual effect, the purpose of enabling the user to know the position of the target grid more quickly and accurately is achieved, the time taken by the user to find the target grid in the target storage cabinet can be shortened, and the article access efficiency is improved.
In addition, the business client may also present the slot number of the target slot at the lead page 300, such as indicated at location 303. In other embodiments, the business client may also present information about the target storage bin, such as the bin number, geographic location, etc., in the bootstrap page 300.
It should be noted that fig. 3 only shows an example presentation form of the guidance page, and does not constitute a limitation on the specific presentation form of the guidance page. Those skilled in the art can identify the position of the target cell in a different display manner from that in fig. 3 according to actual display requirements, or add other display information in the guidance page, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
After seeing the guide page displayed by the service client, the user can finally determine whether to open the target grid. If so, the user can carry out the operation of confirming the opening of the cabinet on the service client. In an alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a confirmation open bin control 304 may be included on the guidance page 300. For example, the user clicks the confirmed opening control, and the service client may send a confirmed opening instruction to the server in response to the operation of the user on the confirmed opening control, so that, in step S206, after receiving the confirmed opening instruction, the server sends a control instruction to the target storage enclosure to control the target cell to open.
The following description will be made separately for two different scenarios, article storage and article retrieval.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method for guiding a user to open a storage compartment bay in an item deposit scenario, according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
in step S401, the service client obtains target storage information according to a storage operation initiated by a storage user.
The storage user can initiate storage operation, and the service client can acquire target storage information according to the storage operation initiated by the storage user. In the present disclosure, the storage users may include two types of storage users, where the first type of storage user is a delivery person belonging to a specified delivery platform, and the item to be stored is an order item under the specified delivery platform. The second type of storage user is a storage person who does not belong to a specified delivery platform, and the items to be stored by the storage person are not the order items under the specified delivery platform, for example, delivery persons who belong to other delivery platforms, or ordinary users who have storage requirements.
When the storage user logs in the service client, the service client may determine whether the storage user belongs to the first type of storage user or the second type of storage user according to the login information of the storage user. The login information may include, for example, a mobile phone number, a user name, and a user identifier for identifying the identity of the storage user.
For a first type of storage user, the storage user may scan the identification code image of the target storage cabinet by using the service client, so that the service client obtains the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet. The service client may display a list of the items to be deposited of the deposit user, for example, a delivery waybill list of the deposit user in a pending delivery state (i.e., a state that characterizes the completion of the pick-up and the delivery to the user). The deposit user can select the item to be deposited from the corresponding list on the service client. After the item to be stored is selected, the initiation of the storage operation is completed. At this time, the service client may obtain the target storage information according to the storage operation initiated by the storage user. For a first type of storage user, the target storage information acquired by the service client may include: the user identification of the storage user and the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, and the target storage information may further include: and the delivery waybill information corresponding to the object to be stored and/or the object order information corresponding to the object to be stored.
For a second type of storage user, the storage user may scan the identification code image of the target storage cabinet by using the service client, so that the service client obtains the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet. For the second type of storage user, the storage user is required to input a pickup code corresponding to the item to be stored. The pickup code may be defined by the storage user itself, or randomly generated by the service client for use by the storage user. After the deposit user inputs the pickup code corresponding to the article to be deposited (for example, the deposit user manually inputs a self-defined pickup code, or inputs a confirmation instruction for confirming the use of the pickup code generated by the service client), the initiation of the deposit operation is completed. At this time, the service client may obtain the target storage information according to the storage operation initiated by the storage user. For the second type of storage user, the target storage information acquired by the service client may include: the user identification of the storage user and the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, and the target storage information may further include: and taking the corresponding article code of the article to be stored.
In step S402, the service client sends a storage request carrying the target storage information to the server.
In step S403, the server determines the target storage enclosure according to the enclosure number carried in the storage request, in response to the storage request.
After receiving the storage request, the server may extract the target storage information from the storage request. As described above, the target storage information includes the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet regardless of the type of the storage user. Therefore, the server can determine the target storage cabinet from the plurality of storage cabinets according to the cabinet number.
In step S404, the server determines a target slot from the slots currently free in the target storage cabinet.
