The invention discloses a multi-user dynamic competitive right distribution control method, which can construct a specific demand model of a data product asset according to internal and external environment elements of the data product asset, establish a four-class basic role right list of links such as the whole life cycle affirmation, collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision and disclosure of the data product asset on a data platform, and convert the specific demand of the data product asset into the specific right requirements of four-class basic roles of the links such as the whole life cycle affirmation, collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision and disclosure of the data product asset on the data platform; analyzing the authority individual conditions and historical authority competition relations of all users, constructing an individual authority competition model of all users, synthesizing the individual authority competition model of all users and four types of basic role authority requirements, deducing the competition authority range of all link matched users and among the link matched users which preliminarily meet the requirements, further constructing the competition authority range formula of all links of the data product assets and the preliminarily matched users corresponding to all basic units, and constructing the data product asset authority matching model by taking the total authority matching optimization of the data product assets as a target so as to determine all links, the optimum matched users of all basic units and the competition authority distribution results among the links, the basic units which meet the four types of basic role authority requirements; according to links, basic units and competitive right distribution results among the links, the basic units and the users which are optimally matched according to the four basic role rights requirements, controlling the rights of the links; and dynamically adjusting the user authority distribution and control according to the internal and external environment elements of the data product assets, the individual conditions of each user and the dynamic change of the historical competitive relationship.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a multi-user dynamic bidding right allocation control method according to an embodiment of the present invention:
s1, acquiring internal environment element information and external environment element information of a data product asset on a data platform, and constructing a demand model of the data product asset according to the internal environment element information and the external environment element information of the data product asset;

and S6, dynamically adjusting the competitive right distribution result and the right control mode of the user by utilizing the internal environment element information, the external environment element information, the user right individual condition and the historical right competitive relationship of the data product assets, and realizing multi-user dynamic competitive right distribution control.
Optionally, the obtaining the internal environment element information and the external environment element information of the data product asset, and constructing the demand model of the data product asset according to the internal environment element information and the external environment element information of the data product asset includes:
acquiring internal environment element information and external environment element information of data product assets;

Optionally, the controlling, by using the result of allocating the competitive right of the best matching user in each link of the full life cycle that meets the requirement of the basic role right, the right of each link of the full life cycle is controlled to obtain a right control mode, including:
obtaining an authority control mode by using the competitive right distribution result of the best matching user in each link of the full life cycle meeting the basic role authority requirement;
the authority control mode comprises a first authority control mode and a second authority control mode;
the first authority control mode is that when a link meeting requirements and a best matching user set of a basic unit contain more than two users, the user with the highest authority ratio is judged according to the competitive right of the best matching user of each link meeting requirements, and the user is enabled to have the authority control right of the link and the basic unit;

The internal environment elements for distributing and controlling the user authority of the data product asset A comprise the structure, the content, the self value, the safety and privacy and the like of the data product asset A. External environmental elements of user rights allocation and control of the data product asset a include application scenarios, structural and content relationships with other data product assets, market values, currency, security credibility, and the like.
Accordingly, a specific demand model for the data product asset is constructed. When the data product asset A can directly provide the requirements of the internal environment elements and the external environment elements, a specific requirement model of the data product asset A is directly constructed.
When the data product asset A can not directly provide the internal environment element and the external environment element requirements, the internal environment element and the external environment element requirements range of the data product asset A needs to be inferred indirectly through the data platform historical database.

Wherein, the management right includes but is not limited to storage, inquiry access, management-related encryption right, platform user right distribution right, access management right, management-related destruction right, disposal right, management right, acquisition right, service registration right and related income right; governing rights include but are not limited to supervision rights, jurisdictional limit rights, guarantee rights, opening rights, authentication rights, right-to-confirm rights, authorization rights, and related profit rights; transaction rights include, but are not limited to, transaction control rights, transaction enforcement rights, pricing bargaining rights, evaluation rights, multiple transaction rights, distribution rights, circulation rights; ownership includes but is not limited to intellectual property, upload rights, secure privacy rights, restricted exclusive rights, modified change rights, transfer share rights, destroy rights, related earnings rights, dominant property distribution rights; production process rights include, but are not limited to, production rights, process rights, participation right, and related profit rights; usage rights include, but are not limited to, access rights, benefit rights, copy rights. The method is different from the traditional direct association method of business links and roles, fully embodies the function of the related authority of the data product asset A in the process, and ensures that four types of basic role authority lists of links such as the certainty, collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and the like of the full life cycle of the data product asset on a data platform are established and changed according to the specific situation of the data product asset A.

