Device and method for writing equipment identifier, storage medium and terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of control, and in particular, to an apparatus and method for writing device identifiers, a storage medium, and a terminal.
Background
When equipment (such as motor equipment) leaves a factory, a unique identification code is used as a unique code of the equipment, the unique identification code can be read to distinguish the motor equipment, and meanwhile, the statistics analysis of the power consumption, the service life and the fault detection of different motor equipment can be carried out in the later use process. The existing codes mainly have two sources, one is to use read-only identification data programmed before the chip leaves factory, the data allows the user firmware or other external equipment to automatically match the interface with the characteristics of the chip, and the data is stored in the FLASH area; the other is that the motor device does not have the unique code of the device due to specialization and price advantage of the chip, and a method of writing in the production process is adopted.
In a traditional hardware device production process, an adopted device unique code (hereinafter referred to as device ID) configuration method is generally configured by communicating with a main control chip in a wired or wireless manner, such as serial communication, NFC, WIFI, and the like. This method requires a custom production jig and ensures the uniqueness of the code in the method. After the device ID is configured, the production line also needs to check the device ID function to meet the shipment standard, which results in low production efficiency and tedious steps and time in the production process.
