That is, the drinking spout 2 is brought into contact with the mouth so as to drink with one hand, the container body 1 is carried with one hand only and tilted with the hand, and the shape, number, and arrangement (total opening area, arrangement of openings) of the water passage holes 10 of the food material support portion 11 partitioning the upper and lower portions in the container body 1 are determined by the shape, number, and arrangement of the water passage holes, the amount of the beverage 3 flowing out upward from the lower side is limited to a small amount, and the small amount of the beverage 3 is limited to flow out, so that the food 4 is washed away by the small amount of the beverage 3 or injected into the drinking spout 2 from the injection port 6 along the flow, and can be eaten by one hand without using chopsticks, as desired, such as to drink only the food 4 by one hand.
When it is desired to drink mainly the beverage 3, the inclined container body 1 is inclined by changing the orientation thereof by, for example, changing the grip thereof, and the side on which the plurality of water passage holes 10 are formed is inclined toward the front, so that the flow restriction is insufficient, and a large amount of the beverage 3 is poured out and can be drunk by one hand.
The height of the food material support portion 11, the arrangement, shape, number of the water passage holes 10, and the like are designed and set according to the intended commodity, that is, the food material 4 and the beverage 3 to be stored, and how to eat and drink them, and the desired outflow restriction degree, as in the present embodiment, a closed support surface portion 12 having a configuration in which the water passage holes 10 are not formed at all or almost all is provided in the central portion of the circular food material support portion 11, a beverage restricted outflow portion 13 having a plurality of small water passage holes 10 (formed in a smaller amount in parallel than the opposing peripheral portion) formed in parallel is provided in the proximal peripheral portion, and another beverage restricted outflow surface portion 13 which serves as an exhaust hole at the time of outflow to prevent pulsating outflow and reduces restriction of the beverage 3 at the time of drinking from the opposing peripheral portion as the proximal side to enable a relatively large amount of the beverage 3 to be drunk.
As another example, as shown in fig. 6, the closed support surface portion 12 is provided in the central portion without the water passage holes 10, but the beverage restricting outflow surface portion 13 may be provided with the water passage holes 10 uniformly over the entire circumference of the peripheral portion (fig. 6 (b)), or may be provided with the water passage holes 10 only in one side peripheral portion, and the other portions may be all provided as the closed support surface portions 12 (fig. 6 (c) and 6 (d)), or may be provided with, for example, four beverage restricting outflow surface portions 13 different in the total opening area depending on the number and size of the water passage holes 10, along the peripheral portion, around the closed support surface portion 12 in the central portion, and the restricted outflow amount of the beverage 3 may be changed to a desired amount in four ways by changing the inclination direction of the container body 1, so that the pouring of the beverage 3 and the food material 4 can be adjusted ((e) of fig. 6).
The present embodiment is further described by specific examples. As described above, the present embodiment is configured to provide the following products: the container body 1 is a plastic bottle, the drinking spout 2 is a tapered cylindrical portion 7 of the plastic bottle, the cap 5 is a plastic bottle cap which is detachably and openably screwed to the cylindrical pouring portion to hermetically seal the drinking spout 2, and the outer periphery of the container body 1 is provided with a portable food container having a mounting surface covered with a heat insulating material 16 which is also a design target, together with a commodity advertisement, an instruction display, and a direction display indicating a use direction, and is a so-called one-hand drinkable (one-hand edible) commodity instant bottle pull-up surface.
Specifically, the food material support 11 made of the same material and having the water passage holes 10 of a predetermined size and shape and arranged in a vertically spaced state is arranged at a predetermined height in the plastic bottle, and a predetermined amount of the instant noodles as the product of the food material 4 is placed on the transparent thin disk-shaped food material support 11 in advance.
When the hot water 17 is injected from the drinking spout 2 into the noodle in the plastic bottle, the noodle is a dry noodle for cup drawing which is soft and scattered in several minutes and is eaten, and is made short for easy one-handed eating, and dry edible materials and the like are also stored together, and similarly, a lump, powder or liquid soup material dissolved in the hot water 17 is previously stored, or a soup material storage container 8 storing a soup material is prepared, and the lid is opened to inject the hot water 17 and store it, or the prepared soup material storage container 8 is opened to inject the soup material and to inject the hot water 17 and store it.
Then, the user may wait for several minutes as it is, or may close the cover again, and as shown in fig. 3, the upper and lower inverted surfaces may be reliably immersed in the liquid, or may be shaken so that the soup material is dissolved and mixed to be uniform.
In this way, the present embodiment can be easily and instantaneously sealed, and therefore, not only can sealing be performed during eating, but also such inversion or vibration mixing can be performed, and thus, the present embodiment is an extremely excellent configuration.