After the target storage cabinet is determined, the server may determine a currently idle slot according to an idle state of each slot in the target storage cabinet, and then determine a target slot from the currently idle slot, where the target slot is a slot allocated to a storage user for storing an item to be stored. When the server determines the target slot from the currently free slots, the target slot may be allocated randomly or in combination with the size of the item to be stored (this information may also be included in the target storage information).
In step S405, the server creates a locker order that associates the target storage information and the lot number of the target lot.
The server, after determining the target bay for storing the item to be stored, creates a bin order. The storage cabinet order is used for recording storage related information of the corresponding article, for example, the storage cabinet order is associated with the target storage information and the grid number of the target grid. In addition, the storage cabinet order can also record the access state of the corresponding article. For example, after the item is deposited into the target slot by the item depositing user, the access status in the storage cabinet order may be a pending status, and after the item taking user successfully takes out the item, the access status in the storage cabinet order may be a taken status. At this point, the cabinet order as a whole may be marked as complete.
After determining the target storage cabinet and the target slot, as a possible implementation manner, the server may query the database according to the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the slot number of the target slot, and obtain slot layout information of the target storage cabinet and slot position information of a position where the target slot is located in the target storage cabinet. And then, the server directly sends the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid to the service client.
As another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include the steps of:
in step S406, the server transmits the slot number of the target slot to the service client.
That is, after determining the slot number of the target slot, the server may first send the slot number to the service client.
In step S407, the service client sends a first query request to the server, where the first query request carries the bin number of the target storage enclosure and the slot number of the target slot.
After receiving the slot number of the target slot sent by the server, the service client may send a first query request to the server based on the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the slot number of the target slot, where the first query request carries the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the slot number of the target slot.
In step S408, the server queries the database to obtain the layout information of the grid of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid in response to the first query request.
After receiving the first query request, the server queries the database according to the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the grid number of the target grid carried by the first query request, so as to obtain the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid.
In step S409, the server transmits the slot layout information of the target storage enclosure and the slot position information of the target slot to the service client.
The implementation of the above steps S406 to S409 is performed by the service client and the server, and is not perceived by the user. By the scheme, the functions of distributing the grids and creating the storage cabinet orders and acquiring the grid layout and the grid position information are independent and have no coupling relation. Thus, when implemented by using a computer program, the two different functions can be implemented by using two independent interfaces, for example, one interface only performs the functions of allocating grids and creating storage cabinet orders, and the other interface only performs the functions of acquiring grid layout and grid position information. Therefore, the information returned by each interface is reduced, the response time is shortened, and the software development specification is more met.
In step S410, the service client displays a guidance page including a grid layout of the target storage cabinet and identifies a position of the target grid in the grid layout in a differentiated display manner, where the guidance page includes a confirmation opening control.
In step S411, the service client sends a confirmation opening instruction to the server in response to the operation of the confirmation opening control by the user.
In step S412, the server sends a control command to the target storage enclosure to control the opening of the target cell in response to the confirmation of the opening command.
The above describes how to guide the storage user to open the storage compartment in the storage scenario. The following describes how to guide the pick user to open the bin bay in the pick scenario.
In the present disclosure, pickup users may also be classified into two types of pickup users. The first type of pickup user is a user related to a specified delivery platform, and the item to be picked up is an order item placed by the specified delivery platform. The second type of pickup user is a user unrelated to the designated delivery platform whose item to be picked up is not the item ordered by the designated delivery platform.
The following description is made separately for these two different types of pickup users.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for guiding a user to open a storage bin bay during a pickup scenario, in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include:
in step S501, the service client obtains target pickup information according to a pickup operation initiated by a pickup user.
When the pickup user logs in the service client, the service client may determine whether the pickup user belongs to the first type of pickup user or the second type of pickup user according to the login information of the pickup user. The login information may include, for example, a user identifier for identifying the identity of the pickup user, such as a mobile phone number and a user name.
