In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the prescription adjustment module includes an automatic adjustment unit for identifying repeated medicines in the physical evidence type prescription, the indication symptom prescription, the accompanying physical constitution prescription and the picture symptom prescription, adjusting bad matching items in each prescription, and adjusting the types of medicines in each prescription and the doses of medicines in each prescription according to the symptom data filled by the target patient.
In one specific example, the adjustment principle followed by the automatic adjustment unit is: the mutual generation and restriction rules, the addition and subtraction rules of the treatment of the medicines, the drug property balance principle of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, the medication rules of the treatment process and the quantification rules of the five fortune and six qi.
In a specific example, when the same medicines are present in the constitutional evidence type prescription, the indication symptom prescription, the accompanying constitutional prescription, and the picture symptom prescription, the same medicines are preferentially removed in the order of the picture symptom prescription, the accompanying constitutional prescription, the indication symptom prescription, and the constitutional evidence type prescription. In another embodiment, the constitutional evidence type prescription, the indication symptom prescription, the concomitant constitutional prescription, and the picture symptom prescription, i.e., the constitutional evidence type prescription is the closest medicine prescription to the target patient, the indication symptom prescription is the second medicine prescription, and the concomitant constitutional prescription and the picture symptom prescription are the auxiliary prescriptions, and the medicines in the concomitant constitutional prescription and the picture symptom prescription can be preferably selected for adjustment.
In a specific example, the intelligent adjustment of the embodiment of the present invention includes: (1) automatically removing repeated medicines, (2) adjusting the medicines according to a matching incompatibility rule base, and (3) automatically adjusting the medicines and the dosage according to other rules (such as sex, height, weight, whether to perform surgery, prevention and the like), thereby obtaining an intelligent prescription. Illustratively, the drug is adjusted based on the foregoing adjustment principles.
In one embodiment, the prescription of the medicine can be directly adjusted when the repetition is removed and the medicine is adjusted according to the taboo matching rule, and when the other rule of (3) is adjusted, the adjustment can be performed according to the written symptom data filled in by the target patient.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the intelligent prescription generating apparatus further includes a manual adjustment unit for modifying the prescription adjusted by the automatic adjustment unit according to the physical evidence type and symptoms determined by the data analysis module, and modifying the type and dosage of the medicine according to the symptom data filled by the target patient and the adjusted prescription.
Based on the medicine adjustment performed by the automatic adjustment unit of the embodiment, the medicine prescription of the embodiment of the present invention is further manually adjusted, the medicine prescription is uploaded to an interface of a doctor, a doctor performs adjustment according to the medicine prescription of the automatic adjustment unit and the analysis of the other units, performs manual verification on the medicine prescription, determines whether the physical quality type, the indication symptom, the accompanying symptom, and the picture symptom determined by the data analysis module are accurate, and further adjusts and confirms the prescription according to the content analyzed by the data analysis module and the symptom data uploaded by the target patient, such as adjusting the prescription, deleting the medicine, adding the medicine, adjusting the dosage, and the like.
In an optional embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the intelligent prescription generating apparatus further includes an authority selecting module, configured to start the apparatus in response to an operation instruction, to receive the symptom data transmitted by the data obtaining module, the physical evidence type and the symptom output by the data analyzing module, and the medicine prescription output by the prescription matching module, so as to adjust the medicine prescription.
The intelligent prescription device can be arranged at the equipment end of a doctor, the doctor can independently select whether to open the intelligent prescription generating device, when the doctor is not in working time or at the equipment end, an operation instruction can be input through a display interface, for example, an opening permission selecting module is clicked to operate, the permission selecting module enables the intelligent prescription generating device to be in an opening or closing state, the doctor is enabled to have the permission of opening the intelligent prescription, the time of the doctor is fully utilized, and the efficiency of the online intelligent prescription and the accuracy of the intelligent prescription are improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the neural network diagnostic model includes:
the characteristic extraction network is used for carrying out characteristic extraction on the diagnostic part picture through a plurality of convolution layers to obtain a characteristic image of the diagnostic part picture;
a pooling layer for compressing the feature images;
and the full connection layer is used for classifying the compressed characteristic images and outputting the symptom pictures.
Illustratively, the diagnostic part picture, the symptom picture and the intelligent prescription form a corresponding relationship, and the neural network diagnostic model of the embodiment is obtained by using the corresponding relationship and the diagnostic part picture as a training set and using the other part of the diagnostic part picture as a testing set to train and test the neural network model.
According to the intelligent prescription device provided by the embodiment of the invention, an intelligent prescription is provided for a target patient by using an internet technology, after various symptom data are inquired and filled in on-line by the patient, the symptom data uploaded by the target patient are received by the data acquisition module, the data analysis module analyzes the symptom data to determine the constitution syndrome type and the symptom, the prescription matching module can realize intelligent matching of the prescription according to the constitution syndrome type and the symptom to obtain a corresponding medicine prescription, the prescription adjustment module adjusts the medicine according to the constitution syndrome type and the symptom of the target patient to obtain a complete and accurate intelligent prescription, and the prescription matching property and the prescription generation efficiency are improved.
The intelligent prescription generating device provided by the embodiment of the invention can conveniently and efficiently generate the intelligent prescription, greatly shortens the time for doctor-patient communication, improves the efficiency of inquiry, can maximally utilize the time of limited medical resources, and provides online diagnosis and treatment services for more patients. Another embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent prescription generating system, including:
an intelligent prescription generating apparatus of the above embodiment of the present invention, and
and the server is used for storing various data of the intelligent prescription generating device and updating the medicine prescription library by using the symptom data and the intelligent prescription.
Illustratively, the intelligent prescription device is integrated at the doctor's equipment end, and the maximum utilization doctor's fragmentation time improves the efficiency of seeing a doctor for the patient. The server is used for realizing data interaction and storage between the server and the intelligent prescription generating device so as to ensure the processing efficiency of the intelligent prescription device.