When the noodle stretching is completed after several minutes, the user tilts his/her hand to drink the soup serving as the beverage 3 on the upper side, or after drinking the noodles and edible materials together with the soup, the user tilts the plastic bottle in a predetermined direction to restrict the flow of the beverage 3 on the lower side from the water passage hole 10 of the food material support 11 to the upper side so that only the noodles can be eaten by one hand as desired, whereby the noodles and edible materials serving as the food materials 4 can be poured into the mouth from the drinking spout 2 by the flow of the soup of a small amount, and only the noodles and edible materials can be eaten by one hand as desired.
Further, by setting the flow rate adjustment based on the volume of the plastic bottle, the height of the food material support portion 11, that is, the position of the vertical partition, the arrangement of the water passage holes 10, the setting of the total opening area, the amount of the injected beverage 3, the ratio of the amount of the injected beverage 3 to the amount of the food material 4, and the like, the food material 4 is edible with one hand without being left, and the beverage 3 is configured to remain slightly after eating without leaving any food material 4.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and for example, the present invention may be commercialized as a bottle with a flow rate adjustment function capable of adjusting the pouring amount of the beverage 3, and a packaging container that can be eaten by one hand may be configured as a pulled noodle shop that purchases the bottle, as a pulled noodle that is taken away by gripping, a material that is cut into an easily edible noodle and an edible material as the food material 4, and a pulled noodle soup as the beverage 3 is stored therein and is configured as a container that is sold in a shop.
In this case, for example, the bowl with the sealing lid portion 5 as described above may be configured such that the upper portion is removed to be able to open a large opening, the noodles and soup are easily stored, the bowl is sealed after storage, and when eating with one hand, the lid portion 5 of the drinking spout portion 2 is rotated up and down to open the spout 6 and the pouring spout contact edge portion 9, and the bowl is brought into contact with the spout, whereby eating with one hand is possible.
Even when a plastic bottle is used, the plastic bottle can be appropriately designed to have a special-note shape, such as a shape in which the cylindrical portion 7 of the drinking spout portion 2 has a large diameter and the spout is large, or a shape in which the diameter is smaller toward the upper portion so that at least the upper portion of the food support portion 11 has a large diameter and the storage capacity of the food 4 can be increased.
Example 2
As another example (embodiment 2), as shown in fig. 7, a water tube having excellent heat retention is used as the container body 1, and the drinking spout 2 is provided with a lid 5 that seals the drinking spout 2 in a freely openable and closable manner, and when the lock release operation is performed to release the operation locking, the lid 5 biased by the opening automatically opens and rotates with the one-side pivot mounting portion as a rotation axis, and separates from the state where the spout 6 is sealed and sealed by a gasket on the back surface of the lid 5 by the opening and rotation of the lid 5, and the spout 6 is opened.
The drinking spout portion 2 of the present embodiment may be configured to have a spout 6 communicating with the container body 1 and a cylindrical portion 7 having a tip end facing into the spout to enable trumpet drinking, but the illustrated embodiment is configured to have a pouring spout contact edge portion 9 that is provided upright so as to surround one side of the spout 6 and contacts with the spout.
This water tube type of this embodiment is excellent in heat insulation, can open and close the lid 5 by a simple operation, particularly can open and close instantaneously, and is excellent in a structure in which the upper portion including the drinking spout 2 is detachably provided, and the upper portion including the drinking spout 2 is rotatably detached from the container body 1, whereby the upper portion of the container body 1 can be opened widely, and the food 4 can be easily stored in the food support portion 11.
However, the bottled products used by appropriately placing the food 4 and the beverage 3 in the containers and the packed products described above can be reused, and the flexibility of changing the use of the product and the food 4 and the beverage 3 is improved, thereby providing excellent products with high value.
Example 3
As another example (example 3), as shown in fig. 8, a flat mounting portion 15 for mounting and holding the container body 1 when it is turned upside down may be formed in the cap portion 5 for hermetically sealing the drinking spout 2 as in example 1, but in this example 2, a leg portion 14 for mounting is provided in the cap portion 5, so that the upside down state can be held more stably, and the cap can be easily removed and rotated.
Example 4
As another example (embodiment 4), as shown in fig. 9, the food 4 is not previously stored in the container body 1, but is configured to be added separately, and is configured to be a beverage commodity in which a beverage is previously stored in the container body 1, and after the lid 5 is opened and removed, the food 4, for example, cut fruit, is put in by itself and stored in the food support portion 11, and the fruit added separately can be eaten with a small amount of beverage by one hand.