The pickup user can scan the identification code image of the target storage cabinet by using the service client so that the service client can acquire the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet. The pickup user can initiate pickup operation on the service client, and the service client can acquire target pickup information according to the pickup operation initiated by the pickup user. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the pickup user may be the second type of pickup user, i.e., the item to be picked up is not an order item placed on the designated delivery platform. In this case, when initiating the pickup operation, the pickup user is required to input the pickup code corresponding to the article to be picked. For example, a pick code input control is presented on the service client for the pick user to input the corresponding pick code. After the pickup code is input, the initiation of the pickup operation is finished. At this time, the service client may obtain the target pickup information according to the pickup operation initiated by the pickup user. For a second type of pickup user, the target pickup information acquired by the service client may include: the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the pickup code corresponding to the article to be picked up.
In step S502, the service client sends a pickup request carrying the target pickup information to the server.
In step S503, the server determines the target storage cabinet according to the cabinet number carried in the pickup request in response to the pickup request.
In step S504, the server queries the storage order matching the target pickup information, and determines a target slot according to the storage order matching the target pickup information.
As described above, when the item to be taken is stored in the target storage cabinet as the item to be stored before the item to be taken, the server creates a storage cabinet order corresponding to the item after allocating the target slot, where the storage cabinet order is associated with the target storage information (which may include the corresponding pickup code) of the item and the slot number of the target slot corresponding to the item. Therefore, after receiving the pickup request, the server can extract the target pickup information, namely, the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the pickup code corresponding to the article to be picked. Then, the server may determine the target storage cabinet according to the cabinet number, meanwhile, according to the cabinet number and the pickup code, query a target storage cabinet order matching the cabinet number and the pickup code from among a plurality of storage cabinet orders, and after querying the target storage cabinet order, determine a notch corresponding to a notch number associated with the target storage cabinet order as the target notch. If the target storage cabinet order matched with the cabinet number and the pickup code is not inquired, the server can return a pickup failure message to the service client, wherein the pickup failure message is used for indicating that the matched order is not inquired and the pickup failure occurs at this time.
5, the method may further include the steps of:
in step S505, the server transmits the slot number of the target slot to the service client.
In step S506, the service client sends a first query request to the server, where the first query request carries the cabinet number of the target storage enclosure and the slot number of the target slot.
In step S507, the server queries the database to obtain the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid in response to the first query request.
In step S508, the server transmits the slot layout information of the target storage cabinet and the slot position information of the target slot to the service client.
The implementation of steps S505 to S508 is the same as the implementation of steps S406 to S409 described above, and is not repeated here.
In step S509, the service client displays a guidance page including a grid layout of the target storage enclosure and identifies a position of the target grid in the grid layout in a differentiated display manner, where the guidance page includes a confirmation opening control.
In step S510, the service client sends a confirmation opening instruction to the server in response to the operation of the confirmation opening control by the user.
In step S511, the server sends a control command to the target storage enclosure to control the opening of the target cell in response to the confirmation of the opening command.
FIG. 6 illustrates a flowchart of a method for guiding a user to open a storage bin bay during a pickup scenario, in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
in step S601, the service client obtains a user identifier according to a pickup operation initiated by a pickup user.
In step S602, the service client sends a second query request to the server, where the second query request carries the user identifier.
When the pickup user logs in the service client, the service client can judge whether the pickup user belongs to the pickup user of the first type or the pickup user of the second type according to the login information of the pickup user. The login information may include, for example, a mobile phone number, a user name, and a user identifier for identifying the identity of the pickup user.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the pickup user may be the first type of pickup user, i.e., the item to be picked up is the order item at the designated delivery platform. In this case, the service client may directly obtain the user identifier (e.g., a mobile phone number) of the pickup user without the need of additionally inputting information related to the article to be picked, and send a second query request to the server, where the second query request carries the user identifier.
In step S603, the server determines, in response to the second query request, to-be-fetched item information of the pickup user that matches the user identifier.
In step S604, the server sends information of the articles to be taken to the service client, where the information of the articles to be taken includes a slot number of a slot where the articles to be taken are located and a cabinet number of a storage cabinet where the articles to be taken are located.
In step S605, the service client receives the information of the article to be taken of the article taking user, which is sent by the server and matches with the user identifier, and displays the information of the article to be taken.