According to the requirement of the data product asset A on the user competitive relationship, users in each alternative group AG (LI (A, k), pb-a (l)) can be called as links matching users which preliminarily meet the requirement; or the intersection of each alternative group AG (LI (A, k), pb-a (l)) and each corresponding alternative group AG (LI' (A, k), pb-a (l)) is called as each link matching user which initially meets the requirement; or the intersection of each alternative group AG (LI (A, k), pb-a (l)), corresponding each alternative group AG (LI' (A, k), pb-a (l) and corresponding each alternative group AG (LI (A, k), pb-a (l)) is called as each link matching user meeting the requirement preliminarily.

a fifth processing module S305, configured to control, by using the best matching user of each link in the full life cycle meeting the basic role permission requirement and a result of allocating competitive right between the best matching users, permission of each link in the full life cycle to obtain a permission control mode;
the sixth processing module S306 is configured to dynamically adjust a user' S bidding permission allocation result and permission control mode by using the internal environment element information, the external environment element information, the user permission personality condition, and the historical permission bidding relationship of the data product asset, so as to implement multi-user dynamic bidding permission allocation control.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of another multi-user dynamic competition right allocation control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:

the processor 402 calls the executable program code stored in the memory 401 for executing the steps of the multi-user dynamic bidding right assignment control method described in the first embodiment and the second embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, acquiring internal environment element information and external environment element information of data product assets on a data platform, and constructing a demand model of the data product assets according to the internal environment element information and the external environment element information of the data product assets;
s2, establishing a basic role authority table of each link of the full life cycle of the data product asset by using the demand model of the data product asset;
the basic role authority table comprises basic role authority requirements of data product assets on all links of a full life cycle;
s3, acquiring the user authority personalized condition and the historical authority competitive relationship on the data platform, and constructing a personalized authority competitive model of the user by using the user authority personalized condition and the historical authority competitive relationship;
s4, determining the best matched user and the competitive right distribution result between the best matched users in each link of the full life cycle meeting the basic role right requirements by utilizing the personalized right competitive model of the users and the basic role right requirements;
s5, controlling the authority of each link in the full life cycle by using the optimal matching user of each link in the full life cycle meeting the basic role authority requirement and the competition authority distribution result between the optimal matching users to obtain an authority control mode;
and S6, dynamically adjusting the competitive right distribution result and the right control mode of the user by utilizing the internal environment element information, the external environment element information, the user right individual condition and the historical right competitive relationship of the data product assets, and realizing multi-user dynamic competitive right distribution control.
2. The multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring internal environment element information and external environment element information of the data product asset, and constructing a demand model of the data product asset according to the internal environment element information and the external environment element information of the data product asset comprises:
acquiring internal environment element information and external environment element information of data product assets;
when the data product asset can directly provide internal environment element information and external environment element information, a demand model of the data product asset is directly constructed by using the internal environment element information and the external environment element information;
and acquiring a data platform historical database, and when the data product asset cannot directly provide internal environment element information and external environment element information, constructing a demand model of the data product asset by using the data platform historical database.

The multi-user dynamic bidding permission distribution control method according to claim 2, wherein the data platform historical database is obtained, and when the data product asset cannot directly provide the internal environment element information and the external environment element information, a demand model of the data product asset is constructed by using the data platform historical database, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a data platform historical database, and mining other data product assets related to the data product assets in the data platform historical database by using a data mining method;
processing the other data product assets associated with the data product asset to obtain data product assets associated with the data product asset structure and content;
the structure and content related data product assets comprise a related data set;
processing the related data set to obtain a data product asset basic unit; the data product asset basic unit can reflect the structure and content requirements of the data product asset;
carrying out structure matching on the data product asset basic units to obtain a group basic unit set;
the basic unit sets of the group meeting the structure and content requirements of the assets of the data products form the basic unit sets capable of referring to the direct internal requirements; the direct internal demand basic unit set can be referred to form a demand model of the data product assets;
according to the application scene records of the basic units in the data platform historical database, the structure and content relation records with other data product assets, market value records, circulation records and safety credibility records, the application scene referable external demand range, the structure and content relation referable external demand range with other data product assets, the market value referable external demand range, the circulation referable external demand range and the safety credibility referable external demand range which meet the data product assets can be determined.