The separately added food material 4 is placed in the separately adding container 18 and detachably connected to the container body 1, and the food material 4 having a short shelf life is prepared separately from the bottled commodity and the container is connected to complete the commodity, so that the fresh food material 4 can be used easily and efficiently, the change in the plan of the commodity is increased, and the value of the present invention is improved.
The present invention is not limited to examples 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the specific configuration of each constituent element, the use thereof, and the product setting may be appropriately designed.

Claims (12)

1. A portable food container configured to pour out a beverage or food contained therein into a mouth from a drinking spout provided at an upper portion of a container body by being held by a hand and tilted, wherein the container is characterized in that,
a lid member for hermetically sealing the drinking spout is provided to the drinking spout so as to be openable and closable,
the drinking spout is configured to have a spout communicating with the container body and having a size through which the food material can pass, and the drinking spout is configured to have a tip end facing a cylindrical portion or a tapered portion in the spout or a pouring spout contact edge portion in contact with the spout,
in the container body, a food material support part provided with a water passage hole is provided in a state of being vertically partitioned at a predetermined height, the water passage hole being set to a size at which the food material cannot pass but the beverage can pass,
the height position of the food material supporting part and the total opening area or the opening position of the water through hole are set as follows: in a food storage state in which the beverage is stored in the container body and the food is supported by the food support portion, when the container body is tilted by a hand to be gripped and the beverage is poured out from the drinking port portion into the mouth, an outflow amount of the beverage from a lower side to an upper side of the food support portion through the water passage hole of the food support portion is restricted, and the food on the food support portion is poured out from the drinking port portion into the mouth together with the beverage of which the outflow amount is restricted by a small amount, so that the food is drunk by tilting by a hand without using a food assist tool.
2. The portable food container according to claim 1, wherein the container further comprises a lid,
the food material supporting part is provided with:
a closed support surface part in which the water passage hole is not formed; and
a beverage flow-restricting support surface part having a plurality of the water passage holes arranged in parallel, the beverage flow-restricting support surface part restricting the amount of the beverage flowing out from the lower side to the upper side,
the closed supporting surface part is at least arranged at the central part or the half surface of the food supporting part,
the beverage outflow regulation support surface portion is provided at a peripheral portion of the food material support portion or at an opposite half surface of the half surface.
3. The portable food container according to claim 2, wherein the container further comprises a lid,
the beverage flow-restricting support surface portion is configured such that a plurality of the water passage holes are arranged in parallel along a peripheral portion of the food material support portion or such that a plurality of the water passage holes are collectively formed in the peripheral portion.
4. The portable food container according to claim 2, wherein the container further comprises a lid,
the beverage outflow regulation support surface part is configured such that a plurality of the water passage holes are formed in a part of the peripheral part in an aggregated manner.
5. The portable food container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of the beverage outflow regulating support surface portions are provided in a peripheral portion of the material support portion.
6. The portable food storage container according to claim 5, wherein the container further comprises a lid,
the plurality of beverage outflow regulation support surface portions provided in the peripheral portion of the material support portion are provided in the opposite peripheral portion with the closed support surface portion provided in the central portion interposed therebetween.
7. The portable food storage container according to claim 5 or 6,
the beverage outflow regulation support surface portions provided in the peripheral portion of the material support portion 11 are each configured to have different degrees of beverage outflow regulation depending on the total opening area or the opening position of the water passage holes.
8. The portable food storage container according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
the lid portion that hermetically seals the drinking spout is provided with a flat placement portion or a leg portion for placement that is placed and held when the container body is inverted.
9. The portable food storage container according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the container body is a plastic bottle and the container body is a plastic bottle,
the drinking opening part is a tapered cylindrical part at the upper end of the plastic bottle,
the cap portion is a plastic bottle cap that is detachably and openably screwed to the cylindrical portion to be hermetically sealed.
10. The portable food container according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a heat insulating material is provided on an outer periphery of the container main body.
11. The portable food storage container according to any one of claims 1 to 10,
a surface is received as the food on an upper side of the food support portion of the container body.
12. The portable food storage container according to any one of claims 1 to 11,
the portable food container is configured to contain a soup base in a block form, a powder form or a liquid form dissolved in hot water in the container body, or to provide a soup base containing container in which the soup base to be contained in the container body is sealed,
the lid is opened and hot water is poured in and received, or the prepared soup base container is opened and the soup base is contained in the container body and hot water is poured in and received,
the soup serving as the beverage is allowed to flow into the drinking spout portion from the water passage hole of the food material support portion while being tilted by hand, and the food material is poured into the spout portion from the drinking spout portion by the limited outflow of a small amount of soup, thereby drinking the food material without using any food or drink assisting tool.