After receiving the second query request, the server may extract the user identifier, and then determine the information of the article to be taken of the article taking user matched with the user identifier. For example, if the user identifier is a mobile phone number, the server may query an article order that the recipient has the mobile phone number of the mobile phone number and is not taken out currently, that is, the article order to be taken out of the pickup user. In addition, as described above, the locker order may associate target storage information of the item with a corresponding bin number of the item, where the target storage information may include item order information. Therefore, the server can query the storage cabinet order corresponding to the to-be-taken item order according to the information of the to-be-taken item order, determine the storage cabinet where the item in the to-be-taken item order is located and the lattice where the item is located according to the storage cabinet order, and obtain the corresponding cabinet number and lattice number. And then, the server can send the information of the articles to be taken to the service client. The article information to be taken can embody the article to be taken corresponding to the article taking user, and in addition, the article information to be taken also comprises the grid number of the grid where the article to be taken is located and the cabinet number of the storage cabinet where the article to be taken is located. After receiving the information of the articles to be taken, the business client can display the information of the articles to be taken. For example, the information of the articles to be taken is presented in a list form, so that the user can select the target articles to be taken from the information.
In step S606, the service client sends a pickup request to the server according to the selection operation of the pickup user, where the pickup request carries the slot number of the slot where the target article to be picked is located and the cabinet number of the storage cabinet where the target article to be picked is located.
The user can select the target to-be-taken item on the service client. Because the service client acquires the corresponding lot number and cabinet number of each article to be taken, the service client can acquire the target article to be taken selected by the user and the corresponding lot number and cabinet number after the user selects. And the service client sends a pickup request to the server, wherein the pickup request carries the grid number of the grid where the target article to be picked is located and the cabinet number of the storage cabinet where the target article to be picked is located.
In step S607, the server queries the database according to the cabinet number and the slot number carried in the pickup request to obtain the slot layout information of the target storage cabinet and the slot position information of the target slot.
After receiving the pickup request, the server can extract the bin number and the slot number, and query the database according to the bin number and the slot number, so as to obtain the slot layout information of the target storage bin and the slot position information of the target slot.
In step S608, the server sends the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information for representing the position of the target grid in the target storage cabinet to the service client.
In step S609, the service client displays a guidance page including a grid layout of the target storage enclosure and identifies a position of the target grid in the grid layout in a differentiated display manner, where the guidance page includes a confirmation opening control.
In step S610, the service client sends a confirmation opening instruction to the server in response to the operation of the confirmation opening control by the user.
In step S611, the server sends a control command to the target storage enclosure to control the opening of the target bay in response to the confirmation of the enclosure opening command.
Furthermore, in any of the methods shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, the method may further include:
the server receives the basic information of the storage cabinet sent by the storage cabinet, wherein the basic information of the storage cabinet comprises: the device comprises a cabinet number of a storage cabinet, grid layout information of the storage cabinet, grid numbers of all grids in the storage cabinet and grid position information, wherein the grid layout information comprises grid arrangement information and grid specification information. And then, the server stores the received basic information of the storage cabinet in a database. Therefore, subsequent servers can acquire the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid by querying the database conveniently.
As described above, the service client may be an applet that runs in a client of a third party platform installed on the user terminal for providing an item access service. In this case, the method may further include:
the client side of the third-party platform responds to the login operation of the user on the service client side, and sends a login request to the server side of the third-party platform, wherein the login request carries login information of the user; the server side of the third-party platform verifies the login request according to the login information, and sends an indication message for representing that the authentication is passed to the client side of the third-party platform under the condition that the login request is passed through the authentication; and the client of the third-party platform enables the service client in response to the indication message.
For example, a user may initiate a login operation to a service client using a client of a third party platform on a user terminal. For example, an identification code image (e.g., a two-dimensional code) of the storage locker may be scanned by a client of the third party platform to initiate a login operation to the business client. Alternatively, the user may search for the service client on the client of the third-party platform to initiate a login operation to the service client.
