Further, the memory 109 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The processor 110 is a control center of the intelligent terminal, connects various parts of the entire intelligent terminal using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the intelligent terminal and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 109 and calling data stored in the memory 109, thereby performing overall monitoring of the intelligent terminal. Processor 110 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 110 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, optionally the application processor primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and the modem processor primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 110.
The intelligent terminal 100 may further include a power supply 111 (such as a battery) for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply 111 may be logically connected to the processor 110 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system.
Although not shown in fig. 1, the smart terminal 100 may further include a bluetooth module or the like, which is not described herein.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, a communication network system on which the intelligent terminal of the present application is based is described below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an architecture diagram of a communication Network system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the communication Network system is an LTE system of a universal mobile telecommunications technology, and the LTE system includes a UE (User Equipment) 201, an e-UTRAN (Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) 202, an epc (Evolved Packet Core) 203, and an IP service 204 of an operator, which are in communication connection in sequence.
Optionally, the UE201 may be the terminal 100 described above, and details are not described here.
The E-UTRAN202 includes eNodeB2021 and other eNodeBs 2022, among others. Alternatively, the eNodeB2021 may be connected with other enodebs 2022 through a backhaul (e.g., X2 interface), the eNodeB2021 is connected to the EPC203, and the eNodeB2021 may provide the UE201 access to the EPC 203.
The EPC203 may include MME (Mobility Management Entity) 2031, hss (Home Subscriber Server) 2032, other MME2033, SGW (Serving gateway) 2034, pgw (PDN gateway) 2035, PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) 2036, and the like. Optionally, the MME2031 is a control node that handles signaling between the UE201 and the EPC203, providing bearer and connection management. HSS2032 is used to provide some registers to manage functions such as home location register (not shown) and holds some user-specific information about service characteristics, data rates, etc. All user data may be sent through SGW2034, PGW2035 may provide IP address assignment for UE201 and other functions, and PCRF2036 is a policy and charging control policy decision point for traffic data flow and IP bearer resources, which selects and provides available policy and charging control decisions for a policy and charging enforcement function (not shown).
The IP services 204 may include the internet, intranets, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), or other IP services, among others.
Although the LTE system is described as an example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the LTE system, but may also be applied to other wireless communication systems, such as GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, 5G, and future new network systems (e.g. 6G), and the like.
Based on the above intelligent terminal hardware structure and communication network system, various embodiments of the present application are provided.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a loss prevention method, which comprises the following steps:
s10, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen locking state, acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal;
s20, when the current position is outside a preset resident area, acquiring a first voiceprint characteristic;
and S30, when the first voiceprint characteristic is not matched with a preset voiceprint characteristic, executing a losing action.
In this application embodiment, use the execution main part as intelligent terminal for example, intelligent terminal embeds or installs voice assistant, and when intelligent terminal was in the lock screen state, the user accessible pronunciation awaken up, the gesture awakens up, long presses the mode of power key and touch icon awakens up voice assistant, exemplarily, when receiving pronunciation awaken up information, judges whether pronunciation awaken up information contains predetermined awakening words, when containing predetermined awakening words, awakens up voice assistant.
Optionally, when the intelligent terminal is in the screen locking state, a voice assistant interface is output after the intelligent terminal is awakened based on a voice assistant, and a user can output a voice instruction to the voice assistant so that the intelligent terminal can execute preset operation corresponding to the voice instruction in the screen locking state. Optionally, when the voiceprint feature in the voice wake-up information is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, a loss action may be executed, so that the user finds that the intelligent terminal is lost in time and prevents the intelligent terminal from potential safety hazards, and a mode of executing the loss action may include at least one of the following:
locking the intelligent terminal;
and acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal, and sending the current position to a preset contact corresponding to the intelligent terminal.
Optionally, if the intelligent terminal is in a lost state, when the intelligent terminal is in a screen locking state, if a non-owner user is identified in order to prevent the voiceprint feature of the non-owner user from being recognized, the non-owner user often wakes up the voice assistant by using other wake-up modes except voice wake-up, so that the voiceprint feature of the non-owner user cannot be obtained, and in order to timely remind the user that the intelligent terminal is lost and reduce potential safety hazards caused by operation of the non-owner user after the intelligent terminal is lost, the embodiment of the application provides a method for determining whether to execute the lost action based on the current position of the intelligent terminal.