the data analysis module is used for determining the constitution syndrome and symptoms of the target patient according to the symptom data;
the prescription matching module is used for selecting a medicine prescription corresponding to the constitution syndrome type and the symptom type from a preset medicine prescription library;
and the prescription adjusting module is used for adjusting the medicine prescription so as to obtain an intelligent prescription corresponding to the target patient.
2. The intelligent prescription generating device of claim 1, wherein said symptom data comprises literal symptom data and pictorial symptom data,
the character pattern symptom data comprise character contents filled by a target patient based on a preset diagnosis question and a digital score;
the picture-shaped symptom data is a picture of a diagnosis part uploaded by a target patient,
wherein the diagnostic question is continuously updated according to the filled-in text content of the target patient.
3. The intelligent prescription generating apparatus of claim 2, wherein said data analysis module comprises:
a symptom extraction unit, configured to extract filled-in symptom keywords of the target patient from text contents in the text-shaped symptom data and the diagnosis question based on a natural language processing technology;
the score calculating unit is used for obtaining a diagnosis score according to the digital score in the character-shaped symptom data and the diagnosis question;
the picture symptom confirming unit is used for inputting the diagnosis part picture into a trained neural network diagnosis model to obtain a picture symptom;
and the symptom confirmation unit is used for determining the constitution syndrome type according to the diagnosis score and the symptom keyword, determining an accompanying constitution according to the symptom keyword and the diagnosis question, and determining the main symptoms of the target patient according to the constitution syndrome type and the symptom keyword, wherein the correlation between the main symptoms, the diagnosis score and the constitution syndrome type is larger than the correlation between the accompanying constitution, the diagnosis score and the constitution syndrome type.
4. The intelligent prescription generating device of claim 3, wherein said prescription matching module comprises:
the constitution syndrome type prescription unit is used for matching constitution syndrome type prescriptions from the medicine prescription library according to the constitution syndrome types;
an indication symptom prescription unit for matching an indication symptom prescription from the drug prescription library according to the indication symptom;
an accompanying constitution prescription unit for matching an accompanying constitution prescription from the medicine prescription library according to the accompanying constitution;
and the picture symptom prescription unit is used for matching the picture symptom prescription from the medicine prescription library according to the accompanying physique.

The intelligent prescription generating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said prescription adjusting module comprises an automatic adjusting unit for identifying repeated drugs in said constitution syndrome prescription, primary symptom prescription, concomitant constitution prescription and picture symptom prescription, adjusting bad matching items in each prescription, and adjusting types of drugs in each prescription and doses of drugs in each prescription according to symptom data filled in said target patient.

The intelligent prescription generating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the prescription adjustment module further comprises a manual adjustment unit for modifying the prescription adjusted by the automatic adjustment unit according to the physical evidence type and symptoms determined by the data analysis module, and modifying the type and dosage of the medicine according to the symptom data filled by the target patient and the adjusted prescription.

The intelligent prescription generating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an authority selection module for turning on the apparatus in response to an operation instruction to receive the symptom data transmitted by the data acquisition module, the physical evidence type and symptom output by the data analysis module, and the medicine prescription output by the prescription matching module, so as to adjust the medicine prescription.
8. The intelligent prescription generating apparatus of claim 3, wherein said neural network diagnostic model comprises:
the characteristic extraction network is used for carrying out characteristic extraction on the diagnostic part picture through a plurality of convolution layers to obtain a characteristic image of the diagnostic part picture;
a pooling layer for compressing the feature images;
and the full connection layer is used for classifying the compressed characteristic images and outputting the symptom pictures.
9. The intelligent prescription generating apparatus of claim 2,
the drug prescription library comprises a traditional Chinese medicine inheritance knowledge base system, a modern traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and practice database, a traditional Chinese medicine robot diagnosis and treatment case database, a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment robot self-learning system database and historical prescription data, and in an optional embodiment, the drug prescription library comprises a traditional Chinese medicine inheritance knowledge base system, a modern traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and practice database, a traditional Chinese medicine robot diagnosis and treatment case database, a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment robot self-learning system database and a historical prescription database;