After the client of the third-party platform detects the login operation of the user to the service client, the client can acquire the login information of the user to the service client. If the user initiates the login operation of the service client through the client of the third-party platform for the first time, the client of the third-party platform can respond to the login operation of the user on the service client and pop up a login information acquisition page. In one mode, an input control for inputting login information by a user is displayed in the login information acquisition page, and the user can manually input the login information. In another manner, the client of the third-party platform may default to the identity information (e.g., a mobile phone number, a user name used by the user on the client of the third-party platform, etc.) of the user on the client of the third-party platform as the login information of the user to the service client. Therefore, the identity information can be displayed in the login information acquisition page, and a confirmation control for a user to confirm whether the identity information is used as the login information of the service client. After the user inputs login information on the login information acquisition page or confirms to use the identity information as the login information, the client side of the third-party platform sends a login request to the server side of the third-party platform, and the login request carries the login information of the user. In addition, the client of the third-party platform can cache the login information for subsequent use.
If the user does not initiate the login operation of the service client through the client of the third-party platform for the first time, the client of the third-party platform can respond to the login operation of the user on the service client and firstly acquire the login information of the user on the service client from the cache. After the login information of the user to the service client is obtained from the cache, the client of the third-party platform sends a login request to the server of the third-party platform, and the login request carries the login information of the user. If the login information of the user to the service client is not obtained from the cache, the login information can be obtained from the user according to the same implementation manner described above when the user initiates the login operation to the service client through the client of the third-party platform for the first time.
And after receiving the login request, the server side of the third-party platform verifies the login request according to the login information, and sends an indication message for representing that the authentication is passed to the client side of the third-party platform under the condition that the login request is passed through the authentication. In this way, the client of the third party platform may receive the indication message and enable the service client in response to the indication message. At this time, the user can use the service client normally to perform the article access operation.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for guiding a user to open a storage bin bay suitable for use on a service client side according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the method may include:
in step S701, an article access request is sent to a server according to an article access operation initiated by a user, where the article access request is used by the server to determine a target storage cabinet and a target slot to be opened in the target storage cabinet;
in step S702, receiving the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information used for representing the position of the target grid in the target storage cabinet, which are sent by the server;
in step S703, a guidance page that includes a grid layout of the target storage enclosure and identifies a position of the target grid in the grid layout in a differentiated presentation manner is presented, where the guidance page includes a confirmation opening control;
in step S704, in response to the operation of the user on the confirmation opening control, a confirmation opening instruction is sent to the server to instruct the server to control the target cell to open.
Specific operations related to the method for guiding a user to open a storage compartment on the service client side are described in detail above with reference to fig. 2 to 6, and are not described herein again.
Optionally, the method for guiding a user to open a storage compartment, which is applicable to the service client side, further includes:
receiving the grid number of the target grid sent by the server;
and sending a first query request to the server, wherein the first query request carries the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the grid number of the target grid, and the first query request is used for requesting to acquire the grid layout information and the grid position information.
Optionally, step S701 may further include:
according to a storage operation initiated by a storage user, obtaining target storage information, wherein the target storage information comprises a user identifier of the storage user and a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, and the target storage information further comprises at least one of the following information: the method comprises the following steps that delivery waybill information corresponding to an article to be stored, article order information corresponding to the article to be stored and a pickup code corresponding to the article to be stored are obtained;
and sending a storage request carrying the target storage information to the server, wherein the storage request is used for determining the target grid from the currently idle grids of the target storage cabinet by the server and creating a storage cabinet order, and the storage cabinet order is associated with the target storage information and the grid number of the target grid.
Optionally, step S701 may further include:
acquiring target pickup information according to pickup operation initiated by a pickup user, wherein the target pickup information comprises a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and a pickup code corresponding to an article to be picked;
and sending a pickup request carrying the target pickup information to the server, wherein the pickup request is used for inquiring a storage cabinet order matched with the target pickup information by the server and determining the target grid according to the storage cabinet order matched with the target pickup information.
Optionally, step S701 may further include:
acquiring a user identifier according to a pickup operation initiated by a pickup user, and sending a second query request to the server, wherein the second query request carries the user identifier;
receiving to-be-taken article information of the pickup user, which is sent by the server and is matched with the user identification, wherein the to-be-taken article information comprises a notch number of a notch where an article to be taken is located and a cabinet number of a storage cabinet where the article to be taken is located;
displaying the information of the articles to be taken;
and sending a pickup request to the server according to the selection operation of the pickup user, wherein the pickup request carries the slot number of the slot where the target article to be picked out selected by the pickup user is located and the cabinet number of the storage cabinet where the target article to be picked out is located.