Optionally, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen-locked state, a current position of the intelligent terminal is obtained, the current position is compared with a preset resident area to judge whether the current position is in the preset resident area, when the current position is outside the preset resident area, the probability that the intelligent terminal is in a lost state is higher, but the intelligent terminal may also be moved to a new position from the preset resident area, and in order to detect whether the intelligent terminal is currently held by a user, or a non-main user, when the current position is determined to be outside the preset resident area, a first voiceprint feature is obtained, wherein the first voiceprint feature is a first voiceprint feature of a person currently holding the intelligent terminal, namely the first voiceprint feature may be a voiceprint feature of the user, or a voiceprint feature of the non-main user.
Optionally, the preset resident area may be set by a user through self definition, and may also be determined according to historical resident data of the user, optionally, the historical resident data includes resident positions of which the resident time is greater than or equal to a preset time, the distance between each two resident positions is determined according to the position between each two resident positions, the resident positions of which the distances are less than or equal to a preset threshold value are combined to generate the preset resident area, and the resident positions of which the distances are greater than the preset threshold value are taken as the circle center and an area formed by taking the preset threshold value as the radius is taken as the preset resident area. Optionally, the historical residence data further includes residence time periods of each residence position, residence time periods of each preset residence area are determined or generated according to the residence time periods of each residence position, after the current position of the intelligent terminal is obtained, a current time point is obtained, a target residence time period matched with the current time period is obtained, and then the preset residence area matched with the target residence time period is compared with the current position to judge whether the current position is in the preset residence area matched with the target residence time period.
Optionally, after obtaining the first voiceprint feature, determining whether the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, where the preset voiceprint feature includes a voiceprint feature of a holder of the intelligent terminal (a voiceprint feature of a user himself), and may also include a voiceprint feature of a white list person, where the preset voiceprint feature may be actively entered by the user himself based on a voiceprint entry interface, and may also be actively entered by the user based on the voiceprint interface, and the preset voiceprint feature may also be obtained in a manner of obtaining the voice call information of the user himself during a history call of the intelligent terminal, and determine the voiceprint feature according to the voice call information, and use the voiceprint feature corresponding to the voice call information as the preset voiceprint feature, where the preset voiceprint feature is not limited, and when the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the first voiceprint feature is a voiceprint feature of the user himself or a voiceprint feature of the white list person, which means that the intelligent terminal is not lost; and when the first voiceprint characteristic is not matched with the preset voiceprint characteristic, the intelligent terminal is in a lost state, a loss action is executed, and the intelligent terminal is locked and a user is informed of the loss of the intelligent terminal in time.
Optionally, the obtaining of the first voiceprint feature may be determined based on received voice wake-up information, the voice assistant is woken up when the voice wake-up information includes a preset wake-up keyword, the first voiceprint feature is obtained based on the voice wake-up information when it is detected that the current position of the intelligent terminal is outside a preset residential area, and a loss action is executed when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature.
Optionally, the first voiceprint feature may be obtained by outputting voice verification information based on a preset question, obtaining the first voiceprint feature based on the voice feedback information when receiving voice feedback information for the voice verification information, and performing a loss action when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature and/or an answer of the voice feedback information is not matched with an answer corresponding to the preset question.
Optionally, the voice assistant may be awakened in a manner that the intelligent terminal is automatically triggered to obtain usage data and/or system information of the intelligent terminal, and determine whether the intelligent terminal meets a loss prevention trigger condition according to the usage data and/or system information, and when the intelligent terminal meets the loss prevention trigger condition, awaken the voice assistant to obtain the first voiceprint feature, where the usage data includes payment behavior data and unlocking behavior data, the system information includes at least one of current time and current location, and the loss prevention trigger condition may include at least one of:
the payment frequency of the payment behavior data in the preset time length is greater than or equal to the preset payment frequency;
the unlocking failure frequency of the unlocking behavior data in the preset time length is greater than or equal to the preset frequency;
the current position is outside the preset resident area;
and the current position is located outside a preset resident area corresponding to the current time.
Optionally, when it is detected that the intelligent terminal meets a loss prevention triggering condition, it is preliminarily determined that the intelligent terminal is in a lost state, a temporary locking operation is performed on the intelligent terminal, at this time, any operation signal input by a user is refused to be responded, a voice assistant is further triggered, a person currently holding the intelligent terminal is prompted to input any voice information, so that a first voiceprint feature of the person currently holding the intelligent terminal is obtained, when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is not matched with a preset voiceprint feature, a loss action is performed, and when the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the temporary locking operation is released, so that the user continues to use the intelligent terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, when the voice assistant is awakened in the screen locking state, the current position of the intelligent terminal is obtained, when the current position is detected to be outside a preset resident area, a first voiceprint feature of a person who holds the intelligent terminal is obtained, when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the intelligent terminal is determined to be operated by a non-owner currently, then a loss action is executed, and the intelligent terminal is locked and a user is timely informed that the intelligent terminal is lost.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 4, based on the first embodiment, the loss prevention method of the present application proposes a second embodiment, and the method includes the following steps:
s10, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen locking state, acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal;
s21, when the current position is outside the preset residential area, outputting and updating voice prompt information of the preset residential area based on the current position;
s22, when voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received, acquiring the first voiceprint characteristic according to the voice feedback information;
s30: and when the first voiceprint characteristic is not matched with the preset voiceprint characteristic, executing a losing action.
