Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
When the self-service financial terminal equipment is used, in order to ensure that a user can quickly and accurately follow the operation flow indicated by the system screen, the user operation can be guided through the indicating lamp, the indicating lamp of the financial terminal equipment can play an indicating and reminding role when the user operates the equipment, for example, the user uses a self-service cash dispenser, the indicating lamp of the card reader equipment can be used for prompting the user to insert a card part, and when the user should insert a bank card into the card reader, the indicating lamp of the card reader equipment is controlled to be lightened to prompt the user to insert the bank card into the card reader, so that the user can quickly carry out the operation of the equipment according to the prompt content of the screen.
There may be a plurality of devices with indicator lights in a financial terminal device, such as a self-service teller machine with indicator lights: in order to realize the indication of the corresponding equipment by the indicator lamp, the indicator lamp needs to be associated with the target equipment indicated by the indicator lamp, wherein the target equipment refers to any one of all the equipment with the indicator lamp in the financial terminal equipment, and because the indicator lamp and the target equipment do not have direct electrical association, the association setting of the indicator lamp and the target equipment needs to be manually carried out, so that the association of the indicator lamp and the target equipment can be realized.
In general, the association configuration file generated by associating the target device with the indicator light is usually implemented by software, and when the association configuration file is lost or modified by other illegal files, the association relationship between the target device and the indicator light is easy to be wrong, so that wrong indication is brought to the user operation device, and the user operation is directly affected.
Therefore, when the financial terminal equipment is started up each time, the association relation between the target equipment and the indicator lamp needs to be checked and corrected, so that the correct association relation between the target equipment and the indicator lamp is ensured.
In order to achieve the above technical effects, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for correcting an association relationship, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method for correcting an association relationship, as shown in fig. 1, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S101, obtaining association items in association configuration files of target equipment and indicator lights.
The association item comprises association relation between configuration content and configuration item, wherein the configuration content represents an indicator lamp, and the configuration item represents the indicator lamp position of the indicator lamp on the target equipment.
The target device is any device with an indicator light in the financial terminal device, such as a card reader, an encryption keyboard, an identity card reader, a camera, a flowing water, a receipt, a machine core, a passbook printer, a bill issuing machine, a bill accepting device, a scanner, a laser printer, a card issuing machine and the like in the self-service cash dispenser, when the indicator light indicates the target device, the indicator light is generally close to or embedded in the target device, for example, the indicator light of the card reader device in the self-service cash dispenser is generally positioned above a card inserting position, and if a card inserting operation is prompted to a user, the indicator light of the card reader device above the card inserting position is lighted to prompt the user to insert a card. Therefore, the indication lamp is associated with the indication lamp of the target device at the indication lamp position, and when the financial terminal device controls the indication lamp to be lighted, the indication lamp of the target device is lighted, so that a user is prompted to operate the target device.
In this embodiment, an association configuration file of the target device and the indicator light is preset, where the association configuration file is composed of association items, the association items include association relations between configuration content and configuration items, the configuration content represents the indicator light, and the configuration items represent positions of the indicator light on the target device. Since there may be one or more indicator lights for each target device, the plurality of indicator lights respectively indicate different locations of the target device, the association profile contains at least one association. For example, when the target device has a plurality of positions and needs the indicator lamp, each indicator lamp is numbered, such as L1, L2, L3, etc., L1 is used for indicating the a position of the target device, L2 is used for indicating the B position of the target device, and L3 is used for indicating the C position of the target device, then L1 forms an association with the indicator lamp position of the target device when indicating the a position of the target device, L2 forms an association with the indicator lamp position of the target device when indicating the B position of the target device, and L3 forms an association with the indicator lamp position of the target device when indicating the C position of the target device. If the target device has only one indicator light, such as L1, the L1 and the indicator light position of the target device form an associated item, such as a card reader, when the indicator light L1 for indicating the card reader is positioned above the card reader, the configuration content represents the indicator light L1 of the card reader, the configuration item represents the card reader, and the two form an associated item.
In this embodiment, the preset association configuration file is stored in the local file of the terminal, when the financial terminal device is powered on, the terminal program obtains the association configuration file from the local file of the terminal, when the association configuration file fails to be obtained from the local file, for example, the association configuration file of the association name is not found in the associated default directory in the local file or the association configuration file is empty, or the association content of the target device and the indicator light is not found in the associated position of the registry, the preset association configuration file is downloaded from the server, when the preset association configuration file fails to be downloaded from the server, for example, the association configuration file of the target device and the indicator light is not found in the server, the default association configuration file is generated, wherein the default association configuration file is obtained according to the probability arrangement of association probability between the same model device and the indicator light, for example, the probability that the indicator light L1 of the card reader configuration is 65% for the terminal device model of the yieldable CDS-550S, the probability that the indicator light L3 is 30% for the indicator light L7% and the probability that the indicator light L1 is the priority is 5% for the indicator light forms the indicator light at the associated position of the card reader.
After the association configuration file is acquired, further, the association item is acquired from the association configuration file, and the association relation between the configuration content in the association item and the configuration item is checked and corrected.
