determining a target sector corresponding to the access control serial number in the access control machine according to the sequencing position of the area serial number in the access control machine in the authorized area serial number;

if the permission change mark is a preset value, determining a storage address corresponding to the physical card number;
if the storage address does not store authorized data, the validity date and the authority serial number are used as authorized data to be stored in the storage address;
if the storage address stores authorization data, judging whether an authority serial number in the authorization data stored in the storage address is smaller than the authority serial number;
if the authorization data is smaller than the preset value, the validity date and the authority serial number are used as the authorization data to be stored in the storage address, and the authority change mark of the preset value in the radio frequency card is cleared;