Optionally, when a person holding the intelligent terminal uses another wake-up mode except for voice wake-up to avoid security monitoring of a voice assistant, the first voiceprint feature of the held intelligent terminal cannot be obtained at this time, which results in illegal operation of the intelligent terminal by a non-owner, and therefore, in order to avoid the above problem, the present application provides a mode of obtaining the first voiceprint feature.
Optionally, when the current position is outside the preset residential area, outputting voice prompt information for updating the preset residential area based on the current position, wherein the voice prompt information is used for executing a user to update the current position to the preset residential area, and when voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received, acquiring a first voiceprint characteristic of a person holding the intelligent terminal according to the voice feedback information.
Optionally, after the voice prompt information is output, the intelligent terminal prohibits responding to any voice instruction input by the user or a non-user based on a voice assistant, and only when voice feedback information for the voice prompt information is received, the intelligent terminal acquires a first voiceprint feature according to the voice feedback information, and when the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, the intelligent terminal continues responding to any voice instruction input by the user based on the voice assistant to execute preset operation corresponding to the voice instruction, such as dialing a phone, sending a short message, and the like.
Optionally, after the voice prompt information is output, a first voiceprint feature is obtained according to the received voice feedback information, and when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with a preset voiceprint feature, it is determined that the intelligent terminal is in a lost state, and then a loss action is executed. Optionally, when it is detected that the current position is outside the preset resident area, the voice prompt information is output and the intelligent terminal is controlled to respond to any voice instruction, so that a current person holding the intelligent terminal is prompted to output voice feedback information based on the voice prompt information, and then a first voiceprint feature used for judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state or not is obtained based on the voice feedback information, so that the intelligent terminal in the lost state is prevented from being illegally operated by a non-owner user.
Optionally, the voice feedback information may be answer information for the voice prompt information, for example, referring to fig. 5, as the voice prompt information is: "whether to set the current region as a resident region", the answer information may be "good" or "reject"; the voice feedback information may also be voice with any content, and the voice assistant is not limited herein, and the voice assistant may obtain the first voiceprint feature only by receiving the voice feedback information with any content and based on the voice feedback information.
Optionally, in order to determine the accuracy of whether the intelligent terminal is in the lost state, referring to fig. 6, after the step S21, the method further includes:
s23, when the voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is not received within the preset time length, the lost action is executed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
s24, when voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received within a preset time length, the step of obtaining the first voiceprint characteristic according to the voice feedback information is executed.
Optionally, after the voice prompt information is output, a countdown timer may be displayed on a voice assistant display interface, timing is started, and when it is detected that a preset time duration does not receive voice feedback information for the voice prompt information, it is determined that a person currently holding the intelligent terminal is a non-owner user, and a loss action is executed.
Optionally, when voice feedback information for the voice prompt information is received within a preset time period, the step of obtaining the first voiceprint feature according to the voice feedback information is executed, so as to determine whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state based on the first voiceprint feature again.
Optionally, when it is detected that the current position is outside the preset residential area, a voice prompt message including any content, such as "trouble you say any sentence", may be output, where the voice prompt message is used to prompt a person currently holding the intelligent terminal to input voice feedback information, so as to collect a first voiceprint feature of the person currently holding the intelligent terminal.
Optionally, when the voice assistant is awakened in the screen locking state, when it is detected that the current position of the intelligent terminal is outside a preset resident area, the voice prompt information of the preset resident area or the voice prompt information containing any content is output and updated based on the current position, so as to prompt a person who holds the intelligent terminal to output voice feedback information to the voice assistant, when the voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received, the first voiceprint feature is obtained according to the voice feedback information, and then according to whether the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the person who holds the intelligent terminal is a non-owner user, a loss action is executed, the intelligent terminal is locked, and the user is notified that the intelligent terminal is lost in time, by obtaining the current position of the intelligent terminal and the first voiceprint feature of the person who holds the intelligent terminal in time, a determination condition for determining that the intelligent terminal is in a loss state is used according to the current position and the first voiceprint feature, whether the intelligent terminal is found in time, and the anti-theft performance is improved.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 7, based on the first embodiment and the second embodiment, an embodiment of the present application provides a third embodiment of a loss prevention method, where the method includes the following steps:
s10, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen locking state, acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal;
s21, when the current position is outside the preset residential area, outputting and updating voice prompt information of the preset residential area based on the current position;
s22, when voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received, acquiring the first voiceprint characteristic according to the voice feedback information;
s40, when the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, determining or generating a target resident area according to the voice feedback information;
and S50, updating the preset permanent area according to the target permanent area.
