The internal logic modules 100 of the enterprise management control system are respectively connected with the logic operation circuit 200, the logic operation circuit 200 is connected with the exception report measuring point module 300, and the exception report measuring point module 300 is connected with the alarm module 400.
The plurality of internal logic modules 100 are configured to convert respective current logic values into level values, which are input to the logic operation circuit 200; the logic operation circuit 200 is configured to perform logic operation according to each level value to obtain a level operation result, and send the level operation result to the exception report measuring point module 300.
The exception report measuring point module 300 is configured to determine whether to change the current detection level value according to the level operation result, and send an alarm signal to the alarm module 400 when the current detection level value is not equal to the detection level preset value.
The alarm module 400 sends alarm information in response to the alarm signal and performs an alarm operation.
Specifically, the enterprise management control system is an ABB Symphony system, and the ABB Symphony system is composed of a set of modules which use a microprocessor to execute control functions. The selection and the mutual cooperation of the control functions are realized on the main module through the composite software configuration 'function block'. A functional block is simply an input or output or an operation of an input or output. These function blocks are generic software control algorithms that can be used to perform specific tasks that require specialized hardware to perform in other types of systems, such as status displays, operations, parameters, alarms, etc. of the device. It has four types of functional blocks: an execution block containing parameters that affect the integrated operation of the modules; system constant blocks, to which some digital quantity parameters and analog quantity parameters such as 0, 1 and 100, 0, etc. belong; an input/output block which is a fixed block address and is a field input and output corresponding to each module through a terminal unit and field wiring; a user configuration block. The user configuration block is not a pre-designated block but is set by the user to perform user-specific functions to implement the control logic.
Each SYMPHONY master module has a predefined block address for selection, such as the functional blocks "AND", "OR", "NOT", "ON/OFF", etc. A user configures control logics with different functions according to needs by using functional blocks with different functions, the control logics are downloaded to main modules such as a controller and the like, and monitoring is carried out through a pre-designed monitoring picture, so that state monitoring, operation, alarm processing and the like of the field equipment are realized. The exception report is the name of ABB SYMPHONY function block "DO/L" D, and defines the input digital quantity signal, such as alarm state and measuring point generation.
According to the embodiment, when the current logic parameters of the enterprise management control system are changed, an alarm can be sent to remind the operating personnel, so that the operating personnel cannot forget to restore the set logic parameters, the safety of the control system is ensured, and potential safety hazards are eliminated. Meanwhile, through the added corresponding logic, under the condition that no notebook computer records or pictures are left, the set parameters of which equipment are modified can be found, and the equipment refusal caused by human errors is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the number of internal logic modules 100 includes at least one protection interlock fallback module 101 and at least one operating condition detection module 102; the protection interlocking switching module 101 and the operation condition detection module 102 are respectively connected with a logic operation circuit; the protection interlocking on-off module 101 is used for detecting whether the enterprise management control system exits the protection interlocking, when detecting that the enterprise management control system does not exit the protection interlocking, the current logic value of the protection interlocking on-off module 101 is equal to the set logic value, and when detecting that the enterprise management control system exits the protection interlocking, the current logic value of the protection interlocking on-off module 101 is changed into the inverse value of the set logic value; the operation condition detection module 102 is configured to detect whether the enterprise management control system satisfies an operation condition, where when it is detected that the enterprise management control system does not satisfy the operation condition, a current logic value of the operation condition detection module 102 is equal to a set logic value, and when it is detected that the enterprise management control system satisfies the operation, the current logic value of the operation condition detection module 102 is changed to an inverse value of the set logic value.
Specifically, the protection interlock switching module 101 or the operation condition detection module 102 of the ABB Symphony Composer is implemented by setting a logic value of an "ON/OFF" function block, that is, under a normal control logic, when a current logic value of the "ON/OFF" module of the protection interlock switching module 101 is "1", it indicates that protection interlock is switched in, and when the current logic value is "0", it indicates that protection interlock is switched OFF; when the current logic value of the "ON/OFF" block of the operation condition detection block 102 is "1", it indicates that the system is detected to satisfy the operation condition, and the condition of the logic preset is not required to be satisfied, and when the current logic value of the "ON/OFF" block is "0", it indicates that the system is detected that the operation condition is not satisfied, and the system is required to satisfy the condition of the logic preset to be operated. Therefore, in a normal case, the "ON/OFF" block of the protection interlock switching module 101 sets the logic value to "1", and the "ON/OFF" block of the operating condition detection module 102 sets the logic value to "0".
In the above embodiment, the logic operation circuit 200 is connected to the protection chain switching module 101 and the operating condition detection module 102 of the enterprise management control system, so that the detection accuracy is ensured.

In a specific implementation process, when the current logic values of all the protection chain switching modules 101 are all 1 and the current logic values of all the operation condition detection modules 102 are all 0, the level operation result output by the logic operation circuit 200 is 0, and at this time, the preset detection level value of the exception report measuring point module 300 is also 0, and no alarm signal is generated; however, when the current logic value of any one of the protection interlock switching modules 101 changes from 1 to 0 or the current logic value of any one of the operation condition detection modules 102 changes from 0 to 1, the logic operation circuit 200 outputs a level operation result having a value of 1, and the detection level value of the exception report measurement point module 300 changes from 0 to 1, and sends an alarm signal to the alarm module 400.
In the above embodiment, through the connection of a plurality of gates, when the change of the set logic value of any one of the protection interlock switching module 101 or the operating condition detection module 102 is not recovered, the alarm module 400 is triggered to alarm to remind an operator.

Specifically, the display device may be a monitoring screen. In a specific implementation process, after the current logic value is changed, sound and light alarm is triggered, after an operator or a maintainer confirms alarm information, the sound alarm disappears, the alarm information is still kept, and the light character plate is still in a lighting state.