And step S102, traversing the associated items in the associated configuration file, and lighting up the indicator lights represented by the configuration content in the traversed target associated items.
Step S103, obtaining the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp, judging whether the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is the same as the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association, so as to judge whether the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct, and correcting the target association when the association relationship is incorrect.
In this embodiment, the method for checking and correcting the association between the configuration content and the configuration item in the association includes:
traversing the association items in the association configuration file, and lighting the indicator lights represented by the configuration content of the traversed target association item, if the association relation between the configuration items and the configuration content in the target association item is wrong, a plurality of indicator lights on the operation table may be lighted, or the actually lighted indicator lights are not the same as the indicator lights represented by the configuration content, so in the embodiment, by acquiring the actual positions of the actually lighted indicator lights, whether the actual positions of the actually lighted indicator lights are the same as the positions of the indicator lights represented by the configuration items in the target association item is judged, so as to judge whether the association relation between the configuration items and the configuration content in the target association item is correct, and when the association relation is incorrect, the target association item is corrected.
And step S1031, shooting a video image of the operation desk, and judging whether the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is the same as the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association according to the video image.
And S1032, when the actual position is the same as the position of the indicator light represented by the configuration item in the target association, the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct.
And step S1033, when the actual position is different from the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association, the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is wrong.
In this embodiment, by capturing a video image of the console, it is determined from the video image whether the actual position where the actually lit indicator lamp is located is the same as the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association. For example, the target device is a card reader, the indicator lamp indicating the card reader is located above the card reader, the configuration content in the target association is the indicator lamp L1, the indicator lamp L1 is turned on according to the indicator lamp L1 represented by the configuration content, a video image of the operation desk is shot, the actual position of the actually turned-on indicator lamp is obtained according to the video image, whether the actual position of the actually turned-on indicator lamp is located above the card reader is judged, if the actual position of the actually turned-on indicator lamp is located above the card reader, the indicator lamp located above the card reader is the indicator lamp L1, the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct, if the actual position of the actually turned-on indicator lamp is not located above the card reader, the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is incorrect.
Step 10311, obtaining the image pixel block position of the indicator light position represented by the configuration item in the target association from the video image, performing feature analysis on the image pixel block position, and judging whether the indicator light position has a light on or not;
step S10312, when the indication lamp is turned on, judging whether other indication lamps except the indication lamp corresponding to the indication lamp position on the operation panel are not turned on, and when the other indication lamps are not turned on, determining that the actual position of the actually turned-on indication lamp is the same as the indication lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association; and when the position of the indicator lamp is not lighted, determining that the actual position of the actually lighted indicator lamp is different from the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association.
Specifically, in one possible implementation manner, an image pixel block position where an indicator light position represented by a configuration item in a target association is located is obtained from a video image, feature analysis is performed on the image pixel block position, and whether the indicator light position is lighted is judged, so that whether the actual position where the indicator light which is actually lighted is the same as the indicator light position represented by the configuration item in the target association is determined.
If the indication lamp position is lighted, further, in order to further improve the detection accuracy, on the basis of judging that the actual position of the actually lighted indication lamp is the same as the indication lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association, judging whether other indication lamps are lighted except for the indication lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association, if not, finally judging that the association relation between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct, specifically, acquiring the image pixel block positions of all the indication lamps except the indication lamp corresponding to the indication lamp position on the operation panel from the image video, carrying out feature analysis on the image pixel block positions, judging whether the indication lamp is lighted, if not, determining that the actual position of the actually lighted indication lamp is the same as the indication lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association, and if not, determining that the actual position of the actually lighted indication lamp is different from the indication lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association. For example, the target device is a card reader, the indicator lamp of the indicator card reader is located above the card reader, the configuration content in the target association is the indicator lamp L1, the indicator lamp L1 is turned on according to the indicator lamp L1 represented by the configuration content, a video image of the operation desk is shot, the image pixel block position of the position above the card reader is obtained from the video image, the characteristic analysis is carried out on the image pixel block position, when the analysis shows that the lamp is turned on at the position above the card reader, the actual position of the actually turned-on indicator lamp is just above the card reader, the image pixel block position of the position of all the indicator lamps on the operation desk except the indicator lamp L1 is further obtained, the characteristic analysis is carried out on the image pixel block position, when the analysis shows that the lamp is not turned on at the position of all the indicator lamps on the operation desk except the indicator lamp L1, namely, the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is determined to be correct.
And if the position of the indicator lamp is not lighted, determining that the actual position of the actually lighted indicator lamp is different from the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association.
Step S10313, comparing the video image with the standard image, and determining whether the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct according to whether the video image is consistent with the standard image.
Step S10314, when the video image is inconsistent with the standard image, the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is different from the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association; and when the video image is consistent with the standard image, the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is the same as the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association.
The standard image is an image when the indicator lamp represented by the configuration content in the target association is correctly lighted.
In another possible implementation manner, whether the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association is correct or not can be judged by comparing the video image with the standard image, when the video image is inconsistent with the standard image, the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is different from the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association, and when the video image is consistent with the standard image, the actual position of the actually-lighted indicator lamp is the same as the position of the indicator lamp represented by the configuration item in the target association. The standard image can be stored in a local file in advance, and can be extracted from the local file when the standard image is required to be compared with the local file, and in addition, the standard image can be updated periodically in order to improve the accuracy of standard image acquisition.
Step S1032, obtaining an indicator light set, wherein indicator lights in the indicator light set are ranked from large to small according to the association probability between the indicator light positions represented by the configuration items in the target association.
And step S1033, replacing the configuration content in the target association with the ith indicator lamp in the indicator lamp set to obtain the ith reorganization association, wherein the initial value of i is 1.
Step S1034, judging whether the association relationship between the configuration item and the configuration content in the ith reorganization association is correct.
And step S1035, if the association relation is correct, taking the ith recombined association as a corrected target association, deleting the ith indicator lamp in the indicator lamp set, and continuing traversing the next association.
Step S1036, if not, making i=i+1, and returning to execute the step of replacing the configuration content in the target association with the i-th indicator in the indicator set to obtain the i-th reorganized association until the association is correct.
When the association relation between the configuration item and the configuration content in the target association item is wrong, the association relation is corrected, specifically:
when the indicator light represented by the configuration content in the target associated item is not matched with the indicator light represented by the configuration item in the target associated item, the indicator light represented by the current configuration content in the target associated item is incorrect, and the indicator light corresponding to the indicator light represented by the configuration item in the target associated item may be other indicator lights on the operation desk. In this embodiment, the correct indicator light is determined by sequentially attempting to correlate with the indicator light position represented by the configuration item in the target association with the other indicator lights on the console.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of determining the correct indicator lamp, the association probability between the indicator lamp in the indicator lamp set and the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association is obtained, the indicator lamp in the indicator lamp set is ordered from large to small according to the association probability between the indicator lamp in the indicator lamp set and the indicator lamp position represented by the configuration item in the target association, the indicator lamp with the largest association probability is firstly used for replacing the indicator lamp represented by the current configuration item in the target association, the first reorganization association is obtained, the correctness of the association relationship between the configuration content and the configuration item in the first reorganization association is analyzed and judged by adopting a method similar to the steps 102 and 103, and when the association relationship between the configuration content and the configuration item in the first reorganization association is correct, the first reorganization association is used as the target association after the correction. After the association relationship in the current target association is detected, the association relationship in the next association is continuously detected, so that the correction efficiency of the next association is improved.
And when the association relation between the configuration content and the configuration item in the first reconfiguration associated item is incorrect, continuously replacing the indicator lamp with the second highest association probability with the indicator lamp represented by the current configuration content in the first reconfiguration associated item to obtain a second reconfiguration associated item, analyzing and judging the correctness of the association relation between the configuration content and the configuration item in the second reconfiguration associated item, and the like until the association relation is correct, and taking the reconfiguration associated item with the correct association relation as a corrected target associated item.
For example, if the terminal model is a terminal with a happy CDS-550S, the probability that the indicator light configured by the card reader is indicator light L1 is 65%, the probability that the indicator light is L3 is 30%, and the probability that the indicator light is L7 is 5%, the indicator light of the card reader on a certain terminal is determined, and the method is as follows: firstly, the terminal model is obtained, a terminal model of which is a happy CDS-550S is obtained, next, a new probability analysis file corresponding to the terminal model of which is a happy CDS-550S is obtained, the probability of obtaining each indicator lamp configured by a card reader is 65% of the probability of obtaining the indicator lamp configured by the card reader L1, the probability of obtaining the indicator lamp L3 is 30%, the probability of obtaining the indicator lamp L7 is 5%, then, the indicator lamp with the maximum probability is obtained, the indicator lamp L1 is lightened, other indicator lamps are extinguished, the terminal operation interface image (including the card reader and the indicator lamp) is obtained, whether the indicator lamp at the position of the card reader in the operation interface image is on or not is analyzed, if yes, the card reader indicator lamp is determined to be L1, otherwise, the second high probability indicator lamp is obtained to be L3, the indicator lamp is lightened, the other indicator lamp is extinguished, whether the other indicator lamp is on or not is obtained in the state, if no other indicator lamp is obtained in the card reader image, otherwise, if no other indicator lamp is obtained in the other indicator lamp is 7, and if no other indicator lamp is obtained in the other indicator image, and if no other indicator lamp is on is selected, and if no other indicator lamp is on, the other indicator lamp is displayed in the image, and if no other indicator lamp is displayed in the image is displayed, and if no indicator lamp is displayed in the image is displayed. And acquiring an operation interface image (including an image of a card reader and indication lamps) of the terminal, analyzing whether the indication lamps at the position of the card reader in the operation interface image are on or not, and if the indication lamps are in an off state, determining that the indication lamps of the card reader are the lamps, otherwise, continuing to select the next indication lamp until the correct indication lamps are found or all the indication lamps are judged.