Optionally, when the voice assistant is awakened in the screen-locked state, it is determined whether the current position of the intelligent terminal is in a preset resident area, when the current position is outside the preset resident area, it is preliminarily determined that the intelligent terminal is likely to be in a lost state, and then voice prompt information is output, so as to obtain voice feedback information of the intelligent terminal held by the hand currently, a first voiceprint feature is obtained based on the voice feedback information, so as to verify the preliminary determination result again, and prevent a missing action from being executed by mistake, so that user experience is affected, when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, it is finally determined that the intelligent terminal is in the lost state, when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, it is determined that the intelligent terminal is not lost, and when the voice assistant is awakened next time, the voice prompt information of updating the preset resident area is output based on the current position still executed, so that the voice prompt information is triggered and output many times, so that user experience is affected.
Optionally, when the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, determining or generating a target resident area according to the voice feedback information; optionally, the voice feedback information may be "setting the current position as a preset permanent area", further determining or generating a target permanent area according to the current position, and updating the preset permanent area according to the target permanent area, where the preset permanent area includes not only the preset permanent area set previously but also the target permanent area. Optionally, the voice feedback information may further include a maintenance duration of the target residence area, when the user resides at the current location for a short time, the user may set the maintenance duration for the target residence area, and delete the target residence area after the duration after the preset residence area is updated by the target residence area is longer than the maintenance duration. Optionally, the determining or generating the target resident area according to the current location includes: and taking the current position as a center, taking a preset threshold as a radius generated closed area, and taking the closed area generated by taking the current position as a center point as the target resident area, wherein the preset threshold can be 10m or 50m, and can be determined according to user-defined setting.
Optionally, the voice feedback information may also be any voice instruction, when the voice feedback information is a voice instruction, and when it is determined that the first voiceprint feature matches the preset voiceprint feature, the target resident area is updated to the preset resident area, and a preset operation corresponding to the voice instruction is executed, for example, when the voice feedback information is "help me dial a phone of a certain person", when it is determined that the first voiceprint feature matches the preset voiceprint feature, a voice session request with the certain person is established without unlocking the intelligent terminal, so that, after the voice prompt information is output, when the voice feedback information is received, a verification operation on whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state can be completed based on the voice feedback information, a corresponding operation can also be completed based on the voice feedback information, and a user does not need to input voice information for many times, thereby improving user experience.
Optionally, in practical operation, the method further comprises:
acquiring the residence times of each preset residence area in a preset time period;
and deleting the preset resident area with the resident times less than or equal to the preset resident times.
Optionally, the preset resident areas stored in the intelligent terminal can be updated in real time or periodically, the resident times of each preset resident area in a preset time period are obtained, the preset resident areas with the resident times smaller than or equal to the preset resident times are obtained, and then the preset resident areas with the resident times smaller than or equal to the preset resident times are deleted, so that the preset resident areas are updated in real time or periodically, and the storage space is saved.
Optionally, the residence time of each preset residence area in a preset time period may be acquired, the preset residence area with the residence time less than or equal to the preset residence time is acquired, and the preset residence area with the residence time less than or equal to the preset residence time is deleted.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the target resident area is determined or generated according to the current position, and then the preset resident area is updated according to the target resident area, so that the step of outputting and updating the voice prompt information of the preset resident area based on the current position is prevented from being executed by mistake for many times, and the user experience is improved.
Fourth embodiment
Referring to fig. 8, based on all the above embodiments, the present application proposes a fourth embodiment of a loss prevention method, which includes the following steps:
s10, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen locking state, acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal;
s25, when the current position is outside a preset resident area, outputting task inquiry information based on the voice assistant;
s26, when receiving task feedback information aiming at the task inquiry information, acquiring the first voiceprint characteristic according to the task feedback information;
s27, when the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, executing a preset operation corresponding to the task feedback information;
and S30, when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, executing a losing action.