Optionally, the cell layout information includes cell arrangement information and cell specification information;
step S703 may further include:
generating graphic information for embodying the cell layout according to the cell layout information;
and identifying the position of the target cell in the cell layout in a distinguishing and displaying mode in the graphic information.
In this embodiment, when the service client displays the guide page, the service client may generate graphic information for representing the grid layout according to the grid layout information. For example, the cell arrangement information indicates that the cells of the target storage cabinet have 5 rows and 10 columns, the cell specification information indicates that the cells of the uppermost row and the cells of the lowermost row of the target storage cabinet are large cells, and the cells of the middle 3 rows are small cells. After receiving the cell layout information including the cell arrangement information and the cell specification information, the service client may extract the cell arrangement information and the cell specification information, and then generate graphical information for representing the above cell layout according to the cell arrangement information and the cell specification information, as shown in fig. 8 (a).
After the graphical information is generated, the position of the target cell in the cell layout is identified in the graphical information in a differentiated presentation. As shown in fig. 8 (a), the position 801 of the target cell in the cell layout is identified in a color-differentiated presentation.
The business client may be preset with graphic style data related to the guidance page, for example, graphic style data used when rendering the grid layout, style data used when identifying the position of the target grid in the grid layout, and the like. After the business client acquires the grid layout information and the grid position information, calling the grid layout to render the corresponding graphic style data and the style data corresponding to the grid position identification according to the grid layout information and the grid position information, and rendering the page to show the guide page.
Compared with the method for displaying the grid layout and the grid position of the target grid through the video, the method for displaying the grid layout and the grid position of the target grid in a graph rendering mode can reduce the data processing amount of the service client page during rendering, improve the page rendering speed on the premise of ensuring that a user has good visual experience, and further is beneficial to improving the article access efficiency.
Optionally, the generating, according to the cell layout information, graphic information for embodying a cell layout includes:
determining cell grouping information according to the cell layout information;
and generating graphic information for representing the grid layout and the grid grouping according to the grid layout information and the grid grouping information and a preset grid grouping display style.
The service client can determine the cell grouping information according to the cell layout information according to a preset grouping rule. For example, the grouping rules may include row grouping rules and/or column grouping rules. Where row grouping rules are used to define which rows of cells can be divided into a group and column grouping rules are used to define which columns of cells can be divided into a group.
The column grouping rule may be determined based on the number of columns of the grid of the target storage enclosure. For example, when the number of columns of the cells of the target storage enclosure is not greater than the first preset number of columns, all the cell columns may be considered as one group, i.e., the target storage enclosures are not grouped by cells in the column direction. When the number of rows of the grid of the target storage cabinet is greater than the first preset number of rows, the grid rows of the target storage cabinet can be grouped according to the second preset number of rows, and when the number of rows divided into the remaining grid rows is less than the second preset number of rows, the remaining grid rows can be merged into the previous set of grid rows, or the remaining grid rows alone can be used as a set of grid rows. The second preset column number is smaller than the first preset column number. For example, as shown in fig. 8 (b), the target storage cabinets have 10 columns of cells, and if the first preset number of columns is 4, it is determined that it is necessary to divide the target storage cabinets in the column direction. Assuming that the second predetermined number of columns is 2, the target storage enclosures may be divided into 5 groups in the column direction, with columns 1-2 being one group, columns 3-4 being one group, columns 5-6 being one group, columns 7-8 being one group, and columns 9-10 being one group.
Assuming that the second predetermined number of columns is 3, the target storage cabinets may be divided into 3 groups in the column direction, with columns 1-3 being one group, columns 4-6 being one group, and columns 7-10 being one group, or may be divided into 4 groups, columns 1-3 being one group, columns 4-6 being one group, columns 7-9 being one group, and columns 10 being one group alone.