The multi-user dynamic competition contract authority distribution control method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the basic role authority table of each link of the full life cycle of the data product assets on the data platform by using the demand model of the data product assets comprises:
establishing a relation table of all links of the full life cycle of the data product asset and the related authority of the data product asset by using the demand model of the data product asset;
establishing a relation table of the related authority of the data product asset and the basic role of the data product asset by using the demand model of the data product asset;
establishing a basic role authority list of each link of the full life cycle for a data owner, a data producer, a data user and a data manager on a data platform by utilizing a relation list of each link of the full life cycle of the data product asset and the related authority of the data product asset and a relation list of the related authority of the data product asset and the basic role of the data product asset;
if no relation table is directly provided, digging out data product data assets which are close to the internal and external environmental elements of the data product assets in the data platform historical database by using a data mining method;
counting the relation table sets of the data product assets which are close to the internal and external environment elements of the data product assets and the related authorities of the data product and the assets by the links of authority identification, collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, supply, disclosure and the like, and the relation table sets of the related authorities of the data product assets and the basic roles of the data product data assets;
the specific requirements of the data product assets are converted into specific authority requirements corresponding to basic roles of the data product assets in the links of determining, collecting, storing, using, processing, transmitting, providing, disclosing and the like in the whole life cycle of the data product assets on the data platform.

The multi-user dynamic competition authority distribution control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the user authority personality condition and the historical authority competition relationship on the data platform, and the building of the personalized authority competition model of the user by using the user authority personality condition and the historical authority competition relationship comprise:
utilizing the authority requirement and the historical authority competitive relationship of each link in the full life cycle to extract the authority individual conditions and the historical authority competitive relationship of a data owner, a data producer, a data user and a data manager;
and analyzing the authority individual conditions and historical authority competitive relations of the data owners, the data producers, the data users and the data managers by using a data mining method to obtain competitive relation data product assets and cooperative relation data product assets.

The multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the best matching user and the competition right distribution result between the best matching users in each link of the full life cycle satisfying the basic role right requirements by using the user personalized right competition model and the basic role right requirements comprises:
obtaining a competition right range which meets the requirement of each link of the demand model and is matched with users by utilizing the user personalized right competition model and the basic role right requirement;
constructing a bidding right range model of the matched user corresponding to each link of the full life cycle of the data product asset by using the bidding right range;
constructing a data product asset authority matching model by using the competitive right range model and aiming at the optimal total authority matching of the data product asset;
determining a competitive right distribution result of the best matching user in each link of the full life cycle meeting the basic role right requirements by using the data product asset right matching model;
the total authority of the data product asset is matched with an optimal target, the number of matched users in each link and each basic unit of the whole life cycle of the data product asset is minimum, the competitive authority in competitive right of each matched user is minimum, the difference between the requirement of cooperative authority and role authority of each link is minimum, and the ratio of repeated authority of each matched user in the cooperative authority is minimum.

The multi-user dynamic competition right distribution and control method according to claim 1, wherein the competition right distribution result of the best matching user of each link in the full life cycle meeting the basic role right requirement is utilized to control each link right in the full life cycle to obtain a right control mode, and the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining an authority control mode by utilizing the competitive right distribution result of the best matching user in each link of the full life cycle meeting the basic role authority requirement;
the authority control modes comprise a first authority control mode and a second authority control mode;
the first authority control mode is that when a link meeting requirements and a best matching user set of a basic unit contain more than two users, the user with the highest authority ratio is judged according to the competitive right of the best matching user of each link meeting requirements, and the user is enabled to have the authority control right of the link and the basic unit;
and the second authority control mode controls the authority for a method for jointly voting all the users.
8. A multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control device, characterized in that the device comprises:

the fourth processing module is used for determining the best matching user and the competition authority distribution result between the best matching users in each link of the full life cycle meeting the basic role authority requirement by utilizing the personalized authority competition model of the users and the basic role authority requirement;
a fifth processing module, configured to control the authority of each link in the full life cycle by using the best matching user of each link in the full life cycle meeting the basic role authority requirement and a competition authority allocation result between the best matching users, so as to obtain an authority control mode;
and the sixth processing module is used for dynamically adjusting the competitive right distribution result and the right control mode of the user by utilizing the internal environment element information, the external environment element information, the user right individual condition and the historical right competitive relationship of the data product assets, so as to realize multi-user dynamic competitive right distribution control.
9. A multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control device, characterized in that the device comprises:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the multi-user dynamic competition right distribution control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