Optionally, when it is determined that the current location is outside the preset residential area, task query information is output based on the voice assistant, for example, "hello ask you to help you do what", and when task feedback information for the task query information is received, for example, "call someone's phone", the task feedback information is a voice instruction to instruct the intelligent terminal to execute a preset operation corresponding to the task feedback information.
Optionally, when the task feedback information is received, a first voiceprint feature is obtained based on the task feedback information, and when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, a preset operation corresponding to the task feedback information is executed, so that when a user receives task inquiry information, the task feedback information can be directly output to a voice assistant, based on the task feedback information, whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state or not can be verified, and when it is determined that the intelligent terminal is in a non-lost state, the corresponding preset operation can be directly executed based on the task feedback information, and user experience is improved.
Optionally, after the first voiceprint feature is obtained according to the task feedback information, when the first voiceprint feature is not matched with a preset voiceprint feature, a loss action is executed, and a preset operation corresponding to the task feedback information is refused to be executed.
Optionally, when it is detected that the current position of the intelligent terminal is outside the preset resident area, task inquiry information is output based on the voice assistant to receive task feedback information output by a person who holds the intelligent terminal at present, the first voiceprint feature is further obtained according to the task feedback information, when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, a loss action is executed, when it is detected that the first voiceprint feature is matched with the preset voiceprint feature, a preset operation corresponding to the task feedback information is executed, it is realized that whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state can be verified by using one voice input, the preset operation required to be executed by a user is completed based on one voice input, the anti-theft function of the intelligent terminal is improved, and meanwhile, the operation efficiency is improved.
Fifth embodiment
Referring to fig. 9, based on all the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present application further provides a fifth embodiment of a loss prevention method, where the method includes the following steps:
s10, when the voice assistant is awakened in a screen locking state, acquiring the current position of the intelligent terminal;
s60, when the current position is in a preset resident area, receiving an input voice instruction based on the voice assistant;
s70, acquiring a second voiceprint characteristic corresponding to the voice command;
s80, when the second voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, executing a preset operation corresponding to the voice command;
and S90, when the second voiceprint characteristic is not matched with the preset voiceprint characteristic, executing a losing action.
Optionally, after the intelligent terminal is lost, the intelligent terminal may still be in a preset resident area, and when it is detected that the current position is in the preset resident area, it is preliminarily determined that the intelligent terminal is not lost, and then an input voice instruction is received based on the voice assistant, where the voice instruction is used to instruct the intelligent terminal to execute a preset operation corresponding to the voice instruction.
Optionally, after the voice instruction is obtained, obtaining a second voiceprint feature corresponding to the voice instruction, verifying whether the intelligent terminal is in a lost state again based on the second voiceprint feature, and when it is detected that the second voiceprint feature matches a preset voiceprint feature, determining that the intelligent terminal is in a non-lost state, and further executing a preset operation corresponding to the voice instruction; and when the second voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, determining that the intelligent terminal is in a lost state, refusing to execute the preset operation corresponding to the voice command, and further executing a lost action.
Optionally, when the voice assistant is awakened in the screen locking state, when the current position of the intelligent terminal is in a preset resident area, based on the fact that the voice assistant receives the input voice command, the voice command is utilized to obtain a second voiceprint feature, when the second voiceprint feature is not matched with the preset voiceprint feature, the loss action is executed, the intelligent terminal is locked in time, the intelligent terminal is reminded of being lost, and the anti-theft performance of the intelligent terminal is improved.
The embodiment of the application further provides an intelligent terminal, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a loss prevention program, and the steps of the loss prevention method in any embodiment are realized when the loss prevention program is executed by the processor.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where a loss prevention program is stored on the storage medium, and the steps of the loss prevention method in any of the above embodiments are implemented when the loss prevention program is executed by the processor.
In the embodiments of the intelligent terminal and the storage medium provided in the present application, all technical features of any one of the above embodiments of the loss prevention method may be included, and the expanding and explaining contents of the specification are basically the same as those of the above embodiments of the method, and are not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product, which includes computer program code, when the computer program code runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method in the above various possible embodiments.

when the first voiceprint feature is matched with a preset voiceprint feature, determining or generating a target resident area according to the voice feedback information;
and updating the preset resident area according to the target resident area.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the step of outputting the voice guidance information for updating the preset permanent area based on the current location further comprises:
when the voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is not received within a preset time length, a losing action is executed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when voice feedback information aiming at the voice prompt information is received within a preset time length, executing the step of acquiring the first voiceprint characteristic according to the voice feedback information.

9. An intelligent terminal, comprising: memory, a processor, wherein the memory has stored thereon a loss prevention program which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the loss prevention method of any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the loss prevention method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