The row grouping rules may be determined based on the specifications of the grid of the target storage bin. Generally, the cell size is uniform for a row of cells. When the grids of the target storage cabinet are all in the same specification, the grids of the target storage cabinet are not grouped in the row direction. When the grids of the target storage cabinet are not all in the same specification, the grids of the target storage cabinet can be grouped in the row direction according to the grid specification, wherein the grid rows divided into the same group have the same grid specification. For example, as shown in fig. 8 (c), if the target storage cabinet has 5 rows of slots, the slot in the uppermost row and the slot in the lowermost row are large slots, and the slot in the middle 3 rows is small slot, the slot in row 1 may be divided into one group, the slots in rows 2-4 may be divided into one group, and the slot in row 5 may be divided into one group.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the grid grouping of the target storage enclosures may be based on the row grouping rules or the column grouping rules alone, or on both the row grouping rules and the column grouping rules.
After the lattice grouping information is determined, the business client generates graphic information for reflecting the lattice layout and the lattice grouping according to the lattice layout information and the lattice grouping information and a preset lattice grouping display style.
The lattice grouping display style can comprise linear style information used for representing the lattice grouping, color style information used for representing the lattice grouping and the like, and the lattice grouping situation can be represented on a lattice layout presented by the guide page through rendering according to the lattice grouping display style. In an exemplary embodiment provided by the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8 (b) and 8 (c), the cell grouping case is embodied by a thick line.
By the technical scheme, when the grid layout of the storage cabinet with a large grid scale is rendered, the grid grouping condition can be further embodied in the graphic information embodying the grid layout. Like this, in the vision, be favorable to more guiding the user according to the grid position of the target grid that shows on the guide page, fix a position this target grid on the target storage cabinet fast to avoid the problem that article access made mistakes that the target grid made mistakes and leads to, can also improve article access efficiency.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a method for guiding a user to open a storage bin bay suitable for use on the server side in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, the method may include:
in step S901, in response to an article access request sent by a service client, a target storage cabinet and a target slot to be opened in the target storage cabinet are determined;
in step S902, sending, to the service client, the grid layout information of the target storage enclosure and the grid position information for representing the position of the target grid in the target storage enclosure, so that the service client displays a grid layout including the target storage enclosure and identifies, in a differentiated display manner, a guidance page at the position of the target grid in the grid layout;
in step S903, in response to the confirmation cabinet opening instruction sent by the service client, a control instruction is sent to the target storage cabinet to control the target cell to be opened.
The detailed operations related to the method for guiding the user to open the storage compartment on the server side are described in detail above with reference to fig. 2 to 6, and are not described again here.
Optionally, the method for guiding a user to open a storage compartment, which is applied to the server side, further includes:
sending the grid number of the target grid to the service client;
and responding to a first query request sent by the service client, querying a database to obtain the grid layout information of the target storage cabinet and the grid position information of the target grid, wherein the first query request carries the cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and the grid number of the target grid.
Optionally, the article access request includes a storage request, where the storage request carries target storage information, where the target storage information includes a user identifier of a storage user and a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet, and the target information further includes at least one of the following information: the method comprises the following steps that delivery waybill information corresponding to an article to be stored, article order information corresponding to the article to be stored and a pickup code corresponding to the article to be stored are obtained;
step S901 may further include:
and responding to the storage request, determining the target grid from the currently idle grids of the target storage cabinet, and creating a storage cabinet order, wherein the storage cabinet order is associated with the target storage information and the grid number of the target grid.
Optionally, the article access request includes a pickup request, where the pickup request carries target pickup information, and the target pickup information includes a cabinet number of the target storage cabinet and a pickup code corresponding to an article to be picked;
step S901 may further include:
and responding to the pickup request, inquiring the storage cabinet orders matched with the target pickup information, and determining the target grid according to the storage cabinet orders matched with the target pickup information.
Optionally, the article access request includes a pickup request, where the pickup request carries a lot number of a lot where a target article to be picked is located and a cabinet number of a storage cabinet where the target article to be picked is located, where the target article to be picked is selected by a pickup user;
the method for guiding the user to open the storage cabinet lattice, which is suitable for the server side, further comprises the following steps:
