The target filling area is drawn on the basic film coating material according to the personalized data, the personalized filling is carried out on the target filling area, the medicine in the spraying process is prevented from flowing to other areas through the drawn outline, so that the spraying can be carried out quickly, the traditional extrusion printing mode is not adopted, the filling efficiency is greatly improved, the film coating manufacturing time is saved, the waste of medicine components caused by the full coating mode is avoided, the film coating manufacturing cost is reduced, and the personalized film coating manufacturing with high efficiency and low cost is realized.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for manufacturing a dressing, including:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the target user;
the generating module is used for generating personalized data according to the user information;
and the filling and cutting module is used for filling and cutting on a basic film coating material based on the personalized data to obtain a film coating corresponding to the target user.
The principle and implementation process of the present embodiment for realizing the film application are please refer to the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal device, where the terminal device includes a memory, a processor, and a film formation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and the film formation program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the film formation method described above.
Since the whole technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are adopted when the application program is executed by the processor, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the whole technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a dressing making program is stored, and the dressing making program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the dressing making method as described above.
Since the application program is executed by the processor, all technical solutions of all the aforementioned embodiments are adopted, so that at least all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of all the aforementioned embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
Compared with the prior art, the method, the device, the terminal equipment and the storage medium for manufacturing the dressing provided by the embodiment of the invention acquire the user information of the target user; generating personalized data according to the user information; and filling and cutting on a basic film coating material based on the personalized data to obtain a film coating corresponding to the target user. Personalized data can be generated according to the acquired user information, personalized customization can be realized according to a target user without comprehensively scanning body data of the user, the base film coating material is filled and cut through the personalized data based on the user, a longer printing process is not needed, a film customized for the target user can be quickly obtained, and the personalized film can be manufactured efficiently at low cost.

Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, a controlled terminal, or a network device) to execute the method of each embodiment of the present application.

Claims (10)
1. The method for manufacturing the dressing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring user information of a target user;
generating personalized data according to the user information;
and filling and cutting on a basic film coating material based on the personalized data to obtain a film coating corresponding to the target user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user information includes one or more of gender, age, weight, location to be filmed, size to be filmed, and formulation of ingredients to be filmed, and the step of generating personalized data based on the user information includes:
matching a three-dimensional human body model from a preset database according to the gender, age and/or weight in the user information;
based on the three-dimensional human body model, forming personalized plane data according to the part to be filmed and the size to be filmed in the user information;
and generating the personalized data according to the formula of the components to be coated and the personalized plane data.
3. The method for making a dressing according to claim 2, wherein said step of forming personalized plane data based on said three-dimensional human body model according to the part to be dressed and the size to be dressed in said user information comprises:
performing circle drawing on the three-dimensional human body model according to the part to be coated with the film in the user information to obtain two-dimensional plane data of the part to be coated with the film;
and scaling the two-dimensional plane data of the part to be coated with the film according to the size to be coated to form the personalized plane data.
4. The method for making a dressing of claim 1, wherein said step of applying and cutting a base dressing material based on said customized data to obtain a dressing corresponding to said target user further comprises:
and manufacturing a preset base material into the basic filming material.
5. The method for making a dressing according to claim 4, wherein said personalized data comprises said personalized plane data, each marking area in said personalized plane data, area filling component corresponding to each marking area and/or component dosage corresponding to said area filling component, said step of filling and cutting on the base dressing material based on said personalized data to obtain the dressing corresponding to said target user comprises:
performing circle drawing on the basic film coating material according to each marked area in the personalized plane data to obtain a target filling area;
and filling and cutting the target filling area according to the area filling component corresponding to each marked area and the component dosage corresponding to the area filling component to obtain the dressing film corresponding to the target user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said step of circling the base dressing material according to each marked area in the personalized plane data to obtain a target filling area comprises:
and performing circle drawing on the basic film coating material by adopting the preset substrate material according to the mark areas through a first preset nozzle to obtain the target filling area.
7. The method for manufacturing a coating film according to claim 5, wherein the step of filling and cutting the target filling area according to the area filling component corresponding to each marked area and the component dose corresponding to the area filling component to obtain the coating film corresponding to the target user comprises:
filling the corresponding marking area with the area filling components through a second preset nozzle according to the corresponding component dosage to obtain a filled coating film;
and cutting the filled dressing film through a cutting module according to the personalized plane data to obtain the dressing film corresponding to the target user.
8. A film forming apparatus, characterized in that it comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the target user;
the generating module is used for generating personalized data according to the user information;
and the filling and cutting module is used for filling and cutting on a basic film coating material based on the personalized data to obtain a film coating corresponding to the target user.
9. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a dressing making program stored on said memory and executable on said processor, said dressing making program when executed by said processor implementing the steps of the dressing making method according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a dressing making program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the dressing making method according to any one of claims 1-7.
